There was roaches, the sheets were stained with only God knows what and the door didn’t even lock. I checked out at 1:30am

Clean rooms and the staff the ones that i had the pleasure of meeting, are the most down to earth people u will ever talk too.

In the middle of night I was getting bit by something in bed. I was alone, and took a video as well as pics and caught a couple of bed bugs from mattress to take to front office. After I stood at window for 15 minutes ringing bell a rude man came out took my sample and told me that I could move to a different room. I declined, because I didn't want to take a chance on getting bit again at Red roof inn. I asked if a partial refund could be returned and was told no. I should get a full refund but I was trying to not cause drama cuz the office person seemed grumpy to begin with. I stood outside in the middle of the night during a winter blast in Texas waiting on an Uber and was unable to get one. I was told I could not be standing there so I took a ride from a stranger and luckily I made it somewhere safe. I would like a full refund. I contacted bbb and police report and office refuses any wrong doing Bed bugs and it was filthy n office acted as if I did wrong

It was extremely noisy, parking was terrible. The mattresses and sheets was extremely dirty and had stains

Place is a complete dump. Old, dirty, smoke detector missing the battery, toilet tank top broken, etc. This place shouldn't be open for business.

Smoking motel room option. The bathroom smelled like pee and bathtub was filthy. It had roaches in the motel room and dog crap everywhere outside that smells.

It’s 7 am and they have a man on a lawn mower going around building it’s sooo loud!!

Everyone was respectful and nice I have no complaints at all. The only thing I could say was the tv channels were very blurry but I don't really watch tv and when I do it's sports so it didn't really bother me. I would highly recommend it, it's affordable the workers I dealt with treated me with respect and that's what I am looking for with my stay.

Took forever to check in, got to the room and there was no tv remote informed the front desk and he tells me that he’ll have maintenance bring me one and that never got done.

Sink and shower would stop working, and door seal was gone so a/c would leak out and you could smell the cigarette smoke outside. But it was quiet.

Room was filthy, flies and spiders were my company. The sheets were dirty and the shower had leftover hair from the previous tenant. Will never book there again

Nice place to stay

First off when I got to my room it was hot and the A/C was running. As the night went on I called the office because it wasn't cooling down. Someone came and checked said that it was cooling and it still wasn't. They came back a second time this morning and said that he would talk to the manager. I haven't heard anything back from them yet. During this I found out that my door didn't latch and the only reason it stayed closed is I locked it from the inside. I have had no sleep and am beyond ticked off

Booked a non smoking room, first smelled like someone had just finished smoking in the room. The second room was a smoking room, and dirty. We took a short nap before getting on the road, and would've asked for our money back if I hadn't used the cashed built up from previous reservations.

Any hotel othet than this placebwould have been better. I called these peoples and told them i would be late checking out 30 minutes, they said the would set my things outside the door on the sidewalk at 11 if i was not there. This motel is trash and I will never stay at a red roof inn again.

Accidentally made reservations for smoking room. Asked to change it when it was pointed out to me and the man refused to change it! Faucets don’t work and shower was cold.

It looked disgusting. I literally checked in looked at the rooms and bathroom and left . The sheets had several holes looked like from cigarette lighters, there was no shower curtain and it honestly just made me feel really unsafe .

Liked that it was nice and quiet. But didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have coffee to be able to make, in the rooms AND that their vending machines didn’t work for any midnight snacks!!

Check out came at 11 and I stayed on the stairwell doing some computer work 45 minutes past and I went to the front to return my card and the lady then looked at me and told me to get out before she calls the cops. Lol I asked for a bathroom while trying to hand the key back, and she told me to get out the yelling at me, she followed me outside as I proceeded to leave as she stated and I was planning on anyways and she followed me antagonize me saying that she was going to call the cops on me when I initially I just was returning the key and was going to try to use the bathroom .. it was delay overtime between cleaning rooms and I had already purchased a room, but could not access till 3 PM. I went to go and get in my room and they denied me services as I did not do nothing at all wrong but try to return the door key and ask for a bathroom . I own a construction renovation company I can help fix there place up .. I can’t fix the roaches but I can do the rest

I love staying here, everyone is so nice and they make my children and I feel comfortable. I will always come and visit.

I had the best time. My butler and I were very pleased with our stay. Only problem was the coke machine didn't work and the bed was a little squeeky.

Not worth the price and asked for card for incidental like it's a high maintenance place and etc.. No water pressure in shower or sink. Toddler couldn't take bath due to shower won't cut off nearly no hot water

The smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. We had two doubles and there was barely 2 feet of space between the two beds with both beds being pressed to the walls (one on top of the AC). A lot of wear and tear around the room. Would not recommend to anyone traveling with children.

Overall the room was alright but the toilet constantly sounded like it was filling and there was no water pressure so showers and even just washing hands and brushing teeth were ridiculous.

The bed was super uncomfortable. Air conditioner didn’t seem to work well either.

This place was DISGUSTING. We went at 11am (my fiance our son and I) because we had a power outage. It took 30 minutes just to get a key, we walked straight into the room and went to sleep a few hours later I woke up feeling something biting me and I had bite marks all over the side of me that was laying on the bed I took the sheets off and put on some that I had in my trunk and then didn't feel anything I slept for a few more hours and then woke up again a few hour later it was about 6am I went to the restroom and there were like 8 roaches crawling around in there I stayed up till 7 watching roaches on the wall till my son woke up and we could get out of there, if I had more money I would have left when I woke up the 1st time but this was unexpected and it was to hot to stay home when the power was out.

Double charge me for room an refused to give me refund !!!

Want a good night sleep DONT COME HERE!! Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, plumbing sucked, no water pressure from the sink and shower. VERY NOISY 😤 Keep your shoes on, floor was disgusting. Unbelievable NEVER AGAIN.

When I got there and got my hotel Key it didn't work that I had to wait 30 minutes there more waiting on the front desk guy to get back to me and help me. He got it to open but apparently the battery was dying and I told him he should change it, but he didn't and then when I left my room to have a cigarette and I try to open my door again with my new room key it would not open at all he came to help me and it would not open and I was stuck without my room for about an hour or so I asked if I could have another night since I didn't even get to stay in my room hardly at all and they were quick to say no and just miss me and it was super rude and I'm so unhappy. Not to mention i was approached by two strangers asking me for money and asking to use my phone. I highly dont recommended staying here and if you do and youre a single woman traveling i dont reccomend that.

There was bugs on the walls, hairs on the bath tub, we couldnt even shower this hotel is super nasty dont go there please and if you do you know what im talking about, there was even hair and trash on the drawers everything felt greasy they dont disinfect or anything. Never going back !!!!

At 10:40 am the man on staff started telling my brother he had to leave NOW. I was on my way back to the hotel from a meeting, knowing I had to pick brother up by 11. The man demanded that brother take his stuff out of the room and wait for me outside the room. Brother was upset and called me twice. When I arrived at 10:57, my brother was waiting in the parking lot. This is not the type of treatment that I expect from any hotel. I will warn my friends and family not to stay at any Red Roof Inn.

No coffee maker , limited Tv channels and not even a box of Kleenex

The stay was pretty terrible, rooms are dated, beds uncomfortable, rooms are very small, you can’t control the neighbors but no security or anyone checking for noise and upfront they care less, worst of all is the price for the disappointing stay, I def would like my money back but that ain’t gonna happen..

Rooms where super small the only thing updated was the the bathroom. Too many crackheads and prostitutes all over the place. On the bright side they were nice just had to make sure my car wasn’t broken into. Definitely not family friendly and going on spring break and our other hotel getting canceled this was our only option… 😬

The room was advertised as being 280 square feet (as all their rooms are advertised to be). It was about 180 square feet. I chose this property over others based on the size of the room. To arrive there and discover that I had been mislead was upsetting.

Absolutely disgusting room, very filthy. Moldy and faulty A/C unit in the room. I was scared to use it. Dead roaches, mold around shower. Dirty floors and sheets were repulsive. 0 stars!

The hotel is very run down and in need of repair. The heater vent was exposed. The TV got horrible reception. No hand towels were available in the room. The shower had cigarette burns on the tub. It was also loud and you could hear traffic all night. I realize it was less expensive but it could be better.

And i called hotels.com to get my refund and as of today i still haven't received my hard earned money. Bad for me and bad for business.

This hotel looks like it’s in the hood. Cigarette buds and panties were on the sidewalk. Definitely want to lock your car here but it’s a cheap stay for sure.

Arrived after 1 AM and was concerned when other guests were complaining about roaches. The bathroom smelled like urine. We were too tired and just needed sleep. We could not get to sleep because of an argument going on in the parking lot. We dozed off about 5 AM and slept until 8:30 AM. We checked out and left at that point since driving was preferable to staying. I paid for two nights and stayed for about six hours.

The hotel is not being kept up at all thinks are broken but being fix, I stay there three time an in each room their was something not working. the tv as very little channels come in for you to watch

NOT a good place to stay. The safety here is a serious, serious issue. They literally have a sign at the front desk attached to the **bulletproof** glass which reads “NO VISITORS ALLOWED DURING STAY”. Aka strong prostitution vibes at this “hotel”. That’s probably why there was so many people walking around at 3am when I got something from my car... I strongly urge you to pay extra and select a different property... any other property. With all of that being said, it was actually pretty clean and surprisingly quiet regarding the road noise.

The parking lot is not well maintained. The brush and grass were over grown. Unlike the other 2 hotels next to it. I asked for an extra pillow and the person at the front desk was not able to give me one. So she said she will talk to the custodians to see if they could give us an extra pillow, which they did not. The shower was discolored and stained. The walls are very thin. We could hear everything in the rooms on each side of us. We could also hear every car that passed by and person talking outside our room all through the night. That made it very hard to actually get any sleep. The cable box must have been old or not connected properly. Most of the cable channels were fuzzy to the point where we couldn’t understand what was being said.

Friendly staff. Remodeled king room. Looked clean...floor was filthy, I mopped it myself. The grounds were DISGUSTING. My dog didn't want to walk in the scrub they call grass. Litter everywhere. Could be a really cool spot to stay if they would landscape...it would make it not so depressing. Definitely a plus for welcoming front desk folks though! Please Landscape. Thanks!
