Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport South

First, let me say that the room was spacious and very clean. Everything was provided that we needed such as refrigerator, microwave and a blow dryer. The hotel is close to so many restaurants and shopping areas and not far from the AT&T stadium where we were attending a BTS concert. Most of all I want to talk about Lucy. Lucy was the receptionist on duty the day we checked in and on the day that we checked out. We arrived at the airport early so I called the hotel to see if we could come early but Lucy told me that all the rooms were booked and no one had checked out yet. Once she had a room available, she made a point of trying to reach me to let me know that there was an open room. She was so kind and helpful. Lucy greeted me by name every time I came through the lobby. She was there the next day when we checked out and she was the nicest person. You need 100 Lucy‘s in your hotel. It was my first time in Fort Worth/Dallas with my cousin. For us being alone as young adults I felt very safe and didn’t worry at all throughout my stay! Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful!! The McDonalds near by was disgustingly dirty I don’t recommend going there!!!!! The panda express and Starbucks were very clean and better so i recommend to go there instead! Definitely will be coming back to this hotel next time im in the area!

Clean room, incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. Called the front desk and they were able to pick me up from the airport and take me back the next morning 👍

Very clean property. Took family and dogs. There was plenty of space for the dogs to use the restroom without interrupting guests. The staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was just okay. There are lots of restaurants nearby.

The electricity went out twice. I was greatly inconvenienced. I was offered no updates nor support. No apology or offer of accomodation. Terrible experience.

Nice hotel, desk personnel not very friendly. I will not book again. My stay in Dallas was mandated by my employer who does not reimburse. $162.00 is very high, it looks like it was price gouging for Memorial Day.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was very good, available from 6-10, friendly staff. Also had charging stations for my EV, very handy.

The breakfast was awful though. Ran out of everything early and the powdered eggs and frozen omelets were not good. Has to wait about 20 minutes for refills on everything. At least there were many restaurants across the parking lot in walking distance. Would stay again if needing a convenient place for the airport, stadiums or six flags- all 10-15 minute drive.

The room is nice and clean. The bathroom has some unique features like the sink faucet. Breakfast was better than other hotels we stayed before.

I love how close it is to so many restaurants and stores. The staff is amazing, the rooms are so clean and comfortable. Best parts are the breakfast and available shuttle from airport.

I am in a wheelchair, my left leg was amputated. I checked in and they gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Not a problem since they had elevators. Later, my husband, who recently had back surgery, and I were going out to eat and the elevators weren't working. My poor husband managed, barely, to get me down the stairs but when we returned the elevators still were not working. We had heck trying to get up all those stairs. We finally made it. Next morning we both were in so much pain. Tried to get some kind of compensation but had no luck. I paid almost $300 between the room and the non refundable pet deposit and to have this kind of service was a nightmare.

Great hotel. Awesome breakfast. Nice staff. Came for a concert in Arlington. Was a 10 min drive. Shopped in Southlake and went to stockyards… was in a great location for us!

I had a quick overnight stay at the hotel but it was exceptional because the staff were so kind and helpful! Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the helpfulness of the staff, the proximity to great restaurants, and their quality breakfast. As an added bonus, the airport shuttle worked seamlessly.

Breakfast was excellent! Clean rooms and comfy beds. Staff was friendly. Only slight annoyance was how loud the ac was coming on and off, and The sliding bathroom door was also a little awkward. There was a pretty big gap so you could see into the bathroom even when closed, no sound proofing for using the bathroom. But the room was nice!

Information on shuttle service was unclear as we flew into Love Field and didn’t realize that the shuttle did come to that airport. Had to get an Uber.

Cleaning staff and front office staff friendly and funny. The cleaning staff played hide and seek with my kids squish mellow and the pillows. Super cute and funny because it was just Dad with his travel squish mellow from his daughter. 😂

To start the staff was amazing. As a solo traveler they made me feel safe and cared for. Location was easy to get to from the airport. Area was safe and had great food options close. Breakfast was great, good options and fresh.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. The breakfast was good and more substantial than just a continental. The only negative was that the bed was not as comfortable as I remember for a Hampton Inn. Overall, it was very good.

The bathroom was really nice as well as desk with mirror the tv was really nice bed was really comfty it really calmed me staying here before my interview I ended up getting the job and the hotel defiantly played a part it had a nice eating area where I opened the curtain and prayed seriosily have stayed at lots of Vegas hotels and hotels in New York City and San deigo gaslamp I lotterallt cried because everything was going so perfect so thank you so much

The room was clean. They say they're pet friendly. But they charge $75 a night for a pet (and my pet is all of 4 pounds and does not shed!). I could board my pet for $40 a night. And that means I do not have to care for the pet. I don't think that kind of charge is pet "friendly". Pet rip off would be more accurate.

Our tv was old and the room smelled like mold. When googling the property the pictures they used must have been when it was first built. The property was much older in person. The restroom door was hung backwards.

Great stay at the Hampton Inn near DFW! The staff was welcoming, the shuttle made airport travel easy, and my room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked—I’ll definitely stay here again!

I travel alot this was one of the best hotel stays I have stayed at from the staff at the front desk especially Lucy to the property even shuttle to airport & local businesses was a plus

Everything was great! For us, the location was perfect for the things we were doing while in town. There were plenty of fast food options nearby. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the front desk was helpful and friendly. We would stay again if in town.
