The Elevator, I could climb a rock wall with bare hands faster.. breakfast, Luke wam coffee and a Muffin the size of a tid-bit. Big fail. The care that was provided by the staff was excellent. Very commendable

This place was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like pee and marijuana. The elevator was broken. Cockroaches in the bathroom would not stay here ever broken down cars in the driveway. All of the supposed of locked doors on the back of the building were propped open.

Room smelled like cigs,door broken, window broken with lots of cracks. Very scary. Paid for 2 nights only stayed 0ne night. Ac was out at our home,went back home in Texas heat.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the property appeared neglected. There was trash scattered throughout the parking lot, and people were arguing outside the hotel. The front entrance door would not close properly and remained open. As soon as we entered the lobby, we were overwhelmed by a strong odor of marijuana. We checked in around 11:00 p.m. on Friday. The front desk employee mentioned she was not feeling well, but she was polite, professional, and apologized for any inconvenience. She initially assigned us Room 214. However, when we opened the door, it appeared the room was already occupied. There was trash throughout the room, the bed had not been made, and the room smelled terrible. It looked as though someone was already staying there. We immediately returned to the front desk, and the employee sincerely apologized before assigning us Room 114 instead. Unfortunately, Room 114 was not much better. The stove was rusty, the room had an unpleasant odor, and the overall condition was poor. The bathroom appeared reasonably clean, so we changed our clothes and left for dinner. When we returned later that evening and pulled back the bedding, we discovered numerous stains on the bed sheets. Since there were no other hotels available that late at night, we had no choice but to sleep in our clothes. The following morning, I woke up covered

Location The hotel was extremely ran down and out of date. Ac really didn't work ,tv got 2 channels bed was hard and just sitting on a metal frame. I went there cause normally extended stays are good but definitely not this one. I didn't even sleep or stay in the room horrible experience wish I could be refunded

Roaches everywhere. First room wasn't set up and was missing the smoke detector and had roaches running around. Second room was cleaner but roaches showed up heavily later in evening. Hallways and stairwell stunk of cigarettes and had animal poop.

The room had roaches, room and bathroom weren't clean properly, had 2 USED TP rolls, the pictures made it look nicer than it was, the floors always felt wet. Had a weird smell when you'd enter the room, drawers and cabinets were basically falling off, someone was dealing outside the property every day, and buttons for the elevator were broken and elevator felt wonky. Only good thing was the lady working the front was very nice and helpful, and the AC worked well but the window was cracked. Breakfast minimal, like coffee and muffins, better than nothing though.

Absolutely disgusting hotel, only stayed one night because it was late and we had no choice. Trash piled up everywhere, filthy carpets in the hallway, no towels because laundry machine was broken, cockroaches crawling all over my room, worst hotel I’ve ever been to. When talking to the manager on the phone a few days later to get a receipt she was rude and unhelpful, other staff were overwhelmed and trying their best but in an absolutely terrible environment to work.

The lady at the desk when we checked in was great and turned out to be the only good thing about our stay. I wish i had gotten her name. We checked in but needed to leave right away. When we returned, the TV remote didn't work and there were no bath towels in the bathroom. There was a shift change while we were gone, and that person was a bit rude and told us we could check out if we wanted, rather than try to solve the issues we had. Then at check out the person working the desk could not be bothered with coming to the front. She just hollered for our room number and asked us to leave the room keys on the desk. The overall maintenance of the building and what we saw in our room was poor. Make do plumbing fixes to poor drywall patches in our room, broken elevator buttons, and overall a very dated decor.

Unfortunately, I had to leave this hotel and book another one. The room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The bedspread had several visible yellow stains, which made me question whether the bedding had been properly cleaned. The bathtub had yellow stains and appeared dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, we found several cockroaches in the room, including inside the refrigerator, which was the main reason we decided to leave. I did not feel comfortable or safe staying there. I cannot recommend this hotel until they make significant improvements to their cleanliness, maintenance, and pest control. Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing, and I would definitely not stay here again.

Terrible receptionist with an attitude (Breana), wall pain peeled, roaches all over the room. Remote control didn’t have battery, tv was screen was purple, fridge dirty with hair Nothing positive to say.

Our room did not have any towels. Staff made excuses that their washing machine was broken. This hotel was advertised as having a fully stocked kitchen…there was nothing there for us to use. No chairs in the room to sit anywhere except on the bed. Will not stay there again.

They don't believe in butt cans. There's trash blowing everywhere. When we got in the room,there were no towels. My buddy had to go get them. The phone had no wire,couldn't call the desk and complain about no towels. The room was clean.

Absolutely nothing My room was very dirty. The toilet was VERY DIRTY. The shower- tub were very dirty. The sink also dirty. Counter top very dirty. Last THERE WAS NO TV IN MY ROOM. The manager took 1 day out of the two days I booked and gave me credit. I would like a full credit back to my card. HORRIBLE DIRTY ROOM. I checked out of the room the next day and checked into The Hyatt Regency. Please respond ASAP

Bed was decent Upon check-in, given a key to a room already occupied. One of our rooms didn’t have 2 beds as requested. Had to room swap several times. Rooms not together as requested. Didn’t have a fully stocked kitchen as advertised. No chairs to sit in the room. Most of Staff was rude. Furniture in room was broken. Exchange of towels was a task every day. No hot water in bathroom. Microwave was unusable. Foul odor throughout facility. Roaches in the room. In 1 room, bottom of tub messed up. Had to put something in bottom of tub to stand on. Trash on floor in rooms. We knew the facility is pet friendly but constantly having to avoid stepping in dog poop right outside the entry door. Even after advising staff, not cleaned up.

Nothing. When we first came into the room we noticed that the bathtub water was running. We tried to turn the water off and it wouldn’t turn off. And then we noticed the bathroom door wouldn’t lock let alone shut all the way. We then noticed the mirror in the bathroom was dirty. The gap between the fridge and the counter had not been cleaned for awhile. We left and came back and found roaches crawling everywhere. We left and got our money back. I will say the staff was very understanding.

Nothing bc I didn't get to even check-in. Mind you this is the third time this has happened to me at this location That i was told to come back in 20-30 mins to see if maybe my reservation would be there then.

To be honest I didn’t like anything but the fact that sonic was there. I didn’t like the fact that it was dirty. I had to worry about cockroaches. Room had a weird smell to it. The toilet kept clogging. Most plugs I was afraid to use because they didn’t work and sparkled.

You got what you paid. There are reasons why this hotel charges the lowest in the area. Late check in at 3PM. They said free breakfast but only coffee and little muffins, no fruits or milk. Don’t expect too much with the price you paid. Honestly, the room we booked double full sized beds was OK with kitchen, but no dryer, dishes or utensils. Free parking and free internet. Check out at 11AM. The shower leaks droplets on the tub, noisy all night.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful towards my wife and I. Room was very filthy. Roach infested. When we try to tell the front desk they caught an attitude with my wife and they put us under someone’s else’s name. Creating some sort of fraud deal. I forbid anyone going to that hotel.

Walked into room and the bed wasn’t made nor did the bed have a blanket. We also found 2 roaches in our “King Suite”. Asked for them to make the bed and and possibly bring a blanket up while we went to dinner and the blanket was in a plastic trash bag on the front desk when we got back with our room number written on the bag. Completely appalling smell throughout the whole floor we stayed on and a dog was barking all night. Reeked of animal urine and trash.

Didn’t get the rooms I booked. The rooms smelled horrible. No trash bins other than the bathroom. Only a sheet was on the bed. Parking didn’t feel safe at all. People hanging around property. The only good thing about the place was the employee at the front desk. She handled the mix up well and I know it wasn’t her fault and she couldn’t do anything about it. I’ll never book there again.

As soon as we walked in the front desk immediately told me if we had booked a certain room that had already booked it hours before to someone else despite our reservation. So there was no room for us. The lady then walks away without even looking up our reservation. She then checks it and says ya we don’t have that room anymore. Assured me I wasn’t charged and could go.

Bugs everywhere

Stayed the night, woke up the next morning 3 roaches in the bathroom.

My stay was April 6-7, 2026. The parking was adequate. As I approached the lobby I could see a man standing out front smoking. I entered and paid for my one night and entered my room and immediately smelled Pinesol. The furniture was in bad shape and the sheets didn't look clean on one side of the bed. One lamp was missing a lightbulb. The tv worked but not the volume control on the taped up remote control. The air conditioner was on but It was cold so I turned the heater on and it made a really loud noise while on. Baby roaches were crawling from the bottom of the tub so there was no way I was changing my clothes in this nasty place. I saw a big roach and left the facility. The front desk left a note that no one was there to help you after 11pm. If I saw this many roaches along with previous complaints, this is an infestation and management is well aware they have a huge problem they are ignoring it and need to shut down and gas the building and return the money they have stolen from innocent customers like myself.

Everybody is super friendly. When went into the room everything was super clean. We love it here and would honestly recommend it to anyone needing a simi long term stay somewhere

I made reservations a month in advance and once I made it to the hotel I was total they had just sold the room I had reserved. Did not offer any assistance whatsoever in finding another place to stay. Finally found another hotel to stay approximately an hour away after driving all day to get here. Definitely would not recommend

One of the worst experience we’ve had on a stay!

The General Manager was A total immature person for being a manager to say the least.. she had to remind me once to pay my room rent the second one i was on my way to make the payment and she just told me to get out by 11 she didn’t want me there.. She says she doesn’t ever have to remind her guest to pay. which i know for a fact she’s lying because i’ve heard them knock on doors and tell people

they have no kitchen essentials to cook with.. No HOT WATER ALMOST EVERY DAY.. They are over charging me for a day that i had already paid..

Maybe buy a new bathtub when the bottom has a hole in it instead of covering the large hole with duct tape and smearing sealant over the top. The mattress felt like an air bed. Don’t forget to bring your own breakfast because the breakfast to go only includes a lousy cup of coffee and if you aren’t already totally dismayed by the condition of the room the clerk will have an issue finding your reservation until it passes midnight then they will charge you for another day and early check-in fee. I would have given the place zero stars unfortunately that isn’t an option.

Room felt neglected, unclean, roaches on the floor & in the wall, nasty smell, ratched, ghetto people around, amenities were nasty. would absolutely NOT stay here again. The restaurants nearby were nice though

Parking was easy. Safe, it all just looked Sketchy. Even if I wanted to cook there was no utensils available in the kitchen area. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper, when I finally got a hold of the front desk over the phone I was told they ran out. That was my first and last time there.

Location and room rates

The room was mostly clean. The property in general is just old and needs updated. The entrance to the building away from the office was propped open with a block the entire time I was there. Absolutely zero security. There was a homeless guy charging his phone right outside of that same door and peeing on the building when I came out the first morning. In my room, someone had tampered with the windows so you could not lock them. I ended up removing a propped up quarter from one of the windows and a piece of plastic from under the other one. I was able to lock the windows afterwards. Someone had used wet toilet paper to block off the people to the hallway, assumably so no one could see in the room. I believe someone had been coming in from the outside through the windows. Probably would be safer to stay on the second floor. But, I got the cheapest room in the area so I didn't expect much. It doesn't appear like anybody was in my room when I wasn't there. I did speak to the front desk when I checked out so they knew what was happening in that room.

Parking was very adequate so no long walks to get inside. Staff was amazing very helpful and knowledgeable abiut whats around to do. Definitely recommend this location for so many good reason.

Very disappointed and disgusted with this hotel.

The room that I was placed in was horrendous. There were chunks missing out of the walls. It looked like an animal clawed at them down to the dry wall. Also before I could get my and my child situated. There were roaches everywhere! This place wasn’t as it was advertised. Didn’t clean the room before I arrived and didn’t clean the room at all during my stay. I think because they know most people who choose this place are desperate they don’t put in any effort to make it habitable.

I was told i would receive a refund , after seeing roaches crawling i ask for a refund. I have not received that refund. There was also no blanket. And very little tiolet paper. Also no communication from the hotel.

4-6 Nov 2025 - I have stayed at this location several times in the past, but this time there was no chair at the room desk, had to request a chair, the toilet would fill after flushing, but water continued to slowly fill wasting water, the sink had no stopper and I fished a toothpaste cap out of the open drain. Reported to the desk but not fixed in 3 days. The killer was the TV had no remote control in the room because someone had smashed the TV screen throwing something at the screen that cracked it, so it would not turn on. Reported to desk but it was not replaced. This will be the last time I stay there. Oh yeh, upon return from dinner on my second night, there were 2 cop cars in the parking lot investigating a disturbance on the 3rd floor. Recommend not leaving anything valuable in your room or car if you are not present.

Roaches Everywhere, A/C barely worked

I woke up to roaches crawling on my face. I need a full refund.

When I booked on Hotels.com interface showed the hotel had 5 rooms of the type I requested and 8 of a different kind of room, but Customer service at the Hotel had to call the hotel, but they never answered, so I was in limbo.... Spent an hour on chats with Hotel.com - had to restart the chat 3 times and it disconnected repeatedly, requiring me to start over with the process - as told, I had to have my refund reviewed later, and I would get a response via Email. So I had to book a hotel with a different service to get a hotel for the night.

Nice and friendly staff

Staff was great! Super friendly people. The hotel looks different then it did in pictures, had a really strong smell throughout the entire hotel. Brought back food to our room but the smell was so strong it was hard for us to eat in there.

Leaks were everywhere, carpet in the halls looked like they have not been vacuumed in weeks. Elevator was absolutely disgusting. TV did not work, front desk lady was nice but she could not do anything to help. I checked out as soon as I could get dressed. This place is more like a shelter.

Didn’t even bother staying here the second the front desk worker told another guest that both of their house keeping carts had been stolen by other guests.

The room was very nasty, the tub was dirty, very dusty, looked like it hasn’t been clean in idk how long. I waited for check in for like 20 mins after arriving with another guest. Looked like the clerk had been in the back sleep because she never heard the phone ringing or answered. I will never ever stay here again! Walking in it stunk really bad and was dirty, if it wasn’t already super late I definitely wouldn’t have stayed and tried to go somewhere else, the only thing that was clean was the bed, tv didn’t work.

There was blood in my shower, doubt my shower was even cleaned, blood on the bottom of shower too shower faucet leaking & loose, toilet leaked when flushed. After work I tried to switch rooms, waited along w 3 others, no one came to front desk @ 11pm. Went out to car to be called a “trick & hoe” ppl roaming all around parking lot. Went back next day just to shower. Front desk tried her best to accommodate. This was above something she should have had to handle. I felt bad for her. I’m trying to reach someone for a full refund. Apartment was out of hot water all I needed was a shower.

The service at the front desk is very poor. The room is dirty and falling apart. There are no actual body towels. The bathroom was disgusting. The beds had dirty linens. There were no pillowcases on the bed pillows. The hallway reeked of smells related to smoking in a supposedly non-smoking hotel. The latch was not properly secure. Very unsafe property.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and I stay in a lot in Fort Worth. Filthy bathroom, every area had a stain of some sort. The tv didn’t work. The room was supposed to be a non smoking room but reeked of cigarette. The bed was the cleanest part of the room. The night stands were dirty and one had a small puddle left on it. The staff at check in was kind.

I had to move all my things by hand as they had only one cart and it was in use....I had a full ice chest and a case of water among my regular luggage

We were told that the rooms that we reserved were not available at this hotel. Even at check in they did not tell us that the rooms we reserved and prepaid for did not exist at the hotel, instead they gave us the room that they had and only when we entered the room did we learn that our reserved and paid for room type was not available.

Commode leaked constantly, as did the tub faucet, so had to keep the bathroom door shut in order to not hear the dripping water, but I do have to say the water temperature and volume remained good throughout my shower, so no complaint there. No coffee or snacks or continental breakfast or even blankets for our beds and no changing sheets, emptying garbage, etc. for the second night's stay...bottom line, I guess you get what you pay for.

Housekeeping went in our room and stole a lot of our belongings 2 days in a row and management did nothing but laugh about it

I did not stay at the property. I booked a stay and cancelled it maybe a couple of hours later and was told that they would waive my cancellation fee but was still charged for one night stay.

This place was so nasty and sketchy I did not stay. I walked in past the numerous dope smoking people in the parking lot and homeless campers to a very rude desk clerk who obviously did not want to be there. I arrived at 2:30pm and was told I could not check in until 3pm. After looking at the lobby and surrounding area. I felt very scared to stay there, so I went to a different hotel and paid extra money to stay there.

Shower went from like warm to cold. It had repair patch on the bottom of the tub that was never sanded down. The TV stopped working at some point in the night. Thin walls!

We were and are beyond disgusted with this property, there is NOT one nice thing to say about this property, room or experience. I am SHOCKED and DISAPPOINTED that this is property is part of the Extended Stay group.

Crackhead passed out on the floor in the loby only had one pillow in my room said no smoking but the whole hotel smelt like smoke

First room AC unit was broke. Next one the neighbor next to me had a Loud TV or recording studio was going on till 11pm. Front desk lied and told me there were no more rooms when there were I checked. I had a thin sheet for a blanket. No shower curtain. The neighbor upstairs was running around till about 1AM and started again at 4,5,6AM woke up and found BLACK MOLD on the AC unit vents. This place needs to be looked into it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. We were in town for a funeral and got in the night before. Went to the hotel, inside reeked of smoke. We waited for over 30 minutes and no one ever even showed up at the front desk. We called a number we found and eventually someone came down. She then rudely told us they have no rooms. I said I had a reservation and she replied with “ so what I still don’t have a room” we left and called Hotels customer service. They tried to reach out but got no answer. I got an email a couple days later saying they spoke to the hotel and they would hopefully not still charge us. They still charged a $68 cancellation fee when they sent us away stating no rooms. It was also extremely filthy and smelled awful. I would not have been comfortable staying there.
