Our first room the air conditioning did not work they moved us to a different room the next morning after that are stay was great . Unless you expect something other than waffles cereal toast or yogurt you will like breakfast. I did not and that is the only thing I did not like about my stay. Everything else was great.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and excited. The facility is clean. It's a great place to stay.

Everything was good

We had to leave because we found bed bugs on the bed . They gave us our money back. As we were leaving a leaving a couple asked us what had happened and we told them about the bed bugs and the woman said I knew it because her partner had been bitten by them on his arm and back. We saw the bite marks on him ..

Great place to stay

Checking in was easy. The pool hours were 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. you need to have cash to buy anything from the front desk. Clean room. Free breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt, apples, cereal, juices, coffee, tea, bread for toast and peanut butter and jelly.

Black mold on the walls of the bathroom and our ceiling above our bed. I woke up wheezing from the mold growth as I am sensitive to molds. The mold was visible to the eye without a bright light.

Your website security is compromised and after I booked the reservation through your site my debit card data was stolen and fraudulent charges started popping up on my account

The stay was good I dont like it when they put a hold of of the same amount I book and still charge the amount too

They swapped our rooms We had no cold water in the hand sink and our tub would fill up and wouldn’t really drain until we stopped showering and got out.

I loved staying here & the breakfast was delicious!! The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. I would most definitely stay here, again.

All staff was very friendly. Showers need to be better. It was clogged and plug couldn't come out to clean the drain. A/c not working too well. Was expecting more options for breakfast. And there was nothing to tell us where ice and laundry area was. Also nothing to tell time for breakfast hous.

Clean room

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. You save a few dollars but the staff were unhelpful to the point of being antagonistic. The manager actually seemed to enjoy answering even the most reasonable request for accommodation with ‘sorry we can’t do that because of policy’ even if this meant he’d lose future business. Playing this kind of short nickle-and-diming game is ill advised when your hotel is seldom fully occupied.

They gave my son an occupied room and it became a big argument between the staff and occupant was very upset other then that it was ok very bad customer service at front desk

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only downfall was climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor with our luggage.

Please do not stay here if you can help it. Rooms were much smaller than advertised, and had a damp musty smell. There was no Do Not Disturb sign to put on the door. Bathroom did not even have a fan for steam so if you like mold, stay here. Breakfast was absolute garbage, it was all carbs (waffles and muffins) and no protein or variety at all. Front staff were rude and lied about the bathroom being broken (it wasn’t) so guests couldn’t use it. Not to mention the bugs in the room. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Staff was friendly

I did not stay here! Someone hacked my credit card! I got with the hotel and they canceled the reservation and gave me my money back. I hope they were able to get the scum sucker arrested!! The scammer that tried to screw me over! What I numerically rated was just to get this posted. Otherwise they wouldn’t have posted it.

This is a motel with outdoor entry to the rooms. This is not a hotel as advertised. If you are interested in a hotel with room doors that lead to inside hallways look at other properties.

The room was clean and the amenities were fine. The price was good. Even though I called the property at least 3 times, updating my stay with an additional night seemed to be an impossible task for the hotel. I did not know if the additional night had been added or if it was available until we showed up. Breakfast was pretty meager.

The room, salt, dirty, and the carpets were very damp.

It’s was okay loved that the pool was open and they were very great on keeping it clean. The only thing I guess I could say was they could have more options for breakfast. They only had waffles yogurt and cereal. The other quality inn I stayed at in Fort Worth had eggs sausage muffins bagels and other stuff.

The room was just ok. The door didn’t close right because it was bent. The toilet was too close to the wall to use comfortably. The bed linens were stained with burn holes, but seemed to have been clean. We won’t pick the location again.

I woke up. Room had a old urine smell and seen bugs in the room several times

We enjoyed our stay! Most of the room was clean and very useful. However, I do want to comment that the carpet feels a bit murky(?). Still, I would go back when I come to Fort Worth!

I would not stay here again. The front desk guy was nice but that’s the only good thing I can say.

There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets. Water damage in the bathroom ceiling. Pooling of water in the hallways. Desk chair was unusable. Otherwise, good property. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.

Door was not flush and could see light through crack in door.

Nothing Cookers knocking at door 4 am in morning, Will never book this hotel again.

Close to freeway and restaurants and grocery stores. Very hot water for really good shower. Didn't eat breakfast so can't give an opinion on that. Next door to a holiday inn express. Unfortunately there is a homeless camp set up between the two hotels. But they did bother anyone or any cars in the parking lot. Just an FYI. Good price for good stay. Safe clean place. No frills.

We were able to get an excellent room rate so this property was an great choice for us The property is nice, the staff friendly and the room was very comfortable.

It’s alright

Host was on the phone the whole time in checkin. This is rude. He apologized that he must be on the call. Make your priority your customer, not visiting with family on the phone. When he left, he was still on the phone call. The lotion was empty. Too late for me to use. The remote did not work. The room AC had not been turned on and the room was stuffy with whatever scent it had with moisture. I would suggest better preparation and customer service.

I always love this property. They maintain the whole place and keep things clean. I've never been disappointed.

Perfect as always

So let’s start out with the fact someone went in our room and pillaged through our stuff and stole some jewelry. I went to front desk when I got back after being gone 10 hrs he said he would look into it and call me right away.. never go back to me went in the next morning was told they would look over the cameras and call me back.. never heard a thing.. not one attempt to respond nothing… no concern or anything on the owners behalf.. 2500 in stuff missing..

All was as expected.

I rescheduled my stay and when I went to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation and wanted to charge me $200 over my reserved rate. I ended up not staying at all. Previously, I had a good experience with Hotels.com. This was unexpected and shocking. I am so very disappointed.

Courteous staff, cleanliness of room was okay, not spotless, but cleanliness enough to sleep comfortably in. Continental breakfast was just basic and small. Would be a nice place for an extended stay traveling work crew. Quality stay for the price.

Room was clean. Amenities were limited. It is not in a very savory part of Fort Worth.

I only got into problems with the staff after I left because they charged me for a pet peeve and I did not bring any pets with me to the room. They are blaming me for pet hair in the room prior to me staying there and after I left, I stayed there on a military drill orders ( so I definitely could not bring any pets.. I don’t even have pets..) and they argued me down about what their house cleaning staff said.. I asked him to check the video of me walking in and out of my room because I was right by the office and they refused to give me the refund for something that was previously in that room prior to me checking in… it’s sad. I always stay at this hotel anytime I come on drill orders, but this will be my last time. I’ve never been treated like this before at a hotel and I stayed at hotels all over the world…

The room was ok I can’t tell you anything about the breakfast because we overslept. It was quite the bed was comfortable. I would stay again

Breakfast was horrible, there was bugs everywhere in my room and spiders in the bed which awakened me from my sleep, couldn’t go back to sleep. Won’t give me back my deposit because housekeeping lied on me. Door had gaps in it would not close properly.

The door took us about 5 minutes to get open and we felt very unsafe. This is a motel in not the nicest part of town

Comfortable beds

I travel for work. I am responsible for 6 teams. Three of those teams including myself stayed at this establishment. These wonderful staff members and management were absolutely phenomenal. They were understanding. They were friendly and very respectful. They went above and beyond with every single one of the rooms my teams had. And they had their hands full because these kids that I am the boss of run me ragged lol. But the staff and the management handled it all wonderfully. Housekeeping was awesome and the pool was phenomenal if it had not been so cold. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Only hot foods are waffles and toast. No protein offered at all. No liquid creamer for coffee either, only powdered. Staff were very nice and the room was clean with comfortable beds.

Had to park very far from my room..woken up by a small roach in my bed. Then went to take a shower in the morning and a small spider was in my shower. Which I then killed with a towel. My room was directly by the tiny pool so maybe that had something to do with the bug situation. These rooms are not worth the price. Pay an extra 40 and get a la quinta or Marriott or Hilton brand hotel if you want anything a little nice. This was basically motel 6 with a slightly better bed. Building looked old. Staff was ok but not that overly hospitable. Breakfast was also pretty lame.

The room was large and clean but smelled of smoke. This is not the fault of the owners or staff knowing that the rules are NO SMOKING but the people that stay there don't know how to respect other peoples property of not smoking in the room. Come on people!!! If it says no smoking and no pets, please respect other peoples property!
