The staff were wonderful! We booked this place for the pool which was not in use and would probably have chose another place if we had known that.

This is an old hotel made into a Fairfield. Painted bathtub, old pink metal doors, ancient pricing still on the doors, some of the tile was wobbly and the floor sinking in when you stepped by the tub. When we left we saw several very large, smashed cockroaches in the hallway. Breakfast was decent.

I liked the location. Was very upset that I was not notified that the pool was not working. They knew before I got to hotel that there would be no pool. I spent 6 nights at this hotel and had no pool. This was a family vacation, chose this location for convenience and because it had a pool, to relax and was very upset that we had no pool.

There too many faults at this property. Things that didn't work, were broken, or just plain old. The amenities were very limited, the computer at the business desk didn't work. All-n-all, not a good experience. Glad to only had a two night stay.

Advertised by Marriott heated swimming pool. Grandkids jumped in freezing cold. The attendant said since he has worked its has never been heated. The first room toilet was backing up. AC was blowing hot air. Uncomfortable beds and carpet smelled.

The room was ok. The vanity for the sink was smallish and across from the mini fridge & microwave. The bed dipped in the middle, it felt like I was falling into a hole. The traffic noise was loud from the freeway. So loud my husband thought the window was open. However the breakfast was decent with different hot options on each day. It wasn't just the typical scrambled eggs and sausage. They also had biscuits and gravy, spinach quiche, o'brien potatoes, kielbasa sausage as options. We stayed 3 nights so it was nice having different hot options each day. The property does feel like it could use a refresh.

This is a party hotel and not where you wanna be. Noisy, chaotic, people drinking in the parking lot when we got there and two marijauna smoke sessions at the back of the lot on subsequent arrivals. Really should be a 6 star…or less. The staff laughs when presented with maintenance issues and partying rooms. Just go somewhere else.

The pool was closed, the tv didn’t work in the first room we were in, and the other room they put us in the smoke detector was going off.

Elevator stunk. Rooms were not updated and the sink looked like it wanted to fall off the wall.

No heated pool as advertised, my king suite didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival and took 1/2 the time of my stay to receive the curtain… the breakfast was terrible and the beds were stained

No room service on the weekends. Found a cockroach on our window blind. Pool was out of order the whole time we stayed without an advanced notice.

Outlet in the bathroom is broken, most likely is a fire hazard. T.v. Will not connect to a fire stick. Bring a sound machine. The freeway is so loud.

The pool was not available to be used, our coffee maker didn’t work in our room, the beds were awful, and the room’s paint was chipping and peeling everywhere. Yuck.

Staff here was incredibly courteous. Hotel lobby and hallways seemed old, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The beds were nice & clean. The shower was disgusting dirty. The pool looked like it hasn’t been clean in over a year. The water was gross, smelled awful and you couldn’t even see the bottom. The breakfast was great and it was easy to access right off the highway.

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Heater broke down at night, and they moved us to another room. Good breakfast selection.

I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come to the front desk. I kept ringing the bill, but no one came. Then a woman appeared. The first room she gave me half fleas. I’m allergic to fleas so I had to go get Benadryl after she gave me a new room. I should’ve known based upon the number of cars there or lack their own that this was not the place to stay. The hotel next-door had way more cars and there were lights on it. This place is dingy and smells of mold.

When we arrived in our room we immediately noticed that either a room near us or in the hallway there was a fire alarm that needed new batteries. It was incessantly beeping! We notified 3 different staff members, at different times and days. Nothing was done!! We spent 4 nights listening to this annoying beeping. Not an environment conducive to a restful sleep. Also, we selected this property because it had an indoor pool, such a disappointment, not only was it cold but the main issue was that the water looked so murky and cloudy. Not water I would go into.

It was an older Hotel needed some updating. I had to ask for towels. It was very noisy the room window panes were thin and we were right off of 35W. We listen to a raceway all night long we won’t stay again.

You could hear the traffic noise all night long in our first room, asked to be moved to a different room away from the traffic and heard the exhaust fan from pool area, moved to a different room and could hear the traffic again. Staff was great on moving us to a different room but still didnt sleep well due to the noise from outside.

I am a Marriott member and this property was not what I usually expect from Marriott. Check in was fine but the person checking us in did not tell us when breakfast hours were or anything about Wifi service. The room's furniture had several large spots on the drawers and desk with the wood finishing missing and chips in the unit holding the TV. The bathroom had a moldy corner in the tub and the tub plug would not hold the water for a bath. I called the desk to ask about the tub and the man told us it was his first week so he didn't know about the tub. No other solution was given. The conditioner bottle was unglued off of the wall sitting in the tub. The mini fridge had water in front of it causing the carpet to be soaked. When we went to get ice, the machine was broken on our floor. The location was what we needed for one night and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having the large full length mirror with the outlet beneath. We did not get breakfast because it was over by the time we got there-didn't know the times. There are other options available in this area so I would not choose this one. Did not meet expectations of a Marriott brand.

Best breakfast I've had at any hotel.

Not for me!!! I could hear the highway! The rooms were clean but, wouldn’t stay there again. I had a two night stay and housekeeper didn’t come clean up the room and provide clean new towels. Just not use to this type of hotel and we travel a lot. First and last time. Didn’t feel comfortable there.

I paid a lot for a nice stay at a hotel that is supposed to have an elevator and the elevator wasn’t working during my trip and had to climb stairs in a hot stairwell

The stay was good but our room with the King size bed with sofa pull out was not available. We had to take a double and couldnt get a refund for the difference due to booking with a 3rd party.

Good facility and location. Excellent staff and overall service. Unfortunately the following were broken: elevator, ice machine on floor, and pool. Also TV service stopped halfway through stay.

The elevator was broken and we were on the 2nd floor, ice machine didn't work, we didn't get house keeping till the last day we were there. they only had two luggage carts in the hotel but it didn't do any good cause the elevators were broken. Overall I don't think we will be staying here anymore.

Frint deak person was fairly new and needed a lot of help. She was very nice and understanding though. Elevator was broke so she put us in a room on 1st floor and which had a large stain in the floor, then there was rust un the tub and it looked pretty dirty. She tried to move us to another room , but it was too gar for us to walk with my handicap mother. She tried her best!

The breakfast was good and the room I was staying in was comfortable and the AC was working. Dislikes: The elevator was not working and there were no available rooms on the first floor. I was traveling with a preschooler and I had to carry my bags and a sleepy child up a flight of stairs. The swimming pool was not open. Myself and my grandson were looking forward to swimming in the pool. The AC was not working in the common areas and breakfast room. Upon check out and having to make two trips of carrying bags to the car, it was very hot with no A/C. The first floor ice machine was not working. I was traveling with a small cooler that I left in the car and wanted to fill it with more ice and with the ice machine being out, I had to carry it up the stairs and down and around the hallway to the 2nd floor ice machine, fill it up and back down the stairs and out to my car. All this with no A/C working and a preschooler in tow. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay.

This facility was old and dated. Elevator was out of order for the last 2 days of my stay and was Inconvenient. My bathroom tub needed to be upgraded.

The first floor from what I gathered is trash. Our room was very run down especially for a marriot property. The enamel in tub was worn down and if I don’t want to shower in it, I’m for sure not bathing my kids in it. The bathroom was dirty. There was a cockroach and the AC was loud. The carpet was damp and the pool was not working (although we got different answers from different employees) We refunded the stay because it was bad. They need to do repairs before letting people stay in the rooms. The employees were mostly? helpful.

Carpets were stained. Trash was in the stairwells. The elevator was slow. Really the smell in the room was the worst. It really smelled like if you spill a whole bunch of water and don't clean it up promptly. Customer service was fine and the staff was friendly.

The pool was quite small but otherwise everything was great! breakfast had a big variety as well! and they attended all our needs

Looks a little rough but they have tried to update it. We opted for turn down service and no one ever did it, I had to go to the desk to get towels to last me for my stay.

Whitney was the person who checked us in and also help us get the volume working on our TV. She was very helpful and friendly!!

Breakfast not good. Room not super clean. Smell was bad. We even had to purchase air fresheners to tolerate the smell. The pool was an odd color and also smells bad. Exhaust fan in bath shower was broke. With 4 people staying this was not ideal. Also showers made a huge steam mess. Yogurt was not refilled daily as it should be. Elevator was extremely slow to open and close door. Coat rack in room was broken and would not hold our clothes up. Half of the Lights in gym was not working, and water in gym had to be asked to be refilled. All in all. Worst Marriott we have ever stayed out, was not worth the low price. Will pay more to stay at better kept facilities in the future.

The facility is conveniently located. The parking options are good.

We were surprised at the room that we got for a REALLY great price.

Overall a great value breakfast was delicious and rooms were pretty clean. The pool was foggy and out of order one day. Staff was ok helpful but not very friendly. Pricing in the store did not match what I was charged. Could have been better but not bad

We went through 3 rooms. First room had food in the bedding, second room had blood on the sheets, 3rd room was not cleaned. We are now on our 4th room

The staff is awesome! Customer service is top notch!! The elevators didn’t work most of my stay and I was on the 3rd floor, stairways had no air, that was not very fun. Breakfast was okay. Cops having to bust into a room to remove someone was kinda interesting. A little more excitement and exercise than I planned, however, I’m not even mad, the staff was GREAT!
