Getting me and my dog the hell out of there. Pictures are a lie. Bed bugs, room was filthy, door would lock but didn't close completely. filled in pool, broken lamps, weeds & dog poop everywhere, drugs, smell of weed everywhere. Guys working on their truck. I didn't stay. The whole "motel" looked like it should be condemned. I'm not picky. Safe, clean & affordable is all I need. This place met none of those. My dog and I were stranded in an unsafe part of the city in a state I've need been in at 10 pm at night and I felt safer in my car then at that hell hole they call a motel. I can't upload the video.

This hotel was so nasty so disgusting. I paid for a room for two days and didn’t stay there because it was unsafe unbearable and I just gave my money up and did not stay there at all. The price does not match what it looks like in it unsafe crackheads everywhere. It’s just not a safe environment.

The pool was cemented over. The door to the lobby was locked at all times. You talk to the person thru glass. The room, was not safe at all. In the first room they gave us when the door was "closed" it was still open. The a/c did not work. When we went to talk to the manager he offered a second room. Same thing, the door did not close all the way, you could see the outside from the inside thru the light switch.

I found bed bugs at the property and the manager refused to refund me my money for the room even though I hadn't been there more then 2 hours

Pictures are not how it looks in person, it was dirty. Hair all over the place and stains on the sheets. Microwave and fridge was disgusting.

Dirty room hair all over the place like someone had just cut their hair and left the stuff on the sink and floor and in the bed so obviously the made skipped over that room altogether

I came to check in, the guy told me I didn't have a reservation, then later on claimed I had reserved a smoking room when clearly my reservation said non smoking, he then said oh wait I can't find you, I have no idea what his deal was, he told me to book another hotel he had no more rooms, I just left because he was horrible, and reserve with another hotel, then I see that I was charged for staying when I did not. I suspect he gave my room to someone else, and now they are wanting me to pay and I will be disputing this.

Everything looked clean until you actually turned on the light. There was clothes tags from previous guest and toilet was not flushed leaving foul odor in the restroom then shower curtain kept wanting to fall off , it was probably heavy from all the dirt and grime collected over the years

Room wasn’t up to par and area surrounding was awful

The area has gangs and awful bad ppl committing crimes against good ppl. My son and pregnant GF got followed and attacked walking back from Jack in the Box to get food. He got beat up really bad and they were taken to Baylor Scott and White hospital. They stole his cell phone, too. We need compensated for the room as they never got to stay in it and his cell phone. He has no money to get another and it was new. Awful area. Will never stay there again.

Trash the whole place light when out for over 24 hours he wouldnt refund me or give me discount. Horrible place roaches and nasty floor made my socks black when I walked on them. I would never stay there again. Differently not safe for kids.

Room was clean everything was good just keep in mind that you are getting what you pay for. It’s not the best looking it ain’t the most comfortable but it’s pretty decent.

water leaks in the room that had been there for a while. bathroom leak that went under bathtub and wall with puddles by the bed when I got up in the morning too much noise for a small town guy

This property is ok and just ok

My stay was peaceful and comfortable. There are many food places in walking distance. You can also catch the Transit bus right in front of the Motel and move around town if needed. I added on 2 more days.🥰❤️💯

MY TOILET WAS NOT WORKING IN ALL MY ROOMS I STAYED IN. THEY MOVED ME FROM ONE ROOM WITH A NON WORKING TOILET TO ANOTHER ROOM WITH A NON WORKING TOILET. I DIDNT EVEN COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SECOND ONE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO GO TO ANOTHER ROOM WITH ANOTHER NON WORKING TOILET. I JUST DEALT WITH IT. WENT TO THE CONVENIENCE STORE WHEN I HAD TO USE THE RESTROOM. OTHER THAN THIS I ENJOYED MY STAY.

Everything was clean, and well put together, very friendly staff. This location was also very close to every restaurant and shopping center.

We were in the area during the UT/OU game weekend; every decent hotel in the surrounding areas were filled. This one was the only one available in the area. The gentleman at the front was friendly and that's about all I can say about the place. Once we opened the door to our room - we were blown away by the stench of the room. It was overpowering! We left. DON'T STAY HERE.

Staff lady is rude,the room was dirty with stains in the wall an the covers had cigarette holes in them,never again.

The rooms where unclean,bed covers had cigarette burns in them an the room had a weird smell to it.never again.

Up on walking up to talk to the staff about the reservations the lady was first rude bring up situations that did not include myself or the person that I was with from the past that had nothing to do with the reservations at that moment try to make me hold the held accountable for something that had nothing to do with me prior to this reservation and then above All that threaten me with calling the police and kicking me out if I didn't comply with the list of things she wanted us to do I was very insulted and open the whole situation before I even checked in however I had already made the payment for the room so I just went ahead and stayed outside of that the room was okay up on first look it did have some minor things going on but they was probably taken care of once reported and that I did appreciate the timeliness of them not wasting time with fixing whatever what's going on with the wrong so I did appreciate that. Just my opinion I feel like the staff needs to take a course on how to treat and greet guests outside of the rudeness the quiet setting was nice and I think that with the little more training on how to better reach your customers would enhance the overall experience in a positive way

They said I couldn't have any visitors since when does a hotel say you can't have anyone come to your room well I did I had three people come and my girlfriend's and then they wouldn't extend my stay who does that

There is a person kept knocking on the door next to us at 3 am on the 1st day, kept saying Spanish. The next day, there was cops and ambulance in the parking lot. Cops was talking to a black woman. The room is very old and dirty. Keep in mind for your booking.

I woke up at 2am with a roach crawling on my face immediately went too front desk complaining front desk clerk offered new room right above infected room after seeing that I then checked out at that moment 2am in the morning asking for a refund

The parking lot is so filthy on the side we stayed at and omg I had never had a problem there but people are out there almost like yelling by the door stomping on the the top floor this one stay was badddddd

Room smelled coming in. Paper towels in light switch. Exposed wires of AC unit. Bed is uncomfortable. Water for shower is not hot. Mold appears to be in shower. Sheets and towels are clean that is about the only positive

It was an easy check in. The parking is plenty. Not too busy so really a quiet atmosphere. Didn't hear any loud noises outside or people arguing late at night. The room is very spacious and also very clean. Staff was great. Definitely would book again here

The property needs maintenance

This is a very sketchy place. I haves here once before in another room which wasn’t nearly as bad. We ended up driving 4 hours home.

Staff was courteous and quick. Location was convenient for being a dive off the highway, but large gap under door let in the sounds of the highway. Room was a little chilly, as well, and the window unit worked valiantly to keep the room warm. If I was passing through and still on a budget, I'd likely stay there again.

Druggies in the parking lot. Strangers knocked on our door at 3:30 am. The room was in horrible condition, see photos. Worst motel I've ever stayed in.

Man where do I start , this motel should be shut down and condemned. It is beyond nasty and the pictures on the wed site are lie. There were holes in the walls , the walls were so grimy and nasty . The bed sheets had holes from cigarette burns. The black mold was everywhere. The area was the worse I have ever been in. I cried my eyes out when we walked in and I knew I was not going to get my money back.
