The breakfast was great! Service was great and the bed was fantastic. Bathrooms were super clean and comfortable. Our room smelled pretty bad, it like a moisture type of smell and the carpet was wet.. which i think the room smelled so bad. Floor overall felt pretty disgusting.

I loved the bed and breakfast. It was very clean and comfortable. The carpet was old and worn. One elevator was out and it was only two.

Came to Fort Worth to take my daughters to Bass Hall for a show. Stayed at this hotel. It was super quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty darn good for continental too!! Would highly recommend!!

The staff is very friendly. The breakfast area was very clean and the food was good. We chose this property because of the high star rating; however, the property needs to be updated with new carpet or at least cleaned. The walls need to be painted. The bathroom in our room didn’t have an exhaust fan. The only ice maker that worked was on the first floor. The property has 2 elevators however one was out of service. These are all minor issues but they can make a difference when on vacation.

Have instructions on how to work the TV: they should have a list of what stations are available and how to access them. Also, the thermostst light was TOO bright. Put it on another wall or dim the light in it.

The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. After we checked in and got into our room, I realized the bathroom door wouldn't latch and close all the way. This posed an issue since I was sharing a double queen bed room with my teenage son. On the first night of our stay, only one elevator was working and the following morning both of the elevators were out of order. This wasn't a major issue since my son and I are active but it definitely was a concern since they should've been working properly as not everyone is able to use the stairs. The continental breakfast was pretty standard, not the best but also not terrible either. Overall the stay was good.

Not a bad stay, but not a great one. You can hear people and the tv going in the rooms next to you even though they weren’t super loud. One elevator was done for maintenance, and the other sounded like it could break any minute. Overall, not bad for the price and one night stay, but probably won’t choose it again.

They made solo traveling as a female a great experience. Never had any concerns.

I stayed whit my son four days initially, then had to extend my stay by another four; honestly, I chose this place again because the entire staff—from the front desk to the housekeeping team—deserves a 10 out of 10 rating for their magnificent work. It is a very clean place, both inside the rooms and outside the building, and the breakfast is excellent too! 👌 I recommend it 100%.

For the price it was great. A little warm and humid in the summer month but otherwise everything else was great. Stayed 3 nights and it was good to see a little variety in breakfast options during the stay.

AC turned off nightly. Not sure why. Always had to turn off thermostat and reset! Warm room. Room smelled musty. Carpet smells old. The iron board had a bad smell. Halls had a musty odor. Carpets were gross. Wasted my money and sleep.

I have a physical disability so we had an accessible room. The shower was great. I did have a challenge with the height of the toilet which was low and no grab bar. The bed was way too high for me and I struggled to get in the bed. A minor problem was the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working so I just had to go downstairs. No biggie.

I always stay here when I need to be within easy driving distance of DFW airport. The staff are really friendly, professional and helpful, parking is easy, the hotel feels safe and secure in a nice location. It's quiet at night, spacious, everything is very clean and well maintained. The only problem I have is that there are very few gluten free breakfast options, but this is the case everywhere.

Staff wanted to charge $25 to check in 20 minutes before 3pm. Otherwise breakfast was good, room was clean and location was great for our activities

Handicap room, which was not needed, seat in the shower would not fold up, giving less room. Shower head was broke and sprayed everywhere, no stopper to take a bath either. 12:15AM phone call to ask if we had kids in the room, which we did, we were all asleep. She stated there were complaints of loud kids in the hall, I told her she was welcome to come by the room we were all in bed asleep! I stepped into the hall to see what was going on and all was quiet.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok, the eggs made our stomaches hurt most of the days. The reason i picked this hotel was for the pool/hottub. When we got here it was gross rusty at the bottom. Also the tub in our room had no stopper, the lighting in our room was dark, the view was of an empty lot. The toilet in our room ran constantly. Our bedding was ripped and the sheets were peeling and had lint balls (they were bumpy) I probably wont stay here for our next trip in May. Not worth the amount they charge.

It took the front desk 4 different tries to get us the correct room I requested. It caused a lot of back and forth walking up and down the hotel. Took 30 minutes to finally get into my room. They did not refund my stay.

Parking lot was full of ice in the handicap area not safe at all they could have scraped the ice gotten rid of it / security guard never in vehicle to help or assist / very limited parking plumbing in room 310 allows bugs to enter the bathroom/ never enough towels the rooms are very clean breakfast good price too high rooms / 300 pm check-in doesn’t work for me for the price other place to stay that offer more this place is highly overrated overpriced
