The rooms definitely were showing their age. One of the curtains had a tear in it, the ceiling had some cosmetic cracks in it. Neither affected our stay but definitely dated in appearance.

The property is decent. The two issues I had were: when reserving they said nothing about the property being under renovation and the room doors on the 3rd floor had gaps at the tops and bottoms of the door so you could hear everything. The front desk staff were very kind with great customer service!

We loved it and I was staying here after my house flooded. My brother stayed with his service animal in another room.

I arrived earlier than expected and the young lady at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate me. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! There was nothing I didn't like.

Hotel was easy to get to with good parking. Check in with Aaron was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. TV was a major problem as the bracket did not properly support it for moving between bedroom and couch viewing, so we ended up just leaving it in one spot for the duration of our stay. Guide on tv remote also didn't work since the TV kept reverting to Jan 1, 2016 and causing the remote to fail. Talking to the girl at the front desk was useless, and she ended up telling us there was nothing they could do to fix it. The breakfast was excellent and there is a QT gas station directly next door for all your coffee needs. The cleaning staff was very helpful for towel exchanges and shampoo refill since we didn't need other housekeeping during our stay. The hardest thing was to get extra pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch when our granddaughter slept over. The night desk is not continually staffed, so we had to wait over 20 mins the first time and no one showed up. The next night, finally found someone and got a blanket and just 1 pillow. 2 would have been nice. Overall a good place, great value, just don't try to interact with staff after midnight.

Everything was just right very peaceful

The parking was fine ,however, the bathtub continually backed up. The was way to small for my liking. Upon my arrival i asked for a different room due to it being at the elevators. The gentleman working that gave me every reason why he couldn't accommodate my request so my wife said she'll just deal with the situation. Hopefully, if this occurs again maybe the person working will make a honest effort to accommodate their customer instead of being unwilling to. Other than that my stay went well.

We attended my Granddaughter's Graduation on 5/24/25 and arrived a few days early to spend some Quality Time with her before she leaves to go off to college.

Breakfast was good.

Me and my wife like to spent random weekends here, the 1 room suite layout it’s like mini apartment with separated living room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice view on the upper floors. Plenty of parking and facilities are clean. The ice machine was a plus for our mixed drinks!

Walls are thin and you can hear next door couple up all night. Probably picked a wrong night too people outside talking until 1 in the morning.

We stay here every year for conference

Note this one problem: the maids not only knocked on my door, woke me up, but I also found them in my room before 9am. Make sure you bolt the door from the inside and tell them to not wake you up with maid service.

Great stay.

The room was tiny and the bed was uncomfortable. The closet was tiny and there were no luggage racks for our suitcases. The walls were thin. When we checked in the guy in the room next door was on his phone with a woman (he had his phone on speaker) and we could hear every word of their conversation. On last morning we could hear a woman talking to someone in another room. Our rental car was damaged in the parking lot and there are no security cameras.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite which was perfect for my family! It put the kids in a separate room so we can put them to bed early and we could stay up and enjoy ourselves. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're traveling with children. Plus it had a dining room table and a small kitchen (with dishes!) and a refrigerator so that if you were staying long-term you could cook for your family if you wanted to.

I absolutely loved the care that is put into keeping this property up to par. The breakfast in the mornings was a great added bonus. The attendant was attentive to the needs of the buffet bar. Sge refilled the options without prompting. The hotel smelled wonderful as soon as you enter the door. The room was immaculate. We stayed in the two room suite and it was perfect for our family.

Great stay w/ a nice room. We expected an actual bedroom w/ a door based on the pictures, but that was not what we received. The two bedroom had doors, but not the single. Pics were deceptive.

Hotel was amazing. Very clean, very quite, breakfeast was great. Pool was great. Only downfall is there is not much around the hotel as far as food, shopping or a run out and grab something.

Best for family had a 2 bedroom suite

Easy check in. All areas of the hotel were clean. Easy on-off access to interstate 35 frontage road. Rooms and common areas were clean. Exercise room was open 24 hours. Housekeeping was on a requested basis. I asked the front desk for housekeeping every other day and was no problem. Light hot breakfast was provided and was tasty and good selection. No waffle maker. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Stayed twice from Mon-Fri and would stay again.

The room was like an efficiency apartment. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good every morning in the common area. Made our 5 night stay perfect.

Property had drain flies and other bugs. Was not place I could stay to “detox” my body of my illness. Had to leave for my health.

The room was in need of updating. While clean the carpet, furniture and bathroom were old and needs replacing. The shower floor was a bit slippery.

My parents were safe, comfortable, and easily located to me and the highway home.

However the area does not offer many nice restaurants other than fast food, a few of those being old and dirty. The airport nearby can be a bit noisy but it wasn’t terribly loud. The cleaning ladies speak no English but do a good job cleaning your room. The breakfast was tasty and fresh with several options to choose from. All in all, putting everything about the stay together, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Front Desk Staffs were rude .

Hotel staff were very nice & friendly. The room smelled of mildew until cleaned again. Tv in one room didn’t work & no maintenance ever came to fix it. Beds including sofa bed was dingy old & needed to be replaced due to wear & tear.

The facility so perfectly met our needs - a Whole Foods right across the street was fantastic! The staff, right from front desk to housekeeping were absolutely amazing!! Thanks so much!! We will be back!!

The desk clerk gave good directions to the hotel, put us in a room close to elevator as requested, and recommended a good restaurant.

I liked the mattress, bedding, kitchenette, the breakfast and coffee. My breakfast of oatmeal with 10 topping choices, orange juice and yogurt was great. Heard some plane and traffic noise but not all the time.

I was having breakfast and attempted to fill a cup with orange juice. The machine was broken so I walked over to the lady who was overseeing breakfast. She said “I don’t speak English” and walked away. She made absolutely no attempt to resolve the situation. Well I don’t speak Spanish. Some attempt should be made to learn English. I am sure she could further her career if she did so. I am not intolerant. I am speaking the truth. Perhaps Marriott can offer courses to assist your employees in improving their lives. I let another staff member know the machine was broken.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was great! The only recommendation is - I wish they had a USB connection in the room for the charger. I couldn’t charge up my Apple Watch.

Staff was very friendly when we came in even though she extremely busy with other guests. She took care of us and made us feel welcome.

Friendly team, property a bit older but clean, shower/tub and bedspreads. Breakfast was adequate but not spectacular. Easy access from the interstate and convenient to to the speedway. Spa was not operational and pretty dirty.

I gave the staff a 5 star because they were very polite. I’m so not satisfied with the stay because of the additional stress and tardiness that it caused. I had a two day expense paid stay and was informed on the second day that someone had canceled my reservations. I didn’t! I traveled almost 700 miles I knew I needed a place to stay. I was still showing reserved and paid in full on Expedia side, but the hotel wouldn’t let me check in until the reservation was canceled even after Expedia said I was good on their end. I spent my entire weekend on the phone with Expedia when I reserved and paid a month in advance. I had to pay a higher rate because it was the weekend. Very disappointed.

Toilet wouldn’t quit running ac smelled very musty/moldy

Very clean and nice hotel. The young lady at the front desk was super polite and wonderful. Down sides were the room was hot. Took half the night to cool it down. Half the tv channels (all the ones i wanred to watch) didn't come in. Just a black blank screen. On the plus side the room was very spacious and really made it fell like home (minus being 76 with the AC on 60). Breakfast was great, good variety of things. If in the area again I'll stay there again.

My first time staying at Residence Inn and room was ridiculously small. Carpet looked very outdated. Tub had old markings in it. Air conditioning unit was the old style and blew air into the room but the air had an odor. Will not be staying at another Residence Inn anytime soon

Full kitchen. AC stopped cooling. Could not find an ice machine, bit the staff was kind enough to get is ice from the kitchen.

Disappointed

Overall, our stay was good! I understand that it’s the heat of summer, but our room never cooled down below 75°. It was quite warm. The carpets in our room felt a little gritty like they needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Good stay overall. The first room they had us in smelled kind of musty but we let the front desk know and they offered for us to move rooms. Once we moved rooms we had no issues and everything else was great. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Great people better then i expected

Nice room! A little noisy from the freeway but everything else was great.

The property was clean and quite. It's locate right off I35 so quick acesss to the freeway and there's several places to eat across from the hotel and about 5 min to Tanger Oulet with more eating place and Buccees. The staff was was nice and attentive. The room had a kitchenette both were in great condition, clean, the kitchen had everything you needed dishes, silverware, pot, etc. The bed was very comfy with clean linings. The bathroom was clean, came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner combo in the shower. All in all it was a nice stay and i would recommend it. The room also provide wheelchair access.

charged extra for rooms and given no explaination why. then was charged a random 20$ for something unrelated and never was told why ...either. when called was told for incidentals but we left the rooms spotless. fireplaces DO NOT work and ice machine does not work. staff continued to make excuses when asked about repairs until they said these thungs just dont work.. buyer beware, the 'amenities' are fake. my family will not return to this location.

It was ok room was dirty. There was hair everywhere in the bed, towels seats. Also it smelled bad. Bed is to hard. I will not be staying here anymore.

Great place to stay

Check in was an hour past the 3p check in time and we had to wait in our car after a long drive. The main room smelt musty and the carpet was in need of cleaning or replacing.

let front desk know hot tub timer was not working and pool dirty. pool cleaned next day and someone was attempting to fix timer. No liquid soap in dispenser and when informed front desk told it would be filled that day. not filled as told for shower next morning, notified front desk and informed out of body wash but gave me several personal bars of soap. overall pleasant stay.
