This was a great hotel. We enjoyed the room. It was clean and everything was fine. I have no objection so we’ll stay here again.
- 3/5
The main issue was tired decor. Miss matched furniture and things looking a little shabby.
- 5/5
A great place to stay. We only stayed one night.
- 4/5
Room was clean, TV REMOTE did not work, but only tried to use 2nd night. It was however frustrating to have to change channels old school. Breakfast was average for included bteakfasts.
- 5/5
Clean rooms and great place for the price

Location

Husband and I just wanted a clean, cheap place to stay in the area for the night. Staff we met were very friendly. The room was clean but sparse. Biggest negative was the tub in our bathroom was broken, like the bottom was cracked and there was basically some thick plastic sticker over it. It would crack and move while we tried to shower and was kind of scary! Felt like I was about to fall through the floor. But the place was clean and we slept well which was the most important. Saw a family enjoying the pool which looked nice. Overall fine but wouldn’t be my first choice if we were back in the area.
- 4/5
Clean room and staff was very friendly and helpful! Would recommend and will stay there again if I’m ever in the area in the future.
- 5/5
Very nice have stayed here for several weeks.
- 2/5
I stay four days my room was not even clean once I request for trust to be picked up, it took two days to be picked up

Location Parking
- 2/5
The location is convenient, but the property itself is quite outdated and lacks luxury amenities. It’s fine if you just need a simple place to crash for the night, but don't expect anything fancy.
- 3.5/5
the food left in the microwave
- 4.5/5
Nothing
- 4/5
Nice room everything was good only thing could have been better was the breakfast they had egg and biscuit with gravy other stuff hot breakfast bar would be a 5 star
- 4.5/5
Very clean! Felt safe Everything seemed convenient
- 4/5
It was clean. Good location. Nice staff Rooms were hard to find.
- 3/5
Small pool, outdated rooms, outer side doors broke
- 2/5
The room stunk and needed to be updated. Our fridge didn’t work or stopped working somewhere during the night. Had to throw away some of my food items . When I told the guy at the front desk he asked if I had checked to make sure it was plugged in. Sir, I could not see behind the fridge. Anyway, pics on the internet were nicer than in real life.

Here’s my review: There are little moments in my life where I see god throughout the day; a baby’s smile, a neighborly wave, a good deed done without expectation — but not here though. No. Quite the opposite in fact. I am quite certain that god is the furthest he can be from humanity in this place… and at times throughout my stay I was sure that god had abandoned me in this place. In here, he does not exist, he cannot hear you over the cacophonous screams of children through the paper thin walls or the yelling of domestic violence from down the halls. This is where dreams come to die and tormented souls come to fester; to reflect on their wrongdoings in the present inside a pestilential prison where the only way out is check out day. I begged for that day. Prayed for it even. And It couldn’t come soon enough. when it finally did, I celebrated… started going back to church and began praying again for salvation so I could avoid hell. Because this; this hotel and all its meager offerings is exactly that; a a real hell. From the mold in the vents, to the bed bugs, and everything in between, I would never send my worst enemy to this place. If you’re needing somewhere to stay — I urge you to avoid this place like Covid in 2020. It’s infectious and far more deadly to your soul than any virus and will haunt you well past your check out date. ‘MA-MA’ I can still hear the child’s screams through the wall, and after I shake myself out of the trance, remembering the nightmare, I pinch myself to make sure it really was just that; A nightmare. Uh… it was literally the worst experience of my life and both my parents have dementia. So that should tell you how bad it is.
- 4.5/5
It was clean . The pool was nice.
- 5/5
The only problem was the sprinkler head in the room leaked all over the bed.
- 4/5
Clean, great AC, clean and refreshing pool, above average breakfast. Close to freeway TV can be updated, and it was not 2 miles from Sundance square and the stockyards. It was 7/10 miles

This was a very sub-par experience. In a week long stay the room was not turned over once, staff were rude and unhelpful, and facilities were broken down. I trusted the Radisson name and good reviews, but I would not recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Great location! The breakfast was different every day. Staff is very friendly

Location! N/A
- 3.5/5
Wifi and TV were off and on. No hot breakfast at 8am, only cold cereal, and muffins. Squeaky beds very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The service was good,
- 3/5
The stay was okay. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The breakfast area was really small so each time we went there wasn’t anywhere to sit.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable
- 3.5/5
there was water dripping from the fan above the toilet. I thought we were going to be on a higher floor because of have a balcony overlooking the pool.
- 2/5
Didn’t make up room for second night
- 5/5
It was a great place and great price. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem I probably had was the gym not available.
- 1/5
Nothing particularly noteworthy Could not connect to their Wi-Fi, was given a number to call for help, but didn't get a response for two days. Painting in the bathroom looked like it was done by someone with no experience. The breakfast included almost no protein. The light beside the right side of the bed was somehow controlled by when you are sitting on the bed, strange.
- 1/5
Pull out was gross and broke. There was a mattress laying in the pool area. Run down!
- 1.5/5
They mentioned and has photo of a gym which does not exist. The pool is too small, it s a kid pool. The cleaning of the room happened every other day. The aircondition system was not 100% ok.
- 4/5
Quiet and clean
- 2.5/5
The bed was very comfortable, so were the pillows. I did not like the location. There was some sketchy people that were always around outside inside and outside smelled of marijuana and somebody kept setting their car alarm off all night long for two days.
- 4/5
Overall stay was great. Room was clean and tidy. Food options near by are lacking.
- 1/5
Nothing, I didn't stay there and has been trying to reach out to the property since friday
- 4/5
Clean, cool temperature, updated room. Outstanding water pressure in the shower! Very comfy bedding.
- 5/5
What we didn't like was the t.v.. it worked didn't work. The wifi was an issue between the hotels in line with the other Hotels. We enjoyed the stay, everything else was nice. Great work, good job. Keep it up.
- 5/5
Best room we could have gotten for the price the room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Quick swift service
- 3/5
The room was clean. Beds were neat and tidy. Plenty of pillows per bed. The decor is quite dated as is the bathroom. Toilet tank leaked into bowl and every so often the toilet would run to refill. Towels were clean and nicely folded under sink area. Plenty of storage for your toiletries. Sink faucet dripped but you couldn’t be heard in the room. The shower head leaked at the pipe connection until I tightened it. Then it was fine. The shower head spray was in very thin streams. Sufficient enough for short hair. I wouldn’t want to tackle long hair with that spray. Shampoo and conditioner were full and easy to squeeze dispense. Hand soaps were small squares but sufficient for a short stay. Mirror was quite low. If you’re 5’ tall it would be perfect. I was looking at the very top of the mirror and I’m about 5-9”. AC in the room kept it cold but it still felt humid. Turned the fan from constant to cycling and that seemed to help lower humidity. Our window faced the street and vehicle noise is noticeable. The hotel itself was quiet. Could barely hear next door neighbors only if our room was completely silent. TV or AC on and couldn’t hear them. TV is an Amazon TV. Couldn’t figure out how to watch local stations.
- 3/5
The hotel phone in our room wasn’t connected, the tv worked half the time, lights in the bathroom flickered terribly, staff rarely was at the front desk. 6.0/10
- 5/5
Great customer service everyone was friendly & ready to assist in anyway
- 5/5
Room very clean. Enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
It was perfect
- 4/5
I can't really blame the hotel for the guests in the room above us, but they were up until 1am stomping around sounding like they were playing basketball or having a recreation of WrestleMania. As for the hotel, the room was nice and clean and pool was clean, staff was friendly, but the main problem was breakfast. Not much in way of variety and several of the oranges had mold or rot on them.
- 3/5
It’s an older hotel that was remodeled. When we entered our room it was clean but lots of pinesol smell. Couch could be replaced. Other than that all was good overall for what we needed.
- 5/5
Had an excellent room. The breakfast was super. Had everything available you could want. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Now on when go up there to visit my grandbaby at Ronald McDonald..
- 3/5
It wasn’t the best Comfort Inn, they don’t have any where for you to hang your wet towel in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok nothing special, they had a variety of food items to choose from which was good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and beds surprisingly comfortable! Not the most updated hotel room but for a nights stay at a good price I was pleased
- 5/5
Great stay, friendly staff, clean room
- 5/5
Great hotel. We will be back again!!
- 2/5
The air conditioner in room 109 barely worked. The sheets appeared clean but there was long strains of blond hair in the sheets. The room smells old and like mildew.
- 3/5
I always enjoy staying here at Country Inn & Suites. My daughter and grandson live in Fort Worth and stay less than 5 minutes away so it’s very convenient. I’ve stayed at this same location about 4 or 5 times. This last stay I was upgraded to a balcony room which was very nice of them, but I will never stay in a balcony room again. The people at the pool were there for hours the one night and were very loud. They were having a good time so I didn’t complain, but my grandson had school the next morning which was May 18th. It was hard to get him to sleep which all of the excitement going on outside. But other than that, and other than the hotel needing to be updated, I have no other complaints or issues. I will stay again, just not a balcony room.
- 5/5
We selected this hotel almost randomly as we had never been to Fort Worth before. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and will stay here again if we return. A problem-free stay in every way.
- 5/5
It was good and front staff was good too
- 4/5
The breakfast it was good!
- 3/5
Our toilet got clogged up. Got a plunger from the front desk. Fixed.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good!!
- 4/5
Definitely not a high end place and we were just there 1 night for a place to crash after a concert at Dickies Arena. The bedding was AMAZING, which I appreciated, and we made great use of the larger than normal fridge in the room. A/C was good and fresh, room was clean but in need of updating. Didn't use the coffee pot, nor did we eat breakfast there though. Staff was nice and accommodated my request for a 1st floor unit.
- 5/5
Clean and Quiet. Limited breakfast; std Fair. Very nice staff.
- 2/5
The room is smell bad and you can hear the next door noise. The staff is not nice too.
- 5/5
yes , very good 👍
- 5/5
Great room, comfy beds, easy location and good breakfast.
- 5/5
it was good.... they could use some new furniture in the rooms.... the couches are worn out
- 5/5
love this hotel everything about it staff breakfast parking we stay here every chance we get
- 4/5
It was clean and in a nice neighborhood.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
I hadn't stayed here in a few years but it is still a nice hotel. It is a little dated but overall a nice, clean hotel. I loved the breakfast. They always had a nice variety to choose from. The staff was polite and very courteous. I highly recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Staff seemed new and unsure, I asked for more coffee for my room and they couldn’t find any. Room cleaning was oddly random.
- 1/5
All the room wasn't properly cleaned and had food from previous guests the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and they don't supply enough towels in the rooms the ice bucket was gross and had to be cleaned before using they never fully restocked the breakfast bar and they have rediculous rules that do not make sense and the ones who run the hotel are extremely rude
- 4/5
You could hear the ppl on the 3rd floor above me. I believe there was a weak spot. The shower curtain holder was loose causing water to fall in the floor, bisides thise to 2 things the stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly.
- 2/5
The room was “OK”, the doors shut but there were visible gaps, which didn’t feel safe. The walls were thin and someone above us as well as to the side of us were making noise, dropping things around 2 in the morning. Many windows from the outside had the blinds slightly open and trash, construction materials were visible. The waitstaff were friendly, but were using old Wal-Mart carts to transport toiletries. The couch in our room had the upholstery ripped. The carpe in the hallways was filthy, and one spot looked like some chemical (looked like bleach maybe) was spilled down the walls, soaked the carpet and wasn’t cleaned up for at least 2 days. Our door key was deactivated early in the morning before we checked out.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
It was a double Queen room. It has different kind of hazard, the bed frame or the boxspring the three huge metal things hanging close to the window that can be a hazard to any family. The bathroom door doesn’t latch. The hotel isn’t very poor condition. The carpet was extremely dirty.
- 5/5
Everything thing was very clean the beds are comfortable and the staff friendly you can smell breakfast as early as 5am and it’s stocked well with fresh donuts mini muffins bread and cereal fresh eggs fresh toast cheese eggs and my fav Oatmeal not instant!! coffee tea juice and yogurt everyday I recommend if your near by passing thru or here for work as we are you stay here
- 5/5
Great beds and pillows which is my top priority! Rooms were clean, a/c and heat worked good, location felt safe, front desk lady was very accommodating, breakfast for adequate. It will definitely be on my list of options for our next Fort Worth trip.
- 5/5
Room was spotless. Staff very curdi
- 5/5
Room was cleaned, staff very nice. Good prices for the rooms and breakfast is good.
- 5/5
Great room very quiet great place for good price
- 3/5
Furniture in room was worn with holes. USB ports did not work. Mold present in bathroom.
- 3/5
Three floors lift is big enough. Hard time finding stairs near 303 room number anyway. They got laundry so washer and dryer 2 USD each, thumbs up for that. The cleaniness inside room is a challenge, the coffee maker was never cleaned, it had old coffee sachet used one inside not sure for how long, funny part it was not cleaned during my stay at the time of room service. They should upgrade the kettle, its super slow. BATHROOM sink was leaking on the second day, towels dirty with stains on it, shampoo bottle never refilled. Of course when flagged the manager gave the shampoo thats nice but seems there is no SOP set for room cleaning. Best part Amazing breakfast, this should not change no one offers these many options at this price. Eggs, oats, fruits 2 options, juice, waffles, tea, coffee, yogurt, sausges, grilled patty, mashed potatoes, wedges, milk, cornflakes, bread, bagel. Cheese butter, peanut butter. Amazingggg, 5 star here. Eat all you can. Room service is poor, despite raising flags before room service beds was not made, shampoo no refill. Checkout was super smooth. I would love stay again, given if they could improve their room service standards.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and nice place
- 5/5
Very clean and a good location!
- 5/5
Very nice lady at checkin, clean nice room
- 1/5
I Didn’t Take The Stay Because The Hotel Refused My Service Dog And Said No Pets Period.. I Asked For A Refund & They Refused My Refund… Nowhere In My Booking Did It Ask For The Deposit They Asked For Upon Arrival Nor Did It State That The Hotel Wasn't Pet Friendly… They Were Rude And Unprofessional. They Also Said Online With My Booking That I’d Have A Room With A Balcony.. I Pulled Up To The Hotel And All Rooms Were Inside, All Flat Windows Outside. There Were No Balconies.
- 1/5
The room/hotel is not as advertised or even close. The couch was ripped to shreds, not to mention gave a rash after only 20 minutes of sitting on it, the room was not clean (clumps of hair inside the sheets, used towels in the bathroom), and bugs swarming out of the AC unit every time it turned on. The owners refused to switch our room and told us “to just checkout”. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We did not stay and ended up checking out to go somewhere else.
- 1/5
The management was rude, the room was dirty, and there were bugs coming from the air vents. The hotel looked nothing like the photos.
- 3/5
The room could have been cleaner, it had a suite and it was obvious the floor hadn’t been vacuumed in both rooms.
- 5/5
Showers need updated but over all great
- 4/5
Yes parking is great.Staff on front desk was ok.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean! The staff was nice!
- 5/5
Loved this place very nice and clean and very affordable
- 4/5
That is good to rest!
- 4/5
Clean room, good breakfast
- 1/5
The Iron smelling is all I remember
- 3/5
Our room had a sleeper sofa which had ripped/torn fabric covering the cushions. We could not get the television to work. The only person we saw working the facility spent a great deal of her time on the phone which appeared to be primarily personal calls. My husband asked for directions to access the television since thee were no instructions in the room, but she told him to turn it on and went back to her phone call. I went and asked later in the afternoon and her response to me was that she had already told my husband how to turn it on. We never got the television to work. Work rooms were open as we passed them to our room with dirty laundry in the halls. Do not recommend this facility.
- 3/5
Location was not exactly as close in. Needs some maintenance on the building and room. Felt dirty, strong smell in the building and room. Owner/staff were nice though.
- 5/5
Beds are extremely comfortable!! Had a nice stay!!
- 3/5
Hotel was in a sketchy location and smelled the minute you walked in the door. Room and bathroom was clean. It was ok for my one night stay. Most likely will not stay again.
- 1/5
We ended up not staying they said they would refund us the room was disgustingly nasty the couches had all the leather scratched off it looked like someone spit on the tv.There were stains and floors dirty.. room definitely was not as described in pictures terrible....can not stress how nasty it was...
- 4/5
Is a place I will return too
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 3/5
It’s OK for the cost. Pool was clean. Bed mattress was comfortable but the pillows were about as bad as it gets. It’s a 1 star that at least tries. But it’s a cheap motel and they only have so much of a budget. So if expectations are properly placed then you will like it fine.
- 1/5
First off I was not able to make my reservations because my sister was in the hospital due to her diabetes secondly when I did call the reservation and they told me that it was $100 cash deposit which was not mentioned in hotels.com so was actually not even able to if I wanted to to check into the room I'm very disappointed I really like hotels.com but this is not how I expected to be treated
- 5/5
The breakfast was great and I loved the pool hours
- 5/5
Very quiet area, very close to dickies arena. Best shower pressure I might have ever had at a hotel. Make your own waffles for breakfast were very good
- 3/5
The room was very clean. I didnt like that I had to leave a $100 deposit that was reversed on my card but now I have to wait till my bank deposites it to my account
- 1/5
No recommend
- 1/5
I was giving a room, that had a cigarette smell, the smoke alarm was covered whit a shower cap .They assigned me another room, but by 4 am i was awake the cigarette smell was also present in this room. In the morning I was given a room that had no cigarette smell. I was finally able to get some sleep.
- 5/5
Alvin and Jaclyn were so amazingly helpful and very nice.
- 4/5
Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a concert. The dickies arena was 10 minutes away which was perfect. The location of the hotel had a great selection of restaurants and shopping options. We had a great stay. We didn't get to try out the breakfast nor had time to go swimming.
