Very clean and well kept property. Courteous and helpful staff. It is in an ideal location with many restaurants, shops, etc. very close to tge Express Lanes of I35 makes it very easy to be in downtown Ft Worth in minutes, Soutlske and Dallas.

Overall good stay! Had trouble with my room key checking in, turns out the front desk gave me the wrong room number. Went downstairs to figure it out and they quickly fixed the situation.

It was very nice and located right were we needed to be.

The room I booked was not available at checkin at 6pm! and I paid but out in a lesser room with no refund! Service was every other day which was not a choice. Would not stay again

Great family hotel ! Second time staying here while we visit family in town ! Staff is very nice and friendly and hotel room is clean and modern! My only negative is there’s no microwave in the room but there is one in the lobby so no biggie 👍

The hotel is close to a shopping center with several shops and restaurants. It seems like it was recently renovated. However, our room smelled musty and the bathroom didn’t have good ventilation. The carpet needs to be removed and a new ventilation system needs to be installed. The room and the community spaces were clean. I wish breakfast was included. However, there is a cafe where breakfast can be ordered. All staff were welcoming and professional. The gym was pretty well-equipped. However, hand sanitizer should be available. There aren’t any visible recycling bins anywhere in the hotel, which should be available, since the county has a recycling program.

however I do think that the dineris very limited my recommendation is to go have eat at any of the restaurants outside of the hotel

When I did a bed check I found two hairs on the fitted sheet. I went to the front desk to explain & asked for another room. The attendant didn’t say any words to me, he just rekeyed the card. The 2nd room also had a hair on the fitted sheet.

Hotel staff were amazing. The location is a great spot with nice restaurants to walk to. The rooms were clean, smelled nice but not overpowering. Shower was fantastic. Beds are a little hard but manageable. Overall a great experience!

Picked this property based on the pool. At no point were we warned that the pool was going to be closed for the entirety of our 3 night stay.

Staff when we checked in was amazing. The room was well acquainted. Very nice. And when we went to the bar for food and drinks. The you g man was very customer oriented. Made great drinks and he made the food too. Yummy chicken bacon quesadilla.

I was solo and I did not like that they put me on a ground floor but said they were renovating upper floors. But saw people on their balconies on those floors.

Long story short, she tried to hustle more money out of me. I only booked at this place for the balcony and was forced to stay without one. Lame place!

First time staying at property. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Surrounding area had plenty of options for shopping and dining.

No courtesy shuttle to get to nearby shops and restaurants. Outdated hotel. Flush was not working and maintenance solution was for the hotel guest to just pull the handle up or down to make it work. Very disappointed of Marriott!

We should have been given a better room. No one checked to see if the room was comfortable or if there were any concerns. Courtyard by Marriot is alway a great place to stay but this particular room had lots of issues ascetically and physically. I would not recommend issuing this room to any other guests.

Quick trip. Got in friday night flew out Sunday morning. I checked in friday night and I saw a wedding party. People were still hanging out it was great! I went to the stockyards Saturday night. If you like country music this is your place! The bbq at coopers was amazing. I recommend it.

Great experience for our one night stay. Upon check in, we were greeted warmly and it was a smooth process. Room was clean and no issues except there were no linens for the pull out couch bed. I called downstairs and they didn't have anyone to bring them up to me, no big deal I went down and got them. No continental breakfast, they do serve breakfast items, but you have to pay for them.

Foundation must be off bc our door barely closed, cracks in the walls. We loved the pool & super friendly staff- very helpful

I booked a room with a balcony. Checked in and my balcony door didn't open. Called the front desk and they were aware of this rooms' issue but tried to charge me for a balcony room that couldn't even be used. I requested a room change, which they gladly processed but I was already on a tight schedule and this just put me further behind. There were plenty of rooms with a balcony so they should have done the right thing from the start or offered me a discount for my room. Additionally, their smoke detector flashed a white light every 6 seconds all night long. It was hard to fall asleep with this constant flashing.

Great Location between Fort Worth & Keller Tx. Set back off the highway for a little pocket of quietness in a very busy area. There’s a good steak house & a more casual Mexican restaurant nearby & walkable. The checkin Staff were Polite & Professional letting us know about the bar & breakfast. Enjoyed the bar & the barkeep was pleasant & professional after a long drive a cocktail hit the spot! My only complaint is when I booked the room thru Expedia it showed a walk in shower in photos but we had a tub/shower. We survived…but it’s the 21 century every room should be a walk in shower. Will definitely stay again regardless for the location.

The stay was good & bed was comfortable. The pillows need to have some options - they were all very firm and heavy. It would be nice to have a couple styles. Also on line when booked with Expedia they misrepresented the free breakfast for a higher price, which I paid, and they DO NOT comp breakfast. Not at this location. You should make them change that on their site. IMO

It was a nice experience. Before I arrived for check in, I got a welcome email with details about what to expect for my stay. I walked in to check in and the staff was super kind and welcoming. My room was everything I needed. And every time I walked out I was asked by an associate if everything was good with my room and I was welcomed back when I returned from my outing. Truly a welcoming atmosphere and will definitely stay here again!

The stay was nice the room was nice. But we needed a bigger fridge and a microwave. We had to go allllll the way down to the lobby to heat up our food. It was ridiculous. And the Breakfast and service and the guys behind the counter were extremely rude. Acted like he didn't want to serve us. And the food sucked. Definitely was not quality food and the "starbucks" was not even close. I most likely would not recommend this hotel because of all these inconveniences.

Good food options within walking distance. Parking is free onsite, but is sometimes limited based on events.

AC was extremely loud in most rooms and was hard to rest, shower did not work as intended due to soap scum on the shower heads, took multiple times to get additional towels. Property was not clean in entry ways or elevators, they smelled horrible.

The only issue I had was the room size is extremely smaller than other comparible hotel brands.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay relaxing and enjoyable! Drinks were amazing! This will be the only place I stay for my visits to Fort Worth.

Lock did not work on room and sound of flushing toilets could be heard from the room above.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful - then you get to the rooms and 228 was mediocre. I heard EVERY step the people above me took - I heard EVERY door slam multiple times - I heard EVERY time the people next to me yelled. Having to pay this rate and dealing with these issues - I don't think I will be staying at this place again. Its sad because it is close to my kids!

The room smelled like someone smoked in it at one point. The sofa was ripped in 2 areas. The TV was very small for the room.

Our check in was smooth and easy! The room was super clean and spacious, and beds are so comfy! Only downside is no microwave in room but that didn’t affect our stay. Definitely would stay again!

This property was so clean and friendly service. it was also quiet despite having a wedding reception in their ballroom there. We got to enjoy the pool and lounge area outside. It doesn’t offer a complimentary breakfast but it does offer a bar in the inside eating/lounge area to order food and drinks including Starbucks coffee. Shopping and a variety of restaurants are really close by. We will definitely return to this location.
