Staybridge Suites Forth Worth West by IHG

I didn’t stay there long or I wasn’t there long enough to notice anything wrong but as soon as I walked in to check in the lady at the front desk was super nice the property was nice and clean the room was clean.

The room is big and comfortable, the kitchen is a plus, the laundry machine is free another plus, I definitely choose this hotel again.

We had come for a relaxing time but it turned out to be horrible! The lift doesn’t work, they don’t have people to do housekeeping though they mentioned that they do housekeeping daily!! My room had pet hair all around and when I complained, they said there’s no one to take care of it. Yes it was in the evening when we checked in, but there was no help the next morning as well for anything. The lift didn’t work and we got stuck in it with our little kids and it started beeping and the kids got so scared! She did mention that the elevator doesn’t always work but there was no help or bellboy services provided as well. I had booked 2 nights but when I requested to cancel, they said they can only cancel if I do an early checkout. Checkout was at 12, we checked in late in the evening. For the night I paid for fully in a dirty room, asking to checkout early didn’t seem customer friendly to me. Though we left by 9 am next day, I found it unfair and rude to be asked to leave early for reporting it. I know other big hotel chains providing much better, clean spaces for similar or lower prices. It is just not worth it!

We checked in really late. There were two staff members arguing and cussing at each other. Very unprofessional and scary.

This hotel makes fraudulent charges. Please stay away from this property if you don't want to have issues with your credit card.

Breakfast by far the best we have experienced in a hotel Elevator had some issues, little scary for the kids

Customer service was terrible. The hotel took money off my card stating I didn’t check in on a certain day which I did, it was an error on their end but still charged my card for. I will never stay there again. Also the lady at the from desk were very mean. She has No interpersonal skills.

Elevator was trash, homeless people everywhere soliciting you overtime you walk out. Pot smoking throughout hotel.

It’s a very nice suite, spacious, good size kitchen. Safe location. The pillows could be new, they were too flat. Couches were outdated and didn’t feel too comfortable or clean. Restroom was quite small and not the cleanest, wish we received a bathtub because I had kids with me and it was just a shower. Pillows had a weird smell on them. You can hear people walking around if you’re on one of the bottom floors making noise, and slamming doors.

flying in for a graduation weekend, the location was good, being right off the freeway. We enjoyed having the bedroom separate from the living room. Kitchen was spotless.

Brother said he would come get me since it was 15 minutes away. I stepped what I could in my backpack and headed downstairs. Get down there and there’s a truck pulling in head towards the doors that open and close. The lobby glass windows were facing the west where the storms were coming from. The TV in the lobby was on showing the radar and where it was at. The sirens started going off.(meanwhile there was no one at the front desk.) my brother called saying it was hitting, I started going up and down halls for a room w/o windows call 9186477527

Room was clean, breakfast was hot, parking spaces are limited -- don't leave for dinner and expect a space.

When I arrived on Friday evening I was exhausted. I felt like the woman who checked me in was rude but honestly I was probably not a pleasure to deal with. I was already upset because a room that I had previously paid $130 a night for was now over $300 a night with the pet fee. Even on its best day that room is not a $300 a night room. My wife and I have been staying there exclusively though every time we come to fort Worth since 2024 so I paid it. When I got in the room I had a text waiting asking about the condition of it. I hadn't even set my bags down yet. I just replied the room is fine. I should have looked around more because that was not the case. The room had missing and burnt out light bulbs, something nasty on the wall under the bathroom counter, rusted and dirty air vents, and damaged cabinetry in the kitchen. When we tried to use the TV in the bedroom after a while it made a crackling noise which made it impossible to watch. Had it been any other time I probably wouldn't have even bothered mentioning anything. But for $300 a night I felt like that was unacceptable. So at around 5:45 a.m. and then again that evening I messaged the hotel about my issues. I never heard back. I was told the next day when I checked out that a manager would be reaching out to me. I never heard back from anyone. I never even heard back from Expedia when I followed up with them because I wasn't hearing back from the hoteI. I'm thoroughly disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia.

Staff is exceptional, but the rooms, especially AC units, are very old and didn’t function well for us. Still, the location is perfect.

It’s been quite a few times I’ve stayed here. I can not complain. It’s always a pleasure to stay at this location. Breakfast ready at 6 am sharp. lol .property is clean and well maintained. Nice quiet environment.

The room was great and the breakfast was delicious.

The minute we walked in to check in it smelled like Marijuana and Saturday when we came in from playing softball all day we couldn't even relax because the smell of it was so strong that it felt like it was coming into our vents. There was hair everywhere in the room and the front desk lady looked like she was the one smoking it with the 4 guys she was hanging out with in the breakfast area.

Our suite was spotless and had everything there that we could possibly need. We appreciated the peace and quiet at night, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our Staybridge Suites was in a great location as well. We would stay there again!

Much nicer than we expected! Lost power so chose to get the room and it was great! The staff was so nice and a great breakfast buffet!

The room smelled like dirty dogs. I had to keep fixing the toilet to get it to flush, and certain bulbs were out in some of the lamps. When I shared with them how my stay was going, they were nice but didn’t offer to switch me rooms. They only told me that they would be happy to get me some bulbs. They were very nice though.

Yes Shower water would not get hot was freezing water. The air conditioner didn’t work room was uncomfortably hot. The television had blue tint couldn’t even watch tv. Terrible stay

Hotel was great, we stayed 2 nights without any issues, staff is friendly, breakfast was good, some guests were a little greedy when it came to what they took as they did not leave much for others, but other than that would absolutely stay again.

The room clean, the breakfast was good, the parking kinda sucked but over all was a great place.

I really like this place and the staff was very helpful and friendly, definitely recommend this place.

The only issue we had with the room was the ice maker did not work in the freezer, but the front desk staff was very helpful and was able to provide us with ice. The only other issue we had was that other guests allowed their children to carry the juice glasses from breakfast area to their rooms and was many spills in the elevator which made for tricky walking espicially for my husband who is handicapped was afraid he would fall, notified the front desk and they had it cleaned as best as they could during this time. We will stay again next time we are in Fort Worth.

The room was great. However, the elevator was not working and we were stuck on the 3rd floor as that's the only available rooms. Not easy to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs when you have bad knees and a bad back. :( Other than the elevator not functioning, the stay was great.

The Elevator was broken for 2 days. They placed an out of order sign that stated it would be down for 1-2 hours.

The staff was friendly and professional. However for a $144/night stay, the room was not ready by check-in time, an unexpected $30 charged for a room fee was added, and the shower drain did not drain properly and filled up quickly, making it unsanitary. I only stayed for a night and did not report it, as I was in a hurry and it was a quick trip. All else was fine.

Came for the weekend it was great.

The lady working the front desk was maybe having a bad day… she definitely could have been nicer. The AC did not cool very well. We did not report these things it was late when we checked in & we checked out early the next day. Bed was comfortable shower had plenty of pressure & hot water.

Stayed at this location for our daughter’s parents weekend at TCU. Highway access was so easy with arrival to campus within 12-15 minutes.

Check in was quick and received courteous service. Room was clean.

Breakfast staff was not very friendly and breakfast did not have many options. On the top of that, when we arrived an hour before the breakfast end time, everything from toast to egg was not available. Even medium roast coffee was run out and the other dark roast coffee was cold. Other than that stay was good and other staff was friendly.

It was very clean, peaceful, quiet. Housekeeping every day. Neat gym . Good quality breakfast.

Overall stay was fine. Seating in breakfast area is limited. Room was nice. Quite a few work crews used this for staying at, but all guests seemed quite polite.

Beds are comfortable, full breakfast always something different each day and stays stocked .social hour is great 2 draft choices ,3 wines and. Hot hors d’oeuvres. Cheese and crackers. , the pool is wonderful always in the sun but water stays refreshing

Maintenance man did come next morning to fix it. Other than that hotel was in a nice place and room was nice. Did need to be cleaned a little.

Oh and I loved that there is sitting available out front entryway at that location. I've recommended this property/chain to my friend and will definitely book Staybridge again.

The property was good and clean. The breakfast has a lot of things that were empty and never refilled without constantly asking the staff. Check in was great although upon checking in, we didn’t have a crib set up as promised and we had to got to the front desk for extra sheets for the sofa bed. The walls are thinner so you can hear others in the room next door. However, the staff was amazing and very nice. The room was as described

The spot was perfect it had everything around it or a short drive from the hotel. 10/10 will be staying again soon!

The hotel was conveniently located to the venue I needed to be at for an event. The front-desk staff were very friendly, helpful, and alert. The property itself was average and I did not get to use the amenities. The room I was put in was not cleaned properly (hair throughout the bathroom and on the towel) and the A/C was not working properly (stayed at 80-81 degrees the entire stay in the Texas summer).

Good location to food and big chain stores like Walmart. Right off highway. Nice community space. Breakfast is chaotic with no place to sit.

Woman who ran breakfast was extremely rude to people if they asked her questions. I asked for more cream which had run out, and she was also rude to me, making snotty remarks. There was some kind of constant water leak in front of elevator, so they stuck a big bucket right there, which seemed like a big safety hazard. Wished they could have put out 24-hour coffee as it was only out for breakfast. First morning, the decaf was cold in the pot. When I complained to same morning breakfast lady, she told me she was not making more in a very nasty tone. She then said I could always make some in our room. Parking is inadequate and rediculous in front of hotel. Overall, the building is obviously old and run down. The air conditioner ran constantly because our thermostat was not showing any numbers so obviously broke. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. We only chose it because of its proximity of basketball tournament that our grandson was playing in.

Good place to stay for the areas we visited. On average 10 to 30 minutes from most Fort Worth tourist attractions. Staff was attentive. Breakfast was better than most. Cook top inside the suite did not work, and pool area was subpar, but otherwise, A nice hotel

Room was very cozy, we were a family of 6 and we fit very well.

The rooms need to be cleaned better.

The price was outrageous and when asked why it was so high i received a shrug and then ignored. The couch and curtains had a very foul odor and the tub had mildew. We stayed 2 nights with 4 adults and only given 3 towels our whole stay. The door handles to the bedroom were hanging off. Once the pull out couch was extended it would not go back into the couch. The room was advertised as 2 queen beds but the ones received we're maybe full size and very uncomfortable and not able to fit 2 people. There was also no room to walk and get on the bed from the side that was against the wall so you had to crawl from the end of the bed. The elevator was unsafe and had no sensor to stop the doors once they were closing. My arm was smashed once I was trying to get in the elevator. There was absolutely no parking to accommodate the units you rent out. Several times I had to park far down your entrance road and walk a long distance back to the hotel entrance. At breakfast the first morning the toaster caught on fire and when addressed the attendant just stated that she had a sign on it and it was still left out on the counter. The room was very hot and it took hours to cool down. We had to set it lower but had to leave our room to give it time to cool down which was over 4 hrs.

The atmosphere, the employees, the room were amazing. Along with many other things. With this trip being my first stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be recommending to others and visiting again in the future.

Love the room with, separate living and kitchen

Breakfast area was out of dishes, forks, coffee and most food items at 8AM. Only one attendant who couldn’t keep up with the volume of guests. Left to eat breakfast at a restaurant and came back to find our room being cleaned by housekeeping even though we left the no housekeeping sign on the door. The housekeeper attempted to blame the situation on the front desk stating he was told we had checked out even though we hadn’t yet.

My family had a wonderful experience at this property. Check in was quick and easy and all employees were friendly and helpful. The room was so spacious and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The halls smelled of marijuana, the room vents were filled with dust as if they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The beds were really nice and we slept well, but it just felt unkept.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was a perfect hotel for a long stay. The kitchen was exactly what I was looking for to store our snacks and drinks in the fridge. The king bed was comfortable and the separate living room was perfect for privacy when I needed to work away from vacation. My family and I weren’t happy with the key card issue as we couldn’t use any outside door with our key card to get in. The bathroom also needs some deep cleaning in the toilet and shower area. I think they were renovating the room above us so it was quite disturbing in the early morning hours as well as the loud family across the hallway. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Even with all I will be back favorite hotel .

It was pretty decent hotel our room was remodeled they where doing a remodel so I understand why it was kinda loud but overall our room was very nice

Doing construction so was very dusty even in the clean rooms, service was very good! Will be great once construction is done!
