Best hotel breakfast we have ever had

Breakfast was good. The location was good because we were meeting family and there were a lot of choices for restaurants nearby. There was a guy that was denied entry to the hotel and had the luggage cart filled with all of his stuff sitting just outside the door. He had a big appliance with him. It made us uncomfortable to go in and out. I feel that he was allowed to stay far too long.

So many of the mid price hotels now look like nursery school rooms with box shelves for clothing, expose closet rods, ironing board on the wall like it’s art and mini orange tables mounted to a wall for a desk. If want to feel like you stayed at a higher end hotel for the same price that actually has a closet & a 6 drawer credenza for folded clothes and adult warm inviting colors & wood tones, then stay at a Hyatt, every was perfect.

Everything was very good. The hotel was well maintained, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a good food selection and the coffee was good.

Comfortably fit our family of four in a room with two queen beds and a pull out couch! Saved my husband and I from listening to our kids argue over comforters and space. LOL.

Hotel was clean and the staff was very accommodating. Stayed for a wedding and would highly recommend staying at this property.

The property was clean and in a great location. The pool was a little small but I can’t think of anything major I didn’t like.

It was at a perfect location to near restaurant n other stores, movie theater and enough space fir safe oarking... the rooms are nice, hotel is clean but I feel the recepción area can improve their customer service 😀

A lot of gnats flying around in the bar area. The bed was squeak every time you move.

Room was clean enough, no bag in the trash can though. The tv interface was sub par for the price. I will be choosing a Hilton hotel for my next stay

Everything was fine until all the elevators quit working after a normal rain storm. We were staying on the 5th floor. Checkout was no fun carrying all our luggage five flight of stairs.

The room that I had booked was not the room that I was given. In the middle of the night the blackout curtains literally fell out of the window. I told the staff first thing that next morning and I was told, “ok”.

Highly recommended. It was home away from home. Very quiet atmosphere, it was clean, the breakfast was scrumptious, everything stayed in stock for breakfast, and the hotel room was nice. No complaints!

Love the layout of the room with a real couch that was super comfy (not scratchy) with a TV that was easy to see from the couch! Nice A/C and bed. Breakfast was great and they used real eggs (not dehydrated ones)

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than some we’ve stayed at. We did have an issue one night with the lights in the room, but it was readily taken care of and we were moved to another room till management could fix it. So the staff was prompt to help with the situation. We definitely will be staying at Hyatt again!

Really nice staff

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent three-night stay left me with no choice. The room had multiple broken amenities that were never fixed despite repeated complaints: a non-functioning toilet, a broken blackout shade that let in blinding light all night from outside, and a phone that didn't work. On the second night, I reported all of these issues to the front desk. When we returned on the third night, nothing had been addressed — and there was only one staff member available to handle the entire hotel. I went without proper sleep for all three nights due to the constant light intrusion. When I followed up the next morning requesting some form of compensation or resolution, I was told there was "nothing they could do." No fix. No discount. No apology of substance. Just indifference. Three sleepless nights left me exhausted, with a headache and back pain. A basic functioning room is the bare minimum any hotel should provide. This property failed to deliver even that — and then failed again when given the chance to make it right. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Close to dining shopping easy access to quick needs. Bed is super comfortable. Staff very friendly. I didn’t try it my daughter liked the pool but it was very cold but not bad. I’d stay here again absolutely!

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bar was tiny. Breakfast was decent but limited. Also, breakfast ended too early at 10 am. Breakfast should be served until 10:30. Would definitely stay again.

What a great stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful the entire time. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. Everything was so clean. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The area is also easy to navigate with plenty of food and shopping options. All around we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend!

The breakfast was very good and the AC in my room worked great! The staff was friendly. I appreciate having a nice face welcoming me when I arrive. I would stay here again.

The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities are very clean. The included breakfast was great. This is the second time we stayed and would stay again.

I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W.

Overall a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh fruit and eggs every morning. Hot and freshly prepared. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Clientel is pleasant. Hallways are quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff amazing. We have stayed there several times and will stay there in the future. Location is near several trendy restaurants and shopping is nearby.

Room was nice and quiet. Slept fine. The toilet broke in the morning. I told the front desk at breakfast (8:30) and they seemed shocked and yet unhelpful. They said maintenance would be arriving in 30 min and they would “send them up”. We returned to the room at 9, no one came up. I tried calling from our room and the phone kept giving a busy signal for the front desk. I even tried calling from my cell phone and no one answered. Eventually I figured out how to get the toilet to refill the tank so we could flush. I was really annoyed no one was available to help us. The toilet stopped working again shortly after. We checked out and left, but there was no one downstairs to tell. Won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.

When we would go to the bar for an evening drink, she was very put out to serve us, appeared to be disturbed from a FaceTime conversation. She was rude when we taking our order. However, in the morning, when we went to breakfast, the odor was always gone. Is this normal for your employees??

Everything was amazing !

Property was nice. Front desk was a little light on customer service. My TV did not work for the duration of my stay, but I was hardly there. Still I reported it twice and nothing was done about it. I left with a feeling that it didn't matter.

Everything is very good.. breakfast was awesome and one thing we notice here that breakfast is until 10 and even over 10 you can still have breakfast in other places until 9 and not one second after nine..
