Breakfast was ok…not a big variety of choices. Ended up just getting coffee and going to eat somewhere else.

Room was clean and comfortable, although I found the default temperature to be very cold hahahaha Great location—close to most things and right across from a restaurant called Pluckers, which was open very late. That was super convenient, as we were in town for a concert.

The bathroom was disgusting. There were visible dirty marks around the toilet, debris/hair in the bowl, grime around the floor and edges, and marks on the door. It made us question how thoroughly the rest of the room had been cleaned as well. We reported it right away. The front desk employee was kind and did what she could, and I want to make it clear that my frustration is not directed at her. Another room was unavailable, so housekeeping had to come back and clean ours again while we left to get food. What bothered us most was how poorly the situation was initially handled. Management appeared to be aware, but no one meaningfully addressed us or offered a resolution at the time. After we escalated the issue, the general manager ultimately refunded about half of our stay, which we did appreciate. However, it should not have taken that much effort to have such an obvious cleanliness issue taken seriously. The refund helped, but the experience still affected our comfort and put a damper on the start of our trip. A clean room is a basic expectation, and this room should never have been marked ready for a guest.

Close to where we wanted to be. Very clean. Felt safe. The room was very large. Breakfast was good. Staff was nice. Parking was good. Food choices surrounding it were good. Abundant places to shop nearby.

The staff were lovely, the room HUGE (king single suite) and the bed very comfy. The free breakfast was “continental” still yummy. But… the odor kept me from giving 5 stars all around. I understand the a budget hotel but the “dirty mop” smell in the hallways & the over-compensating/flowery rug and surface cleaner was overwhelming. Just an fyi!

I wouldn't know how the rooms looked because when I arrived, the system was down, so I couldn't check in. I traveled for 6 hours only to be told I couldn't get into my room. A nice lady came to check me in and she was told by the girl with the braids that the system was down. The girl with the braids was very rude and inconsiderate. To myself, I said that it was an inconvenience because I needed somewhere to change because I had an event to attend at 6. It was already 4 and I didn't know how far I had to travel to get to where I needed to be. I asked her where the bathroom was, she pointed and said, "It's right there" and proceeded to get back on her cell phone. She could have just the hall on your left. When I found it myself, the bathroom door was locked. I didn't even go back to the desk and tell her it was locked because I didn't want to disturb her being on her cell phone. I left, got in my car, called my sister and stayed with her. I called to get a refund on the room, but they said they didn't have a record of the system being down. I was just very disappointed in the whole experience because I usually do not have any issues when traveling. But the fact they are keeping my money just doesn't sit well with me.

Breakfast was Great, but they stop restocking food items 10-15 min before 10am ending time on weekends. Our room was not cleaned after 1st night, there was no door hanger to request cleaning/restock toiletries. We had to go down to front desk for supplies. A large group of men were drinking alcohol right outside main entrance of hotel after 11pm, and made our daughter & granddaughter uncomfortable as they stared at them walking by! Pool water was dirty, felt slimy, need more chemicals-ventilation for heat & humidity in area. Over all great Clean Rooms

Front desk clerk checked me right in even though I was early. Room was clean and AC cooled room down right away.

Found dead cockroaches in the pool area. Clumps of hair in the pool as well as outside the pool. Doesn’t seem like they manage the pool area well. Trash cans on second floor were piled high and had an awful smell. The rooms themselves were nice and updated.

All around a very nice hotel, with everything you need but I swear I think the floors were built with tissue paper. Anybody walking above you sounded like they were in your back pocket.

It was good to have a nice spacious room. Well stocked & functional. Nice bed & convenient plug points. It wasn't cleaned even once during my 3-night stay. I managed to make the "breakfast" once on the final check out day but glad I missed it on the other 2 days as it was very sad.

The exterior needed to be cleaned up as there was trash outside, we only had 2 pillows but were given more after we asked, the bathroom had no trash can or toilet roll holder which was odd, front desk staff were friendly when we checked in and out. Breakfast was limited. The room itself was clean and the air conditioner worked well!

First time visiting Texas going to the Rush concert in Ft Worth. Hotel is very well located around 10 minutes from Dickies Center. Check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful. The room was enormous and very clean when arrived, bathroom was very comfortable. Breakfast is good enough to start the day and coffee was surprisingly good. There are dining alternatives right next door and downtown is just 10 minutes away. I’ll recommend this place if you need to be in the Ft Worth area.

The hotel smelled freshly cleaned and looked well maintained from the lobby to the hallways and inside the room. Breakfast is always top notch. It continues to be our "go to" hotel chain when traveling.

I wasn't sure if I was staying in a hotel or assisted living there were some that were there still the beginning of our stay a couple of them smoking like chimneys everyday almost all day. Then apparently someone else decided to bath their dog in the pool which needed to be cleaned not sure how they cleaned that out

Pool closed half our time there. We've had better breakfasts but I did like the waffles in the shape of the State of Texas. Good location.

Great place to stay with great space for family of four. We loved using the kitchen during our stay. Lots of outlets for chargers. Closet space, drawers, cabinets, counter space! We had low water pressure in our bathroom sink and the bathroom door would not lock. My only two complaints. Everything else was excellent!

Check in was simple. One of the elevators didn’t work for 3 days out of our 4 night stay, and the hotel was packed!! There was never an available trolly for luggage. The air conditioner worked really well in our room which was excellent, but the beds are worn out! Like extremely worn out to a point where all you can feel the springs and you just sink into them. The pocket door in our room, to the bathroom, did not close properly so it would just slowly slide open as you were showering or sitting on the toilet. Very awkward. When they asked how our stay was going I told them about the door and the beds and they said they could send maintenance out to check the door…. They never did. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I won’t be staying there again.

Hotel was newly redone but the beds weee terrible. Maybe spend another few dollars for new mattresses. It was like something you would find in an old hotel. Kind of defeats the point of remodel if beds are bad.

Everything was great! We had a tornado warning that night and everyone was concerned about where to go and the staff at the front desk told us to stay in our bathrooms, or if we wanted to we could get in the laundry area.

I loved the room, and the hotel. My room just wasn’t clean. There was old toothpaste in the sink, stem clippings on the floor, a coke bottle under the table, gross things in the shower. The room was very nice but I felt they didn’t even vacuum since the last person was in it and that gave me the ick. I asked for a quiet room as I was there post surgery and the woman put me next to the elevator…..

I love these hotels for size of rooms. The property is in a good location and felt safe. The bathroom had some tile that wasn’t in best shape but overall clean. For a family this is great deal. Sleeps 5-6.

The shower was not clean. Cleaner must have missed it. The rest of the bathroom sparkled. The room was really large with lots of counter space. The room had a curtain that could divide the sleeping area if you were having a meeting in the living room area.

The room was ok, we are just very disappointed b/c our cousin that also booked a room had his car stolen from the parking lot. And the staff wasn't even concerned about it, we had to wait 4 hrs for the police officer to come & make a report. The staff said the videos of the hotel were delayed 24hrs & only the officer could request them. I don't know we just have a feeling that they clerks were in on the car being stolen. It was a 2018 Dodge Challenger. So please be careful when staying here

Spacious clean room. Quiet. Friendly staff. Well stocked and variety of breakfast food Only issue was allowing dogs in the food area at breakfast and the rude fellow guest who made a comment when the dog approached my grandson. It was NO service dog despite the “vest”.

The rooms were excellent . Clean. Pool was great for kids as well. The only complaint is the breakfast was poor. Turkey bacon very hard. No real bacon or sausage . The eggs were obviously pored out of a container. Everything was cheaply made

When I went to the restroom in middle of night there were 2 big roaches crawling on the wall I had to kill them

Having a separate bedroom and living area is very nice, especially if when one of us gets up earlier than the other! Good breakfast options that make it nice to grab and go if needed. This location is currently working to update and remodel, which is great, they are working to keep things current. It did get a little loud during the day while I was hanging out in the room trying to get some work done. We will plan to stay here again.

THE ONLY THING WAS BREAKFAST. WE WERE LATE GETTING DOWN AND DIDNT GET THERE UNTIL A COUPLE OF MINUITES BEFORE 10:00. WE WAS GETTING SOMETHING REAL QUICK TO TAKE BACK TO THE ROOM. WHOEVER THE LADY WAS SHUTTING THE THING DOWN CLOSED THE CURTIN ON US AND TOLD US NO MORE. I KNOW WE WERE LAST BUT ONE OR TWO MINUITES WOULDNT HAVE HURT.

Room smelled like wet dog. Fridge smelled like rotten food. Pieces of onion skins left if drawer. Construction dumpster right outside our room caught fire and no one ever alerted us to anything, smoke was being pumped into room via AC unit.
