It clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet. When I got to the room it was and oven it was so hot. But it only took a little while to cool down.

The front desk staff that was on duty when I checked in was nice and professional. The daytime front desk staff by the name of Jeet was absolutely horrible. He is rude, especially to women. He is confrontational and doesn't have any kind of customer service personality at all. The key cards do not work half the time and are recycled to the point that you can see the scratch marks on them from being used over and over. You just have to keep inserting it until it works. The pool and hot tub were closed the whole time I was there. I was told by one gentleman that it was due to cleaning and chemicals. I was told by Jeet that it was closed until 4pm, but the closed sign was never removed. I asked again and he just said "it's closed." The pool hrs online don't match the hrs on the sign in the pool area and that doesn't match the sign inside the hotel. Breakfast was suppose to be open until 9:30am and both mornings it was tore down and closed before 9:30am. They do not stay open later on weekends and the hrs for breakfast don't match the hrs online, either. The second day I went at 9:18am just to get coffee and the doors were locked already. Coffee is only available in the morning at breakfast. They do not offer it in the lobby or common areas at any other time. I was told to use the coffee pot in my room. The coffee pot provided in the room is set up in the bathroom on the counter next to the toilet. The room and bed were clean. Jeet is horrible!! I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!

I looooove the breakfast and the young man and girl front desk staff is so kind Sometimes the pillows smell like dirty water and the cleaning ladies in the morning always seem to try and unlock my door over 40min before check out time .

To begin with, the gentleman, Raji- not sure on the spelling- was very helpful, accomodating and kind. I was slightly concerned because I booked workout reading all the comments. Then I read several poor reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised!

Hotel/Rooms were ok, not as nice as the pictures. Towels had stains on them and could tell they have been used for years. Breakfast was ok just your simple stuff, I can tell you the sauase each day was over cooked and greasy as hell and egss didn't look good, no variety of yougurt/muffins just one kind. Coffee was out in the morning and the manager told me that was all they had, very disappointing for a coffee drinker. grounds were kept up and the pool was clean and enjoyable.

The pool closed at 9pm. The guy that was there the last day was rude. Asked for more towels and he told us until we brought him the towels from our room he wouldn’t give us anymore. We got there Friday night and stayed til Sunday morning and had to use the same towels all weekend.

I spent 3 nights there. Everything was great. With that being said the bathroom had no water pressure and the shower head was clogged so it made it a chore to take a shower. Breakfast was great the first 2 days on the 3rd day the eggs were overcooked and the sausage was dried out and crispy. Like I said in the beginning everything else was great. The room had 2 queen beds in it and there was plenty of room. Overall I would give them 4.2 stars and would recommend them to my friends and family. For a no hassle stay.

ALOT! It smelt awful, VERY outdated. One Staff member to check in, and when we checked out I am almost 99% sure the person was sleeping. They didn't even get up they just yelled from behind the door what number room. Will not stay here again.

Nice clean room. Breakfast was ok. We got to breakfast about 30 minutes before "closing time" and everything was picked over and there was nobody to refresh anything

The room was clean, the breakfast area was poorly maintained. The bathroom by the pool was out of order, so if you are in the pool and need to use the restroom, you must run back to your room.

Definitely was surprised, but HAPPY that my room was cleaned and smelled great! Definitely can tell they took the time to clean and make sure that the details of the room were well done! Really appreciate hotels that not only smell clean, but are clean with the physical appearance!

Pretty basic of hotels. Rooms weren’t bad, staff were fine. Happened to leave a necklace in the hotel room and it wasn’t found, so that sucked but other than that it was fine.

Breakfast was terrible so skip that, biggest complaint our flight was delayed so I called the Quality Inn and was told I had to be there by 3am. Flight ended up landing at 4am so I booked another hotel even though this one was paid for, I had tried calling when we la fed no answer just in case. When I did check in at that morning I was told our reception is open 24 hours. Maybe you could train your staff to actually give out the correct information. I am being generous with the stars because the rooms were large and clean.

The internet did not work “due to rainy conditions outside” Although signage throughout the hotel indicated that breakfast was offered for a longer period (half hour longer) ; it was not.

The Front desk Staff is Horrible, the breakfast was no good enough, pool was close, Vending Machine products are expensive and the Marihuana Smell was all over the Hall. They need to do better with Smoking Rooms. They need to do some restrictions.

It’s difficult to get them to do anything helpful. Asking for housekeeping is gated by the location of the maid in the hall. If your door has been passed, they can’t go “backwards” so you have to appeal to the manager. Wake up call request was unsuccessful. I could literally feel that when I called and asked for it, that it would not be honored. Thanks goodness my phone alarm worked. Bed was decent, not “good” but ok. The A/C worked well, which was the brightest spot in this dim experience. I hope this is helpful. I tried to call the front desk to report these issues, but there was no answer and I could not reach anybody. I think this place might be family owned, and either they are really new and not great at hospitality, or perhaps they just don’t care. I think it’s both actually.

I have stains on my bed sheet and comforter. Went downstairs and told them, the front desk guy told me there is no room service at this time so he can only give me new bed sheet and I can change it myself. The next day, no offer of switching rooms. I would not stay there ever again.

Finally an economy room that didn't have a bad odor.

The room wasn’t available when it was suppose to be we were made to wait two hours after then checked in only to stand in the hallway because the maids wouldn’t allow us in our rooms. They also charged me 150 dollar deposit above and beyond a rooms that had already been paid for online. The rooms were dirty we had to clean the tubs to sue them ask for clean blankets for the beds. And the pool was closed off and we couldn’t use it the excuse was they didn’t have a full staff so they couldn’t clean or allow folks to use extra towels to be in the pool. That also made rude comments about how I should have paid more for my rooms and there’s no way the price was correct. If you don’t want people booking through other sites maybe don’t post your property. Over all it was a disappointment.

Great stay

Although clean, the room was poorly maintained. The sink and toilet paper holder were falling away from the wall. The toilet was cracked. The handheld shower holder was broken. Noise was a huge problem at all hours. We could hear conversations and alarms from neighboring rooms. Guests walking in the room above sounded like tap dancing.

My husband and I stayed at this establishment for the first time and have never stayed in such a horrible place. When you enter the hotel it smells, then we get in the elevator and smells like marijuana, and the floors smell just as bad. The property is old and falling apart inside. Our room did smell clean and was presentable until we noticed our comforter had stains and pen marks all over it. The bathroom towels had stains and shower head was rusted. We went to breakfast first morning and nobody was tending to cleaning area up or refilling food. The dining hall smelled and dirty. We didn’t end up eating breakfast at all there. I am a travel agent so it is part of my job to review these establishments and I won’t be referring anyone here or going back myself.

The elevator was not working and they put us on the second level. We then tried to use the vending machine which also wasn’t working. Lastly, the restroom toilet was not too clean & the TV was not working. Will not be staying here again!

The receptionist was wonderful. She is very nice and helpful. Walking to my room I was a little nervous because the hallways smell and everything was run down. But the actual room was very clean and modern. Walls are thin so you can hear a lot but it was not very loud. Breakfast was just ok. Good budget option if you are traveling on I-35.

AC was making weird noise after every 30 mins, hence sleep getting disturbed. Bath sower was horrible, was hitting like bullate, no setting to change. Soap was smelling like engine oil

Cleanliness of the hotel

Mornings were a bit on edge by the next frontdesk help, very strick. Was calling out out no running, and saying no food in the rooms, if so why have a microwave & refrigerator in the room. How our guest to order food when hungry. Was not very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The restroom door was not able to lock,the door handle was off from the door insert. Our towel were removed but was not restocked, was not very kind. We just finished out out stay, we were ready to head out. Thank you Expedia for help with the reservations, we did have fun for our event. Thank you.

You could tell the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower walls were not wiped down at all, the shower curtain had stains. The bedding had a cigarette burn hole. We have stayed at this hotel before and didnt have this problem.

These people use a $100 deposit, that they are are forthcoming about when booking online, to steal people's money and not render any services or refunds in return. I paid for my room for two nights and the first night that I had paid for I had to sleep in my car because I couldn't come up with the surprise $100 deposit to put on my $50 hotel room

You can hear absolutely everything in the hotel inside your room, they have a very dirty breakfast area, they didn’t inform us the pool was closed and every single door besides the front door is out of order, we watched a contractor open the door for two tweakers and just let them walk in, and the day of checkout be prepared for knocks on your door WAY before checkout to “make sure” you’re going to check out.

The pool was closed one day. Other than that the hotel was good and located in a great area.

The room was excellent. However the hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette. Also a few of our towels were a bit dirty :/ i believe it was around 5am-6am there was commotion outside. People were being extremely loud. Yelling and what not. Very hard to sleep. Please review the policy with people who check in. Other than that it was great!

Quick check in. Clean room. Limited breakfast items. I had a downstairs room, and it was noisy from outside parking area and hallway noise.

There where kids above us and the ran all night until midnight, then they started back up at 7am. Told the front desk and the man act like he didn’t care.

Room has everything one needs for a few days stay. Coffee pot, microwave and small fridge in the room.
