Room was nice only downfall was I asked for a king room and got a double instead. Staff was friendly and very helpful when my keycards didn’t work.

Rooms smell like smoking rooms and mold. Had to request another room due to smell, second room marginally better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available if needed, and the room was also spotless, subject I'm sure to the same standards they use in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good; fruit, waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, muffins, etc. and as mentioned above, always clean. The only negative experience we had was actually not hotel-related, but due to the fact that to exit to Overton Ridge, you have to 'navigate' the crazy Costco parking lot via an intersection without traffic lights. A little crazy a couple of times. This is now our go-to hotel when staying in FW, easy winner.

Smell to room musty and cigarettes. Pullout couch looked very used. Cockroach in the toilet when first coming in room. The rooms did not get very cool.

I put clothes back on, went to the desk and was told the Manager would compensate me somehow and they would move me to another room. Next morning, I asked about the Manager, and was then told I had to email him. I did so on Friday early morning. By 8pm he had not emailed back and then I was told he would contact me on Monday. It is late Monday afternoon, no contact from the Manager. However, they did charge my credit card full price upon check in. Horrible, horrible service.

Pool was small but the room and breakfast were great! Also no hand soap in the bathroom!

Absolutely. We had no hot water in our room during our stay. When we reported the issue to the staff, they seemed completely unconcerned. There was no apology, no offer of a refund, discount, or credit, and no attempt to make the situation right.

Initially our room seemed fine, ac was on but bathroom was hot. (Note we were on the top floor, outside temp of 100 degrees heat index of 108) We were pressed for time as we had a business meeting to attend not giving the situation further consideration. Upon our late return, my wife turned on the bathroom light to find pest crawling on the vanity. Further inspection revealed a 14x14 hole cut into the wall under the vanity for an apparent plumbing repair which remained untouched allowing access for not only the roof heat but the pest within the wall spaces. We closed the bathroom door for the night allowing the ac to catch up. Left facility next day……. decided that being 6.5 hours from home was a better option than another nights stay.

Where to begin. We booked a 2 Queen, 1 Sofa bed room. When we first check in, we get charged a $20 per day fee for basically a tip for the workers which was not disclosed anywhere before we booked. So, after already spending a surprise $40/ 2 days, we are now checked in, and the toilet doesn’t flush in our room (no water in tank). Tell the front desk, they say someone will come tomorrow to fix it, until then we can be put in a different room (a downgrade might I add) of only 2 Queen beds and no sofa. We have 3 adults and 2 children so not only does 2 Queens not really work, the room is smaller and we’ve already got settled in our room. On top of everything, when I asked if we would at least be charged a lower room rate since we’re getting stuck with a smaller room, we were told since we booked ahead, the hotel couldn’t issue any refund which is ridiculous considering most people book ahead. The new room is smaller, with a non-functional air conditioner, a huge gap under the main door and a musty, sweaty, almost cigarette smoke smelling aroma in the room. So a MAJOR downgrade from what we paid for. So at this point we’ve decided maybe we’ll sleep in our original room and walk down the hall in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in the new room. Either way, this first evening in has been nothing but running from the fourth floor to the main lobby and back and forth to figure this out. In a word… INCONVENIENT. Doing all this with 2 young kids is unacceptable… out of room

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable but the property wasn’t well maintained, had foundation issues and amenities were limited.

This hotel has spacious rooms and very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly as the greet you when you arrive and when you leave. The price is very reasonable. We will stay again.

Property was clean and we liked the parking lot was lit during the nighttime. We felt safe leaving our vehicle The only problem I would be the side boards of the room were pealing off& the shower curtain was short.

The shower was awful! Because of the shower head position, I got soaked while turning on the water. The towel hook was across the bathroom, so it was a bit cold and inconvenient getting the towel after bathing.

I didn't like the water pressure in bathroom sink, shower was much better. I didn't like that the mini refrigerator never got cold & there was no freezer section. I ESPECIALLY didn't like while checking in Staffer Tria was on her phone the ENTIRE TIME. Asking me my business and her party hearing my responses!!

The property was great very comfortable located in a great place same parking lot as a Main Event and food and shopping area I was uncomfortable that my room door was open upon my return to the room but the manager took care of it and nothing was missing so I will choose this place again when in this area.

When we walked into the lobby it smelt like cigarette smoke, really bad. The entire hotel smelt this way and it was a smoke free hotel. All of our clothes had to be washed again when we arrived home.

Great area to stay in as it felt safe and various shopping options. However, my room had the smoke smell that made it unpleasant.

Microwave did not work in my room

The location was great for eating late, such as IHOP and other places, and shopping was very close, with options like Target and Costco. It was located right off the Chisholm Trail Tollway, which leads directly to Dickies Arena, the Japanese Garden Area, the Cultural District, and numerous museums. Indoor Swimming pool, easily accessible, with a patio on the 1st level, and a workout room with an outdoor view. It was in a quiet area far enough off the highway to be silent for sleeping late or during the day. The staff were very friendly. Parking is free! (not like downtown $45/night parking) We felt very safe in the area. Enjoy your travels.

The area is good.There's plenty of dining! Tends to be a quieter hotel, which is nice for sleeping! Wish the breakfast was a little better... still one of my preferred places to stay when i'm in town on business

hall from the dining area. breakfast was plentiful and good, menu with hot items usually changed daily, even had turkey sausage. Personnel was friendly. the hotel is right off interstate 20; entrance was a little confusing. Two miles from the Hulen Mall which had at least 100 stores! great! I would most definitely stay again when visiting Ft Worth.. it was my first time in Texas, hopefully it won't be my last.! :>)

Great hotel! Awesome location with a few restaurants at walkable distance. Outdoor tables were great to eat breakfast and enjoy nature with a hot cup of coffee. Will be definitely be staying here again!
