First time being there and everything was excellent and the rooms so cozy and staff was so helpful

It was a nice quiet and very clean hotel

Very clean and located near restaurants Very friendly staff. I’ll be back A/C could have blown colder. It was not hot at all. I set the thermostat low but the room never got below 72. I like it cold she. I sleep. Personal preference

The property is pet friendly which I did not like. The doors have dog scratches all over them and the front of the room smelled like it too. Other than that the room was decently clean. The free breakfast was great.

We had a 2 day stay. Our restroom had a leak in the sink it we took the person in front desk same day we arrive they came immediately and close one of the valves under the sink but it took the maintenance person a whole day to go fix but once they did all was well.

First of all Natalie is absolutely wonderful at the front desk?She is so sweet and kind and very helpful! And at night Lily at the front desk is a blessing as well.Very nice and helpful and always have smiles on their faces. Everything was great really! The only thing I think could use some improvement is the sofa bed!, a bit uncomfortable very thin could feel the springs. Other than the everything was great!

There is no safe box . The bathroom floor tiles were loose . The elevator was partially working . The breakfast was poor . The bathroom door did not close . Hotel in a and state of maintenance .

Our stay at Staybridge was wonderful. It was the perfect suite for me and my family. Very convenient that made use feel more like we were at home.

We were very surprised at all they had and offered , we travel alot , and other than the Embassy suites, they had more to offer for breakfast than almost any where . My best part was speaking with Natalie when we arrived she is so sweet ! And when we left she was the last one we visited with ! We will stay again. The rooms were big with full kitchen other than oven

Over all it's a very good hotel to stay in. The wife and I have made it our go-to hotel when we come back to Fort Worth.

Great staff! Mormon at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! He helped us at least three different times and was always there. Clean room and good bedding. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Great value for the price and easy access. We came in town for graduation and would definitely stay here again.

Parking was easy, staff was amazing and welcoming, rooms were serviced everyday of our stay and breakfast was top tier. Only issue I ever had was the bed being a little stiff ( as all hotel beds are), and it being a bit noisy after hours (it’s going to be noisy next to a major highway).

Location was excellent, staff were excellent. Love the guest laundry. Breakfast was great and the 5.30 drinks and nibbles is a great idea Bit noisy from freeway noise - would depend on where you were situated in the hotel as to how much noise you would have

There were huge brown stains on the carpet next to the bed, all the cabinets were dented and dirty, and they would not let us out of the charge so we had to stay the first night before leaving. Totally gross.

Beds a little firm for our liking but the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was well maintained but if offering only one meat option, please don’t use spicy options like the one out today. My child loves hotel breakfast but couldn’t eat the sausage as it was quite spicy. Loved that it had a complimentary laundry. Good location Would definitely stay here again

The hotel was great, parking and checkin/out were easy. The only “complaint” is the water pressure in our bathroom was really off; the sink was too powerful, while the shower head had little to no pressure, and same with the toilet- which didn’t want to flush due to the low pressure and low water in the tank. The hotel rooms are very nice!

The traffic noise was unbearable. Uninterrupted sleep was impossible. When Icalled the front desk around 1:50 AM, she apologized and said that “some people are bothered by the traffic noise and some are not”. She offered us ear plugs. My husband and I finally decided to leave at 2:30 AM since sleeping was futile. I asked for a refund and she replied that she could not do that. This is totally unacceptable. They charge customers good money but they cannot be bothered to install better windows. very disappointed. Expedia, you should warn people about staying here.

Hotel was very nice and up-kept. Room was spacious and very clean. Kudos to the housekeepers! I’m a stickler for cleanliness! Front desk staff was awesome and helpful. Fitness room was great. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Breakfast attendant was a delight. Appreciated the complimentary laundry room. Overall, nice location and it was pet friendly. Highly recommended!!

Bed fairly comfortable. Breakfast pretty good. Convenient to Stockyards and Arlington and airport. Room fairly quiet being close to interstate. No complaints!

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. It's apparent that this is an older property and the condition is commensurate with its age (but rather well taken care of I may add). The biggest negative is the pricing for this property. It is not worth the amount charged per night compared to other properties with similar amenities.

It was average. What you would expect of a hotel. But the bathroom was moldy.

I liked the friendliness and professionalism of the Front Desk staff. The queen bed suite was well appointed and clean. Someone was a leader in a church a big conference.

Everything was great from when we arrived until we left.

The breakfast really was nice, we had waffles, there was a yogurt bar with fruit and oat toppings, eggs and sausage, milk, juice choices, coffee bar, and even sodas. At check-in, i asked for a rollaway, and was told they didn't have them (and that the sofa bed WAS the extra bed, even though it wasn't advertisedthat way). The reason we booked the room with a queen bed and sofa bed, was because in the description of amenities, it specifically stated they had free rollaways/extra bed, so our teen daughter and son could each have a bed to themselves, and husband and i in the main bed... but me and daughter had to share a bed, while husband and son slept on the sofa bed. Very disappointing. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and things were pretty clean (except under the sofa bed, it could've been vacuumed). Bathroom was VERY tight, and we're all smaller people... no privacy area to get dressed, and lighting on vanity was quite dim. Separated tile sticking up in front of the shower, and scratches on end table...i really wouldn't think 3 star hotel. Overall, i am upset that we didn't get an extra bed that was advertised we could not only get, but get for free, and the rate was high for what we ended up with. I've stayed at lower hotels (price and rating) with much more comfort, and I'm usually not very difficult to please.

Safe and quiet. Good hotel for a short stay

Very nice and clean! Staff was very helpful and offered suggestions when asked where we could get Shrimp Fried Rice in the area.

Beds were super uncomfortable pillows were super flat. When we walked in and headed towards the elevator, all you could smell was weed went up to our floor got off the elevator and continued to smell weed.

I would definitely stay here again. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Check in was easy and the staff was pleasant. Room was nice and clean. But it was noisy. We were next to the stairs and around 6am on Saturday we could hear every footstep.

It was loud at night and early in the AM.

Our room clearly had a smoke in our room or in the ventilation to our room. It smelled smokey in check in and got wise through the day and really bad in the night - horrible. It smells like a heavy smoker was in our room!

Stayed for 4 nights staff was always kind and curious room was kept clean and breakfast was good traffic noise from the hwy on Friday and Saturday night was a little load but that is out of anyone’s control
