Have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay here in the future! Centrally located to all the fun stuff we like to go and do in Fort Worth!

The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was very rude. She had of attitude like she didn’t wanna be there. The room itself had water spots from water damage and the room smelled like Mold, and I am very allergic to those type of spores. I had to pay $34 to park at the hotel and then to park and see homeless people sleeping on the ground around the vehicles. I felt very unsafe and the receptionist attitudeattitude was it was no big deal. I was afraid to go to my car the early morning I left because it was dark and was traveling alone.

I stayed 4 days for a conference . The staff at the hotel is excellent. The young lady that works evenings and Maybe the service Manager ( he assisted everyone in the breakfast area) were the friendliest and welcoming staff.. the breakfast was really good and well stocked.. the beds were pretty comfortable but the TV, carpet and bathroom tile need to be updated.

2) Room was great; bed was very comfortable as were the pillows 3) nice to have a working fan/vent in bathroom 4) Staff was very accommodating thru out stay, friendly, helpful. 5) Bath-shower head in bathroom needs replacing, curtain in shower needs to be bigger (had alot of water shoot out of shower then we found a different setting on the head so we adjusted it), also rod needs replacing or reattached better to wall, could not get cold water out of bathroom faucet 6) Extra room (sofa room) was nice as was sink, microwave, & fridge! 7) Loved the big drawers 8) Hot tub not working was a disappointment as was shuttle not operating. 9) Parking was good! 10) Staff was friendly & helpful! We were compensated on the room (IHG membership) & feel we paid a fair price. Overall, I would give it a 9.7

This property was not quite what I expected. The surrounding area felt somewhat sketchy, which made me a little uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel itself was nice, but based on the location and my overall experience, I would not choose to stay there again.

I thought the breakfast was really good. The dining area was really nice. Our room was very nice and extrememly comfortable. I didn't like that we had to pay extra for parking. It's the first time I have ever had to do that at a hotel where I was staying. Even though Booking.com told me that there could be a $19.50 fee per day for parking, when I arrived at the hotel, they attempted to charge me over $30 a day. Also, it was nearly impossible to shut the valve off in the shower. I had to use all of my strength to do so. My wife was unable to do it.

Yet the guest bathroom behind the desk is like an oven with no ac. And the breakfast eggs were cold whenever many people were eating because they only stay hot if the lid is down a long time. Also the shade didn’t work in my room and room service didn’t replace soap during our multi-night stay (so I bought my own).

The thermostat in our room didn't work and we froze the whole time. We complained to the desk but they never sent maintenance.

The bed. Was not informed we had to pay for parking. After my booking when we left I called because I had been charged twice and one of the front desk ladies was beyond rude. She did nothing to help me and when I got a little rude back she hung up.

From the moment we got the there were ac units blocking a parking spot. To walking down the halls and there being stains all over the floor. They had to switch our room last minute which was kinda a drag but we got complimentary parking in the parking garage. But the rooms faucet was loose. And a hole in the headboard. Floors were stained. But the staff were really friendly.

The top half of the door was coming apart from the hinge and had to absolutely slam it my entire body (and disturb the floor) to get it to close. The elevator down button didn’t work on the 4th floor. Had to hit the up button to get an elevator to the 4th.

Rooms were clean staff was amazing . Easy to get in and out of!

The toilet ran if you didn’t push the handle back up. The faucet in the tub was loose from the wall which made it difficult to turn on the shower. The A/C struggled to cool down. The breakfast was satisfactory. Staff were nice & accommodating.

This hotel was perfectly located for everything I needed to get done in Fort Worth. Centrally located and close to the interstate. Everything was maybe 15 minutes away.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff is amazing. Very helpful and polite. Quick and fast service with your needs. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Great commute location if staying in forth worth. Not a 5 star hotel but breakfast and staff makeup for it. We had a good stay

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is great, and parking was adequate. The only bad thing was that all the ice machines were broken. They did supply a ziplock bag of ice when requested.

We had no hot water in our room, the hot tub wasn't working, everything looked like it was run down. Everyone working there was very nice but the property itself needs a lot of work.

Hot tub not working. Pool was very small. Rooms very small and bathroom very small. Tub wouldn't shut completely off. Only 1 floor had ice machine that worked. No access to filtered or fresh water for guest to fill up cups.

Yes, the food was fresh, the room was clean and tge staff was super friendly.

My room was clean but had a cracked sink and the tub looked really bad. The noise from the other rooms and the street and traffic was horrible. I had to park in front near the front door and looked out to see a couple who were staying at the hotel basically all over my vehicle. I had to press the lock 3 times to flash the lights and that didn't get them away from it so I had to go down to the parking area which the elevator was so slow. I didn't make it out until they came inside the hotel. I wont be staying at this hotel again. I had to pay $26 for parking and had to deal with these people. My mattress was so over used it was very soft and squishy and my back is out because of it. Overall bad experience.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly but the main reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. The hot tub was out of service, they dont tell you when you check in. The pool was freezing and very cloudy. Also, they chose horrible tile to go around it and it was extra slippery. My toddler kept falling. There was no towels and the lights kept flickering on and off. Also the parking garage they had was super small and tight even for my small suv.

They called me at 530am wake up I didn’t ask for and the toilet wasn’t flushing.

To be honest, we felt that our room could have been cleaner. In particular, the carpet looked as if it needed cleaning. Also, our room door needed servicing as it was difficult to close.

Our last night was terrible, a big group of college kids were checked in on the floor we were on. The noise was ridiculous, shouting down the hallways, music level was loud, constant door slamming, as well as loud banging on their room door several times. Sound like they were beating on and kicking the room door. We had a 14 hr drive home and did not get much sleep this night. I called several times to complain but nothing was done about it. They did not quiet down until we were leaving that morning. We will never stay at this location again and we will not recommend it as a good location.

Breakfast was cold. Towels were not soft. Room was clean. Parking spots were small don’t drive an economy car.

Carpeting in hallways is old and strained and dirty. Bathrooms need updated. The breakfast was on. Typical hotel , powdered eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, bisquits, gravy, pancakes, . Clean seating area. Wonderful staff.

Overall stay was OK. The location is convenient and Central. A short drive to the Sundance Square. This was the second time we have stayed there due to it is near my son‘s home. The only negative is the parking. Parking is very tight. Parking spaces are very small. Don’t take a truck. I paid extra for parking pass that did not benefit me. I was still required to park wherever I could find a open spot.

There was no hot water, we were unable to shower at all on Saturday night had to wait until Sunday morning. Pretty major inconvenience. We dealt with it. Breakfast was amazing. Nice location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shopping.

The room was clean. I was a little disappointed that my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I got back to my room around 4:00 PM the bed wasn’t made. Still had my towels from the morning my trash was still in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask the front desk. What time do you all clean the rooms. She said was there a sign on your door in the morning. I said no I didn’t put my sign up to come later. I told the front desk that to get me new towels. She did get someone to bring me clean towels. Also the sink the water would go down super slow.

The staff and breakfast were great. Our room and bathroom however was not. Upon walking into our room, there was a live silverfish on the wall. We went to get ice from the ice machine and it contained mold. When we used the shower, the design was so poorly done, even with the curtain closed, water went everywhere outside the shower pan. We had to use all of our towels plus more from housekeeping to clean it all up after every shower.

They gave us the last room they had and the ac/heater didn’t work and they refused to even give a discount and it was 20 degrees last night. They sent a repair man down that sprayed the until with WD-40 which made it smell like something was burning. Front desk told us we would get a full refund then sent a note declining it after we checked out.

When I got there, the lady at the counter said that there was something wrong with the computer and it would take a few minutes because they had somebody coming to repair the issue, but it wasn’t that long before it was up and running probably less than 10 minutes, but other than that, the staff was very friendly and courteous And the hotel was very clean and their breakfast had a very nice big variety of food overall was a pretty good experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Older heavy set housekeeper on the 6th floor was very rude. I asked were there a ice machine anywhere she pointed with a nasty additude and said "over there"! I said what you mean over there? She said it again the same way and i walked off before i would've said something i had no business saying. No one is making you work there, if you dont wanna be there, leave! You have freedom to do whatever you please with your life.

It was fine and did the job. definitely a carb loader. The Zero yougurt was a nice surprise.

The entire staff from the front desk to the manger and the lady fixing breakfast were very friendly we had to be at the children's hospital and this made our trip so pleasant glad we choose them!

The staff was truly accommodating and pleasant!! I was able to catch a few names of who we encountered, Emmanuel and Hilary assisted us but everyone who worked during my stay was super pleasant. Room was clean and ready early for us. Honestly the best front desk staff I have encountered in quite awhile.

It’s just need little detour to walk to train station and water garden. But it’s still just 15 min walk. So this hotel provides good value for the money.

For a hotel brand that typically maintains good quality, this was very surprising. I expected a clean and comfortable room, but unfortunately that was not the experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the housekeeping issues so future guests don’t have the same problem.

The sweet lady that checked us in was so nice and kind! The beds and pillows were so comfortable!! Everything was nice and clean!

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and basic. The tub/shower fixtures could use an upgrade, but worked fine. The biggest issue was the hot water supplying the toilet, which caused some condensation, we were there for a short stay so didn’t want to deal with any maintenance.
