Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Location was right off the highway and lots of restaurants nearby.

Clean room and good breakfast

Good value here. We always look forward to staying here. We would love to give 5 stars, but that is reserved for the very best if we ever find it in a hotel frequented by thousands. We feel like we are able to freshen up and get a good sleep here after a long day on the road. It is easy to get to, the staff is good and the area is safe at night. The surrounding area is pretty tidy and safe.

It is a nice comfortable, clean feeling. You don't have to worry about anything, just enjoy your stay. I have Stayed there before and will always go back

Clean and nice Elevator

Room was kept clean daily Elevator a little rough like it needs a little maintenance.

I’m a handicapped person who reserved a room with an accessible shower. I did not have a room with an accessible shower therefore I could not clean up nor were any remedies offered.

The property is clean

The lift was a bit scary. The sound and the movement felt it was going to stop and get for hours. Broken tile in the room and beside making the beds and changing towels, there wasn’t much cleaning done

THE ONLY BAD THING TO COMMENT ON WAS THE ELEVATOR, IT KEPT MAKING WEIRD NOISES, IF THEY COULD FIX THAT, IT EOULD BE AWESOME!

Desk clerk whined because I used a third party ie hotels .com. It caused him more work. Everything else at the hotel was great.

A/C worked great but the sink in the bathroom wouldn't\t drain properly and the shower had no pressure, besides the water felt greasy from so much chlorine in it.

Was all good except ants in room and a roach was in the Bathroom

dark room to sleep but the blinds, both sets were jammed with about a foot of floodlights coming in Which led to very little sleep, when it was so noisy.

Safe and good location . Clean property with everything you need for a nice stay . Staff was AMAZING ! Didn’t catch all their names but Latonya and Jessica 2 of them. All staff was kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. Employees at breakfast bar went over and beyond to keep hot food coming and would check in and ask if needed anything else before closing up. Parking close to entrance , indoor pool & gym open 24 hours. Front desk provided towels and TP after hours , cleaning ladies in the mornings provided us with extra bags and swapped out our shampoo , conditioner and body wash when needed too. Our 8 night stay from out of state was great . Pool wasn’t heated . Laundry mat wasn’t in service.

We have stayed here several times, clean, comfortable beds and great location. The ladies at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff are very friendly.

There is no hot tub like in the pictures just so you know lol and the pool wasn’t currently heated cause it didn’t work. But staff was great and hotel was very clean! Great location also.

It was an excellent stay. We were greeted by the friendly staff who made the check in experience hassle free. He was very accommodating to make sure we had the room we wanted. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. We will definitely like to return for another stay.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was great! We had a few strange interactions checking in. There was a mix up with front desk staff and our room booked...it was corrected, but very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff twice that late. There was a young man gaming in the business center area on the PC and was yelling...then there were girls in Santa suit tops and g strings yelling and running around the parking lot. The vibes were definitely off....

Everyone, from the front staff to breakfast hosts were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and facilities clean. Would recommend, especially for the price.

Thw hotel and room were clean and quiet. The breakfast choices were very good!

Decent hotel for a family of four to lay our heads at night. Daily breakfast was good and had a good variety of hot and cold foods. All day coffee machine was a nice touch. Indoor pool was decent enough for a young child to play in. Conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and freeway access. Cons: the room had a faint pet odor, like a dog had been in the room prior, and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Holiday Inn Express lives up to its reputation. Great value, consistent, no surprises, and great cinnamon rolls. Note this one is next to the highway so expect traffic noise.

Was nice room

Someone pulled the top floor buttons out of the elevator you had to use the stairs and carry everything down and up they couldn’t get it fixed and it only had the one single elevator.

Heather in pool not working water cold. Also no jacuzzi like advertised in pictures

Its in an area with several food options. The rooms and hotel in general was clean. I enjoyed the indoor pool as well.

Great Place For The DFW

It would be fine for a brief stay, not a prolonged stay. The bench outside were in an awkward place and direction. Not convenient to enjoy. No place to sit comfortably outside.

Our first room had an issue with the water to the toilet. There was none, not even when I turned on the water valve. We had to change rooms.

Overall, a very good stay. I’d go back for sure. For me and my friends, some healthier breakfast options would be terrific. (The unsafe, ultra-cheap styrofoam plates and bowls need to be replaced.)

Overall experience was good. Breakfast was pretty good and the pool is heated and open 24hrs.

The staff is 5 star but the hotel is not. Although this property has been renovated, the workmanship is poor and the property has not been maintained. The elevator pitched and stopped hard on the ground floor. Freeway noise was hard to sleep through.

Stay was only one night.nice place but someone that worked at the hotel came in our room in the middle of night while we were sleeping.said it was the wrong room.so i learened to allways lock the extra lock on the door at any hotel.

I liked that the pool is open 24 hours.

Breakfast was delicious every morning and convenient. Room was comfortable and spacious. A couple items were a little run down (shower curtain, hole in corner of wall). HBO didn't work on the TV and elevator made a lot of weird sounds like it was going to breakdown. Overall, a great hotel to stay for a week while visiting family.

The front desk gentleman was snacking. Friendly and welcoming. He helped with anything we needed with a smile. Wonderful customer service!

Great clean room always a solid choice

We were there for a 3 day convention at the Ft Worth Convention Center. We didnt get up in time to eat breakfast but the beds were comfortable the staff w a s friendly and the other customers were friendly.

It wasn’t a bad stay only issues we had was one the Elevator had a very hard stop to the main lobby floor and two the carpet in the hallway smelled bad like mildew and lastly the ice machine was not working on the our floor. But rooms where clean location was good and around food.

We booked this for a birthday weekend. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Would stay again

Chairs in the breakfast area needs to be replaced. It causes a bad first impression.
