Great place to stay. Close to food, shopping and events. Great price with breakfast included and free parking.
- 5/5
Great attention everything was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Hotel was in a great area for a concert at Dickies Arena. The elevator was extremely hot and slow. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear people upstairs walking at 6am.
- 5/5
Parking lot easy to park
- 5/5
Great location, quiet, and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Location is very good, parking lot is safe with good lighting, breakfast was nice, everything was clean and area was quiet.

The room was great! The pool was out of service for the two days we stayed. The western fire door was unusable due to construction! The elevator kept going out of service.

The property was exceptionally well maintained, with housekeeping fully staffed and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I’ve experienced. It included fresh bacon, sausage, real scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels & cream cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal with thoughtful toppings like dried apricots and mixed nuts. They even offered Cholula hot sauce, which was a nice touch and showed attention to quality and detail. Overall, the breakfast exceeded expectations and reflected the property’s commitment to providing a great guest experience. Lack of customer service at front desk. Checkin processor not personable no eye contact.

Service and respect N/a
- 4/5
Room was clean and front desk staff was polite and helpful.
- 5/5
I have stayed at other hotels and Never encountered this kind of politeness! I will be choosing this location in the next few months again! From beginning to end the utmost respect and best atmosphere.
- 1/5
tried to contact them regarding our stay and they wouldn’t refund our room and cancelled our booking when we had a death in the family.
- 5/5
I stayed for 3 nights. It was a great experience. Very comfortable.
- 2/5
Checking in was great and the lobby was gorgeous, but the 4th floor was something else. First the moment you step out of the elevator, or out of your room in the morning, you are hit with the strongest smell of weed. All up and down the hallway. Then I guess I hit the loser jackpot because there’s a bar/restaurant right beside the hotel. Boasts the largest TV in a restaurant in North Texas. It shines both Tv and the huge neon sign for its place right into my room. Which shouldn’t be a problem except the only drapes that were there were the sheer ones. The blackout drapes were what I call fake. The curtain rod ends about 3in after it starts so you can close them. Attaching a picture showing the drapes and then another picture from the middle of the night. So no, especially with a special needs child I wouldn’t go there again. Not without changes

The staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good but wanted gravy on my eggs.
- 4.5/5
The staff were amazing as always!
- 3/5
It was clean and breakfast was good. Beds were not very comfortable. Mattresses were pretty hard and kind of lumpy. Maybe time to be changed out. Grandkids got in the pool once and the chlorine was a bit strong and made them itch.
- 4/5
Clean good breakfast Overpriced for 1 night
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Highly recommended!!
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
We asked to be moved and the front desk clerk moved us to another room. The room was a little better. Our room was only cleaned once during our four night stay. The amenities did not include lotion. Our granddaughter discovered a dead cockroach by the air conditioner unit. As for the breakfast, we learned that the waffle maker was broken. I would like to say the the front desk staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. This is definitely not a property that I would have affiliated with Marriott!
- 5/5
We really enjoyed the location of the hotel everything was within walking distance and it was clean which we appreciated
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
That it was close to the zoo. I felt like it was a little outdated.
- 2.5/5
Breakfast was ok. Sad they had no waffles or pancakes. The ceiling was leaking! Over the breakfast The rooms were small, and the appearance was not good. Windows were foggy and damaged so couldn’t look outside.
- 1/5
that is where we had to stay. I will never stay in this hotel ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- 5/5
Attended concert at Dickie’s Arena, which is so close you can walk. Our room was exactly what we needed for our quick trip to Ft Worth. Definitely will use again for our next trip to FW.
- 4/5
Property is on the older side. My room had an issue with the smoke detector and the floor seemed to be not level.
- 5/5
Always a great stay there
- 5/5
Cons: The elevator is older and is slow. The pool was over chlorinated in my opinion.
- 5/5
Great Customer service! Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
A special thank you to Kris at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her outstanding customer service truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The entire staff was warm, helpful, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!
- 5/5
Clean, nice room, the staff was great, gave us overheated concert goers free water. Knew my name and said hi every time I left, safe for singles.
- 5/5
The help of the management and the establishment is kept so clean.
- 5/5
Very nice room, very comfortable, friendly staff, better-than-average hotel breakfast.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Concert was cancelled so we automatically booked 2 more rooms for this coming weekend.
- 5/5
We really liked the breakfast
- 1/5
Hotels with non-refundable policies need to be boycotted. I get it … it sucks for you if people need to change their reservation. But that’s the business and circumstances in which you operate. Deal with it. There are more effective and fair approaches than having to purchase protection. Hotels make plenty of money … quit screwing your customers over.
- 4/5
There were coachroaches in the dinning room
- 4/5
The nice surprise was the wonderful walking/running trail just a few yards from the hotel.
- 4/5
Good place to stay for a couple nights. Nice location to main roads and food.
- 5/5
We were there jist for a quick 1 night stay to attend a concert. Room was very clean, air worked great, and beds were fine. Pool was closed while there. Elevator is slow and small. We had a few waits going from 3rd floor several times. Staff were very friendly at check in and out and anytime we left and returned. A housekeeper wasn't very friendly and blocked the elevator while about 8 of us waited on her move so we could go up to our rooms. Other than that the area is fine and right by the river. A couple of benches are there and nice to sit and drink some coffee!
- 3/5
The room was fine and the staff were very helpful but the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the one available elevator was very slow and the pool was closed for our whole visit. The location was excellent, however—-very close to the cultural district and a lovely walking trail.
- 5/5
the lobby person very kind
- 2/5
I was very disappointed with my experience at this Marriott property. The elevator was broken, the pool was closed, and construction (that was unadvertised) was happening on the building. I will say the front office staff was very nice and upfront with the issues. At the price that we paid and it being a Marriott property I expected more.
- 3/5
Not good! Front desk people were great, Randy was great!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient, and pleasantly decorated hotel. It is near West Bend, a shopping areas of restaurants & shops on the Trinity River & offers easy access to the cultural district and downtown. The evening staff on the desk was very helpful, and when we were given a room with problems with the toilet, they immediately relocated us to another room. Very hospitable.
- 5/5
This hotel was a good choice! It is so close to the Botanicals, Zoo,Trinity Park and not to far from Stockyards and downtown! We enjoyed the location. The staff was very nice and breakfast was a plus!!! Plenty of parking! Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Parking lot was trashy
- 5/5
Super kind front desk and management
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean! The indoor pool was nice too. My only complaint is the small tv in the room. But otherwise this is a great hotel to stay. Especially if you're visiting TCU. It's like 4 minutes away.
- 5/5
We stayed there one night to go to the hospital the next morning. The rooms were very clean. The lobby was clean was able to get breakfast in the morning and it was. It was good. I will go back and stay again. The pricing was wonderful. I would recommend it to family or friends.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, restaurants in walking distance, nice workout room
- 3/5
Room was clean and free full breakfast available each day. There were problems with AC unit not coming on regularly and running loudly. Toilet running and not shutting off right away. Not enough coffee cups and items in room. Loud music playing from a nearby restaurant patio.
- 1/5
Música externa en bar a la par , extremadamente alta, no permite dormir hasta que termina alrededor de las 11:00 pm. No había Wifi, ni información sobre cuándo solucionarían el problema. La vía del tren también pasa a la par del hotel.
- 3/5
Housekeeping did not come once in a 4 night stay. Toilet didn’t work properly. Ran out of coffee at breakfast and didn’t refill. Room was noisy - refrigerator and a/c made random noises throughout the night.
- 4/5
It was a very convenient location. Restaurants literally next door, a beautiful walking area close by and so close to the zoo and botanical gardens! Staff were super friendly, breakfast was yummy,
- 5/5
The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was fresh and inviting. The breakfast buffet was excellent with great options. Parking was easy.
- 4/5
The property was fine.
- 5/5
The staff member at checking in was extremely friendly. The breakfast had several options. Close to restaurants and shopping.
- 5/5
Fantastic environment and employees
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, plenty of of parking
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 3/5
Room was ok bathroom in poor shape especially bathtub
- 3/5
The deciding factor to book this hotel was based on the listing stating it had a hot tub. Wife wanted a hot soak. Upon arrival I asked where the hot tub was and was told they do not in fact have a hot tub. Disappointed
- 1/5
The hotel smells like a swimming pool. The floors are actually uneven and weird to walk on and there is nasty carpet everywhere. The elevator did not work. We left within 30 minutes even though we had paid for two nights. Then I got a charge for $40 for incidentals. We weren't even there.
- 1/5
Flight was cancelled, never made it to Fort Worth. Wouldn’t let me cancel my stay because it was day of check in. Customer Service at hotel stated I could only cancel if I book direct. Reservations made thru hotels.com were not eligible even with extenuating circumstances outside of my control.
- 5/5
This was a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was great, weather was wonderful. Scenery incredible.
- 5/5
Clean, nice room, classy
- 3/5
Body wash was completely empty. No extra blankets in room but staff was able to get us one. Receptionist was extremely nice. Floor was uneven and sloped pretty bad in front of bathroom in hallway. This hotel appears to be pretty old with some recent updates. The little area down by “check in” snacks/drinks was very limited with no healthy options. The hotel was very close to Will Rogers coliseum which was extremely nice. Parking was easy and well lit. We didn’t get to use indoor swimming pool but it was very nice
- 5/5
Just ok. Felt safe
- 5/5
We will return here.
- 2/5
Purchased room at this hotel and paid more than rates of other local hotels due to being part of the Marriot brand. That was a mistake. The hotel is run down and ready for a makeover. I have stayed in many lower level hotels that were in better shape than this hotel. Not satisfied with this hotel at all
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
I Had a good experience
- 4/5
Amazing stay
- 5/5
I only had coffee in the morning and it was fresh and hot . I can't speak about the other items offered at breakfast .
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, riom was clean, breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Great area around the hotel near trinity park. Good breakfast
- 5/5
Great location and many dining options nearby, most within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Only ask would be larger and higher quality bath towels.
- 3/5
Minimal housekeeping services offered for our four day stay. Front desk staff helpful.
- 3/5
The place was clean and fairly average by all measures. The elevator needs to be serviced. As one international guest who rode it with us put it, “It’s the dickiest lift”. Jerks and starts, demotivating sounds.
- 3/5
Location of this hotel was everything. Perfect for the zoo, botanical gardens, six flags and stock yards. But this was probably one of the worst stays at a hotel for us. They were doing construction behind the hotel so it's so loud. Then they had to shut off the water 10pm-5am! The rooms are so thin so you hear everything! Loud neighbors upstairs kept us up. The beds were absolutely awful! Literally sleeping on springs. The mattress in room 302 need to be thrown in the trash!! Breakfast was good. There is also cool place in the same parking lot with outdoor TV screen. Food was great from there! Overall, not sure I would stay here again.
- 5/5
The room always cleans every day
- 4/5
Indoor Pool was on the cold side and no hot tub.
- 3/5
A mediocre room that was noisy due to the restaurant/bar near it. A very mediocre breakfast
- 1/5
Don’t go in the elevator!!! It gets stuck
- 5/5
The location was perfect for our trip to attend a concert at DICKIES stadium. The room was clean and the staff was very nice. We had to leave/check out before breakfast was officially served, and the ladies made sure we had hot coffee and a banana to go. They did not have to do that, but the hospitality was appreciated.
- 3/5
The room was pretty small and smelled kind of funny. Overall it wasn’t horrible but could definitely use some upgrades and friendly housekeepers. The front staff was very kind and accommodating and I think the breakfast was nice.
- 4/5
While there was some noise due to nearby apartment construction and ongoing hotel maintenance during our stay, the staff was excellent. The breakfast was decent, though I’d recommend getting there early—items and coffee tend to run out quickly. Fortunately, there is a pancake house just a short walk from the property if you miss out. Overall, a great spot for a getaway!
- 3/5
Overall the stay went well. The biggest downfall to us was that it was very loud around the hotel. People doing karaoke at a near by restaurant and it made it really hard for us to sleep. Breakfast here was good and the staff were nice.
- 4/5
Not fair to nitpick all the little problems. Overall it's a nice place to stay and it was clean. The air conditioner was super cold. Had to wait over 2 hours for the room to be ready.
- 3/5
There was no hot tub 😢
- 5/5
Good room...good full breakfast.....good front desk staff
- 5/5
Fabulous staff, fabulous room, fabulous breakfast, and nice hotel. We will definitely stay there again
- 3/5
The 2nd floor we stayed in was loud. People in the hallways especially. The people upstairs must’ve also been having a rave. Their walking was so heavy and a major frustration for us trying to sleep. We also tried several milks at breakfast all which were in date, but completely soured. One plus is the pool was very clean.
- 3/5
Check out time was noon, but keys stopped working at 10 am!!
- 5/5
The people at the front desk were amazing. I asked for extra blanket and pillows. They brought them immediately.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, excellent staff, perfect location for my planned activities
- 5/5
We did not try the breakfast
- 5/5
Breakfast was good
- 5/5
what stood out the most was location
- 5/5
We stayed while having appointments at Baylor Scott and White All Saints hospital and it is very close snd convenient. Surroundings felt very safe. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants in area.
- 3/5
Staff was great. Room was very spartan, had no safe, nothing to set luggage on. Mold in bathroom. I think this is a hotel in bad need of a redo. I give 3 stars only because the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The room was very clean, updated and staff was great!
- 5/5
Would prefer hotter coffee
- 2/5
An indoor hot tub was advertised. I booked this specific hotel for that reason. No hot tub, they haven't had one for years. The clerk that checked me in that the pool was heated, so I said okay I can deal with that. The pool is not heated. The room the pool is in is heated. Had I known there wasn't a hot tub I would have booked somewhere else
- 4/5
Staff was great, hotel was a little outdated and old.
