First room at check in was not cleaned sheets on the floor pillow in the chairs missing window curtain. Put into another room it was decent hallway had a smell. Housekeeping was nice lady at front desk was nice

Traveled with my family first night was horrible ac wasn’t blowing as cold and the manager on site was not helpful and refused to give me another room ,next night was great morning lady at the front desk got me into a new room ac was blowing cold and beds were great

The front desk lady that worked in the morning on June 27th. She was very friendly, professional and helpful They tried to charge me an additional $302 and $100. I saw a baby roach in the bathroom and the sink was clogged because someone put food in the drain.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean when we checked in.

Staff wasn't too helpful, they act like can give you only 2 towels for the day as if they have a towel shortage. They will have you to get dirty towels and bring it to them to exchange for new ones. They also charge a extra 100 dollars for i don't know what. Only thing nice was breakfast.

The shower doesn’t work. I couldn’t take a shower. When flush the toilet the water continues running. The room was dark, no good lights.

The location They charged me 15 a towel because they said I had makeup on the towels which was a lie because I didn't have makeup on to start with they did that in order to keep my deposit. And the front desk man that works in the day time was so fucking rude about.

We haven’t been back to this hotel in a couple years and they’ve done a nice job updating it. Very clean and staff so helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Laundry was out of order at the time but no issues other than that.

This place was nice and convenient place to where we needed to be. I messaged staff to turn the AC because it was hot and we just wanted to rest and very thankful they did this for us. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

Parking was good, staff was very nice and attentive, clean rooms, one of our rooms the water drained slow in the bathtub but they fixed it.

Very outdated. Needs massive updates. AC works good though! They always gave us fresh towels when we were out & they never moved any of our belongings! (Which I appreciate). Overall clean lobby, gym, breakfast area - even outside was very clean. The bed was also comfortable.

Faster check in

When i first got to my room a cockroach ran across the counter. I went to the lobby and they explained this was a rare occurance and they spray regularly. He game me another room but it was right below the room with the cockoach so he moved me again to another room. That room was nice clean, no problems. That was the only problem i had with this property.

I like yo read reviews to get an broad idea of the places I am visiting or utilizing their services, and I alsk like to write a review if optoon is available. Well here is my opinion, the price is reasonable, breakfasts buffet its up to my standards, the room I stayed had a king size bed and was very comfortable, room clean and very spacios, AC worked very well and location was perfect for my trip itinerary. Lots of chain restaurants to eat at. I do recomend Laquinta and I will definitely stay there again if needed again.

The room had some broken cabinets and an uneven floor in bathroom keeping the door from completely closing. Asked for connecting rooms and was given side by side rooms. Breakfast was amazing everything was fresh.

The rooms were VERY dim, little lighting and smell of wet dogs. No amenities (coffe maker, with cups, etc). The bedroom door was broken, ironing board was broken, no extra bedding for pull out sofa. The space was not inviting, felt like a hospital room more than a comfortable hotel space. The only decent thing was the bed. The breakfast had a variety of hot options not impressive but not bad. The dining area was very small. The area wasn't bad. Eating choices and quick store options for emergency or quick buys were available. Glad this was a one night stay... I will not chose this location again.

The rooms were okay but below average and expectations.

We did not use the spa. The rooms were clean and parking was convenient and safe. We felt safe staying in the hotel as well.

Unfortunately, there was a serious disturbance during the night. A group of teenagers repeatedly ran between rooms and floors, loudly slamming doors, shouting, and laughing. The hotel doors are extremely heavy and make a very loud noise when closed, which amplifies the disturbance throughout the hallway. Around 4:00 AM, the noise escalated into arguments and shouting. We felt unsafe and did not feel comfortable leaving our room due to the disruptive and unpredictable behavior. What was most concerning was that no member of the hotel staff appeared to intervene, despite the clear violation of the hotel’s quiet hours policy (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM). We left the hotel at 7:00 AM. There was no one at the front desk at that time; we waited several minutes before an employee arrived. After explaining the situation, the only response we received was “sorry.” Given the circumstances and the lack of response from staff, we respectfully request appropriate compensation for our stay. We believe this situation did not meet reasonable expectations for safety, comfort, and adherence to hotel policies. You can check on the cameras. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but such situations may unfortunately affect other guests as well. Sincerely, Tregoub's family

There were several maintenance issues in our room. The shower head was broken, the toilet would not flush properly and when it did, the water continued running. A new lamp had been placed in the room but was still wrapped in cellophane and did not have a light bulb. The room was very dark, so the lamp would have been helpful. We also did not have conditioner provided in the bathroom. I messaged the hotel during our stay to let them know about the issues and received a response about two hours later. By that time, we were already in bed. At checkout, I informed the front desk staff about the problems, but the response felt dismissive. I was simply told that the manager would be notified. We’ve enjoyed past stays at La Quintas, but this visit was disappointing due to the number of room issues and the lack of timely follow-up. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

Everything was at the ready in our room

We had a 2 night and we arrived at the hotel late but when we got in the room there was a hole under the carpet which caused us to stumble but luckily we didn't fall. We saw several roaches both dead and alive in our room. Saturday morning while we were getting ready one climbed on the wall and I caught it in a cup so I could take a picture. A call was made to the feont desk and told them the circumstances of our room and we were given a different room on the 1st floor which appeared much cleaner. No manager was on duty to handle the aituation and today is Tuesday and I left a message with the front desk clerk to have hjm call me Monday. I called Monday morning and was told he was in a meeting but they would have mim call me. Never received a call so today, Tuesday I call at 8:30 and he was not in the office yet but they would have him call. It is now 2 PM and still no return call. This hotel was nasty and I would not recommend it to anyone. $146/night was a complete waste of money.

They stoled from our vehicle outside and they said they did not have cameras

The room was clean, but was missing the hair dryer and we had to go to the front to request it. Each bed only had two pillows, a third on each bed would have been nice.

The first room, the bread wasn't made. I had to go to a second room. The second room, there was no heat, then I had to go to a third room. Third was the charm.

Terrible. The property has bed bugs. I have videos and pictures for proof. When I alerted the front desk staff and showed her the bugs (yes, I brought them down in a napkin to show her), she was calm and couldn’t have cared less. As I read other reviews, I’m not the first person to complain about this. I highly recommend staying elsewhere. This place is disgusting!!!

The first room we had the SMALL TV didnt work, they then moved us to a room down the hall and the shower didnt work. It was just an OK stay, it was only for one night so we made do but I would not stay at this property again.

No water, no coffee in the room. Microwave running none stop but, food not warm up, lack of in room lighting, breakfast are precooked and cool, coffee has no coffee flavor

Clean, dark room. Comfortable mattress, nice sized pillows, firm but still moldable. Extra blankets a plus. And what I always look for is, hot water and plenty of it. Not a breakfast afficianado, but adequate protein and fresh fruit.

Quiet, convenient hotel

The only negative to my stay was the check in. After a 9 hour trip, we arrived at 1:15. I was told a room was ready, but if I wanted to check in right then I would have to pay $30. I just needed to change clothes, drop my luggage off, and attend an event. Everything else about this hotel was great. I still will not recommend or stay here again. There are too many other great hotels in the area that will accommodate early arrivals with no penalty.

They couldn't locate my Expedia reservation so charged me in person an extra 30 dollars on to of what I was quoted and paid for through Expedia. So I was charged twice. Once by Expedia and again by property

I was notified upon check in that I had to come up with $100 deposit and this was NEVER mentioned at any time during booking . All I can do is hope now that it is refunded like they stayed . Robert was very kind and helpful . So was the Hispanic gentleman working . The woman however was not . The room and overall quality was great . The pool was cloudy and had bugs in it . I was sad that the hot tub was filled in they should have let us know this seeing as how I specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub and they showed to have one . Our license plate was stolen from the parking lot and she refused to let us see camera footage . We called the police and made a report . I probably won’t use this hotel again due to the situation and the deposit thing . I however was grateful to have an American English speaking attendant !

Quiet & smelled nice.

I requested a close to the door room as my mother has difficulty getting around. Got a 3rd floor room. She didn’t want me to get it changed as we were too tired at that point. The room was ok but the bathroom door wouldn’t close because it scraped the floor. The hallway smelled like vending machine cologne from the 70’s.

The pillows were small and lumpy. The bath towels were the size for an adolescent rather than an adult. Fortunately, it was a one night stay so I was able to manage. Had the stay been more than one night I would’ve requested better, less used pillows. Otherwise, everything was good.

I chose this location because it was close to family and easy access to food services and stores like Dollar General. I did not read the reviews but because I had stayed here a few years ago. I will not be staying again. The room was very dark, even with every light on. I posted a picture of the window. There are no blackout curtains so there’s always light coming in around the shade. The ice machine was broken and had a sign to ask the front desk when we asked the front desk. We were told that they had no ice but CVS next-door had ice. This is July in Fort Worth and it was 101°. It was a bad time for the ice machine to be out. Another guest told us they got ice from a different front desk person. It seems weird that they had only one ice machine for the entire building. Our toilet had a leak and every morning it was wet around it. The breakfast buffet was good and the beds were comfortable. It had a decent selection of TV channels. I’ve never paid a deposit at a hotel before but this one charged 100$ I will probably never stay in again. There is no coffee maker in the in the rooms, but they did have a microwave and a decent refrigerator. Overall, it was just disappointing. The room was fine. I appreciated the tile floors over dirty carpet. I’ll just try a different hotel in the area next time.

I arrived to check in Only to run into a door that didn't open all the way. It started to open, then stopped at about 12 in and I had to push it open enough for me to get through. Those behind the counter were aware of this. I have no idea how long the store has been broken or how long it'll take for them to fix it. The room was missing the room number placard, thankfully food deliveries found the place fine. The door would either slam shut or not close. When exiting, you have to pull on the handle till you hear the click. Otherwise it could be pushed open when you think it is closed. When I knew what to look for, I saw one other door that's want fully closed. The Wi-Fi is absolutely terrible. Apparently you can pay for premium for streaming video at a whopping 480p. With everything I needed to get done, I could not rely on the hotel supplied Wi-Fi and had to use my own hotspot. I do like La Quinta. They are my go to hotels, but I will not return to this one.

The hotel had a very strong smell of air freshener when first walking in like they were trying to cover sometimes up. The room had a cat urine smell. They do allow pets so that could be it. The shower had black mold on the tile and the shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the thing on the wall. We were honestly too tired to call the front desk and complain. We quickly slept and got out the next morning.

Our stay was pretty good. There were a few items in the room that were just ok. There was no overhead lighting in the main room. Only 2 bed lights and one corner floor lamp. The bathroom door was too long for the opening and would stick on the bathroom floor and wouldn't shut completely. The mirrored closet door would not stay shut. There were no directions for the tv on how to get to the channel guide and no guide button on the remote. We finally 'figured it out'. Couldn’t find any local channels for news or weather. Although it appeared to have been recently upgraded, there were still some issues with bathroom tile not meeting behind the door and a 'patched' hole in the wall from the door handle. The floor felt sticky maybe from cleaning solution? Something had been spill and not cleaned up, leaving a trail in the hallway to the rooms on the first floor. It was ok but not the nicest LQ property we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well the only thing I’d say I liked about my stay was the comfy bed. Thus however, the shower towels were small, don’t bother to wake up early for the breakfast it’s not even “continental breakfast” as they mentioned I also have requested for a room not to be below family due to have a little quietness but no even tho I came back down to move me to another but it’s always the same old excuses “that’s the only one we have” I mean list goes on but to keep things short I won’t come back definitely not.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. There is only very limited lighting in the room, which is something I have never encountered at any hotel. There is a single bulb light over the door, and two dim lights shining downward on the bedside table. That’s it. It is so dark in the rooms. We couldn’t even read the buttons on the microwave because it was too dark. The HVAC is wonky. While our room was cool, the stairwells are stifling, and the hallway (at least for the 3rd floor) was excessively hot and humid. The bed linens were Ron and old. The ice maker for the floor didn’t work. There is some scent, which I suspect is to cover up the smell of mildew/mold, that is really strong (burn your nose strong) in the lobby and common space. There are definitely better options in the area. I strongly recommend you skip this place.

Room was clean and short drive from where ever I had to go

No coffee maker in room, and no place to hang hand towel between using's. Lighting in room was not good for one who cannot see well. With 3 lights on it was still dim in there. Windows need washed desperately, very cloudy/smudged. We were held up, due to glich in "tap to pay" system at front desk. Need an alternate way to pay when this happens. Some of us have appointments to meet when we're checking in.

Needs a good updating. Reasonably priced, but have a lot of problems with the rooms. Room had water damage and smelled like mold. They did change my room but someone should be checking those rooms daily. The remote didn’t work for the tv and the toilet had a lot of issues.

my experience at this location was the worst I’ve ever had. had to switch rooms four times., I asked to speak to a manager and they said he’s on vacation. i’m always renting rooms. This was the worst ever. I feel like I should get a refund. trash in the hallway. Room numbers that have fallen off.

The room was ready, clean and very quiet all night long! Fresh towels were brought in and appreciated. The only problem is very poor lighting in the room. We didn't spend much time there, but it was pretty dark.

I will not stay here again. Poor tv choices with no network tv working and the wifi portal made it impossible to use streaming devices. Smoke detector was falling ceiling and no coffee pot in room
