The stains in the carpet and they should have there ice machines cleaned

roaches were found upon entering room. We booked online and the reservation was never found. Very disappointed. We had to pay twice for a gross room.

No laundry facility and no pool

Pretty much keep to themselves however it says there's laundry room and there's not laundry facility or a swimming pool

Front desk staff was not friendly, he didn't greet me, seemed annoyed by me asking which way my room was, at checkout he didn't say one word. I will NOT be back.

We were in town for a conference and the hotel was horrendous! The carpet was literally wrinkled, waiting for someone to trip...not to mention several large dark stains. The guest counter was encased in bullet proof glass. The elevators smelled fowl and looked like it missed several inspections. The refrigerator in the room was dirty and shelves were uneven. The bath tub had a roach on it, not to mention black mold in the corners of the shower wall. Speaking of bathroom...the faucet on the sink literally lifted up from the counter. The bottom of the tub was so filthy as if it needed replacement from all the grime and soap scum, we had to literally wear our crocs in the shower. Pitiful! The bed sheets had pink stains on one of the beds, that resembled hot pink fingernail polish. Overall, this was just a hot nasty, atrocious mess! Lesson learned. Upset we wasted our money. Next time we will pay for a stay at the Double Tree nearby.

The room was filthy, elevated has trash in it and the front office isn’t useful what so ever and just repeats the same thing while being on their phones

Online pictures were nothing like the hotel. Room was absolutely filthy. Horrible smell throughout the hotel and room. Room was not cleaned from previous guests, poop on the toilet seat, dirty linens etc. Didn’t stay here, booked a different hotel.

Never stayed here and was declined a refund after purchasing insurance to cover cancellations. Filing a claim

We immediately requested a refund after stepping into our room. Not only was the room just lazily cleaned up, but we found a COCKROACH in our sheets. Do not even bother here.

Although I booked a non-smoking room it reeked of smoke all night. Possibly coming from an adjacent smoking room. The shower did not look clean, keeping me from wanting to shower there. No lid on the toilet seat. Outside was littered with cans, trash, and a set of nailclippers buried partially in the mud giving the impression that the hotel was not hygienic.

It was clean, that is about the only positive thing I can say. I was disappointed.

I had to move rooms due to a leak in the windows that stated to puddle water next to the wall. It was during heavy rain and I didn’t appreciate the front desk asking me if it was my fault by accidentally leaving the window open. No, it was a fault seal on the windows and they only offered to clean it up until I requested a credit or a new room. The staff is not very friendly. Also, be sure to bring your own bathroom necessities (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). They do not provide this in the room, only a few small bars of hand soap. I got what I paid for… a cheap experience and will not use motel 6 ever again.

OMG! Stay away if you value your life. The first hint that this place was unfit for human habitation should have been the junkie out front slumped against the wall. But it was 3 am after driving for hours and hours and we needed to sleep. Then, walking into the lobby, there was a small cabinet with a coffee thermos and a few cups across the institutionally lit tiled room from the completely enclosed (the whole counter was enclosed to the 9 foot ceiling) check in counter. The skinny brown young man behind the counter as he handed me the key I swear sounded like “Please don’t hurt me, mister.” The elevator worked and delivered us to the 3rd floor demoing us out into a trash littered hallway where we were serenaded by a passionate couple of meth addicts passionately something in a language that can only be understood while tweaking. Barricaded in our room, we stripped the soiled blanket of the bed, checked for bedbugs, and turned on Dateline not only to drown out the hallway drama but to give us hope that if we were murdered, forensic science would catch our killers. We lived. Will you?

Mold around the bathtub, hallways were really dirty, other than that, we were grateful for accommodations for our small dog.

I was very impressed by this motel. The staff was amazing, the room was spotless and smelled great and the size of the room was bery impressive. Ill definitely be back as well as recommend my family and friends to stay there as well

Everything was good, no problems

Heater never got the room above 66 degrees no matter what temperature I set it to. Barely had hot water to shower with in the morning. I won't be staying at this motel again.

there where roaches, body paint and glitter on the walls and floor. there where frantic writings on the wall in permanent marker. we where in and out of the room in under 5 minutes and where not given a full refund. do not stay here unless you are ok with these things

Clean room

The hotel had an old musty smell. Our room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke. Our floors were gritty like they had not been cleaned. The front desk was walled off with plexa glass. Never seen that before. No shampoo. Just tiny slivers of soap. No hair drier. TV remote was missing the battery cover. Just an old rundown place. Only thing good was the price and convenient location.

You can hear when people are going in and out of their room. You can hear the elevator being used. Our room was not cleaned right.

The lighting in the room and bathroom was very poor. The only lights in the room were the two bedside lights and a small desk lamp. The light switches for the bedroom and bathroom did not work. The only light in the bathroom was the one surrounding the mirror. The tub had a previously used bar of soap and there was hair in the tub from a previous guest.

Beautiful nice clean rooms

I booked this hotel because the photos made it look decent but it was honestly so dirty and uncomfortable to stay at. It was a last minute booking but the rug on the floor has so many stains, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes, the elevator had a smell of wet dog and there was also dog hair, the “night stand” had weird gunky stains and overall it was a 3/10 experience. Please update the photos and show how it truly looks.

IT was fine for one night. Teh bed is fine, TV OK and the bathroom is clean but with no amenities besides soap and towels. The carpets in the entrance and hallways are very dirty which leads to an unpleasant smell. You clean those carpets thoroughly and your ratings will improve dramatically.

Floor was clean but very slippery and slick. What ever was used on the floor made it slippery and unsafe.

There were fleas in my room that bite me. And the staff was very rude. Wouldn’t give receipt for my stay. The fleas or bed bugs were very very bad

TV Remote doesn't connect

The tub/ shower combination was in poor condition. The spout that you use to pull the shower to make it work you could just screw it off and the water never got hot enough. If i could iwould have canceled the order. What can I do to resolve the issue and get it credited back to my card. I was there for about 2 hours.

I guess you get what you pay for. The room smelt like old cigarettes and it was disgusting. Tv remote was old and couldn’t navigate the tv properly.

The first non-smoking room they gave us smelled like pot. The second one was very dirty - bathroom sink, toilet had not been cleaned. There was what looked like ketchup on the floor and wall.

It was average and we never bothered anyone and always paid when needed to and when it was time to go they try to hurry you off like they own you and the guy with the mullet and mustache is very very rude and is very Disrespectful to women. I will not be back.

I loved this huge room. Although theres no full litchen3 ot was quiet and the staff were really nice to. No one bothered me and it was clean and no bugs which is amazing condidering ive stayed in many hotels while im looking for a place to csllo my own

As soon as we walked in we saw roaches in the room crawling. They were even on the headboard of the bed. The floor was dirty. The restroom wasn’t clean either. Blanket on bed had burn holes and the sheets had stains. And on the mattress it had crumbs all over it. The refrigerator made a loud noise. There was people walking around smoking. The hotel smelled like marijuana. We will not be staying here again.

The was horrible! Roaches in the bathroom, hallway and elevator smelled of marijuana, room was not cleaned, floors were filthy. Asked for a refund for reasons stated above and was given a “cleaner” room. Floors were still dirty but we were closer to exit and didn’t have to walk through marijuana. Took shower and it took 10 minutes for water to heat up. Worst hotel

This place is still in the remodel phase. Needs new carpet or at least have it clean. The doors do not have door sign not to come in. Over all once its finished it will be a good place to stay.

No hot water. Warnings of unsafe conditions. Unfriendly staff. No complimentary soap, shampoo, etc. I would never go again or recommend.

Nice and modern

The lighting in the room was poor and difficult to access the switches in the dark. The tv remote only worked within 5 ft. of the tv. The temperature of the water never got to warm/hot when taking a shower, i like hot showers

The man checking me in never said a word to me. He was on the phone arguing with someone. Went and parked the car and when i came back in a man and woman were at the fro t yelling at the 2 men behind the glass and they were yelling back. From the elevator to the room it was so dirty. There was trash on the floor, broken tile in the bathroom, the mini fridge dis not work and kept making a noise and only 1 light in the room worked and 1 in the bathroom. Someone had put led lights behind the headboard that didnt work but were hanging out and the bed was hard as a rock. Tried a different room but it wasnt any better.

There was dirt on the floor. Some sticky substance on the nightstand and roaches in the elevator. Not to mention some suspicious people and activities happening all night.

The elevator didn’t work, stairwell was dirty the door handle was broken as well and it smelled. The room door was hard to shut their was mold around the bathtub, tub was not clean, room had a bad odor, microwave had no glass plate to sit food on that needed to be warmed, no screen on the window. They only sever coffee for breakfast

The covers and blanket had holes in them, roaches crawled around, the floor was covered in filth, there was brown-green stuff on the floor outside the bathroom, the shower liner bar was falling apart, there was a gross substance on the night stand, there’s something growing on the crown moldings, the door had a crack between it and the outside, the sheets had yellow stains, there was hair on the towels and sheets, the lamps where deformed, the bathroom smelled gross, and there was no shampoo or conditioner.

I have heard that if I can’t say nothing nice..don’t say it at all!! The only thing I will say is that, I had to go every night and have them reprogram my room key. I kept it away from magnets and everything..

The hotel was all dirty, the bedside tables were dirty, the floor, the carpet, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana. There were no towels in the bathroom. Just look at the photos and take conclusions.

Front desk was on there phones anytime I stopped by.

Dead bugs i different locations in the room and lobby carpet was dirty throughout the hotel.

Do not stay here. Roaches in the rooms, front desk shielded by glass said it all, witnessed domestic violence. We lasted 10 minutes, then booked another hotel on a different side of town.

This is location is 100% better than most Motel 6s Ive stayed in. I quit staying in them because they were all so run down and dirty. This location is not like that. It much nicer and much much cleaner.

The hotel needed so much maintenance it is hard to list all. Elevator repeatedly stopped working. Lamp shades fell off lamps when used. Marks on walls, clear mold on air vents in bathroom. Desk chair was so worn, Goodwill would have thrown it out.

The things need to work if I'm paying for them. But can't use them,I believe I should be compt something.

In a bad part of town. The offer said and displayed breakfast on there sight as part of the filter, but wasnt offered so false advertising.

I did not like that fact that they require a 100 cash deposit when people do not carry cash now a days.The room was not clean, ac did not work, fridge was broken, there was roaches i killed 2 of them, bath tub was filthy towels were old and smelled bad.

Very rude never let me check in said I was considered no show when I had reserved the room and paid for it I should be able to check in when ever admirer 3 ok until 11 am

Night time clerk is extremely rude. Has a bad attitude and wasn’t courteous whatsoever which makes me wonder why someone as such would work in hospitality management. I enjoyed my room, but this lady needs some re-training in hospitality.
