Told you make ice in your room with the dresser and ice trays. No ice trays in my freezer. No coffee makers in the room. You have to request one. Website said that if you forget something they can most likely provide it for you. I needed shampoo. She said they were out and had been out for at least 2 weeks. Woke up in the night and there was a roach on my nightstand. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:3am and asked if I was extending my stay. I said no. She didn’t even look at me and said “check out is at 11:00”. I knew that. I will never stay here again. And I hope they make some serious improvements.

Teresa at the front desk was pleasant and professional It’s dirty, a flea jumped on my leg the moment I set foot in the hallway, my room was not clean when I arrived (bed stripped, dirty towels in a pile, trashcan full of garbage), so they “upgraded” me to a suite. The only reason I stayed at all is the suite had no carpet and was clean enough. None of the outlets in the bedroom worked, the corridors smelled like BO and weed…. Not at all the boringly adequate corporate apartment I expected.

Absolutely nothing The room was very dirty. One of the dirtiest rooms I’ve ever been in. The floor is disgusting. The carpet is so dirty you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned properly in a good amount of time. The refrigerator was difficult to open.

There wasn't anything that Iiked Didn't like the fact there wasn't enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. At night roaches came out. There was no ice machine there was no ice try in room ,room smelled like chlorine I had to go by a candle so room could smell better. It was not peaceful there were was yelling and couple fighting both nights of my stay. I did notify staff nothing was done about the noise I notify staff of the roaches the manager assured me I would get a refund of $80 tor off one stay that didn't happen never received. I should've known it wasn't go be a nice stay because soons you enter the hotel it's not a pleasant smell.

I request a refund is there anyone from Priceline that can assist? I have been waiting on customer service to contact me. since Tuesday.

Location Room that was booked was not available at check in. Charged more to get a different room. Would not honor price quoted. At 11:30pm was told could not check out until morning. Had to wait and threw off schedule. Dorothy was very nice though.

Front desk person attempted to come into my room twice in one hour yesterday. I was trying to take a nap and rest.I checked in at 3pm. She came around 4 using their door keys, then AGAIN around 4:45pm. I called front desk to speak to a manager and only got her. She apologized, but her accidentally barging into my room twice in an hour is unacceptable. Otherwise the place was okay for one night. Quiet and near Super Target and the freeway.

This hotel was so bad and dirty that I had to checkout the same day and go to another hotel.

The staff is always outstanding. Unfortunately some guests are not. I like the morning coffee and muffins too.

Actually i didnt stay, i looked another choice because the hotel wasnt in very good conditions.

Looks nothing like the pictures I didn’t care to ask for a refund and jst left after an hour of being there.

The staff are really great especially Theresa and Alicia. They are quick to resolve any issues.

The place was nice and the price was/is definitely good for all the amenities in the room. It is in a great area as it is close to plenty of dining options, shopping and entertainment. The staff was nice, helpful and understanding. The only issue was/is with the toilet maintenance. It works but not fully. Takes a few times to fully flush but was effective when it did/does fully flush. Overall the stay was/is good as I am currently on a second extension of my stay and still at the hotel.

The staff is not to blame. They were genuinely helpful and kind. The hotel is clearly under funded. The latch lock on the door was broken. The walls are paper thin. You will hear people being intimate. (Like four rooms down.) The bathroom had body hair everywhere. Paint looks like it’s being patched with liquid paper. The carpets were sticky. The tv works half the time. They clean rooms weekly but you don’t find that out unless you ask. Their dryer is broken so it took the staff three days to wash my towels. Again, not their fault. They do the best with what they have to work with. Especially Destiny and Alicia. It’s the management’s fault. Some hallways smell like urine. If I weren’t a large man or if I had any loved one with me I would have left five seconds after looking at the room. Of course by then you’ve already paid in full. I hope their staff finds somewhere who deserves them. Never again Extended Stay America.

The place is dark and gloomy. No key is needed to access outside doors. The bathroom was not cleaned or did not appear to be cleaned. The toilet did not work, nor did the fridge and freezer got cold enough. The floor didn't looked vaccum and I also saw a roach in the room.

Comfortable room and nice amenities.

This is a great location for when we come for our youth bowling tournament at Cityview Lanes. Lots of food restaurants and shopping nearby. Destiney was very sweet and helpful during our check-in.

All the exterior fire escape doors did not latch and the card readers were disconnected.

The gentleman I checked in with was fantastic! He made my day because I had such an awful flight in and needed his kindness.

Cococa roaches in room my ... mom had to use stairs she's old elevators not working this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and not friendly at all expect the room cleaner person ...I called Friday to let them know we r arriving late ll ate like around 1 or 2 am we 7hours away she talking about we don't have a reservation cause of the time then booked again .... Now remind y we drive 6hours we came up here for family emergency in hospital here... I just want a good discount or mand money back

The rooms were very nasty roaches everywhere sheets were nasty room wasnt clean service was not good at all they gave me roach spray i was not comfortable this is one hotel that should be band for letting anyone live there its nasty it was like living in a shelter i want my money back me and my family couldn't leave because of the snow I was tired because of lack of sleep to many bugs horrible hotel

Room has moldy smell to it and I wasn’t able to change to a different because it was a full day but front desk was offering me a refund when her manager gets back on Monday. Then I called on Monday they couldn’t help me because WiFi was down …

The door lock is broken the staff has to let you in your door every time you leave and come back. The rooms and hallways smell like weed. The carpets have cigarette burns the rooms smells bad. The towels have yellow stains

Although the area has much to offer and do, the hotel itself was dirty and not welcoming. They had baby roaches in the fridge and on the bathroom sink. I kept the lights on my entire stay so I wouldn't see a roach. It's actually people living there and that also made me uncomfortable. The carpet when entering my room (113) was filthy. The keys to the room didn't work. I was told that the door lock needed to be charged. It was not ideal.

Only nice thing about this place was the girl at the front desk. This place had a horrible smell throughout. Everything looked extremely old and unsanitary.

The room was deplorable. I’ve requested a refund. This property should be closed for major renovations and upgrades. I would rather sleep in my vehicle or under a bridge in a tent before ever staying at this property.

Room 312 is a decent room no carpet em 104 is decent the carpet seems to be cleaned the tub needed work but I got that straightened. The hotel needs to replace the chairs in the kitchen and maybe put a small table with two chairs to give it that home feel like advertised. You can get pots and pans from them also. The staff are helpful and nice.

Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel anywhere. It did not come furnished with any cookware or dish ware the way it is advertised. When I did request some they gave me the most battered up dirty looking utensils. The entire place stunk like mildew or rotten meat.

The room was nasty, toilet had blood from previous people, you could easily tell room had not been cleaned properly ever. The carpet was stained, groups of people drinking and smoking outside the hotel.

We were able to move to another room after convincing them that we could not sleep on a mattress that had the spring side up. In the new room we killed about a half dozen roaches within the few days we were there. The carpets and walls were stained and nasty, the sink fixtures were loose. If it wasn't an emergency, there is no way we would have stayed. They also charged $28 PER DOG, PER DAY. With 2 dogs, that's more than the room charge.

Furniture was a bit worn and dated but the room was clean, facilities were in good shape, exteriors had no litter. A welcoming environment for a modestly priced room. Thank you for a great stay!

No one was at front desk for atleast half hour when i checked in. Room was absolutely filthy. 1 pillow with no case. 1 flat sheet , no fitted . Bed was not made , 1 big towel that was the size of bath mat , 1facetowel. When i went to ask for more linen to make the bed the staff told me she didn’t have any so i had to make it work. Disgusting place . Do not recommend at all. Smelled of cigarettes and urine inside room, trash under kitchen sink was full still from previous guest.

I would never stay here again. My room was infested with cockroaches, the bed was uncomfortable and I woke up with bug bites from it. The room AC didn't sufficiently cool the room and the next door guests were loud through the night. All in all a very bad experience.

Very friendly staff, helped us with all our questions during check in and helped with our requests to make sure our stay was comfortable.

I liked that it was close to restaurants and a shopping center. I didn't like that there weren't any chairs to sit on. The bedsheets had stains.

Laundry facility, poor condition and very expensive. TV was small and not working properly. Bed and pillows were great – very comfortable.

Ended up not even staying and Expedia would not refund . Upon arrival facilty was not what was pictured in the advertisement . Homeless people all over the parking , one was so out of it on the ground he worked out of his clothes and was naked . Upon entering our room it smelled so bad of body odor , bed wobbled all over the place like it would fall , bathroom light was shorted ; going on and off and buzzing . I have a disabled wife and at that point we did not feel it was safe for her there . Went back to the desk and stated we were not staying and why and she said we would have to contact Expedia about a refund and said they would contact her to verify we did not stay . Wife contacted them and they are not issuing a refund . Stay away from this facilty !

Room was suppose to have a couch and it didn’t. Bathroom needs updated sink and fixture or needs calcium removed from it. Elevator in need of remodel.Outside grounds red upkeep .

The property needs improvement. Very dirty, we cancelled our booking. Don’t book in this hotel if you still want to live. Bed bugs, molds everywhere.

Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches. I was honestly shocked when I attempted to shower and then i saw a roach. At checkout i did inform the front desk but she didn’t seem to concerned about it

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. A man was waiting in the lobby when I was trying to check in and he asked the front desk staff; you are not going to check her name and see if this is the right facility. The guy then asked for my name and he said, yeah you are booked for here but we do not have any rooms left. Bad business.

The hotel is placed in a nice area and looks good on the outside. Unfortunately inside it needs a lot of work. The hallway had such a strong smell that one could probably get a contact high. On the bright side, the front desk was very accommodating and nice.

Need better housekeeping.

I counted more than 6 bugs in my room of different sizes, there was a broken dresser in the room, the bed tan blanket has spots on areas of the blanket like someone didn’t clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

My reservation was canceled I was told by the staff that they overbook.

It was as if this room was rented before they finished cleaning or stocking it.

Found a couple of roaches, beds were so hard. Bathroom had hair in the tub. Stove was dirty . But the front desk lady was awesome.

It is an older property with adequate furnishings. Suits my needs but a tad smelly. For the price point it is about what I expected.

I usually like to give great reviews and give places the benefit of the doubt. But this extended stay was gross. The hallways stuck, elevator was dirty, hairs in the bed sheets upon arrival, and the floors and chairs were dirty. I would not choose this location again.

There was trash on the stairs and outside some of the rooms. Carpet outdated. Smells bad. Elevators don’t work and the stairs smell like pee and trash. The showers had chipping paint. Overall would not recommend

Absolutely filthy. Canceled the reservation and stayed somewhere else. Sheets stained yellow, carpet looked, the room smelled, pull out bed was so nasty we couldn’t let our kids sleep on it, bathroom wasn’t even cleaned.
