Terrible experience. We arrived around 3:20 a.m. after a delayed flight and found the front desk completely unattended. My wife and son fell asleep in the lobby while we waited. We weren’t checked in until after 4 a.m. when the staff member finally returned. Completely unacceptable.

Breakfast and Bar staff and food EXCELLANT ! At check out we were given a strangers receipt and my roommate was charged 2 times. It took days of calls to numerous people and #'s. Hours of telling the same story. over and over. Finally reached a lady who took care of things within a few minutes!
- 4/5
All interactions with staff were pleasant/ positive. The entrance/bar/coffee shop areas are small making it a bit tight, but we managed. Housekeeping did a good job.
- 4/5
Location was good. Nice bar downstairs and a decent coffee shop. The staff seemed helpful and nice. There was nothing special for the price. The rooms seemed dated.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay, we had a Queen suite, lots of room and mirrors.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect. I was allowed to pre-pay my loan checking the screen.. but I never allow the things down to clean my room during my day. I did not feel comfortable with people in my room. I put the do not disturb sign on the door. I went out for the day after the first night of staying there. We left things were out in the room and, had I known someone was coming in my room—things would’ve been put away. Some were traveling with expensive items that would not have been left in plain sight. The cleaning staff came and cleaned my room. It was obvious that they had moved things in the room in order to clean. I was very angry & disappointed that my request was ignored. My room was cleaned without my permission. I let the front desk know as well as one of the managers know of my dissatisfaction when I checked out three days later. Other than that everything was great. Joel & Ali were amazing, as was Eric in the bar. Breakfast omelets were delicious as always!
- 5/5
I was there for a conference and needless to say the hotel was extremely busy. Taking that into consideration the staff was very patient and nice, even when some of the guests were not.
- 5/5
We had a great four day stay the only thing that was missing is that there’s no pool
- 4/5
Customer Service was Excellent Location to the convention center was great!

The staff was very professional and help. The one who stood out was Monique. When we entered the hotel she greeted us with a warm smile, very professional she also mentioned if we needed anything please don’t hesitate to call her

Stsff was lovely Breakfast room was where we ate , had dirty spongy carpeting We stayed for three nights and on the last evening at 6:00 pm cleaners arrived
- 4.5/5
They changed to a company for valet so it is almost double what it previously cost us.
- 3/5
Great spot to stay downtown. Great access for walking downtown. Room was pictured to be bigger than it actually was. If you have anxiety of small spaces recommend to call and check what room you will get
- 3/5
Status of this particular hotel you must let them know if you want to stay in a room where there is physical challenges if not, they’re going to put you in a corner room for people who have physical challenges that was not me so I wasn’t happy about that second when I checked out there was no follow up with regards to my stay questions and they put a charge on my account that I did not authorize for parking as I parked on the street
- 4/5
Breakfast was wonderful! We loved the Embassy Toast Sandwhich! Kinda gloomy vibes. Definitely dated.
- 4.5/5
Superb

Highly Recommend that bottled water is in the room also that the snack area is filled with fresh snacks instead of old and melted snacks also the snacks at Happy Hour were not that great.

The website said there was a pool. When we arrived we were told there was no pool and that location did not / had not ever had a pool. Which is false since there was black tape over the “pool / whirlpool” in the elevator. Had we know there was no pool we would not have stayed at this location. False advertising.

Great location, easy to get in and out of. The staff was wonderful and the made to order omelets for breakfast were a hit.

Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel in their portfolio. The WiFi didn’t work and the staff did little to help address it, the AC was pushing out heat and then we realized that when you turn the setting to “heat” the air got colder, the bed was horribly uncomfortable, the TV was not only antiquated, but it was also glitchy and had no signal- it was completely useless unless you need an extra nightlight... Also, beware of the parking- it’s $62/night for valet and no self-parking option at the hotel. You can find street parking or other cheaper garages and then walk over, but not ideal. Never staying here again.
- 2/5
The biggest disappointment was the room. It was extremely dark, with only one window looking into an internal light well, so there was virtually no natural light at any time of day. The room also felt very dated. The lounge was old and worn, the carpet felt grubby underfoot, and the overall atmosphere was gloomy and tired. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, although the interactions sometimes felt a little scripted rather than genuinely personal. That said, they were professional and I had no issues with the service itself. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around Fort Worth. Overall, while the breakfast, location and service were good, I wouldn't stay here again at this price point. The condition and atmosphere of the room simply didn't justify the cost.

great botel dor the business traveler!!
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing, property was very clean. All around we would recommend!
- 3/5
This hotel is showing its age and needs some tlc. The pool not being available was a shock because what hotel doesn’t have a working pool?! In summer?! Breakfast area needs some updating because it’s the same as it was 15 years ago. Water feature just chilling with no water. Location is great for restaurants and the train station. Staff was helpful and friendly at every encounter. Maybe invest in the property and we will come back. For now our next trip will be to another hotel with a working pool.
- 5/5
Front desk personnel was awesome. We got there early and Joel the guy up front got us checked in right away, he even gave us choices
- 5/5
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we pulled up to the our departure. Located in a great spot in Downtown Fort Worth. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the drive to the Stockyards wasn't long at all.
- 2/5
The location was great walking distance from Sundance square but it really needs upgrading! We stayed on the 6th floor and as soon as you get off the elevator you felt claustrophobic with the narrow hallways and no windows what so ever. As we entered out room we felt like entering a dungeon! We thought there were no windows until we found a small window in the bedroom of the suite that had a view of an alley. The room was so small that if you turned a certain way the ac vent would hit you in the face which you couldn’t even breathe. The restroom had almost no counter space and no vent. USB connections did not work, flickering lights or not working at all and the furniture so old! Oh and the pillows tweet horrible! They tried to fluff them up by bunching them together and as soon as your head hit the pillow they deflated giving no support! Definitely not worth the money paid!
- 5/5
We love the reception and the complimentary drinks. Great location too!
- 5/5
Everything was Excellent. Sharonda at the front desk was amazing, made us feel right at home
- 5/5
Clean room, good room service, friendly staff, convenient location
- 4/5
Staff is very nice and helpful. Very good experience, the breakfast is also pretty good.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and breakfast was great!
- 1/5
Upgraded my room after first night. Then charged me $250, because they found butts in trash. I cleaned out my purse and that is where butts came from. Hotel is a shameful.
- 5/5
The staff was most accommodating! Monique and Adelynn provided excellent customer service. The room are clean and the housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning the room. The omelet chefs were great and the dining room attendant kept everything clean and tidy.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly, check in was easy, and food was fresh. Other than Valet scratching the rear passenger side door, the trip was a success.
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice and helpful.
- 5/5
breakfast was awesome with great choices and omlet station. The staff were all really nice and responsive. We had some issues with elevators but that was fixed quickly. Our room was effected by a person above misusing the hot tub but they made everything right even when we decided to check out early. Would stay again and hopefully not have any mishaps.
- 5/5
I didn’t really know what to expect from this hotel before arrival but I can tell you I was blown away from the time I walked through the door! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel itself couldn’t be any more conveniently located for a good time. My room, even though I booked the cheapest one, was HUGE and was super clean with more than I could ever need! Their breakfast, omg, that breakfast! Made to order omelets, stuffed crepes, fresh fruit, potatoes and all the norms were out and STILL FULL 30 mins before they stopped serving. Only things that I could complain about, if I were nitpicking, is I wish breakfast hours were extended a little later (I wasn’t ready to get out of bed bc I was getting some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while) and no pool. The afternoon free drinks would have been sweet but there were so many people in the bar and I couldn’t get the bartenders attention so I didn’t get to partake. 10 out of 10 would completely recommend though! So worth the money.
- 3/5
Would not recommend this hotel …. Old and outdated! I will say the staff was pleasant…. The room just sucked!
- 5/5
Clean room, older the sofa had lots of stains on it so just didn’t use it. Bed was super comfortable and felt safe during the bad weather. Staff always friendly and checked in during stay. Also in a perfect spot walkable are near restaurants
- 5/5
Everything was good, the only issue was one of the door handles in my room was loosely connected to the door so when we opened it, it came off
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Room was clean. We did have to request coffee restock for second morning.
- 1/5
I rated it one star to let other families with incontinent children/medical special needs to bring a tarp. They will charge you if you do not. This is a first for us, and yes, we do understand the charge. Please be aware. Ours was 250 because she had an accident on the cushion and I wasn't able to clean it completely.
- 5/5
Great location, and the staff was really friendly. The breakfast was a hit with my family. I loved the build your own options at the grill station (omelettes with every meat or vegetable you can think of, pancakes, avocado toast, etc.) and it was at no additional cost. It made traveling downtown with my boys much more affordable and convenient. I will stay again!
- 4/5
Breakfast was great. Nightly reception was ok. Bar couldn’t keep glasses stocked so drinks were different sizes or in plastic cups. Hotel was dated. One tiny window in room looking over alleyway making the room pretty dark during the day. Not one window in the hall of our floor. Room definitely in need of updates. Bedside nightstand broken, Door to the room looked like it had been kicked a few times. First Embassy I’ve stayed at that didn’t have a pool so kids were pretty disappointed but lobby Easter hunt made up for it a little. Valet price steep when cheaper options are nearby.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Only down part is Parking options is Valet $59 or meter …, if you can find one … for rate prices they should consider a parking garage or discounted rates for handicapped.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and helpful valets. Parking a little on the pricier end.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly. The room was dated and wallpaper falling off the wall. The room needed serious attention.
- 4/5

- 3/5
The hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary snacks in the evening needs some work but it’s free, so won’t complain much there. The hotel needs updating badly, especially the bathrooms. Very outdated. And like most hotels…please get better pillows!! I beg you.
- 1/5
The bed was comfy enough to sleep but the price for the room was not expected for.
- 3/5
Room was clean but hotel is definitely needing an update. No smart TV (only broadcast/satellite which was iffy during the rainstorm), cracked upholstery on desk chair. I paid for a city view room and got a view of the parking garage next-door. When I called hotel management to inquire about this, they basically told me there was nothing they could do as none of their rooms offered a true city view.
- 5/5
Clean room, really great breakfast options
- 2/5
The staff tried the best but they were completely understaffed in all ares especially in the restaurant where they had the bartender serving all tables while trying to bartend. He was the only one working the restaurant/bar all 4 nights we stayed. The room was spacious but was dingy and not well cleaned. We checked in to our room and their was pee on the toilet seat, a rip in the arm of the couch and the ice bucket was falling apart. There is no smart tv or even the option of paying for a movie. This hotel need some love and attention - I feel bad for the staff. We will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Valet parking was very convenient Walking distant to many amenities Free drinks and snacks during happy hour were very good Free breakfast was very good

Nice room, great breakfast, fantastic bar service
- 5/5
The front desk agent that helped us a check in was amazing! super happy we were there for our stay and engaging with the kids. I hate that I have forgotten her name but she was awesome!
- 3/5
Older building - maintained . Small hallways. Short ceilings. Just not a typical embassy suite
- 5/5
Clean room
- 1/5
They said online they had a pool and hot tub did not have a pool and hot tub. The breakfast was nasty not good. The rooms did not have enough towels had nasty hair on the floor in the in the bathrooms and the pullout couch had hair and pee stains on it. It was not a very clean hotel at all.
- 3/5
The room was small. We really needed an accessible room because my daughter uses a wheelchair. We made it work. It was in need of some serious updating. One of the beds was pushed almost directly up against the air conditioner window unit, so if someone sleeps there then the cold air blows directly on them. Parking was only available if you paid the valet fee, otherwise you could use a parking garage down and across the street. Breakfast was good. However, the only way yo access it was on the wheelchair lift which didn’t work well. We had to hold the door closed so the switch would work-doesn’t seem very safe. Overall, not worth the money that was spent.
- 5/5
Starting with the front desk Joel was on shift and was welcoming friendly and made checking in and out as easy as it gets extremely great customer service a ball out of the park homerun for Joel. Prefacing this next well deserved praise with this it was during an ice storm and a competition to boot so the hotel was needless to say swamped. So I went down to the first floor bar and dining area and to see the bar staff and kitchen staff performing double duty, probably a staff shortage due to the inclement weather, but to my amazement Chef Jeff and his staff was calm cool & collected despite the chaos bringing out order after order to which I might add looked and tasted top notch shall i say chefs kiss major kudos to Chef Jeff & his staff and addition to Bar Staff Eric who was poised under pressure taking bar orders and dining orders like a pro true exceptional service. Not to forget later on with Bartender Kim who was friendly and kind despite the late long night and the onslaught of non stop chaos also was very knowledgeable of the drinks, made excellent suggestions, and provided great service with a smile. The room was great spacious and felt like home also had a small kitchen area which might sound silly but i was so happy that it had a fridge microwave and coffee maker my previous day at another hotel did not and made life miserable. Just amazing will always come back!!
- 4/5
The staff was courteous and very helpful at check in. Our room was nice however the bed was quite hard and the walls seemed paper thin. We could hear when someone flushed the toilet above our room as well as next door. I also felt that since we were made to valet our vehicle, that parking fees would be included. I would have happily tipped the valet for their service but since the parking garage was part of the hotel I feel it should’ve been included.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the middle of downtown near some great restaurants. The hotel only has valet parking $69 a night. Ask the hotel what are some other options.
- 5/5
Staff was all very friendly, very professional. Room was clean. Breakfast was better than most buffets thst are included with yourcstay.
- 5/5
Our room was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful.

- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 4/5
Rooms had a very great view , only downer was it was abit dated is all but other then that great hotel !
- 3/5
Staff was amazing!!! Breakfast and cocktail hour were great. Location was perfect for access to Sundance Square. Valet was so courteous. Down side....very, very dated rooms. Carpet dirty, torn and worn seating. Laid towels all over the carpet to walk on barefoot, otherwise only walked in shoes. Rooms definitely need updating and carpets need either shampooed or replaced. I would only stay here again if rooms were remodeled. Disappointed with this being a Hilton hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, staff friendly, great location.
- 4/5
Solid Embassy Suites breakfast menu. Sadly no biscuits and gravy like at the Embassy Suites in Roundrock.
- 4/5
Great housekeeping and front desk staff
- 3/5
The king suite we stayed in was old and not in good shape. Very run down.
- 5/5
Checking in the staff was very nice and friendly. Christine was excellent she made sure that all our our needs were met. The breakfast area was neat, clean, and had many options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family in the future
- 2/5
I selected Embassy Suites based on their long-standing reputation for offering a higher-end, comfortable lodging experience. Unfortunately, my stay fell far below those expectations. The room itself was noticeably worn and outdated. The sofa bed had torn seams and the cushion was so old and compressed that it offered no support. The desk chair was in equally poor condition the material was peeling so badly that the chair appeared patchy and discolored. In the bathroom, the toilet handle was broken and required manual adjustment after every use. The heating system was slow to function properly, taking hours before the bedroom reached a comfortable temperature. Overall, the condition of the room and multiple maintenance issues made the stay disappointing and not reflective of the quality Embassy Suites is known for.
- 2/5
Indoor pool closed which is the only reason we booked the hotel.
- 3/5
Our first room was dirty. Moved rooms the next day. Didn’t clean or bring us fresh towels the following day. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned but never was told that and then when we did ask for it to be cleaned and freshened up they just pulled the bedding up but never made it. Very disappointing in the hotel. We stay at a lot of Embassy and this one by far was the dirtiest. The morning breakfast was ok which is are favorite at embassy. My pancakes were cold and they only had milk for coffee which the coffee was just warm. One day for potatoes they had French fries instead kinda weird. Probably will never stay there again especially for the price we paid
- 5/5
Great service and cleanliness. Also great breakfast.
- 5/5
From Valet to all
- 3/5
Clean room. The bed was, unfortunately, the hardest bed that I have ever slept on. Other than it sleeping hardly at all for two nights, it was a great stay! Thoroughly enjoyed being within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment and feeling safe enough to do just that!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect. Staff was so good and the room was great!
- 4/5
Nice folks, clean room, but the pillows are teeny tiny!

Ripped up furniture, dirty couch the shower didn’t work. They have to bring maintenance to fix roaches in the lobby. Old dirty carpet.
