staff friendly, helpful. hotel in great location for convention center work.

The hotel itself was great, but some parts of it were very hot. Could not get my room to cool down that much at night.
- 2/5
For 400.00 I expected the beds to not feel like sleeping on the floor with a blanket. My shoulder and hips killed me due to how hard the bed was. The hotel is historic which was great but it's musty for some reason. I left early at like 4:30am and decided to drive the 1 hour and 20 min drive home to finish sleeping in my own bed.

Big room Can hear outside traffic/ street noise

I loved the convenience and location to the Conference Center. Walking distance to the center and many restaurants

Toilet in the bathroom leaked. The first day we arrived our TV said welcome Guadalupe and the second day it said Welcome Jeffrey. Staff didn’t seemed to concerned with providing assistance when asked.

Loved the cafe- its was fast & so easy to self operate. I loved the security factor! We as for an extra hour to check out- the front desk rekeyed our cards- did not know they would time out. Housekeeping was very friendly. Loved getting a text mid stay on how things were going- smart! First day or two there was a smell in the front door lobby & elevator space. After sharing it in thr feedback text- it was gone. Thank you for a great stay!! We told everyone about it & plan to rebook for next year Ordered pizza- wished the front desk called to say it was there- it waited on us for 25 more minutes. Would love to see more breakfast options in the cafe (wraps, bagels & cheese, etc)

What a wonderful place to stay. The staff goes out of their way to help with anything you need. The room was big, clean, quiet and wonderful. Recommended ! The lobby was so great to relax in. The breakfast dining room was very clean and the food was excellent.

This historical hotel is well located in front of the Fort Worth Convention Center. Unfortunately Hilton has not invested in upgrading the facilities in years, There are better and newer options in the area to consider.
- 3/5
One or more of the elevators were down causing 30 minute waits at times. Escalator going to the second floor was broken so if you cant take stairs you had to wait 30 minutes for an elevator
- 5/5
Do not pay for valet on the weekends. It’s $70 per night, while all meter parking around the hotel is free.

Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff were nice. AC did not work in my room. Dirty water soaked the rug around it. 2 nice people came to fix but room never got cool. Some air was coming out but could not cool the room. Hallway was much, much cooler. They gave me a fan. Toilet ran.

Nice place to stay for a conference at convention center. Went with the hypoallergenic room which had a funny smell at first, but went away after I turned off the machine. It was clean and quiet with a sitting area that made the stay nicer.

Smelled like mildew throughout the hotel. The room would not cool down but the AC was working. Very damp and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The staff at check-in was great! The room I had with the King-size bed was great!!! I didn't know they had a refrigerator was an absolute plus!! I only wished the hotel restaurant was Vegan friendly as it would've been a totally fabulous stay! However, I was disturbed twice by housekeeping as she ignored the privacy sign on my door who came in the first time when I wasn't there and made up my bed and left realizing her error and the second time when I was in my room at 11:19am (my last day) knocking on my door with the privacy sign still on the outside door (check out at 12pm) which was quite irritating and wondered if she can READ!! Nevertheless, I let the front desk know my displeasure and they were quite nice about it.

We got down graded with no reimbursement. Had one working elevator had to take stairs on my wife and my wedding night due to could not get on cause so many people waiting for 25 minutes just to go up 10 flights of stairs in a wedding dress. For almost $400 for a room we didn’t even get we should have been refunding the amount for the down grade overall not very happy
- 5/5
For the price I paid, $127 a night, I was thoroughly impressed at all the Hilton had to offer. The bar and gym were very nice, not to meantion the location combined with the building's architecture it is memorable.

All of the staff were very friendly, everything about this hotel is great, the only thing missing is a pool
- 2/5
No parking gotta find it yourself. Valet only
- 3/5
The hotel and location are great. My only complaint is that the room was very dark because the lighting was not good. Also, with taxes and fees, it cost $74 to park overnight. I travel all the time and I have never paid that much to park. I will think twice about booking this property again based on the price to park overnight.
- 2/5
One elevator (two were out of order) for a 14 floor hotel. Ac was bad. Towels extremely scratchy. Valet so expensive for no reason.
- 3/5
Loved the location and staff were great. It is an older property and it definitely showed. AC wasn’t great and bathroom fixtures were not great. Canned light in ceiling dropped part of the way out. Shower nozel was wobbly if you tried to adjust it. Just needs some TLC to be at Hilton status in my opinion

Valet is the most professional we’ve experienced, staff is super friendly, awesome walkability, and very clean every time we’ve been!

Parking for 2 nights was $134, TV was not working and asked them to fix it multiple times and nothing was done. They seem very understaffed. Won’t be back.

We asked the front desk for a phone charger, but they informed us that they did not have one available and suggested we get one from CVS. However, after we had already purchased a charger, they told us that there was actually one in the room.

The property itself, meaning the lobby, bar and restaurant area were great! The staff was good, attentive. The odd thing was they had no ice machines. They manually make zip lock bags of ice from the kitchen and place them in an ice cream cooler in the self serve pantry. This is a HILTON Property! I was just surprised. Saying that, you could call down and ask them to deliver a quart bag to your room. So it may just be my preference. The room was beautiful and finishes from furniture to bathroom decor to tile was excellent! AC was great since it was hot outside. Water pressure great in shower. Did not get as hot as you would expect but was acceptable.Television app options were great. Only really bad thing was that I got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom to encounter a 1 inch by 1/2 inch Roach scurrying along the bathroom floor. Killed it… looked around and did not see any others. Had no idea where it came from but the thought of it going all over the room was troubling. Woke up took a shower only to find another Roach in the shower with me! Gross! The other issue I had was the price of parking! It’s only Valet which normally I have no problem with, 20.00 to 35.00 oh well… NO, this place charged 73.00 not including tip!!! That is an Fing money grab! That was almost half the cost of the room! There was no mention of that on the reservation page! Bad on me though, I should have inquired before reservation by calling the property! Due to that, won’t stay again.

The hotel is very dated. Although clean and tidy, rooms felt 1980s style with very tired fixtures and fittings. No complimentary water was provided in room but an $12 bottle was on the desk. $12 for a bottle of in room water felt insulting, especially as a Hilton Honors guest. Amenities such as the hairdryer and power outlets etc felt old and wobbly. For the price point and the Hilton brand I felt this fell short of what I’ve experienced at other Hilton properties worldwide. Staff were friendly and welcoming however the line to check in was long and I wasn’t offered any help with my large bags on check in or check out. For a short trip this property was fine however I would stay elsewhere for a longer trip and I feel the price point vs the quality provided was not good value for money.

Valet parking only for $70. No bedding for the sofa bed, had request it several times.

They charge guests for valet 50 a day, more expensive than airport parking.

Fit our mood.👌

When we arrived to our unit we didn't need to use the key to open the door. Apparently if you don't close it all the way by yourself, it just stays unlocked. thermostat was broken. We couldn't turn it off and it continuously ran through the entire night on a freezing cold temperature.
- 5/5
Nice hotel and location, parking is rediculous priced and only valet is offered
- 5/5
Everyone was amazing and it was very clean

- 4/5
Older property but well maintained. Helpful and friendly staff.
- 5/5
Lobby bar was good. Weekend bartender was excellent.
- 4/5
Room was okay, beds are comfy and spacious, bathroom drain wasn’t draining properly and there wasn’t a ton of amenities. For an older property though it was very well maintained and taken clean, lov d the location. No parking, valet was expensive.
- 4/5
The room was amazing, the staff was great, and the location was perfect for what I wanted. The biggest issue was that parking is not included and valet only for a significant extra fee.
- 5/5
would have liked a business center

I recommend this hotel.

Clean Room

Great hotel in a convenient location.

The LSU frat party caused issues while trying to sleep, but everything else was good. maybe put ALL frat kids on the same floor so they aren't disturbing neighbors.
- 5/5
It was very clean.
- 5/5
Great location and clean property while attending the convention center.
- 5/5
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Disappointing when a hotel as nice as this doesn’t even provide a bottle of water at check in or in the room to use with the coffee machine. Beautiful place but kind of expected more considering the price. No pool or hot tub which is kind of disappointing
- 3/5
In the new room, the toilet flushed, but you had to lift the tank to get it to refill. Told the same girl at the desk, she said that shouldn’t happen and they’d have it fixed. I expect more from a full service hotel in the way of service. The valet attendants and restaurant staff were terrific. Front desk and management were not very attentive to guest needs.

Everything was good, had a nice stay

room was perfect

There was no valet help at all and no carts available when arrived. Staff outside was very unfriendly and no concern at all for the guest arriving and needed assistance with valet a with luggage and check in. It appeared they were told not to assist and to have no carts available, when several asked for at least a cart for self service because all were told no available bellman help with luggage or check in. No carts, no assistance and a charge of $60+ a night fee for parking! Very disappointing in Hilton service, not like any other Hilton I have ever stayed at! The room was very nice and the leadership event I attended was great!
- 5/5
Other front desk personal professional, friendly helpful with using the amenities of their property. Lobbies and lounges were beautiful, comfortable, clean, and inviting as well as the staff that upkept them. Very pleased. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

A great stay will stay again’

We saw 3 cockroaches from Friday to Saturday . And we moved to another room on Saturday almost midnight going Sunday. Not even any discount was given to our room charges about these inconveniences except some snacks worth $27.
- 4/5
There was an issue with the escalator and the restrooms during the event we attended during our stay, hense the 4 starts instead of 5.
- 3/5
Room not ready @ 3PM for check-in. Told at 4:30 would be another 30 min. Then at 5:30PM told that the floor I had paid for (15th floor) all had people who had a late check out (till 5:30PM???) I had to settle for a lesser room. Smell in some parts of hotel was terrible, burning smell or sewerage. Had breakfast at restaurant, likely the worst I've ever had in a hotel…coffee wasn't even hot.
- 1/5
Only 1 elevator worked you could never go up or down, the valet were SO RUDE and did not help with bags. We wanted to pay to keep our car and they basically told us not to and watched us load our stuff up and had to move our car because they parked it near another.

Check in was great! The staff member gave recommendations to restaurants. We settled on the hotel restaurant. The food was good. The drinks were just ok. The room was clean. There was an ill smell on the elevator & in the hallway on the 11th floor.
