Why do you have to pay additional for parking on top of the room like you’re paying to stay overnight. Parking should be included
- 5/5
After staying there on the past, when it was Radison, it’s improved 110% and I really enjoyed my stay
- 2/5
For it to be a DOUBLETREE, it was lack there of. Room was not cleaned properly, asked for it to be recleaned specifically bathroom. It was not thoroughly just sprayed airfreshner and tidy up. Chair had an extreme amount of stains. Ac unit was falling apart but worked well. My family will not stay here again. The front area was beautiful though.

I had to change rooms twice and it needed to a 3rd time but I had another engagement and I didn't have that type of time. 1st room I had no hot water. The person offered maintenance to fix and I said no I don't have time. The 2nd room had hot water but the shower door was off it's racked. I called the front desk and she offered maintenance I said I don't have time to wait. Instead of giving me a upgrade l. My room got degraded the receptionist told me she will send maintenance to give me a new key. I said no I don't have time I'm omw. When I got there she told me she sent maintenance to my room. To give me new keys. Then she acted like It was a huge inconvenience to renew a key card. The last room was sorry it had hair and brown splatters on wipeable areas. Then they charge for parking. This hotel is not gated or in a downtown area. Will not stay here again.
- 2/5
Elevators too far from the lobby pool too far from the rooms no continental breakfast
- 5/5
Clean location, helpful staff, and a very smooth process.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 1/5
Told front desk and they did absolutely nothing! Im still in shock! Diamont Elite member bit probably not much longer!!!! Do better please!
- 1/5
Housekeeping never cleaned our room. I had to called room service for extra towels. The walls and doors had a lot of wear and tear. Also, the room had a nasty smell to it.
- 5/5
The only thing that I was a surprise was the $50/day deposit that was required. I don’t recall seeing this in the listing or in the email from the hotel so it was an extra $200 I hadn’t planned on using during my stay. But overall the hotel was nice, the staff were extremely friendly and ready to help. The hotel is in the middle of what appears to be an industrial area so you do have to drive a bit to get to any restaurants or a Walmart. But all in all it’s a great price and hotel.
- 2/5
We were told that the price you see is the price you pay, but when we checked in there was a charge against my card for large parking fee (for nothing special) and a bottle of water charge for what it looked like to be complimentary to guests, but when I questioned the charge they said "Oh that for Members only" Both the parking charge which is a basic lot, no valet or garage, and also the "complimentary" bottle of water LEAVES A VERY BAD TASTE! I'd rather just know this ahead instead of time instead of thinking the room is really the rate quoted as "this is what you pay". Switch and Bait feeling. Well, I had to just had to resubmit this review because they didn't like that I put costs of extra fees, etc. so now I'm leaving out the costs I was talking about above. This property is VERY NOISEY due to lots of street/highway noise practically on the doorstep and beds are very firm. In a not so good a neighborhood. I appreciated the cleanliness but the rest made it a difficult night.

My stay was ok it could have been better

- 2/5
Front desk staff were friendly but when we went down for breakfast we were told that it would be a charge, which we said was fine and were then told they would have to check if it was OK for us to have even with payment. Left and went somewhere else
- 2/5
Charging what they charge per day just to use a basic parking lot with homeless people near by is crazy!
- 5/5
Perfect location to stop for the night on our long travels, The warm chocolate chip cookies made it so much better. Great staff and great facility
- 5/5
Very pleased with our stay & the staff went over the top to accommodate us!
- 2/5
THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. And ridiculous to pay $20 for parking.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful. The room was beautiful cleans everything beautiful. friendly staff. Shower was amazing. The hot tub was the cherry on top. Thank you for an amazing stay and keep up the good work.
- 2.5/5
Exit doors were open (weren’t supposed to be) and people were coming and going (not sure if they were even staying at the hotel), people were drinking in the parking lot, area/location was a bit scary, and the room was not as clean as it should have been
- 5/5
Great place to stay,,clean,,no extras and you will have to pay for parking
- 3/5
This was a super nice place to stay but had a few issues only had one working elevator and the toilet wasn’t working but the staff was super helpful.
- 2/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Not too bad probably wouldn’t stay there again
- 2/5
I stayed here due to the fact it was rated a 4 star hotel. I strongly disagree with that rating . Only one elevator worked, toilet had trouble flushing , air conditioning units need to be updated . when we came back that night there was loud music and what seemed to be a party going on down the hall. Had to pay a parking fee. I will say the bed was comfortable, but not enough to ever make me choose to stay at this hotel again.
- 4.5/5
Great location. Loved the restaurant. N/A
- 4/5
Everything was clean. The front desk associate was very sweet. Bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable and only 1 working elevator but other than that the stay was good
- 3/5
Staff is amazing, lobby is beautiful, but halls and rooms are a bit outdated. Smell of old carpet is a bit overpowering

All I can expect close to family aswell indoor pool excellent staff ? always making sure u have everything u need for the stay
- 5/5
Manager checked me in quick and offered great perks! Was only a 1-night stay but room was clean! Only mini complaint was the shower could have been cleaner but other than that nice room and my area was quiet, despite it been almost booked full!
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet and comfy beds. Slept like a baby and very nice check in staff!
- 2/5
Room was musty and damp. Bathroom was very worn and not well cleaned. Outlets did not work.
- 4/5
The 6th floor a/c’s couldn’t compete with the Texas heat. Only one elevator works as of July 2026. The second room we were moved to (because of a/c) was much smaller. :( $20 a night parking with no security.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 3/5
King suite couch had questionable stains that made it uncomfortable to want to sit on. The pool was murky and the pool area in general seems like it is last on the renovation list. The staff were very friendly.
- 3/5
There wasn’t hand soap in the room. Bath towels had stain on it. Bed was comfy. Decently cleaned. Breakfast staff was super nice and friendly.
- 2/5
Had to flush toilet more than once to get results-all lights would not turn on
- 5/5
I like the Doubletree and was not expecting the living room room suite which was nice but I like the set up we had last week better on 3rd floor. It seemed cleaner
- 5/5
Everything was excellent! The hotel and the room was super clean! Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
It was ok. Someone hit my truck with their door. Not the hotels fault
- 5/5
Everything about the location was phenomenal The placement of the elevator
- 5/5
Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Fantastic full breakfast, and loved that Starbucks was an option in the building next to the breakfast area if desired. Everything was modern and really nice. We controlled the temp of our room and it was so comfortable.

- 3/5
The gym equipment most were broken and breakfast was ok. Was charged 3.50 for a water bottle
- 3/5
Very run down, but it will do if all you need is a place to sleep. Comfortable bed.
- 2/5
Hours in the hotel due to a surgery that was being done.
- 5/5
Clean nice staff
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 4/5
This hotel is out of date for sure. Our room was was scuffed up and the bathroom door was pretty bad. However it was clean!! Which means the most to me.
- 1/5
check out we did not get the room that we booked. The room smelled damp and musty like mold or mildew. The bed linens for the sofa bed were dirty and stained. We were charged $20 per day for parking in thier parking lot. Only one elevator worked so it was very inconvenient when 3 tour busses of people showed up. Overall just very dirty and run down. I expected better from a Hilton Hotel. I could have rented an Air B&B house for the price of the two rooms.
- 4/5
No real complaints other than the restaurant wasn’t open on Sunday for dinner it was disappointing.
- 4/5
Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable bed. We chose the hotel for the restaurant, the service was friendly with a limited menu. It was not open on Sunday which was disappointing. Parking fee was very reasonable for Fort Worth.
- 1/5
First of all Breakfast not free. They charge for parking. Had to change rooms due to loud music by the entrance and motorcycles blaring their engines all night. Staff didn’t care
- 2/5
Loud A/C and the shower floor had stains.
- 3.5/5
Location and my sink was stopped up
- 3.5/5
We had to pay 20 dollars a night for parking. The breakfast wasn't good. Instead of a a one time 50 dollar deposit it was 50 a night.
- 4/5
Great stay. The rooms could use an updating but it was clean and the cookies were great!
- 1/5
Upon arrival to the motel, Staff were not helpful. We were in town to visit family, we didn't want to check in early, but wanted to pay for our room so we wouldn't have to interrupt our visit with family just to come back and check in. They would not accommodate or make any arrangements. When we returned to check in the front door had a sign taped to it stating, "Please use other door", with an arrow pointing to another door. We had to pay $20.00 just to park in the parking lot of the motel. The ice machine was broken on the floor our room was on. Upon returning home, the motel tried to charge my card $3.25 for adjusting the temp. in our room. This motel had great reviews. The reviews do not match the quality of this motel. Staff were not friendly or welcoming, very disappointed, I will not stay here again.
- 3/5
There was no toilet paper when we arrived to the room, pool water was dirty, and they charged extra fees for parking
- 3.5/5
Free parking. Fit ad finish of the property.
- 5/5
Clean room, and friendly staff. The lobby is spacious and very clean.
- 5/5
Hotel was clean and very quiet. Really enjoyed the late check-out time.
- 4/5
Some elevator was broken as well as main enterance automatic doors were not working . It is ok but do not expect too much
- 4/5
Clean room and lots of amenities. Just didn’t like that if 4 people are staying in a room why they would only have 1 large towel in restroom. And the toilet was clogged as well.
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 1/5
Have to pay additional to park. Microwave did not work. AC in the room would not keep room cool.
- 5/5
Nice and clean Only one elevator was working and took forever
- 3/5

I went to the front desk, they apologized and quickly moved me to another room on the 5th floor. After entering into that room, the experience was no better. On the wall in the new room, also ants. There was also a brownish blackish residue on the wall, that I was able to easily wipe off (so could house keeping, if they cleaned.) In the bathroom there was hair in the shower, and in the sink. I honestly wanted to check out and go home. This was the nastiest hotel I've stayed at. I won't be back.
- 5/5
Staff was very kind after our late check in.. Food was outstanding!! Hot tub was awesome for my hip and for relaxation.. And the room was first class!! Great time!!
- 4/5
I really like this hotel. The only thing that was an issue was the smell. The hallways smelled sour and it was bothersome. The room also had an odor that was not appealing as well. Not sure what the solution is but worth noting for sure.
- 5/5
Everything . Amenities were top tier . Nothing to not like . Loved it !!
- 2/5
We experienced bed bug bites from either the bed or the chair in the room. After our three day stay we had bed bug bites all over our legs, thighs, and buttocks. We did not know what the bites were until we did through research on them. We did not go anywhere to get all of these bites. We have asked them to spray the room. Unacceptable. We paid 200.00 a night for this!
- 1/5
Standing water in tubs. Hot rooms
- 5/5
Great staff very helpful, breakfasts was good. Thank you for everything it was a pleasure to be there with my family!
- 5/5
All the staff were soooo nice!! Property was super clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the good food also!!!
- 3/5
toilet didn't work very well, and the shower control was installed backwards. the first floor had a smell coming from one of the rooms of 4 day old Asian take out that was there the entire 4 days we were there. the pool was cloudy the entire time we were there. We had hopes that it would clear up at some point. Every day that house keeping came in, they took the trash and used towels, which we appreciated, but only left us with 2 towels despite there being 4 of us on the reservation.
- 5/5
No free breakfast pay to park
- 3/5
Room size was good. Warm cookies at check in was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and kind. When booking.com had issues with my reservation change the hotel itself was very accommodating. Stains on bedding. One elevator was not operational the entire visit. We were there 4 days and stayed on the 4th floor traveling with lots of sports gear so using the stairs was not an option. The ice machine on our floor was out of order requiring us to take coolers to another floor to get ice. The room smelled musty/moldy and there was a horrific stench when walking on the first floor from the elevators to the lobby. It literally smelled like death in the 101-110 room section. Police also appeared one evening in that area probably due to the stench. Had to pay $20 per night to park in a parking lot that had ample parking which was not secured with homeless people camping out on the corner. While I did not order drinks, my friends received warm beer from a bottle as none of the beer on tap had kegs and the bartender did not know how to make an old fashion. Highway traffic was very loud and woke us up several times during the night.
- 5/5
There was a horrible smell on the 1st floor but rather than that, it was a wonderful experience
- 2/5
Bartender did not know how to make drinks, rooms were a little old and dirty, strong trash odor in the hallway to the elevators, we had 2 sets of towels for 3 people. Positive was the large lobby and huge tvs. We had to pay $20 nightly to park at the hotel. Not worth the nightly rate where both parking and breakfast was extra.
- 5/5
Fast check-in, clean room. Will re-book for our next trip to TEXAS
- 5/5
The hotel was quiet, the amenities were well kept, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. Of course, the warm DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a nice touch! Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable stay with excellent customer service.
- 4/5
Location was convenient.
- 4/5
I do not like that you have to pay 20.00 a night to park. This is just ridiculous! This hotel is not in the middle of the city and there is nothing around. I won’t stay here again because of this.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Thank you all for everything.
- 5/5
Great place to stay, highly recommend
- 4/5
Rooms need to be remodeled
- 5/5
Fantastic place to stay!!!
- 2.5/5
The elevators were far,and I was charged over $20. Dollars for parking I didn’t see anything about before I booked the hotel and the hotel personnel said that it was on the site but never showed me. And housekeeping came before check out.
- 3/5
Make sure to check the Amenities section before you book to get the parking fee. Hotels.com doesn’t advertise it.
- 2/5
Clean rooms and the staff were excellent this stay. Unsupervised kids in the fitness center.
- 5/5
Good place to stay clean and affordable
- 5/5
Todo está bien
- 3/5
Did like paying for parking didn’t like the breakfast wasn’t included didn’t like the powdered eggs
- 3/5
Room smelled like stale smoke and we could not control the AC.
- 2/5
The mini fridge doesn’t work well, a bunch of kids were here and they are playing ding dong ditch,$20 parking PER DAY is absolutely insane because this is NOT a location where that is necessary. The door is messed up and has to be slammed just to close it all the way. The AC is the only thing that was good because it actually got cold.
- 3/5
Checking area is nice and clean, the rest of the hotel was dirty. Only one elevator worked. The restroom was dirty. The carpet was severely worn out in room. The AC worked sometimes, set it at 68 and the room was still warm. Not really good hotel to stay at overall.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay, just don’t like having to pay to park. But place is very nice. Staff was amazing
- 1/5
It’s in a dangerous neighborhood, I was a victim of attempted armed robbery in the parking lot. I never made it inside as I had to run for my life.
- 4/5
I like the convenience of being on the first floor. We had a problem with gnats in our room, but it didn’t interfere with visit. My cleaning lady was really nice.
- 1/5
This hotel was NOT handicap friendly. I had a terrible time getting around in the long, winding hallways and dealing with the heavy doors. The man who checked me in also told me my room had a bathtub and it did not. (I was too tired by the time I got moved in to ask for another room and move again.) Doubletree hotels are usually very nice, but this one was old and gross. It felt more like an old 2 star hotel with new furnishings and a fresh coat of paint. They also didn't give us the Doubletree cookies they're known for and didn't even have them for sale in the snack bar. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect the luxury Doubletree Hotels are known for; nor do I recommend it for handicapped people.
- 4/5
.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby area is very nice. Room is nice but very small and not enough drawers to store clothes and accessories. Bathroom is nice but not enough room on sink to accommodate cosmetics, etc.
- 2/5
The two stars I’m giving are only for the night front desk agent and the housekeeping crew. The night time agent is SUPER friendly and goes above and beyond. But this place is CLEARLY understaffed. The night time line at the front desk is out the door and he is ALL ALONE!!! If you need anything to your room, he can’t do it. He is super nice though! The lady during the day makes you feel like you are inconveniencing by asking her ANYTHING!!! I believe her name is Irina or Irma. I’ve never been to a DoubleTree that doesn’t offer you cookies ANY time you go in or out or come to the front desk. She never offered, as opposed to the night time attendant, and actually said WE HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!! We are 1000000% never staying at this DoubleTree again.
- 5/5
