Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable. Shuttle service to the airport was easy.

The property was an excellent condition. The staff was amazing restaurant provided good food and drinks. I would give this properly an overall five star.

Everything was clean, however the towels stink. We have the same issue in both of our rooms.

The process of checking in went smoothly, was even able to check in earlier for a small fee. The rooms were clean and cool temperature. Housekeeping were also prompt in bringing an extra blanket when asked. Overall a satisfying stay.

Housekeeping did not leave new towels. They ended up doing a $600 hold instead of $100 like they said and didnt tell me until I saw my bank and I had to call and ask. Gym area was nice and clean. Lime/lemon water in lobby which was nice! Overall it was a ok stay.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near DFW Airport while still offering easy access to Arlington and the stadium district. Check-in could have been more efficient, and the staff were friendly and tried to help the process but did not have the rooms we requested and paid for. Once we got a room it was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a welcome retreat after a long day of football festivities. The bed was comfortable except the sheets were like sand paper, rough and stiff that made sleeping difficult. The amenities were what I needed for a short stay. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. AT&T Stadium was only about a 20-minute ride away, making match-day transportation straightforward and stress-free. The hotel also offered convenient access to restaurants, entertainment, and airport services. The highlight of the trip was, of course, watching England defeat Croatia in front of a fantastic World Cup crowd. Returning to a comfortable hotel after the excitement of the match made the experience even better. Overall, I would recommend the Marriott DFW Airport South to football supporters, business travelers, or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

We had to stay here after getting stuck in Dallas for the night. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff, great room, comfy bed and excellent food in the bar/restaurant. I would definitely stay here again.

My main complaint was the bathroom. It was not in the best condition, particularly the bathtub. Once I took a shower, the water would not fully turn off. It remained this way for the duration of my stay.

My only complaint was i asked for a quite room specifically and they gave me room 106 NEXT to DOORS inside and outside so all night long that is all i heard, talking, laughing, and the clangying of doors! Orherwise it was great.

The hotel and their employees are the best I’ve ever seen.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the gym and the pool both were well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking too. I would stay again with no hesitation!

The AC didn’t work at all in the room we were in and I woke up with itchy bumps all over my face. Will never come here again.

same as the sliding doors for the shower. I try my best not to spill onto the shower floor, but there is a big gap between the glass sliding doors for the showers, which lets water escape.

Wi-Fi was incredibly weak. I was unable - after several attempts - to register for free Wi-Fi with my the assigned Marriott account. The result was a 6.95/day charge - which I will dispute. The staff tried to assist but, the app still would not connect. Further, YouTube would open with no volume. However after several attempts (again), the volume finally appeared. This is my only valid gripe - inadequate internet connection. The staff was wonderful despite the circumstances.

Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless

I missed my connecting flight home and needed to stay overnight and fly home the next day. I chose the Marriott because it had a shuttle to and from the airport.

Overall everything was good. Lost hot water for a few hours.

There was no microwave in our room and we were staying for three nights so that would’ve been useful. There is no vanity mirror to help get ready the lighting in the bathroom and in the room are dim so it’s hard to see when getting ready.

We arrived late, around 10 PM, and had an early flight. It was a great place to sleep for almost 5 hours. We were also happy to find the restaurant in the hotel that was still open with a large variety to choose from. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, spacious, and very clean.

The kitchen was understaffed to handle the number of guests and the food wasn’t good.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Air conditioning worked consistently. We also used the airport shuttle coming and going. Drivers were courteous.

My flight was delayed so when I arrived I called the hotel 3 times to determine if the shuttle was coming to the airport. Each time, I was put on hold. Someone answered the phone the first time, the next two times the call was routed to hold immediately with no greeting. When I finally spoke to someone 20 mins later, the shuttle had just made its last run, it was 10:45 at that time. I had to take an Uber, the staff at check in were ok, there were 3 people at the counter.
