Staff very polite, professional and helpful. Hotel within walking distance of Target, iHOP, Costco, Sam’s and Salt Grass restaurant.

I did not like the fact that check-in time was 3 PM and at 4:15 I was just getting my room

Arriving to the room there was hair in the beds and then tiny roaches crawling in the room. We let the staff know and they moved us to another room. That room also had small roaches it was a horrible experience . It seems like the hotel is infested . I am requesting my money back I tried to talk to the manager about the issue but he didn’t seem to care all he offered was a free soda

My stay at the Hyatt hotel was excellent. The front desk staff Aryiah was very nice, helpful, and friendly. Aryiah is a very hard work and she causes that entire hotel to shine. I will definitely book again and I hope to she her shining face there. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Property smelled like old wet clothes and mildew. Its old and needs to be renovated. Cleanliness was ok, could of been better. Room carpets, looked stained. Breakfast was good, and front was helpful when needed. If you need a 2.5 out 5 hotel to stay at for a few days. It will do the job, i guess.

I love the location it's surrounded by a lot of different activities etc.. What I didn't like was the room didn't have a microwave. What I also didn't like was that I was expecting one price only to get to the hotel it was a different price. On TOP of that I was using a cash app card( safety reasons) that declined for hours only for almost at 11:00 p.m. for someone to say hey you can't use your cash app card was embarrassing for hours..ugh.. other than that I give it a 7 out of 10

Good location. We didn’t have a car so appreciated that they have food available to order. The food was good. Employees were super nice and accommodating.

Hotel is very clean, room was cleaned everyday. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. All staff friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast, good variety. The only complaint was the warmth in the room at certain times. The AC was on 65, but the room would get warm just like the hallway. Plus there was a loud sound off and on from the hotel unit sounded like a plane passing by, but very tolerable.

Very nice property well maintained (best property we have stayed in a long time). All personnel we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Great location with many good restaurants and shopping.

The room was ok, a bit dirty and a muggy smell all the time. The breakfast was terrible, just terrible. The staff was polite but were never able to resolve simple requests. Never any towels by the pool. I would definitely consider another hotel in that area.

Great hotel at an affordable price. Quiet and well-maintained. The only issue is that there isn't an ice maker on all floors, and the only one on the third floor ran out of ice at one point.

The complimentary breakfast was very good with plenty of options, and it was a great way to start each day. The only thing I would suggest is adding a microwave in every guest room. When traveling with kids, having a microwave to warm up food or milk would make the stay much more convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for families!

If you can choose elsewhere do so ! Beds are not comfortable nor are they queen sized. Breakfast was horrible and needs a serious upgrade, the morning of our departure I communicated with staff through the chat option and they lacked hospitality. Was extremely disappointed considering how polite I was. Wouldn’t recommend

Right off of highway 20! Beautiful room, well kept and very nice staff. The amenities were great and their is bunches of restaurants and shops nearby.

Do not stay too expensive for service

Bathroom needs maintenance, during night after camong back from event we couldn't use Bathroom or shower, because there was no water, after informing gentleman at the front desk he just stated that pluming system was too old and to leave fosit open until pressure get back, we had to go down from 6th floor to use bathrooms.... that is nothing you couldn't expect

There was power outage in the building. The staff could have called the individual room and updated us what happened or what was happening. But there was absolutely no communication. When I check out, the front desk lady took my email and said she would email me the receipt. It has been 24 hours and no email as yet.

I do believe someone from the Hotel could have provided info to us about the status of the electricity. I turned my key, wasn't told thank you, come back, sorry about the electricity or anything. That's the time for some customer service, communication. Before this I would have given them EXCELLENCE!

Loved everything except the water pressure in shower was very low.

Our room was extremely humid and warm. Our water in the room went out for a while, they gave us bottled water to accommodate. Our window shade was broken so our room was dark the whole time, could have been the opposite which would have been worse.

Room was clean and bed was decent. Bathtub facet was falling out and shower head leaked terribly. We needed to check out 1 day early and the clerk didn't know how to check us out then all of a sudden she said ok you are checked out which was a lie, she just didn't care and wanted to get back to sitting in the office.

We stayed there 3 weeks in a row, with our dog, while he was undergoing radiation at the Veterinary Specialists hospital on the next street over. We had three different rooms and all three were very clean and smelled fresh. The beds were all comfortable, which is important to us. And the rooms on three different floors were all very quiet during the night. The breakfast there is one of the best complimentary breakfasts we've ever had at a hotel, and I have traveled a lot in the past ten years. Also, all of the staff was very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this hotel.

Single king bed plus large L couch that also had pull out bed option. Room layout is great. Nice TV think it was a 55” and channel menu easy to navigate. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Complimentary breakfast bar has perfect mix. Cold lemon water in dispenser at front door is a nice touch. Great value for the price and close to Target Costco and a short drive to / from TCU. Will stay here again. 2 thumbs up.

We had no water for a while. It was right before getting ready for the wedding we were invited. This really affected our experience.

The staff suggested not to use Expedia due to the reserved room is not a guarantee. With that being said, we did not get the room we reserved.

We did not eat breakfast, so I cannot comment on that, but the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that it took a while for the water to get hot. I did mention that and they said that when the hotel is full that sometimes happens. I would stay there again.

Check-in was quick and easy. I thought our room was fairly clean, The hotel staff both evening/night, and morning staff were very nice and accommodating. This hotel has plenty of restaurants and stores right next door! That is a huge plus. The breakfast was Ok, not the best but its Free so that was fine. Overall we would book this hotel again.

This hotel was great. The hotel room was great and the service here is good along with the breakfast. Parking is convenient and there is a target right next to this hotel.

My expectations are low - room must be clean, sanitary, and with basic necessities. Highlights of our stay: COCKROACHES, NO AC, run down room, terrible customer service (except for Sam - he was kind and sweet). AC in our room did not work. The room was so hot we barely slept. The heat triggered a severe migraine for me and a headache for the other guest. We were never told about AC issues at check-in. In the morning, we told the front desk about it, but we felt completely dismissed despite staff admitting they knew there was a problem and were sending maintenance to fix it. They said they did not know the night before (but they miraculously knew the morning we brought this up???) I don't have proof, but I think they hoped we wouldn't notice. I asked them for a resolution/options - they offered NOTHING. They said AC would be fixed. I asked for fans if it wasnt. They said they didnt have any. I emailed hotel manager - never heard back. AC was NOT fixed - we had another terrible night (it was hot in the 80s). Next night - we got moved to another room - AC worked at first, but stopped mid-night. And then there was the cockroach! And not a small one! it was gigantic - over 2in long, sitting on the bathroom wall. it was traumatic! The room was run down: bedding with holes and stains, wrinkled carpet, broken chairs. Our stay was uncomfortable, unsanitary, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise looking elsewhere!

Despite hotels.com saying this property doesn’t have parking, they do and it’s free. The hotel does not allow early check in fyi. Complimentary breakfast was nice. The rooms tend to get a little hot cause the ac doesn’t run constantly and when the fan turns on it doesn’t stay on long. Good location and very clean.

We’ve been travelling from the East Coast to the West Coast and this was the best value yet! Large bedroom, suites, very clean and a fantastic breakfast to wake up to in the morning! Got to go to the Texas roadhouse as well, which was amazing! Definitely would stay there again
