The room was very clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.. The breakfast buffet had quite a few choices to choose from. My only thought is there was no bottled water in our room and that was a little disappointing. In the summer heat, it’s nice to have a couple bottles of water when you arrive in your room.

The receptionist could be a little more polite or friendly, the only one who was very nice was the one who checked me out. Everything else was well my kids loved the pool , ohh the elevator needs a lot of improvement, but overall I would recommend this hotel

I stay at this location several times a year when visiting family. The hotel and rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, the indoor pool is nice and the grandkids love it. The breakfast is good and we love the fresh baked cookies they put out in the evening for guest. Its a safe area ( across from Hurst police dept) close to food options and its right off the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make sure you are taken care of.

The 4th floor was Hot, elevator was slow & once you entered the room, it looked nice but pillowcases did have a used odor to them. Once you would turn the shower head on, the bathtub would fill/clog up instantly.

The staff were amazing the room was very clean and my kids loved the 24hr pool! It was a great stay for family of 5, only thing that was a bit of pain was the parking but other then that amazing!

I was really excited about breakfast but it was terrible. The eggs are nasty and the potatoes were hard and not seasoned very well. I remember when they served fresh biscuits and gravy and sausage links. I guess corporate got involved and made them change. The breakfast was disgusting and disappointing. Other than that the rooms were super nice and the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool that never closes was a nice amenity as well.

Breakfast was okay for most, but extremely little options for gluten free or dietary restrictions. Some foods were suspect, but there was no staff available to ask. Staff, in general never seemed very interested in being helpful. I had to pry information out of them such as: which entrance is my room close to? When is breakfast? How do I get on the WiFi? The room was very spacious and good amenities. Some some items were in disrepair such as the bathroom faucet being loose and screws being pulled out of the wall, but nothing materially to give any concern. Public areas were clean and appeared well cared for. Unfortunately, there was either no air-conditioning on the top floor hallways or they were overwhelmed by the heat load. Decent place, but a few annoyances.

The rooms were spacious. The hotel was clean. The staff were amazing and courteous. The indoor pool area was clean. The breakfast had several options and was good. The parking was sufficient.

A/c was super loud, couldn’t hear the tv. Shower handle fell off and bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock. Staff only said “sorry about that”. No tesolution

I don’t like this hotel, not what expected.

Breakfast was good. Pool is open 24 hours! Although that isn’t told at check in. We also loved the late checkout. Staff was prompt to answer questions and quick to assist. Location is perfect with lots of good fast food or restaurant choices within 5-10 minutes. There’s a target and Walmart up the street also! We only had 1 front desk staff member that didn’t have good customer service. We also had a problem with the AC but we’re accommodated. The rooms also had a funny smell not smoke just, stale almost.

All went good with the Hampton Inn. We have stayed here three years in a row, no complaints here!

Only one elevator working and it was slow and make grinding noises

Room had a funny smell. Otherwise was fine, nothing good enough or bad enough to note.

The building was extremely warm. The rooms were great but anywhere else it was too hot. We were unable to use the pool because since it's indoors the heat made the chlorine in pool too strong. I did really like the hotel. It was a shame we really couldn't use the pool. In the evenings it seemed the ac wasn't cooling as much in the rooms but was tolerable.

Loved the waffle maker. The bread holder had a foul odor when I opened it so I didnt grab anything out of that. The room we had there was some damage so we reported it after checking in.

Elevator wasn’t working

Great value when passing through.

Nice room. Only issue...... booked a 1 night stay to recoop from foot surgery that morning. Staff was nice. Great room. Got steeled in. Took a nap. Toilet wont flush. No water in the tank. Maintance was not on property. Had to repak and move to a new room. Lady was so nice from the front desk to bring the new room key up to us and she appologized over and over. Not the hotels fault the toilet didnt work but they handled the issue well. Great comer service.

Very clean Too much noise at night

This time we noticed ants on the center table in bedroom between the queen beds. Sink in the kitchen backs up and the sink in the bathroom the faucet barely reaches the sink (kinda weird). Nothing major that we cannot work around, but enough to loose that 5th star.

The check in and out process was smooth and they accommodated our requests. The location was ideal and central to where we needed to be. The beds were great and I slept better than I have ever slept in a hotel. The pool was smaller than it looked online but we enjoyed it. It was a great temperature and open 24 hours which was wonderful. It meant we got to enjoy it more than once. Well... apparently they have a water leak issue because we left to grab a late lunch after check in and it was pouring rain. When we got back there was standing water on top of our AC unit and inside the window seal that was not there when we checked in before the rain started. The carpet felt damp and the room smelled musty and stale. There was water damage to the wall behind the toilet on the side furthest from the shower. Only one elevator was working that we later found out was due to a family having to be rescued from the other one the day before we arrived. Also during the rainstorm that first night water was leaking inside the elevator from the lights. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I have stayed at lots of hotels (Hamptons included) and have never disliked the breakfast like this time.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and every time anyone walked on our side it would shake our beds like someone was hitting the vet. Makes me concerned there is major structural issues.

The property was well located with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Rooms were economically priced and property was in perfect shape.

Loved our stay here. The indoor pool is open 24 hours and the kids loved it! The room was clean, very spacious, and with updated decor. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The free hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options including a waffle bar. The food was delicious! Breakfast is served through 10AM which is wonderful to not have to wake up early to rush. Free parking. We will stay here again on future trips!

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past year and it’s always been super clean and no hassle with anything!

Staff wasn’t friendly, room needs updates, bathtub didn’t drain, bathroom door didn’t lock, no towels at the pool and when we asked for some we were told “laundry room closed at 5 so there are none”.
