Funky black stuff in toilet. Could t tell f it was ashes or paint? It’s almost gone now on night number two.
- 3/5
The hotel is dated and our room was damp and musty. Staff were nice but we wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Friendly staff breakfast was amazing
- 5/5
Staff was super nice, property was clean, great location and pice was decent
- 5/5
The breakfast was nice. Good variety. Billie on the front desk the evening we arrived , having driven through the storms , was so kind and accommodating. We had a bathroom door ( rm 320) that didn’t operate properly .
- 1/5
Room smelled very strong like bleach and dog. I understand it was a room that was pet friendly, but I’ve stayed in many hotels that don’t smell. Do not recommend.
- 5/5
Solid, clean hotel. Staff were friendly.
- 3/5
The elevator had an awful odor. Not sure what the issue was but it smelled like maybe water settled under the floor, like a wet carpet.
- 4/5
That The on meat was pork, also Please fix the table bell hops, so whenever we bring our items back to the room and back down to the front.

The bedsheets were in good condition. The room itself had water damage on the ceiling, wall and floor (the floor was still wet). The room had a musty smell but the A/C worked which was great! The breakfast was good. The staff upon my arrival was "annoyed" since my son and myself arrived at different times. The staff upon departure did not change the cc to my card which caused issues upon arriving at home.
- 3/5
Room was clean enough but small and property is quite outdated.
- 2/5
Employees were both gracious and helpful. Room was clean. The air conditioner controls could have worked better. We woke up to water all over the bathroom floor out into the tiled entryway to the room. It appears the toilet pump stuck causing it to overflow. What looked like mold on the ceiling and above the shower. Repairs to the sheetrock on the bathroom ceiling poorly finished. The phone charger next to the bed and the outlet next to the bed did not work.
- 1/5
We saw mold on walls of the room and water leaking on the elevator. Front desk person was very helpful in able to cancel reservation.
- 4.5/5
It's in a convenient location to places we were going to. We have stayed here for years, so it's a comfortable place for us. The hotel is definitely getting older, and it was beginning to show. I thought I was dizzy at first, since the floor in our room on the 2nd floor seemed to be sinking some, and there was a definite leaning going from the bedroom area to the bathroom. There had been a lot of patching done on the wall near the bathtub. We had no wash rags in our room, but it was understandable when we asked that they had run short and were probably waiting on some to dry.

Billie was amazing everytime we saw her. She was so friendly and helpful.
- 2/5
overall the hotel had an odor did not smell clean, the pool was down for use.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Room was never clean. Payed for king suite, got two beds. Had to remove trash and get fresh towels ourselves. Glad to have hot coffee and tea available at any time. Would stay again with some improvements
- 1/5
The employees were nice and helpful The property needs a major face lift. The elevator had a horrible stench. One of the pillow ls in our room was smeared with makeup. The breakfast was average. Not the Hampton name I am familiar with. Very disappointed
- 4/5
Didn’t have breakfast but the staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. The bathroom was a little dirty but we made do.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Friendly staff
- 1.5/5
Staff was nice - bed was comfortable and clean Deadbolt on door did not work, furniture was stained, looked unsanitary, breakfast area and selection was small. Very loud and bright location at night with light coming through windows.
- 1/5
Run down mildew smelling hotel. Mattress and Bedding were awful. No mattress pad and cover. Needs a complete Reno. Very noisy from freeway traffic. Security light kept beaming in our room. Other hotels were booked due to TCU graduation or I would have left. Left at 3 AM for 4 hour drive home and went to bed.
- 5/5
My stay was 3 days. Had notice that housekeeping serviced room every other day. They didn't clean my room during my 3 day stay stay (no problem) except I only had in-room coffee for 2 days. Everything else excellent. Just making you aware
- 3/5
The entire building needs upgraded. From the floors to the walls the elevators.
- 5/5
Only one elevator worked
- 2.5/5
The bed was made. The location was sketchy. The staff seemed miserable. The elevator had an awful smell. The room was very dated. The elevator broke down at one point and I was in a boot and unable to use the stairs so that was very inconvenient. We ended up checking out 12 hours early.

Good location and great breakfast

Everybody was excellent the front desk very helpful, but the Room was very dirty and smell old, beds very old sorry
- 5/5
Cons: - Hard uncomfortable beds. Noisey. - Loose tile in the bathrooms. - Not a good water flow from the shower heads, even after multiple attempts to adjust. - Hotel listed a hot tub in the description, but we found out it had been filled in and tiled over. - Pool was listed as heated, but didnt feel as though it was. Please replace your American flag. It is extremely tattered and needs to be retired. This means a lot to your patriotic guests. Good place in a pinch.
- 4/5
Beds are a little hard, but staff and breakfast were fantastic!
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, staff were amazing. Could do with a refurb, but everything else was fine.
- 5/5
The breakfast each morning was fantastic! There was an elaborate waffle bar in addition to other hot and cold food options. The breakfast attendant the morning of 4/3/26 (I believe her name ended in -ca) was fabulous! Not only did she diligently clean and re-stock the breakfast area, but she gave our children coloring sheets and rubber duck toys! We went back up to the room and grabbed a little money to tip her. Beds were ok, and we appreciate the room had a microwave and fridge. The fridge was nice and cold, which doesn’t often happen with hotel mini fridges. I wish the room would’ve had a little couch. On booking, we indicated 5 guests, which was allowed. We ended up making a bed out of the office chair, luggage bench, and some extra blankets. 3 people to a queen bed is a little cramped for us.
- 1/5
Elevators, aisle and rooms in very rough shape, super disappointed of this Hotel they need to close the doors and update everything. How you can put your customers into a safety hazard with the bathroom floor tile all broken and moving, someone can get cut and have a bad injury because of that negligent. I travel a lot and stayed in a lot of different hotels but this one OMG this has been the worst experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
- 4/5
The breakfast was outstanding, the only problem was the room wasn't cleaned and no fresh towels. We gone all day and once returned around 11pm, we had to call the desk for towels
- 4/5
Lots of things need repair.
- 3/5
The hotel wasnt the cleanest. I honestly couldn’t even rest.
- 3/5
The elevator smelled terrible. One did not work at all. The toilet didn’t flush well and the sink drained really slow
- 5/5
Deli breakfast, had more options than just waffles. Doors secure at midnight so only guests are able to enter the building. Elevator had a funny smell, like humidity.
- 4/5
I really liked the breakfast. There were never many people in the room, and the place was very close to all the places I was planning to visit. It was a bit noisy during the morning. Furthermore, they didn't explain to me that I had to request housekeeping service; every day when we left the room, I expected to return and find it clean—until I asked why the room wasn't being cleaned, at which point they explained that I needed to request the service.
- 2/5
The rooms were ran down.
- 3/5
Hotel was noisy.
- 4/5
The front desk staff were excellent. The rooms were a bit beaten up and in need of repair.
- 4/5
Room was very clean, hotel is close to restaurants and quick access to highways. Good breakfast, a little out dated hotel but
- 4/5
Clean and tidy
- 3/5
The rooms were a little bit outdated, but the staff were very friendly the entire time. Our first morning we went down for breakfast and nothing was prepared and we were informed by front desk staff that the breakfast attendant didn’t show up for work and that they weren’t sure when if at all breakfast would be prepared that day and it was not.
- 5/5
Great staff and very comfortable beds and linens.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast options.
- 3.5/5
While the room was clean, the hallway and elevator smelled terrible. The floor in the elevator was warped. This hotel was not as nice as other equivalent hotels that we’ve stayed out.
- 4/5
I appreciate no-contact check in after a long day of travel.
- 4/5
The room was nice, quiet and clean. I plan on coming back in April.
- 2/5
The room fridge was not working properly that did get fixed when i asked. I asked for room service and my room did not get clean. The breakfast oatmeal was a pot of water and the waffle mix was thin and the waffles burned
- 5/5
Not a whole lot of variety
- 3/5
Numerous things were broken and in poor repair
- 3/5
The hotel overall was ok. It could use some updates. Breakfast was good and staff were nice.
- 5/5
Stayed a week during the new year celebration, and i felt safe. Busy streets during the day but evenings was peaceful. Staff is friendly and willing to help
- 5/5
Great

The main reason we chose this hotel was because it showed pool availability. It was closed our whole stay because their maintenance man was off. The breakfast that was provided was definitely not what was expected especially for Hampton Inn. Not much options for food. They only would put out a few pieces at a time so everyone was waiting for over 10-15 minutes. It was a pretty busy morning not sure why they wouldn’t at least cook up 2 batches at a time at least. No coffee creamer for coffee no plates other than bowl's. The showers water pressure in our room was awful. Our room door would not close al the way unless we pushed/pulled hard.
- 5/5
The place was very clean and quite.
- 1/5
They cancelled right before I got there made an excuse that they had a water leak but the whole parking lot was full. I bet for sure the girl at the front desk just gave our room to some one else. So forgetthem they will never get money from me never stay at there hotel ever.
- 5/5
Yes everything was perfect!!!
- 1/5
When we arrived we were informed they had cancelled our reservation because of a mechanical issue, but they did not communicate that with us prior to our arrival which was 11:00 pm. They were rude and unhelpful when I began looking for other options.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.

- 5/5
Will be coming back clean and comfy
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything went very well. Breakfast though simple was very ample, had a good selection and was tasty.
- 1/5
Very dated. The ceiling in the room was peeling off as well as in the shower. The floor next to the bed had something sticky on it, would definitely suggest wearing shoes while in the room. The tub was an off yellow color and stained.
- 2/5
The hotel's cleanliness was poor. In my room, the curtains were dirty with spots, and the carpet looked dirty too. The most disgusting part was finding a two-inch cockroach on the stair door. It is clear that the pest control is not working correctly.
- 5/5
The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind!
- 4/5
Parking lot small and feel unsafe, the weather pool cool
- 4/5
Convenient to Dickies Arena.

Convenient location for business trip at TCU/ good breakfast and clean rooms. Near shopping mall and fitness gyms.
- 5/5
First of all: very clean room. I haven't been into a clean room in a while on my last trips. This is an excellent hotel, with a lot of great features. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Dallas.

Received a 2 queen bed room when I paid for a 1 king bed room.

Dirties panties from the previous guest left hanging on the bathroom door and layers of dirt on the shelves kept us from resting and feeling comfortable.

Clean enough and excellent staff. Reasonable price for a good sized room.

In close proximity to about anything you could want or need. Staff was very helpful when we arrived and she (Billie) went out of her way to help us with a special request. Little things mean a lot when you’ve been driving for 10 hours!

Close to the area we came in to work at .. less than 2 miles from waterside open mall area with lots of great stores and eatery’s !!! Convents located for us
- 2/5
Price gouging during TCU Parents Weekend. Also, the communal bottle of lotion in the bathroom was gross. I'm a frequent traveler and this was my least favorite stays in 10 years. It was old, the room smelled old, must and mildew. The bottle of lotion was the worst though. The owners don't do justice to the Hampton Inn brand. It is also not convenient to TCU.
- 5/5
Mrs. Billie was very professional from the beginning to the end. There was another receptionist but I didn’t get her name, she was extremely polite as well.
- 3/5
Staff was great, top notch! The building and premises need a lot of work. The ceiling in our room had a huge water mark and a cheap repair done to fix it. Water pressure was bad and rooms are outdated and need to be modernized. Hilton needs to spend some money and renovate this hotel, parking lot and amenities.
- 5/5
We needed to modify out reservation twice and the front desk staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we could stay in the accessible room needed.
- 1/5
I hated the hotel outdated rooms, hair in my tub when I checked in, the sheets on bed wasn't clean. The hotel really need a makeover it smells old and the entire hotel is very old looking. I travel three to four times a year, I have booked Hampton Inn all over the world. This hotel was the worst, never staying at the hotel ever again. I wish I could get my money back.
- 3/5
The hotel itself, however, was not on the level. Literally. The floor in the bathroom slanted up, except the toilet slanted back. My bathroom door would not stay open on its own and had to be pulled open with a trashcan. A drawer in the nightstand beside the bed was possessed and would open every time you closed it. Most likely because the floor is slanted forward. In the pool area, there was an odd rise in the floor, where the hot tub had once been. The pool was over chlorinated. All in all, I would give my stay three stars.
- 2/5
Just a little old but it’s ok
- 4/5
Breakfast. Staff was very nice and accommodating
- 4/5
My family and I enjoyed the stay.
- 3/5
Staff very nice. Our AC froze up and when it thawed it made the carpet saturated with water. Shower head leaked terribly, screens outside of our window was cut like someone tried to break in. Staff was genuinely accommodating but out of there control on a late Saturday night. The hotel was outdated and needed lots of TLC. I wouldn’t say it was dirty just old. I would not stay there again or recommend it. $125 a night was overpriced.
- 3/5
The woman at the desk was absolutely amazing. She was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. We had to switch rooms immediately due to a thermostat malfunction. The 2nd rooms air conditioner soaked the floor. The tv screen was smurf blue making it hard to watch anything. The breakfast was sub par..... warm milk, crunchy omletes. Warm dirty indoor pool that felt more like a sauna. But the lady at the front desk deserves a raise for being so amazing to us.
- 4/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast area were exceptional.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and efficient. I had read previous reviews about the property being out dated which didn’t bother me much so I was expecting it. I rented 2 rooms, one was fine the other smelled like old sweat. Again already saw reviews about this complaint. Nothing some febreeze and room fresheners couldn’t fix. The stay was great for what we needed, everyone was friendly and my kids felt safe. That was the important part
