Tesa was fantastic. Its almost like she has the ability to welcome you home. She was close, and absolutely lovely every step of the way. Please take care of her as a worker, she uplifts your service and establishment.

I was at a Mary Kay Conference and the staff treated us like royalty. My first room had a malfunctioning HvAC and they immediately switch me to a room closer to the elevator. Breakfasts were custom ordered and delicious.

The bathroom wasn't the best (no ventilation for moisture) and by the 3rd day my front door became a bug party. I also tried to get change to wash my clothes and the front desk doesn't carry change which is weird. The room itself was nice

I checked in on Saturday July 25, and checked out on Sunday July 26. I paid a $50 fee for incidentals and when I called to complain on Friday July 31 that I haven’t received my $50 back, the front desk said I was charged for a no show when I obviously stayed there and even arrived early and even gave them my room number. Then the rep stated that it showed a credit on their end and to take it up with my bank. Poor customer service. First telling me why they kept the money then saying it showed credited on their end. I would like my funds to be credited to my account asap please. Thank you.

It was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Staff were helpful and friendly while we were there. Nice pools. We hung our swimwear to dry on the drying rack in the shower, when we left we forgot to take the swimwear, I rung the hotel within 24 hours of checkout so we could collect them and were told they weren’t there…. Which is disappointing, my fault for leaving them on the rack but I would have thought personal property wouldn’t be thrown out so quickly, at least a call or email to let you know it was left behind out of courtesy before discarding. Expensive mistake for me.

Water Plug for bathtub was spotted and not pretty. Toilet screws were not covered and looked ugly

Breakfast was delicious, however I thought it was included in our stay and found out that we had to pay. About 4:15am, there was yelling and cursing outside our room. After 5 minutes I called front desk and staff immediately came up to room. The noise quieted for a bit but we could still hear them talking and yelling at each other. It just made for a sleepless night.

My only concern is the room lighting- too many small lights not enough room lighting.

Another low spot was near the bed. You can tell they used the same idea of self leveling grout in the attempt to fix it. It’s still very noticeable. This room floor had structural issues that need addressed.

Rooms were spotless, the property was nice, the indoor and outdoor pools were lovely. But more importantly, the staff was fabulous. Contessa and Abby were absolutely spectacular and the breakfast that they served it’s worth adding it to your room price, not that expensive at all and delicious.

The property was kept clean all times during my stay.

Fron desk was amazing! Food and drinks were good. Inside pool was nice, which is what we went for. It did get pretty crowded for such a small area.

The room was very clean and welcoming - the comfiest beds, great lighting, nice bathroom). Great amenities (microwave, mini fridge, coffeemaker, hairdryer, working smart tv that can connect to YouTube and steaming services, soaps, and makeup remover wipes). The property was nice, with lots of parking and lovely trees. It was a little inconvenient of a location in that you have to make a sharp turn into the parking lot pretty soon after getting off the highway. Being right on the highway means you can hear the traffic noises. I didn't have breakfast or interact too much with the staff, but the food looked good from afar and the staff were kind and knowledgeable during check in and check out. Very lovely stay overall!

Breakfast was not offered. You have to pay for it. Did not have room ready because were trying to get rid of the smell from previous dog! Finally just changed to different room. It was not the same as I reserved. Supplies out in the doggie area. The beds were to hard for us but the sheets were excellent thread count...so soft! The room was clean and updated.

We booked this because of the indoor pool for my daughter. The pool was absolutely freezing and the hot tub wasn’t even hot it was warm. Very disappointing.

Pros: The bed was nice and having a Keurig was a bonus. Cons: The hot tub’s jets were broken. The pool area was very dirty as was the actual hot tub itself. A large dark ring at the waterline all the way around full of water that did nothing. Management is aware and may not fix the issue. The room had no body wash and cheap toilet paper. The baseboard was coming off in the bathroom and headboard had a rip. As an older traveler I purposely find lodging with a Hot Tub to relieve soreness from long drives. This property is on the lower end and I would not stay again.

A beautiful property that welcomed me and my granddog! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This hotel is really becoming run down and I was disappointed in my stay this time. There were very sloppy "renovations", the door opener hit the top stopping the door, and I even had a roach in my bathroom!

Everyone in the staff is nice. The location is perfect.

Bar was closed, elevator light didn’t work so I was standing there just wondering pushing and pushing the button until staff said light don’t work, my room key scanner by door was lose like almost falling off and had to scan over n over, it wasn’t as nice as I thought for $200

We felt safe on the property. The staff we met at check in and check out were both absolutely lovely and willing to share a laugh and a smile. Our deluxe King room was fairly well lit (for a hotel) tho no overhead lighting. I would have preferred more than a set of two towels etc but we did ok. There were adequate charging ports but sadly, I forgot my cord.

There was one day where our room was not serviced, so we were short on towels. When we went downstairs to ask for bath towels, the front desk worker said there were none available and so we had to use hand towels. We did enjoy having an indoor hot tub, but the indoor pool was too cold to get in.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was good, far enough out of the city to be more quiet but close enough to all the action to grab an Uber.

Room was clean. Walls are thin, so you can hear noise but very such sweet staff!!

Hilton systems were down! They had no back up plan for manual check in. We waited for 45 minutes and left. We ended up at a hotel down the street. This Hilton Garden Inn was our go-to place to stay once a month when we visit Fort Worth. Not sure that will be the case in the future.

From the moment we walked into the lobby until we rolled out of the parking lot to head home, we felt very welcome. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. They were able accommodate our special requests with sincere smiles. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, spacious living and a really good shower with excellent water pressure. I can’t attest to the dining, as we were in a rush to get moving this morning, but everything looked great and the staff made sure we knew a personalized meal could be prepared for us with no additional fees. Great experience all around and we will definitely stay there again!

Close uber to the stockyards. Right of the interstate easy to get to everywhere from. Cool free car museum next door.

Had a problem as soon as I got there. My credit card wouldn’t work because I was out of state. The room was already paid in advance but they needed a card for a deposit. I offered to pay cash but they told me no. They also said I needed to book another room for the night because we were not allowed to stay in the lobby. The hot tub was not hot and the pool was not heated The fire alarm went off early one morning and we had to evacuate because the kitchen burned bacon. Bad experience over all
