The breakfast was nice with a good selection of items to choose from. They had a great choice of items to top off your cereal and oatmeal with. One of the better included breakfast bars. Everything was great

Guide didn’t correspond to date so hard to use tv… conditioner bottle pump not operable so Couldn’t wash my long hair…frost on vents of ac…scrambled eggs seemed like powder eggs (not cage free)as claimed)..coffe cup lids all kept breaking due to being brittle , so couldn’t get coffee to go.. Not best choice for late arrival and early departure if on road since no time to really have staff address deficiencies

The staff were great. They were very friendly. Breakfast was good. The Room as I entered smelled like weed that was covered by Cologne. I don’t smoke weed, I hate weed and I don’t care how Legally and Socially acceptable it has become. I didn’t like it. Also the toilet seat in the bathroom was loose. Last but not least the indoor pool. The water was warm and it was very humid in there. The ceiling was developing bubbles and it didn’t look too good.

An excellent rating requires bacon and eggs. They had that, all types of breakfast, and the rooms, the pool, the personel that made it work when I lacked my I.D. Not for the wine crowd, but everything was excellent.

Enjoyed the stay

Location It took us 45 minutes to check in because the front desk couldn’t figure out how to use a gift card. We checked in to room 101 and the bed was completely broken. We asked to switch rooms and moved to room 103, where the AC was ridiculously loud and kept us up at night. The shower had way too small of a curtain where water was dripping out while we showered so we had to put towels down.

We weren’t able to check in on time so we called to do it over the phone and the lady was really helpful, we get there the next day and it’s absolutely disgusting. Stains all over the carpets, bed, pillows. Ripped furniture. We didn’t stay, we turned around and checked out. The front desk asked if there was a problem and we told him the room was extremely filthy so we would not be staying and he said okay.

The property was clean, well staffed and in the center of everything that we wanted to do. The downside was the occasional helicopters that were heard nearby. Overall experience was an 8/10

Everything was great during my stay at Fairfield. Breakfast was good the staff was friendly and polite. The grounds were well kept. Other than you having to get staff to open gym for you I didn’t find anything wrong. I will start there on my next trip in that area.

and some mold outside the shower Was told at checkout and he said he would address it asap wrote it down and I gave him a pic of the mold area. Everything else was fine

We only stayed one night, therefore we did not use any of the amenities. However, our beds were comfortable and the room was decently clean. We were over charged and when I brought it to the front desk attention they said it was for incidentals and would fall off if I did not use it when I check out. I don't feel that he was being honest because he gave me more than one excuse and it was only $25.67 over the email amount that was sent to me during my booking. Otherwise, we had no problems for the short time we were there. Check your bill immediately!

Breakfast “buffet” is really not a buffet. Couple of warm options (eggs were an odd grey color), but not much. Pretty much a glorified continental breakfast. Staff was friendly, which was the best part. Would not stay here again.

The front desk personnel was inattentive and disengaged during check in. We called the front desk several times for assistance/information and received a busy signal each time. When we walked to the desk in person the attendant was on their personal cell phone with headphones in. The room was moderately clean as if it had been rushed & our key card didn’t work for the gym or pool.

Staff was friendly. Check in was efficient. Room was clean however there was no shower towels and no shower liner and a short shower curtain. So when I took a shower water got all over the tile floor.

Good enough for a stay the night before the Cowtown Marathon. Easy access to the race.

The room was clean but no USB plug available to change phone and etc. the pool was green film on the border. Also no bottle water available to buy in the lobby just sodas. Capers in all ways not vaccum

Front desk people were lovely and kind. The hotel room however, had a broken and loud fan in the bathroom, outlets did not work and the coffee machine only worked using the bathroom outlet, there were a few stains on the mattress topper, heard noises throughout the night and thought someone was trying to break in the room multiple times (even though no one was). Breakfast was okay.

My room was cancelled 5 minutes before I arrived because I booked with a 3rd party. When overbooked they cancel the 3rd party ones first. The clerk was very helpful and got us in a much smaller room with 1 king bed and a couch. Very crowded in this small room

The hotel was clean, the staff greeted us right away and check in was quick. Looks like they have remodeled and the room looked nice.

All the floors looked like they needed to be vacuumed. The elevator had a couple issues, however the front desk employees were very nice & helpful. The breakfast had great options For the amount of time we were there to sleep, it worked just fine!

The bed was nice and the room. stayed a good cold very relaxing. Hotel is over all an older building remodeled but very clean and staff are kind. I think my only complaint was I could hear cars racing around midnight but once I was out it wasn’t waking me at all. A good quick stay

Unfortunately the room smelled like weed and we were too tired to change it. Only the second night though. Not sure if one of the housekeepers was smoking in there or what. Breakfast was cold too. I wished I had stayed at the Hampton that was right next door.

Rooms were spotless and staff was very courteous.

The staff was the only thing that was good. From a broken front door you had to pull open and shut, to broken elevator buttons and no heat downstairs and or in the halls. This place needs help. I would have turned around and walked out if it hadn’t been from the snow and ice that made it hard to find an open room. The room looked dirty, and the carpet looked even worse with what looked like a blood stain in it. It also smelt like weed, very strongly. They were supposed to have internet, phones that worked, and cable but this place had none of that when we were there. I wouldn’t stay there again to save my life. So do yourself a favor and find somewhere else that’s not broken like this place.

Tiffany was great. We arrived very late into the night but she made sure we had everything we needed. And throughout our stay she remembered our names and always had a smile when greeting us.

The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful warm indoor swimming pool. Staff was friendly. They offerred us a free breakfast, but we were so comfortable, we slept in. This is the second time we stayed at a Fairfield Hotel and both times were perfect. Loved it.

The room is so dim. There are 3 lamps in the room and they are so so dim. One looks like a 15 watt because it doesn’t do a thing. The room is also very old. I’m surprised it’s a Fairfield Inn since all other ones I’ve been to were nice. Breakfast and service were not bad. But again totally not like any other Fairfield Inns, more like an Econo Lodge…

I enjoyed the breakfast and having multiple options. The staff was great, helpful and friendly.

We were at first given a room that was not cleaned. The bed was unmade and there was trash and dirty linens. The front desk staffed moved us to a new room without issue (he was the best and super polite) the second room wasn’t the cleanest but it was good enough. We cleaned the surfaces with wipes we brought ourselves. Breakfast was great and the staff was wonderful.

Staff was kind and helpful. Room wasnt the cleanest. Room price was good, except when we arrived we were told there was a $20 deposit that inwas unaware of. My card was charged $25 and still has not been returned. We left the room cleaner than we arrived.

Air conditioner did not work. Last week tv did not work had to change rooms Not sure what is going on at breakfast. No eggs milk yogurt or bottled water. Staff said they did not have any of these items. Breakfast had always been good before this week.

The lobby looks a little rough and outdated but room was great. Very comfortable bed and great location for the Camp Bowie area.

Smooth and easy booking. Staff was great and very friendly. Clean room and bathroom. Our room had a corner area w microwave, fridge and coffee maker and beside it was the wardrobe. When walking by the corner unit the floor would make the unit rattle a bit. I slept very well. There is a naval air reserve base near by and you do hear the aircraft but not as bad as you would think.
