Spent $200 to have a room with roaches in it. The shower was dirty and I felt so gross just existing in the room. I told the front desk and they look like they fake wrote down my complaint. So maybe this is normal.

Everything was wonderful. Very clean! No bad notes. Thought it was wonderful!

Location, location, location. The area can't be beat. Restaurants surrounding the area just a skip and a hop away, a nice park across the street, walking distance Dickies arena. A short uber ride to the stockyards. Breakfast, that was good too. Alas, I will try to keep it short and SWEET. One of my pet peeves is housekeeping. I choose hotels over private Air B&B's because I like the daily housekeeping. As someone that has a weekend getaway at least quarterly, who hasn't moved past Opt-In requirements. Most of my hotel stays are automatic housekeeping and I am flabbergasted when it isn't. Just let us know at check in that way I can insist for it to be done. I didn't complain. The first thing I find as I am getting settled into my room is the previous guest child/pet toy. I didn't complain I booked the Deluxe King Studio. Sitting Area and full kitchen. Ice maker never made ice. I didn't complain just went down to the front desk to grab some. Elevators and hallways are steamy! It's uncomfortable. I didn't complain. We came in Saturday after being outside at the stockyards all day, fighting temperatures where the sun is about to scald a lizard, we were running to beat the heat in our room. After enduring the hot elevator and hallways, only to be met with the heat from the hinges of hell in our studio as well. I most definitely picked up the phone and complained about the heat in my room as the batteries on the thermostat were out. They had no one to bring them up, so my boyfriend went back into the sauna elevator and hallways and saved us both from near death. He came back up and he said they mentioned they would give us a credit. I have not received any notice of a credit.

First time staying here. We arrived for a concert nearby at the Dickies Arena. Everything was in walking distance so we really enjoyed that. We will be back. Thank you.

It was great close by Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was a little rude when checking in.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The receptionist was a little rude when checking in.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast great. Big spacious rooms Paying for parking when there was no actual security to the parking lot. And we were in an odd location that didn't have true alternatives if you wanted to street park.

Great location , amenities where welcomed worth the stay ,

More than what i was expecting.

This is a three-star hotel. There's nothing spectacular about it. The fact that they charge a premium dollar per night for this property and then add on a $20 parking fee is adding insult to injury. In my humble opinion the parking fee should be included in an already inflated nightly rate. Again folks this is a three-star property
- 1/5
Great breakfast and great hotel. They did put us in a room with NO A/C for the first night, with no offer to accommodate for the inconvenience.
- 5/5
Excellent and safe and convenient place to stay.
- 4/5
Overall room was nice and the staff friendly. My only problem was that the shower had poor pressure and would fluctuate between hot and cold water during the shower... was very strange. Maybe they were working on the plumbing? Overall recommended with that caveat in mind.
- 4/5
Overall good experience, was only there for a quick overnight trip. It is located very close to an active train track, so keep that in mind if you are a light sleeper. It will make loud noises at all hours of the night.

The suite was large and comfortable. I especially liked the living room/kitchen area and all the space to work and relax.
- 2/5
Bed was not comfortable and the mattress had brownish yellow stains.
- 5/5
TVs worked perfectly, bed was super comfy and the breakfast buffet had many different options! There were even gluten free options.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. Great staff, always clean and quiet and the breakfast is yummy. They always have gluten free options

Room was quite clean, quiet and comfy!

For nearly $400/night, this hotel fell very short of expectations. The first room we were put in had no hot water. It also was dingy with some odd stains on some furniture. We changed rooms and the second room had barely-hot water. It was a cold evening for weather but from other reviews, it sounds like the lack of hot water is an ongoing issue. Changing rooms also resulted us a king to a queen bed. The mattress was uncomfortable as well. Parking was $20.

Clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Really nice hotel, very clean and quiet. Loved the location. The rooms were nice, but the sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Needs a new mattress. Overall nice hotel. Would recommend to friends and family.
- 4/5
Greeted very warmly. Hotel and room very clean. Breakfast was bountiful. But, the water in the shower was tepid at best. Brrrrr! It simply would not get hot. Otherwise, everything was great!
- 5/5
Very friendly and helpful reception.

The room and facility were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Free breakfast was great
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast!
- 2/5
The hot water was not working the one night we stayed. Called in and they said they would update us. Had to get ready for a funeral with no hot water. Returned from the funeral and still no hot water and no message. Rude front desk person seemed annoyed I asked again and that I asked for a discount. I was bluntly told there would be no room adjustment for our troubles and to complain to management in the morning if I didn't like what she was told to do. Never again!
- 1/5
I always stay there when I visit Fort Worth and it’s always the same horrible breakfast the oat meal is always like a soup and the bacon is always super hard and burnt other than that it’s been a good stay
- 3/5
No remote in room upon arrival they got one to us within and hour. Loud bang in the middle of the night from AC heat unit in room that woke us up in the middle of the night.
- 2/5
Room 202 was very close to train tracks w a train that woke us up at 2:45am. Other room deficiencies: slow hot water, microwave with a wonky display that kept blinking, dishwasher not hinged to the counter and a wonky thermostat. Set it at 73 and it jumped back to 68.So we asked to be moved next day and then that got messed up (the move)but the new room eventually was much better. In that room, the bathroom sink had a clog and water wouldn't flow. Oh and we were very unhappy w the $20 parking fee per day. It was waived because we were not forewarned. Why would we pay for parking?
- 5/5
The room was great! Property was well maintained and the location was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay here again if in the area.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 4/5
Nothing actually stood out except how had it was to turn on the shower and the $20 they charge the customer for parking!
- 3/5
No one ever came to give me new towels straighten up my room and I was out of my room a lot so the entire four days I was there. I never received new towels or new bedding or anything.
- 5/5
Clean room awesome staff only problem I have is that I don’t like what they charge for parking!!!
- 4/5
Nice breakfast. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
Amazing room and staff was wonderful.
- 4/5
Great hotel location in museum area with great restaurants nearby. Property conditions have slipped since our last visit. Lamp not working, window shade that would not close, no ice in refrigerator, etc. Breakfast is great.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel room was very nice.
- 5/5
Always have awesome staff on deck very nice and friendly
- 5/5
Excellent location
- 4/5
I thought the conditions were excellent and so was a service
- 1/5
Poor customer service. Rooms were old and dark.
- 4/5
Perfect location right off the Trinity Trail to ride bikes and so easy to walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we parked at the hotel!

Im a Marriott member and always try to chose them when traveling and never had a problem until now. The rooms bed is directly behind the AC unit which is inside the room hidden behind a thin wall instead of being outside. The exhaust vent is pointed directly towards the bed and i could smell the AC exhaust from the compressor. The compressor was very loud and noisy. The refrigerator compressor was very loud and noisy. The exhaust from the AC made me sick to my stomach. I asked for a room change but was told the hotel was full. At 1:30am several trains came by blowing thier horns loudly and then at 2:30am some near our window starting shooting a pistol. This was confirmed by the security guard the next morning. The bed was outdated and very stiff and uncomfortable. This is the Worst experience ever with a Marriott hotel. My daughter and I couldn't sleep and were completely exhausted and sick the next morning. I feel like this was a complete waste of money and I lost nearly $200 dollars. I would never stay here and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I told the staff about the problems but was NOT offered any compensation for my loss.
- 1/5
Pool did not work. Desk guys was not nice.
- 5/5
Nice place to stay and close to the Bars
- 1/5
Our toilet and AC were broken. I asked for maintenance and the guy gave me a plunger…never fixed anything. The front desk staff were so rude, the pool is filthy and the steps are broken off and sharp so someone could easily cut themselves. I’ll never go back, so disappointed.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay again!
- 3/5
had a repeated problem with the toilet not working. After three separate visit by their handyman we finally got a new room.
- 3/5
Customer service was poor. Elevator was not working properly as family ended up stuck. The pull out couch, the mattress is super thin that you feel like your sleeping on the rails, the floor was more comfortable. They advertised having a spa but they don't. Just a pool.
- 4/5
Everything was great except they advertised that they had a hot tub and did not when I arrived
- 5/5
The room was super comfortable, I’ll definitely be staying here next time I come to Fort Worth!
- 4/5
Have stayed there before and will again good neighborhood close to downtown only complain the pillows are kind of hard
- 5/5
loved it
- 4/5
Great stay
- 3/5
The property & location are great. We had just stayed at this hotel earlier in the week & we’re very happy with our room. This time, however, we were disappointed in the morning to take showers with almost no hot (or even warm) water. We’d get warm water, then it faded away after a few minutes to cold. As with our previous stay, the air freshener in the lobby & elevator area is so strong it’s sickening. I had to give a low rating for eco-friendly because we found no recycling option.
- 5/5
This hotel was located close to restaurants & a nice park, but tucked into a quiet side street. The property was in good condition but the air freshener smell in the lobby & elevator area was so strong it was sickening. Parking was handy but it’s an extra charge.
- 4/5
Safe quiet neighborhood. Will come back next time.
- 5/5
Very comfortable room and bed .
- 3/5
Our biggest issue was the horrendous noise from what we assumed to be the aircon pump. It was really loud and was next to the bed which woke us up several times a night. So go not book room 222.
- 3/5
The room was 76 degrees all night, very uncomfortable. Disappointing considering it's a nice hotel
- 5/5
Very nice room and great location.
- 5/5
Will definitively come back
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel was nice and clean. The room had enough space for two adults and two teenagers. However, the right side of the bed had a huge hole in it, like someone left a 50 lb bowling ball in the same spot for years. It made sleeping terrible. The bathroom lighting was terrible for applying makeup and the fan in the very tiny room with the toilet and shower didn’t keep condensation off anything. I also didn’t realize I would be charged for parking - $100 later I was not too thrilled when I got the emailed receipt
- 5/5
It was wonderful and very comfortable
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Amazing stay!
- 5/5
Overall the staff was the highlight of the property. Everything was great as a hotel, great clean rooms, continental breakfast, all well and good but staff were exceptional.
- 5/5
Nice place. The breakfast was dandy too. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great place, excellent customer service the Hispanic Lady at the front desk on Sunday 4/6/25 at noon, she's great! Always ready to help, answering phone calls and taking care of customers at the lobby at the same time with a big smile!
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean. But the train.....ohhh the train. There is a train track that runs directly next to the hotel. Although there is no whistle, the low, rumbling, slow train started at 6am and continued until 11pm. Very obnoxious.
- 4/5
It was nice and clean
- 4/5
I loved eve
- 5/5
Very nice room. Extra large with mini kitchen. Hotel was quiet.
- 5/5
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was surprised with how quiet it was given how much was around it. I wish they had an indoor pool but that is literally my only complaint. We will definitely be staying here again if and when we make it to Fort Worth again in the future.
- 5/5
The front staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was awesome. Walking distance to restaurants.
- 4/5
Room was never cleaned in 3 days and should be free parking
- 4/5
Clean and quiet! Would stay here again.
- 3/5
Drawers in rooms would not close properly.
- 5/5
The hotel and staff were amazing. It is very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Several options for food in walking distance. Cute coffee shop a block away, walking paths near by as well. Easy access to downtown. Would highly recommend.
- 5/5
Access to restaurants and trinity park
- 5/5
It was so clean and situated near restaurants
- 4/5
What I didn't like is no one asked about cleaning my room, no fresh towels, nothing, and the young lady was right next to my door when I left for the day. I just knew when I returned my room would be taken care of and I'd have fresh towels. Now, that's disappointing. Although, there was plenty of water at the service desk, there was no water in the rooms. Which I get it. But if you are elderly and take medication there should be at least two bottles of water in the room as a courtesy. No serious complaints, just feedback to do better.
- 5/5
Arrived early and was allowed to check in do we could make it to our 2:00 event. Breakfast was good. Then we were allowed to check out late. Very accommodating
- 5/5
Loved the room. Late night check in staff left something to be desired. Otherwise, wonderful stay.
- 4/5
There are railroad tracks right next to the hotel and trains run several times a night. We were awakened at least 2 times every night with loud vibrating trains passing right next to the hotel
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Loved where the property was located! The amenities amazing! Staff amazing! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had staying somewhere in the DFW!
- 4/5
The property was good. I wish they serve dinner as you needed to get in a car or walk to find a place to eat
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. the bathroom needed updating.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Place was amazing.
- 5/5
It was very conenient to our event.
- 3/5
Beds and pillows not so good. Clean place. Food for breakfast was sub par and way to much sweets.
