We had a great experience staying here.. everything was very clean, good breakfast. It was nice having the shuttle available to take you to the Stockyards.

Recommended improvement- The hotel does not offer body wash as part of the amenities and most scaled hotels makes it available and installed in the bathroom.

We so enjoyed our stay. The lobby smelled good and the front desk folks were great. We arrived early but were able to check into our room and leave our luggage. Even if we couldn't check in, they would allow us to park for free while we went to the Fort Worth Stockyards, only a couple of miles away. The room was clean and comfy with all the amenities we needed-microwave, frig, and coffeemaker. Breakfast had a good variety with plenty of seating. We plan to stay here whenever we visit Fort Worth. The shuttle was only available in the evenings.

I booked 1 room for Wednesday August 5 thur Thursday 6. And then booked a room August 5. Paid for this room on line then had to pay for again at hotel. How do I fix this?

Rooms clean, bed comfy, shower really good, breakfast really good, aircon was really good too. Can’t fault the hotel itself. However I was really really disappointed in the staff no greeting no hello no smiles no customer service, we felt like we was annoying them just by checking in. That being my first time in Texas was extremely disappointing. I just can’t believe it is acceptable to have that kind of customer service. We wanted some information but we didn’t bother asking because of the lack of communication we had received already. Very disappointed.

Only 1 elevator and key card readers for outside door didn't work very well. Breakfast was not impressive no bacon, no pancakes and dehydrated eggs. Cereal was not geared towards kids so no breakfast for grandson for 4 days. Had to ask for flimsy mattress for pullout which didn't know for 2 days. A/C was cold. Bed was comfortable but sheets kept coming off as they were queen on a king bed. Cleaning and breakfast staff only spoke Spanish so hard to communicate.

Staff at check in were speed focussed and seemed intent on being elsewhere. The free shuttle is good, driver really friendly and professional. A diamond in the rough! The hotel beyond the lobby has an obscure smell that permeates the property.

I stayed one night with 2 young ladies (one being my granddaughter) so that they would be able to see Hamilton at the Bass Hall. I reserved the King size suite with the sofa bed. I wanted to be able to close a door between us but keep them safe. The problem was the sofa bed! I might have slept a total of 2 hrs due to the discomfort of the sofa bed. In the morning I was exhausted and hurting. The girls sleep well in the bed but I would recommend better quality sleep furniture if you are going to offer a sofa bed. What I had was a torture bed!

We stayed here several years ago and the property was much cleaner and nicer. The property is in need of some renovations as the carpet in the room and lobby were very dirty. There were holes in the wallpaper, the tile floor in the bathroom was moldy. The hallways and rooms smelled very musty and overall dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was a Sunday and they said breakfast started at 7:00. I wanted to leave early but decided to wait a bit so I could have breakfast. But at 7:20 the breakfast still wasn’t out so I left disappointed

This property was a Godsend! We had checked into an extended stay near our concert venue and it was a total DUMP (despite the photos on their website - which were NOT the same facility). When we left that location, we found this Country Inn & Suites as available and in a budget friendly price range. It was still convenient to everything we wanted to do in Ft Worth for the 3 days we were there. Most importantly, their staff were friendly and attentive, the facility was extremely clean and very well-maintained, the rooms were immaculate and roomy, and they even had a complimentary breakfast to boot. Right next door is a Mexican restaurant, which was convenient for an easy dinner after checking in. If we ever need to return to Ft Worth, we will definitely stay here!

The kitchen staff kicked you out right at nine, despite people still trying to grab food. The pancake mix was empty.

Never stayed here but had to pay anyways. Booked a holiday with my fiance and father in jan 2026. Trip was supposed to be june 2026. After booking my father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. We cremated him in May 2026. Radisson would refund my fathers room but not ours despite all other hotels and airlines as part of the planned trip being compassionate with them policy is policy. I travel for work alot. I will 100% never stay at a radisson again!

The noise for the freeway at night was so loud 😞

It appeared to be a Motel with a Hotel name. The room was OK but the Days Inn and other properties down the road were nicer. This is an older property that is clean enough OK. Not worth the price I paid.

Nice hotel. All the facilities were clean and comfortable. Great showers, nice beds, good breakfast, though the breakfast area was too small. Well/kept and inviting entrance. They had fresh cookies at front desk, a free shuttle to the Stockyards, and free tickets to a live act at Billy Bob’s! Great Mexican restaurant right next door. The only thing to note is that you can hear the highway and trains at night. Would recommend.

The room was extremely hot. The place smelled really bad as well. Was trapped outside by the pool. Called front desk it took him 15 minutes to come let us in. Very dissatisfied

The staff was very nice and check in and out was easy. The hotel could use some upgrading pretty bad. The beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms could use to be much cleaner.

The front of this hotel looked nice..BUT inside is very tired. Our rooms stunk bad. All the carpets are old and need replacing. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good mirror.But had we known it didnt match the picture at all, we wouldve stsyed somewhere else else.

Clean, quiet and close to Billy Bobs/Stockyards with a shuttle on the weekends for a perfect overnight stay! Bonus Mexican restaurant nearby :)
