Air con was quiet, bed ok , quiet Hallways a bit dirty, adjacent to busy road but not noisy to us, could be disturbing

It is managed well. It is close to quick trip I Hop McDonald's Jack in the Box KFC and a host of other comvience stores. If your a shooter, there's a range right next door. No drama guests please!

The room smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The chair in the room was filthy and the walls were covered in dust. The curtains had stains all over them and the cable didn’t work. I was there all of 10 minutes before I left. They also make you sign a paper that says after you check in. There are no refunds. After walking in the room, I know exactly why they do that.

A very clean environment. I was sick this weekend. I needed to clean up some dirty things out my other room Executive Inn was the best place to work through my sickness with privacy👀. Thank God that's over. Now on to finding a place. 🤔

Stayed 4 days and wasn't offered any room service except for clean towels. No breakfast, and a guy sleeping in the stairwell.

Angie has really been a blessing to me through the years. She has always given me the best advice on my plans and reservations.

Only complaint was there was no breakfast when it started it would have.

I really appreciate the staff at this hotel. They were very helpful and their prices fit my budget. They have a wonderful house keeping staff who kept my room clean. I stayed there an entire month and I enjoyed it!

The price is good and the room cleanness is great but there is no elevator for the 2nd floor and no breakfast even though it says it is available.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, but it did take a little while to get someone to check us in. I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but had two double beds instead. Reviews said that they serve breakfast but there indeed was no breakfast. Kind of an bummer, but Mc Donald’s was close by so we just got breakfast there. Over all the stay was nice and there were no other complaints. Location was great as well.

Had a morning medical appointment in Fort Worth and needed to stay 1 night. We had no problems with this location and would stay again. Room was clean, slept well in the beds, A/C did its job, shower was good, and internet functioned well. We left early around 6am so unable to comment on breakfast.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much in the way of amenities. No coke or snack machines.

Close to the freeway. We did not have breakfast. The air conditioner in our room was really loud. We checked in around 10pm and left at 5am. We could not get the toilet to flush. I did not call and complain though I should have as my daughter was trying to rest for her surgery this morning. She had already taken her anxiety meds for her surgery and she was able to sleep but I was not so lucky.

Rooms where very clean and was in a decent location. Have booked multiple times for over nights in FW and will continue to do so. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is very small and I drive a 1-ton dually but not a deal breaker. Just a little hard to park when I get back late at night.

They throw ur stuff away when u come back same day check and ask u to go dumpster diving for ur stuff very disappointed at this place they new me 150 for new work shirts

I'm biased in my review, because of the consistency and quality of service I have received over three and a half years at this hotel. It is true there are many great hotels. This one suits my personal needs, while I look for a permanent home here in Fort Worth.

I really enjoy the space and privacy. There's no doors slamming or loud noise. Just a clean, quiet, private room to enjoy yourself.😊

If you’re looking for a “no tell - motel”, that smells like bleach and Lysol, and you can run into more “pro’s” than guests, this is your place. I was immediately struck by the porn shop smell when I walked in, and the. Further impressed when the smell got even stronger in the room. I wanted to sit in the recliner but it was so dirty it looked sticky. It’s one of the first rooms I’ve ever stayed in where I wasn’t comfortable undressing or walking in bare feet. I left after one day.

Front desk staff was nice but the facilities were not well maintained. There’s no elevator for a two story building and the stairwell smelled of smoke.

We just stayed one quick night but everyone was friendly and everything was clean. My only issue was we had to park behind the building and walk around with all our luggage. The parking was very limited also. Overall, it was perfect for our needs.

I am a solo woman traveler and the room felt safe and was clean. I would come back.

The cleaning service for our room was not that good. We had to ask to get our room cleaned with fresh sheets and towels and it seemed like every day, we were not on the "cleaning list." Most of the cleaning staff could not speak English so we had to go to the front desk to request to have our room cleaned. I asked to have our trash emptied and the person at the front desk told me to get a large trash bag and empty our trash - isn't that the cleaning staff's job? We didn't do that, and thankfully, the person who cleaned our room up did do everything as expected, in spite of what the front desk told us.

I have stayed here while working in the area more than once and the accommodations have always been great. From the staff to the cleanliness. The rates are definitely what caught my attention but the service is why I continue to stay when in town.

The room was clean, two queen beds, tv, fridge and microwave. The property is a bit dated but this place was very nice. We were going to a concert at Dickies arena. The hotel was very close to the venue. Also very close to fast food and a few restaurants and finally, the price for two nights was very reasonable.

Room and hotel were clean and the room was nice. Beware though, there is no elevator - only stairs. Difficult if you have any disabilities or are carrying heavy luggage.
