Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. It was a nice space. Our room was clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful when we were in need of anything, like extra towels. We also really appreciated that breakfast was included.

Ive chosen this hotel because im taking classes at UTA and this place is great. Very easy route to the school daily. The place is VERY CLEAN. Breakfast is great. So is the lady who puts the meals together. I will be staying at this location for multiple days a week until the end of September ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I wish the rooms had more charging outlets

We chose this location due to its proximity to the AT&T Stadium and it was really nice. It's across the highway from Target, and right across the street from Walmart and Sam's. It was nice and cold with a good breakfast. Kept clean and staff are nice. The only bad thing was the scary, slow elevators. I prayed every time I heard that thing creak up and down.

Laundry facilities out of order. It wasn't raining, but there were multiple absorption pads throughout the lobby area. There was a toddler who appeared to belong to an employee. Room wasn't clean or ready. Only positive was the pool was refreshing.

Friendly staff and centrally located (close to shops and restaurants). I spent 3 nights and they never did my room. I had to ask for fresh towels and coffee.

Free breakfast Breakfast had no variety, our room had a smell and the in room fridge wasn’t keeping things cool.

The bed was comfortable, clean and spacious. It was a very hot summer day, I was looking forward to getting into the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was green and closed the whole weekend! That was upsetting because it would’ve been a great way to cool off to these blistering hot summer days.

The staff was so incredible helpful with our stay and were very accommodating!

The staff was great and very helpful. The facility looks clean although the hall and the area around the elevator with carpet appears dirty. The rooms are clean and smell clean but I saw two cockroaches in our room, and one of our beds in the room was dirty with urine. I notified the front desk, they relocated us to a new room which was way better and cleaner, no roaches were seen in that room. Again the staff was great and helpful.

Nice clean room. Staff was pleasant at check in and out. Breakfast was fine, we grabbed muffins and juice to go as we checked out. Seems to be safe side of town, I wasn’t worried about my car getting broken into. Would definitely stay here again.

We were really impressed with this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the whole facility smelled wonderful, and our AC was ice cold even though it was 102° outside. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was clean and fresh smelling as usual as well as the surrounding hallways and open areas. The grounds outside were also clean and will maintained. Staff was very helpful and courteous as they usually are.

We booked this place because of the pool. I was to work while my wife and son could stay and swim. We arrived to fine a tepid green neglected pool that was unusable.. The next day we asked for a manager and the girl working the front told us the managers come and go and I should email her. This same employee showed no compassion and was rude to my wife and son. I get it you're tired of hearing about the pool, you don't have to roll your eyes and be short with us. I emailed the agm Lizbeth about our disappointment and got a response saying she would call me about a partial refund. The next day I see an email from Lizbeth saying we could go swim at a different hotel. Days have gone by and I never did get that phone call. I'm seeing why the pool has been so neglected. Mold in our room, ceiling paint cracking and falling, alcohol trash that was missed and found by my son. The breakfast was simply not good. The work out room had almost every machine inoperable. My son and I were eating some leftovers in the lobby. A homeless guy come and starts harassing us. Afterwards my 8 yo son says he doesn't feel safe here. We paid $260 for two nights and were disappointed the entire time. I was really hoping the manager would actually do what she said or even just be present. I don't know how this place has such good ratings. We regret booking this and will most likely go holiday inn or mariott from now on. Still waiting for that call...

We stayed here for two nights. Check in was fast. Walmart is walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Our room had a weird damp smell. I wonder if the smell was due to the moisture in the air or not. The room and bathroom were neat and clean. We had a rental car so we drove to nearby restaurants. No restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was not a bad experience.

My dog barked because the cleaning lady was using the vacuum and the front desk made a big deal they need to be more understanding of the circumstances thank you but I would stay there anytime great experience

Overall our stay was good. The only issue was at check in. Check in is at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 6:00 and were told we’d need to wait 45 minutes to get our room. We had an event to go too and needed to shower and change quickly before leaving. They were able to have it ready in 20 minutes. Not a good start to our stay

Very clean and well managed property. Highly recommended if any one is coming to Dallas . Very close proximity to Dallas AT&T stadium and they offer shuttle service to attend matches.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast was amazing! We had to change rooms in our second room was much better than our first. If you’re a light sleeper, then I would avoid this hotel because all I heard was cars and trucks on the highway all night long. If you’re not a light sleeper, this is a great hotel for you because it’s comfy and has a great price. Another sleeping hazard was the AC. That’s also why we had to leave our first room was that AC. So the AC does not work from the wall, you use the window unit device that’s below the window. When it’s blowing cold air it’s very loud and will only run for about three minutes and then the AC turns off and only the fan blows at a much quieter rate. And this continuously happens all night long, loud and soft, loud and soft, loud and soft. It kept waking me up because I’m a light sleeper.

This wa very misleading on the as for this room. I search for a room for 5 adults and this was a room recommendation. The ad says sleeps 5. The room had 2 queen beds. One of the guests has to sleep on the floor! Not happy!

This property is always clean and very well maintained and the staff is always very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was excellent. The pictures of the double queen room show an oversized comfy chair- this did not exist. They say it sleeps 5... without that chair the teen slept on the floor. Although I think he had it best because the beds were rock hard anyway. The pool and hot tub were good, staff was nice (and patient since my CC decided to flag and freeze my card since I didnt tell them I was vacationing).

Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay.

I have stayed that this motel before. One of the reasons I like it is because it is always quiet. The who stay here to include the staff have always been nice and courteous.

The water pressure was terrible, the tiles coming up in the bathroom, things seem to have been broken and repaired several times over. There was no crib as advertised.

We had no water at all from Saturday afternoon until the time we left Sunday morning. This led to us leaving super early in morning as we had no place to shower or use the restroom, and did not have breakfast...one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The smoke detector was missing from our room. I made the front desk aware Saturday around 4 PM, and nothing was done about it...at least up until the time we departed early Sunday morning. . The refrigerator in our room froze our drinks. Yes one could argue this is trivial, but it shouldn't happen. I'm a fan of LaQuinta, and stayed at this hotel because we're fans of the chain/brand. We were promised that a manager would be in touch, but nobody has reached out. We even emailed the manager Sunday, and have not received any response. We feel we should get a full refund.

There was no water in our room for the last day/night.

No water, had to get bottled water to brush our teeth and wait until the morning to flush the toilet before leaving. All we needed was a shower and had to go without before flying home. Wouldn't stay here again.

I did not experience the breakfast but the room was nice and cool. The only disturbance was the noise coming from a compressor or machine that turns on and off every 30 minutes or about. Aside from that everything was very nice.

Convenient location for Arlington tourist activities. Could use a little refresh… not the most update, clean property.

I was there for my granddaughters presentation at UTA so there were lots of kids in the lobby and the staff was so friendly, patient, polite, helpful and professional which was much appreciated with such a large group

Affordable hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good. There definitely appeared to have some drug activity in the parking lot. The local church puts up unhoused people in this hotel. Staff were present but I got the feeling at night they did not feel safe. I would recommend just staying in your room and not using amenities.

Breakfast was fresh every morning. Pool and hot tub were relaxing. Room had a mildewy odor and elevators made strange noises. Other than that, it was nice.

Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold. Positives breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was good and AC was perfect!

Furniture was dusty, there were pieces of dog food on the carpet, so apparently it was not vacuumed. The ceiling was poorly repaired from an obvious water leak; it was bad enough I was concerned it would cave in.

Great customer service

It was an average hotel (I didn't think it warranted an 8.6 rating; I'd give it a 7). It wasn't that expensive so beggars can't be choosers. The room had an odd smell initially until we got the AC going. Went down for breakfast the first day and they started cleaning up with 20 minutes left so not everything was fully stocked. Pool was ice cold but expected. Overall it was fine but I wish I had stayed elsewhere.
