Breakfast was great,with waffles Eggs Meat and all the Trimmings.TheRoom was clean and the Bed comfy Very friendly Staff. Loved the Pool too. We had really no complaints but I rathet had a shower then a tub because of my leg it was hard to get in it. We would go back again.

Staff was wonderful. John, the manager was very professional, pleasant and accommodating. Toilet did not flush properly, needed a maintenance call. Breakfast meat did not have non pork alternative. Turkey sausage or turkey bacon wouldn’t have been nice.

This hotel should not even be open because of all the construction going on!!! Also, the cleaning staff need training on how to clean the room and bathroom. And there is a bad odor in most of the hotel. I will not stay at this motel again!

It was a very locatable property. Right on the freeway. There was ongoing construction for remodeling. However they didn’t stop for the 4th of July holiday so hammers were swinging at 0730 in the morning.

My stay was ok, breakfast had variety and had decent to good hot items. Be aware that there’s a 50 buck deposit held over your head for if you trash the room or smoke in it! I got mine back in less than a day after check out. My only gripes are the carpet in my room was moist n had a slightly off putting smell until the room got cold. Secondly I was in town for a family get together, I booked through Expedia, one of my cousins didn’t book in advance so I attempted to have them in the same hotel as me. The front desk attendant a middle eastern girl in her late 20’s or so gave us a hard time and I can’t help but feel it’s because we’re black. She seemed bothered by questions and eager to turn us away. Ironically enough the 2 white men that worked during my stay were professional and had great customer service. Anyway I had my cousin go over to the neighboring residence inn where they had a much better attitude and acted appreciative of the business we brought. Lastly housekeeping knocked on my door 3 times all before 10 a.m with a 12 pm check out and that was annoying to say the least but in hindsight I could’ve used the do not disturb sign and didn’t. Oh and the tv cut off on its own every hour in the middle of shows, could’ve just been mine tho. Overall decent comfortable n safe stay. Just too many issues for a 150 a night stay in my opinion, I’ve had less problems at 80 buck laquinta’s. Only worth it if it’s in close proximity to why your in town.

The remote was missing from my room. I went to the front desk to let the person know. He said maintenance was still there and would get one to me. I went to park my car and retrieve something. I had already unloaded my luggage and started putting my things away. I also had my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. I was shocked to see someone standing in my room when I walked into my room. I thought if your DND sign was on your door, no one could rightfully enter your room. My things were laying out and open. It turns out the same man who was sitting out front when I arrived, who I thought was another guest, who had offered to help me unload my luggage. I said no to him because I clearly didn't want to send mixed messages as a single woman, who didn't speak or understand spanish, traveling alone. He was now in my room, standing in front if my television programming a remote control. What a shock. I didn't care about a FIFA game or anything else at that point. I took the remote and walked him out.

Breakfast was cardboard, room was large but the sink counter area near the bathroom was only 1sq ft in size, Air Conditioner blew across the bottom of the bed so cold feet all night, staff was nice, I liked the cookies in the evening, the room lightning was brighter than other hotels so it was nice.

The room was clean. I would change those awful pillows. We forgot to bring our own. We have stayed in the same room twice now (Room 300) and the TV's "tube" is off. It was blurry and everything was purple. I informed the clerk at the desk twice. Very nice staff and good breakfasts. We will stay there again when we visit Fort Worth.

We arrived early and it was raining so we couldn't do much sightseeing. The receptionist contacted the cleaning staff and got our room ready so we could go ahead and check in.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean but the quality of the facility was barely 3 star. The wall unit air conditioner squeaked and was extremely loud. The room was small and the fit and finish felt cheap. Overall, I am surprised that Hilton put their name on this place.

It was great a few complaints is when we got to our room the door was opened! Huge red flag for us. Front desk said their foundation shifted so doors sometimes hang before latching. Secondly the amount of light that went past the door sucked!! If your a pitch black sleeper it’s gunna be tough

Best way to describe is it wasn’t to bad or too good, just average. The breakfast was the only thing above average and the $75 non refundable deposit was definately below average. A light out in the parking lot with vagrants coming in and out of the hotel kind of made for an unsafe feeling as well.

Needed a quick night with the kids for a fun outing…beds were cozy but a little creaky. Check in was smooth and the lobby area was cozy and inviting. Breakfast always hits the spot with the waffle maker and we enjoyed the omelet (much more enticing than scrambled eggs). Only issue was the water pressure in the toilet took forever to reset. We had to dump water down to get it to flush. Not a deal breaker if we ever needed to stay again.

The property is on the north edge of DFW. This allows people who don't HAVE to be down in the madness to be able to stay at a decent hotel and still be close enough to everything that they can enjoy most of the things that DFW has to offer.

We were very happy with our romms. We had god nights sleep. The staff was very friendly and welcomimng. The location was just right for our visit. The proprrty was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Overall the property is ideal. I booked a night for work in the area. The staff was nice and accommodating. However we did have an issue with ants in our room. The staff moved us to a suite that was very nice. The only issue is that the situation was not shared with the manager. I happened to be in the area. I stopped by to speak with the manager and he was happy to provide additional accommodation. The communication between employees and management needs improvement but otherwise this is a top tier hotel.

The hotel lobby, room and property was nice and clean. The location at 13600 N Fwy location in Ft, Worrh, Tx felt safe and quiet. We had a good experience, during our one night stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We have spent the last July 4th holiday here for the last three years to see friends and relatives. Just off the expressway it is quiet and comfortable.

We had a great experience and wonderful breakfast.

We arrived with a reservation and were told that Expedia was overbooking rooms there, so we didn't have a room. Once we told the man at the front desk that we were going to rip up our Hilton Honors card he was able to find us a room. Justin (?) at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrible every morning. Very little food and it was not being refilled. Teabags were even hard to get. Eggs were partly frozen in the center. The area you ate at was not clean. Although the room was clean it needed several things repaired such as loose screws in the cabinet in front of the refrigerator and the extra lock on the door. I have stayed at this hotel for many years. The last time I stayed I thought it would be the last, but decided to give it another chance. I will not stay there again.

The staff is WONDERFUL AND WILLING TO HELP THE TWO GIRLS AT THR FRINT DESK WERE GREAT. I HAD NO LIGHT BULBS AND NO SHAMPOO. THE LIGHT BULBS WERE REPLACED BUT THE SHAMPOO WAS JUST PLACED IN SINK AND NOT IN SHOWER HOLDER.

I stayed for two nights. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room when I left. Called the hotel a day later to ask if they had been found and they said they would call me back. I never received a return call so I consider my AirPods to have been stolen by hotel staff. Unacceptable.

It is not right inside the city but out a little ways and that makes for a nice place to stay as well.

Comfortable and easy to fall asleep. The only thing I didn’t noticed was that the clock in nightstand was one hour early …. Maybe due to time change and or maybe previous family had a reason to set clock one hour early. We made it downstairs for breakfast at 6:15 am thinking it was 7:15 am.

Room was nice and clean especially for age of building. Room was against elevators which were not quiet. AC temp did not seem right. Had to crank down to 64 to not be sweating. (Usually happy at 74)
