Recently attended a large meeting at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Hampton Inn was in a perfect location. There were many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was amazing! The room was clean. Staff was helpful.

As we checked in, the staff was amazing. We received the best service from Josie and Amy who were at the front desk. We also enjoyed the sitting area when we returned from our events in the afternoon. We look forward to returning.

My niece arrived late due to a flight delay and a security guard let her in and escorted her to the room, which was much appreciated.

Only one small issue. Because I was there as part of a conference there were lots of guests. Twice the hotel ran out of food for breakfast.

We were there for four nights. Four of us stayed in the room. It was pretty expensive, but we were staying right across from where we were having our seminar at. And so there are a lot of ladies staying in the same hotel so I would imagine the prices jumped up because of the Mary Kay seminar.. Parking in a parking garage but $40 a night which seemed pretty steep when you added it to the 300+ a night we were paying for the hotel. They only came into our room once and replenished towels even though they asked us to check in if we wanted to do it every day or every other day and since there were four of us using towels, we requested every day we had to go downstairs every night and get more towels and washcloths they didn’t bring them to us. We had to go get them that was kind of a problem. Food was OK, but there were a lot of people in there so it was kind of hard to get in and out, but the food was very good for breakfast the free breakfast and I liked that they had tea or hot water, tea, and coffee set up throughout the day that we could go get that was nice if you think you want a candy bar though bring your own because they charge five dollars for a regular size Hershey’s chocolate bar at the hotel in a little lobby area. Everybody we talk to is friendly and nice and I wouldn’t have a problem staying there again.

The staff was really helpful. We had a child get sick, and they helped us get new sheets late at night. When we needed something, they were willing to help. The breakfast was not my favorite. Most hotels have gone to the microwaved eggs, and they were not good. The breakfast hours were short and ended abruptly at 9 even on the weekend.

We really enjoyed everything. The food, the staff, the room and the ability to use your phone to get in the elevator and room. Can't think of one thing.

Breakfast was meh. Typical fare. rooms are older. Hotel staff friendly. Key requirements are stiff so safety is there. Parking is $$ there is plenty of it. All covered.

It could have colder when first entering the room. Turned it down and went out. Upon returning , it was fine. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast was very good. Room , lobby and dining area was very clean. Will come back!

Location was great, short walk to Sundance Square, plenty of restaurants close. Very safe location, pool was setup more for children. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sonia the bartender was truly the best, very welcoming and due to that, the bar was a great way to end each night.

Pet friendly so there were a lot of pets around. Hotel still smelled clean and fresh. Bar in lobby well maintained and drinks were well prepared. Front desk staff were wonderful!

It's always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton inn. Always clean and the staff is super helpful. I love the available coffee and tea 24/7.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was very nice, except for the bed. It was extremely firm. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

From the moment we arrived it was great!! It was 2 blocks away from Amtrak station! They gave us complimentary waters! We had a wonderful large breakfast! There was someone always cleaning throughout the hotel! They kept our bags while we ubered around and came back and let us use the pool until our train left!! The pool and pool area was nice and always stocked with towels!! The receptionist even gave my kids a snack! It was all around the best hotel for us and I'm glad I chose this one!! Thank you Hampton inn!! We will definitely be back!

Awesome Staff: The team here is incredibly nice, attentive, and welcoming. Seamless Arrival: There was absolutely no wait to check in, which is always a huge plus. Spotless Rooms: The room was very clean and perfectly prepared for our stay. Prime Location: It is the perfect home base if you are visiting downtown, and it's just a short, easy Uber ride to the Stockyards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We will definitely be back!

Upon arrival we were informed there had been an air conditioner issue in a room and our room had been given away and there were no more rooms with queen beds. We were offered another room with a king and sofa sleeper. The problem with a sofa sleeper is my 6’3 son can’t sleep comfortably. We were then offered a rollaway bed that NEVER CAME!!

We came in on Amtrak and the hotel was across the street. Everything was good. Breakfast was good different varieties of food hot and cold.

The stay overall was good. Our room was humid and I had the temp at 65 with our hotel room door open at night until bed to help let it vent. Other than that it was a good stay

I like that the property/room was very well maintained giving that its located downtown and stays busy. The staff was very friendly, professional and quick to ask if you needed anything.

We love to stay here for a family staycations. Kids love the pool and bumming around downtown ftw.

Checking in was a breeze and parking was not included in price BUT it is in a garage attatched to the property which I would gladly pay again next time I visit. Room was clean and I had beautiful views of the city.

Rooms were clean, a little small but not bad. The breakfast was just okay but can’t complain since it was free. Overall this is a good place to stay if you’re wanting to spend more of your time out of your room. Staff was great and the security is top notch.

Everything was nice clean and comfortable the staff is very kind especially Noah he saw to it our stay was pleasant. He gave us brochures of events in the area and made a special delivery to our room. Parking was a bit pricey but it is secure and can only be activated by hotel key. Breakfast was very good there was a hockey team staying there and they were very rude and left a big mess for the poor employee to clean up, all over the counters and tables. We definitely had a great stay other than that....oh! If you get a chance the best place to eat is The Capital Grill just 2 blocks over- walking distance

Room was very clean and great security on the parking garage and hotel.

The hotel was clean, the employees were very friendly. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was well kept, clean and had a little beach area for our 4 year old. The pool got busy and some kids got pretty rowdy but to be expected with any shared area. Other than the $40 parking fee, everything was wonderful.

Overall my stay was nice the room was clean, the amenities were useful as well, I just hoped there were more breakfast options

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The only two things I would mention are that the pool had a bit too much chlorine, and the parking price was higher than expected. Having parking inside the hotel is definitely very convenient and helpful, but it is also a little pricey. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

Accessible to entertainment: Convenient to all downtown sites and bus access. We bought a round trip ticket to Cowtown for $4 and could have done downtown for FREE. The pool area was geared toward kiddos, so when I went to soak in a hot tub I was a little disappointed there was none. The bar service was very good considering the bar tender was alone that evening and the place was PACKED with cowboy hats. She did a great job.

After beating on my door at midnight wanting yo see my ID cane back at 1:00am requesting i come downstairs cause they werent showing my reservation, it made my stay horrible, i was told i would be reimbursed one night for the inconvenience lol that remains to be seen, i will never stay at another hampton hotel ever

I would 100% stay here again. The room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was wonderful. The pool was one of the nicest we have seen in a long time! I highly recommend staying here. It was also easy to get to Cook Children's Hospital

Hotel was excellent, breakfast was excellent. Room was excellent. Very clean and comfortable for the exception of the blinds not being dark enough for my preference. The second issue that I had was a very rude concierge on two separate occasions. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you.

It was fairly clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very nice, we booked to attend a gymnastics competition at the convention center. It was super convenient being right across the street. I chose to park at the garage down on commerce and 14th, it was $16 cheaper. The beds were not for me, a little too firm and the sheets were a little rough. We stayed in a king with a sofa pull out that our son bunked on and he thought it was quite comfortable. Elevators were fast and there are three so we never had to wait long at all even with a pretty full hotel. Breakfast was decent and they had a good variety of hot and cold foods. They had three or four waffle makers and that came in handy because they sure were a popular breakfast choice. The patio was very nice and the pool table was also a nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here if you are attending an event at the ft worth convention center or want to visit Sundance square which was also fun.
