Clean room, great staff, super breakfast

Only fault was a homeless man harassing us as we parked up to get our cases out of the car and then followed us into the hotel. But was escorted back out by staff, which I appreciate there’s very little the staff could have done about this.

Very clean. We had only one issue and the staff did their best too help. Checked in around 4:00 pm and settled in when I realized my iPad was in our jeep parked on the second floor of the parking . My wife walked over to get it when she was confronted by a homeless woman at our jeep. My wife got in the elevator trying to get away but was followed into by the homeless. My wife thought the girl was going to kill her. Omen of your employees drove the jeep to the front parking lot. At that time I know the police were called at least twice. I came downstairs to see what was happening when the homeless entered the hotel coming directly at my wife again. The cashier and myself ran her outside and she went directly towards the jeep again. I shouted and she left. My wife went through heart surgery in May 2026 and thankfully didn’t get hurt physically although the threat existed. Hilton employees did a good job helping it’s just disturbing the police never showed up.

Breakfast was a bit overpriced compared to dinner items but it was an amazing experience overall.

Rooms were nice and clean! The pool was so fun for the kids, they loved the splash pad area. Staff was very friendly and service at breakfast was wonderful. Pay for the breakfast it’s worth it.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet. Good shower, and decent water pressure. Breakfast is extra, but we didn’t partake this time. The store is very convenient to have, in case you need a morning energy drink or a late-night bottled beer and a piece of candy. Everything is a little steep, price-wise, so be prepared! Our favorite piece of the property was the pool, with a low-entry point for kids in the little splash pad section. They also have pool toys to use! It doesn’t get much deeper than 4ft, so it was perfect for our kiddo that is still learning the water. A small patio off to the side of the pool is great for a quick lay in the sun. We felt very welcome and satisfied with our stay. We will likely return when we get a night free and are looking for some fun. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn Medical Center – Fort Worth!

Be sure to budget in $15 parking per day. Also, no complementary breakfast. Just know ahead of time.

We traveled in from Lafayette, Louisiana for a concert that was canceled at the last minute. The staff was extremely accommodating and helping us rebook our room.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Medical Center. We were staying there to attend a concert. All of the staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. We especially want to give special attention to the bartender, Jackie and breakfast attendant, Jenny. They were outstanding.

Love the pool but needs to be resurfaced and the staff was wonderful! Both my kids got small injuries from how rough the bottom of the pool was.

It was clean

The property was very clean, staff was very friendly. The pool was a hit for all our kids, baby to seven years old. Conveniently located, only took 5-15 minutes to get to most attractions.

It was a good stay and close to where we needed to be

Was in town for a wedding and only got to stay 1 night but truly enjoyed it! Felt clean...which made for such a relaxing time. Would've loved to stay longer.

I wish they had free WiFi and also the small refrigerator actually got cold and they had free water so we can actually use the coffee machine and not charge 2 dollars for a small water

We booked this hotel for a day trip to the zoo. The pool h surprisingly had a splash pad and stayed open until 12 which made it convenient. Parking was $15.00 and breakfast was an additional charge. Overall we had a good stay.

Always a good hotel that we stay at multiple times a year for work.

Close to Dickie’s arena. We were able to get Uber easily to attend concert. Surface Parking available but it is not free. Walking distance to Jason’s deli and Torchy’s Taco. Very polite and professional staff.

The pool area was nice. My kids loved it. They ran out of towels a few times. The breakfast is not included in the stay. My husband enjoyed the bar and they a few good appetizers for purchase at the bar.

The property was well kept. However there were ants in our room. We didn’t complain because we went through a third party company. The beds were on the floor and it wasn’t what the picture showed. There was supposed to be free breakfast, once again I was disappointed. The had a separate kitchen that sold breakfast and beverages. I have been to a Hilton before and this one was a knock off Hilton

Bar was somewhat busy mirros and back of the bar was dirty lots streaks lot empty bottles and not alot of products on a Saturday during busy time, bar staff was very nice and pleasant. Room was nice heat and air controls off your either gonna freeze or Burn. The maid did wake me up 3 hours before check out.

Went for a cheer competition and great area and very clean room. The pool was great for our small ones and they had a blast.

the parking leaves a lot to be desired very little parking at the hotel, and they charged us for 15.00 bucks a day for parking in a parking garage across from the hotel that we only used 1 time on the last night because of so limited parking. So $75.00 for parking 1 time, not happy about that at all. The total that trivago quoted us was over $200.00 less then what they charge us in the end. staff was very nice the pool was very kid friendly, and the fireplaces were very nice. overall happy but charges were not that was quoted to us.

The room, location, and the pool are the reasons we book this hotel. I was a little disappointed that fun stuff in the pool wasn't working for the kids, butnthere was a busted pipe. My reason for not giving a shining 5-star review is the check-in clerk that evening was rude! Not only to my husband when he tried to check in but to me as well. She talked over me and would not let me speak. Her name tag was mostly covered by her hair but I believe her name was Xena...most appropriately named as she was feisty! Everyone else was nice and pleasant all the way from morning staff to housekeeping and maintenance! We will stay again as the location is very close to Cooks Children's Hospital and having a special needs child we travel to Fort Worth often.

The hotel had a very nice pool and with sprinklers and nice play area for kids. The hotel was in a very safe part of town. There were very close dining options, like Torchy's Taco and Jason's Deli. They gave us good chocolate cookies when we got there.

The room was nothing special at all. Pretty basic, pillows are terribly flat. Front desk staff appear distracted, slow to respond.
