The property was good. The location was great.

We had an amazing weekend, the accommodations were great and the staff was amazing.

I was there for a seminar, front desk check in excellent, the restaurant not so much. Service was awful and I guess they were understaffed. Also couldn’t get the water pitchers in the lobby full and it’s 100 degrees outside.

One of my fave hotels. Concierge lounge was a wonderful part of our stay as well. It made a difference. The beds were comfortable and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!

The staff went above and beyond despite the hotel being full from a big conference. Our room was so spacious, very clean and well-appointed. Every person we spoke to was kind and smiling.

Near at conveniently situated near the conference and Sundance Squareb Air conditioning vents need a thorough clean - dusty. Lack of Breakfast Buffet and very expensive cooked breakfast option! Buffet only on weekends.

Staff were amazing! Hotel very clean. Room clean smelled fresh upon arrival. Throughout the property everything was well maintained. I will stay here again!!!

Fantastic & VERY friendly staff!

Rooms really big so clean and great bars and facilities! Highly recommend The location was just out of downtown so a good 10 minute walk to get to food cafes and restaurants. It was really hot when there so punish of a walk just to grab a coffee but…. Free blue downtown bus and orange stock yard bus stop directly outside hotel which was handy in the heat!

This was a very clean hotel. Breakfast was good, and all staff was friendly.

My room was very noisy. Not sure what was making g noise maybe railroad or construction but it went in until 1am every nite.

The evening staff were super inviting welcoming they were awesome the morning staff were not very helpful I called and called valet no answer no I called the front office and they weren’t help I was told to go to valet and ask for my car what an inconvenience the Beds were super comfortable

This was our first time staying here, and everyone at the front desk immediately greeted us with smiles. Answered the questions we had with a smile, and informed us of all amenities and things we could use during our stay. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning! It was spotless, rooms were clean and had very comfortable beds. We were absolutely pleased with our stay, and will be booking here again when in Fort Worth!

On Saturday 05/31/26 around 9:00 am they were rude to my husband. They were laughing about his broken English then I went to get coffee for myself and my daughter. We ordered our drinks and then she started talking to the other girl and kept talking and talking and barely acknowledge us I interrupt them and told them that I wanna pay for the coffee and if they can start working on it She just roll her eyes, Other than that, everything was perfect 👌 clean, friendly stuff Staci she help us with the checking on Saturday 05/30/26 at 4:00 pm thank You, Staci for all your help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bathrooms are kinda small but other than tha, great stay!

The only issue I found was with parking. The customer has no choice but to use the pricey valet parking.

The hot tub was caused chemical burns and hair loss to me and my wife and other guests. The pool was not heated and was to cold to enjoy. The only reason we stayed at this hotel was to use the pool and the hot tub. Disappointed to say the least.

Breakfast staff on first day couldn't care less that we were there, only 4 tables being served, completely ignored, had to ask twice for a waiter, waited almost 20 minutes, finally flagged waiter from across the room, who said she didn't realize we were her responsibility, not impressed

I didn’t love valet cost or inconvenience when going in and out a several times throughout our stay. I’d definitely stay again but would ask for a room on the side opposite 35W and the train tracks.

Room was very large. Shower has super hot water. A/C kept the room very comfortable. Would stay here again.

I stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Fort Worth while attending Atlanta market, and the location was extremely convenient. The hotel is very nice, clean, and has a modern look and feel. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re in town for business or market. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was updated with high amenities, comfort, lighted led mirror in the bathroom and usb plugs all around. Very clean and functional. Hotel was also very clean and restaurant was very delectable. Would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect just as it was last year when we stayed here. Last year I could go to the lounge and this year I couldn’t so I don’t know what happened there. We had a great time.

Great stay with great amenities at this hotel. Staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I had a club room with lounge access, and there was confusion by the staff when I asked about when the happy hour and hors d'oeuvres were going to be served (they said they didn't do that) but the food ended up being served so that's fine. The lounge access was phenomenal, the valet very helpful, and I'll stay at the Sheraton again!

Courteous staff, clean room, and great amenities. Only complaint is room noise. We stayed in a room ending in 77 (southeast side of the property), and heard nothing but road and railroad noise all night.

We stayed at this hotel for a concert. Everything was OK except for a roach crawled across my wife’s foot right before going to bed. That should not happen in a hotel like this especially at $300 a night for a room. Beware!

disappointed we weren’t able to get a room until 5:03pm, when check in was at 4:00pm. Being told we could be put on a wait list? When I made the reservation over 4 months ago? valet is basically your only way to park, unless you feel comfortable parking your car in the street.

It was very clean, modern, and staff was friendly. The gym had great equipment for a hotel gym which was a nice feature. All of the valet workers were very helpful and kind!

This is our go to hotel everytime we are in the area. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff is amazing everytime.

They were painting a room across from ours and there was a smell throughout the hallway and we didn't love the bed. Other than that, the stay was great.

Convenient location next to Ft. Worth convention center. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Spacious gym area. Nice and comfortable room. We had 2 queen beds with access to club lounge area. Best part of the stay definitely would be the pool and hot tub and access to breakfast, appetizers and snacks from club lounge. The 2 negative things about the property is expensive valet only Parking and very loud AC unit in the room. if you are a light sleeper, I don't see how anyone could sleep in these rooms at all. Air conditioning AC compressor runs on and off throughout the night and extremely loud. Bring your ear plugs when you sleep.
