The mini fridge in it room didn't work and the people in the office said they weren't required to provide fridges anymore, so want able to buy and keep food in the room. I began itching and breaking out in a rash a day after getting into the room. Housekeeping never came around to pick up the dirty linen or bring toiletries. A friend came over and was instantly told to get off the property when she arrived there. No reason or explanation given. I was told to get off the property as well and had to explain to the guy in the office I had a room there. He wanted to see my room key. My husband was taken to the hospital and had our room key. He asked how I was going to get into the room and I said my brother would let me in. The stay was booked for 3 people. I then had to call my husband on FaceTime to prove to the office person that my husband was in the hospital and that I did in fact have a room there. When I asked why my friend was not allowed to come in he told me it was none of my business. She had not been there prior to this encounter. I will not recommend this location nor will I stay there again.

This is a crack and prostitution hotel half of the hotel is bored up with crime scene tape and wood planks it looks like something out of skid row don’t stay here terrible ppl they will kick you out for the most minor of thinks they lied and said the maid seen a bunch of dog hair in the bed but the dog never touched the bed what I did see what’s a bunch of human hair all over the bed and the floor they will keep your refund

NO housekeeping. Deadbolt did not work. No phone. No microwave. Hookers being dropped off to rooms nearby. Old pizza crust under bed. Have pictures of bed bug bites, and kept bug I caught. Worst place I have ever stayed. Deserved NEGATIVE numbers in rating.

As long as you are chill and respectful you get the same in return. This place will always be my go to choice to stay and recommend to others! 😁

When I arrived the bedding had stains. The lamp fixtures are coming out the wall with wires. There's another entrance to the room. Dead bugs on the floor behind the door. Dim lighting.

My stay at the Red Roof Inn was terrible the rooms were Roach infested and sheets wasn't even clean.

What I didn't like at all was the fact that these forenors are greedy and could care less about being hospitable when it comes to me as their customer for 5-8 days. I was on time when it came to paying for the room immediately, and when I needed the room for two more days in the middle of of my stay their management greedily took my money, without even saying what We Americans say, "Thank You, Welcome". So my last day comes up, I'm awaiting on some earned funds from my employer to come to me, definitely going to be this particular morning, Before Checkout; I kept the front desk manager aware that I'd bring enough to the desk within at least an hour, my funds are really on the way. The next thing I know is there's a hired bouncer kind of custodian banging on the door demanding that I put everything that I own, out of the room, move it on the side or anywhere for all that they mattered. I absolutely did as told, within another 45 minutes to an hour my funds arrived, Felt kind of violated although the room didn't belong to me, so they were within their rights. But I'm simply writing this for other future guest to be aware of this companies Smiling at the Beginning tactics, They could give a damn about you, obviously just Your Money 😏

It was the worst place ever , no maid service , the washer and dryer did not work but were there to take money , no clean linens , roaches , when we complained was told to leave and no compensation staff was rude !

Room was nice and clean, but it took hot water 20 minutes to warm up.

Worst experience ever. Hotel staff member at night check in was rude. condescending & entirely unhelpful.

All was good but no iron and iron board. Only stayed on 1 night due to event at Dickies Arena kind of sketchy area but quiet.

Absolutely nothing. Half of it is still burnt down and the other half is roach and bed bug infested. The staff immediately judged me and said ….”we’ve had problems with you before huh?” I said “no sir” he said, “oh I’m gonna look it up don’t worry” But I know that if there was a problem he would’ve mentioned that I was on the DO NOT RENT LIST or something of that nature. So right off the bat I was uncomfortable. Then the room, it was probably one of the worst I’ve ever seen. I literally just left, they can keep the money. DISGUSTING! Should’ve let it burn U-S-H-E-R Raymond baby! I’m out!

Not what I was expecting. No phone, broken dresser, no amenities, 2 pillows for a king bed, torn curtians, broken painted on lamps, stained sheets and bedding, ac did not work. However, check in was fast friendly, the staff was kind, definitely pet friendly which was the biggest plus for us!!

No starts, building is burned/ damaged, should not be operating, stayed 3 nights no cleaning service was provided, hair dryers not functional, definitely not recommended.

The AC worked good but the unit itself was broken and filthy. The comforters were tattered and torn. Drug paraphernalia were strone out on the sidewalks and stairs. There was a homeless man that was evidently passed out on the stairs. The floors looked as though they hadn't been mopped in months. Also, there was a major fire or chemical burn on the floor which had not been fixed. The refrigerator was disgusting and didn't work at all. The fire alarm was missing and the wires were exposed and hanging from of the ceiling. The ice bucket was dirty and cracked so when the ice melted it drained onto the counter everywhere. The pictures on their website does not depict an accurate description of the Red Roof Inn West, Fort Worth, Hwy 30 & Las Vegas Trail. A strange man knocked on our door asking to come in our room so we could look at what he had and use the phone. I called the manager and he told me he was looking at the camera and nothing to worry about. He didn't believe me and told me to shut up. Then hung up on me when I tried to tell him that there was a man disturbing his tenants. Oh the door was extremely damaged from a forceful entry at some point and did not shut properly (flush). We had to forcefully push it shut to lock it with the top metal flapper lock. The bottom of the door stuck out about an 11/2 inches from the door frame. The only good about this hotel was the check out.

Due to the heavy rain. the water leaked under the front door. had a huge puddle in front of the door.

After 1 1/2 hours with Expedia rep was booked into "premium" room at In Town Suites in Arlington. Thought prior hotel was worse I had ever seen, this was much worse.

The room had a weird pine smell, comforters had bad stains on them,. Called front desk to ask for a broom and some cleaning supplies the guy brought a broom no dust pan or cleaning supplies.i ended up sweeping so he could get the dust pan clearly had not been swept well. But the price was affordable and the guy did try. Oh there is no pool and it looked like a bomb went off in the hotel due to part of it being on fire. Still very strong smell of fire.

The rook is ok the area isn’t the greatest and a huge portion of the hotel is burned and my room was under the burned part so it felt kinda weird and wondered if safe

I am convinced that the family that owns this property either hates hospitality or just doesn’t care anymore probably a bit of both. There’s a for sale sign on the property, which is an indication to me that they checked out a long time ago. I’m gonna share with the meaning of hospitality is since they forgot. Hospitality encompasses the relationship between a host and guest, characterized by generous and friendly treatment, often involving the reception and entertainment of guests in a comfortable and welcoming environment. I attempted to check in at 3:15. I was told that I had to wait till 4 PM. I thought maybe it’s because my room wasn’t ready when I checked into my room I realize there were dead insects in my sink and my bathtub which indicates to me that I wasn’t waiting for the room to be cleaned. I was just waiting because someone wants to make people wait for no reason. Two other guests tried to check in around the same time and since the lobby was locked, they had to wait outside in 100° heat shame on you. What a pathetic excuse for a hotel owner I’ve stayed at many red roof ends in my life. I would’ve never considered it to be a bargain basement chain until the stay at this property. I cannot believe that it’s allowed to be called the Red Roof Inn. The door to the room has been bent. You can see part of the outside of the door on the inside. Booked 2 rooms for me and a friend, only to get there and find out that the place had a fire that morning and had 25 rooms out of order. They gave us new rooms, one of which was far from clean and the other was overheated to the point of the fridge welding itself shut and there were burn holes in the sheets. Absolutely terrible, glad I got a refund.

The room i reserved though EXPEDIA.COM WAS SO NASTY A AND DISGUSTING THAT THIS ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFF OF THE RENTAL LIST UNTIL PROBLEMS WERE COMPLETELY FIXED. Our room was clean, and all appliances are working properly. However, there was a towel that still smelled like cigarettes, soaps were open, and I had a bug bite the next day on my leg. Overall, it’s okay for our 1 night stay to unwind after a long drive. Mcdonald’s is at a walking distance which was convenient. We will only stay here again if there was better choice.

The room is NOT like the photos! Room smelled like marijuana, comforters were old, dingy and had burn holes all over them, no towels had to go back to office because they don’t answer their phone, to request better linens and towels. I’m disabled and they didn’t have the requested 1st floor available so had to do stairs and a long walkway to get to room. Didn’t go out at dark it’s unsafe!

Nice location. Family owned and operated and they cater to many of your needs. They were very polite and respectful and made me feel like I was at home. This is probably the safest spot in the area and the rooms are cleaned and appear to be newly remodeled. Never seen a bug like surrounding hotels. Customer service was top notch and anytime I am in this area this will be my home no questions asked

Not clean, it's summertime the pool was unavailable, found drug parafanaila in one of da drawers. I also booked it four people and it only had 1 set of towels. Overall i didn't like it.
