Upon check in the clerk was simultaneously having a conversation via his earbud while tintermittently asking me questions. Couldn’t tell when he was actually talking to me. Lock on room door was broken. Had to push furniture against door for security. Pool area was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere, debris in water. Mechanical lifts at pool at hot tub broken and falling apart, exposing electronics, sharp edges. NO hot water in shower. Called front desk, gentleman seemed distracted and told me to turn the knob the other way, which I obviously had tried and had told him. ROACH in the bathroom. Wake up call system inoperable

It was nice. We felt safe. It was comfortable, just a great stay. We were on the 2nd floor and it was very quite. You couldn't hear anyone on the outside.

Comfort Suites id definitely not my thing. It may be from some but not me. Did not feel safe or welcomed. Never a greeting in or out of the hotel lobby. It’s like ii houses a family that owns the place. This is the second time in 5 years that I have tried a comfort suites and they can take the “comfort” out of the name.

Location was nice and within distance of a few restaurants and a gas station. That the front desk staff said room number out loud. I'm a single traveler and when another person is nearby I'd prefer my room number to be not said out loud. You dont know who has bad intentions these days. Just be mindful and have awareness for safety.

Staff was good. The only problem we had is they double charged us and my money took 3 days before it came back in. Other then that service was good and rooms were great.

The bed it was very uncomfortable. It's like it, it needs to be a new mattress and the hot watercet in the for the bathroom. We didn't have hot water, but we did in the bathtub.

The free parking and was easy to get too They had a few restaurants near by The elevator wasn’t working and we were staying on second floor. The place is a bit run down and our room smelt of cigarette smell very badly even tho it was a non smoking room. Definitely should be cheaper price to stay there.

The hotel elevator was down for both nights of the stay which would normally be no problem but half of the doors in the stairway were broken you had to scan the card multiple times or something walk around the whole building also when my husband went to purchase something from the front desk we waited 20 min for someone to help us and no one ever did and multiple guest were also waiting. The bathtub drain wouldn’t stay up so when you went to shower the drain would stay down leaving us to have to use a towel to keep it open

Our room door handle started coming off from outside on our 3 day . The breakfast was ok not a lot options. The kids loved the pool but they run out of of pool towels and don’t restock then you have to use the room towels but to even get new ones you have to bring the used towels to the front first.

I reserved for one night due to having an 8.2 rating. Room was fine, although toilet came off floor when pressed one side getting off. Definitely needs fixing. Nobody around to report when I left. Extremely poor lighting in bathroom sink area, especially for a woman and makeup. Coffee was old, no real breakfast food. Ended up going to McDonald’s across the street. Room was fine, although saw lots of cobwebs in bathroom door hinge. I would not stay at this hotel again. Arrived after midnight due to AA mechanical problems. No answer first time I called the 800 number. Tried a second time and manager responded quickly. Overall rating a 2-3 for this hotel.

Manager not on-site, I was told they were getting back at me hut never did. Had booked for 3 nights and ended up staying just 1 when we found out about the fleas. Room 101, overall dirty

The hot tub was hot and clean, pool properly cared for, the gym equipment was maintained, the staff friendly.

Rooms are ghetto and poorly remodeled. Windows have water leaking from rain. Breakfast was horrible and we arrived late and slept only and left as early as possible to go have breakfast. Random people out front late drinking and smoking on property. Not a good area to stay in either.

Bathroom was not clean. Stayed from Friday to Monday, cleaners never cleaned the room once even though the front desk claimed that the cleaners clean every other day. Photos are misleading, probably taken on opening day or something.

I overhead a front desk worker tell a patron that they didn’t have plastic silverware which is a lie because they have it for breakfast. They could have gone above and beyond to support a traveler. Also, while trying to checkout, all the workers were outside as a line formed with people trying to check in and check out. They saw us standing there and slowly made their way to the desk

Nice property thst was nearby food places. The area was somewhat sketchy but it was safe. Yhere are some updates that have been done but more is needed.

Looks like the hotel was really old, they did some renovations but smelled like old property. The staff was Kind of friendly but honestly it’s was really cheap. If you are looking for cheaper options this is it.

It was an average hotel. Nothing stood out as wonderful even the staff. It’s a bare minimum type of place so it worked for us for our short stay.

The pool and hot tub were out of service, one of the main factors for choosing this place, what a disappointment.

The room itself was fine and the TV worked great. Probably the best part about the trip. The gym needs some dumbbells. I like the cardio equipment. But why have a bench without dumbbells? The elevator wasn’t working and so walking up three flights was an annoyance with luggage. The breakfast is mediocre.

Support was lacking. The hotel was old and run down. The elevator did not work. The hot tub was closed the only time I tried to use it. There was a cockroach in the first floor bathroom.

I was charged twice for the same room!

The beds were hard for a comfort inn. Hurt my back, and my shoulder. The beds also slide when we would sit down on them. Bathroom door did not latch. Shower curtain to short. Had to have both room keys reprogrammed. You know what they always say dont put them near your phone or anything magnetic. But I'm an access control professional, and i never out the cards by anything magnetic. They were either not programmed correctly, or it’s time to replace them.

The employees are nice, but the room was cute - although it had a urine smell to it. Wifi is free but also never worked. We reported this to staff only to get a shrug and refusal to look into why. The apps on the tv don't work because they aren't set up, and that was the only way to use the tv. Honestly, not the worst place I have stayed but I won't be back. Oh, and they put a $400 hold on your card, which is unnecessarily steep

Our biggest complaint was the smell in the elevator and rooms. The stench in the elevator when we arrived was awful and figured it would be taken care of by morning. When morning came it was much worse. We considered taking the stairs but my daughter is handicap and can’t maneuver them easily. In our room the bathroom floor was very warped and again made us nervous for our daughter’s safety. We had requested handicap accessible yet there was nothing handicap accessible about it. Also, the rooms say non smoking room and clearly people were smoking in them due to the smell in the hallways.

Could use more parking spots.

They was a baby walking alone in a dipper with no adult in sight. When asked if we could change rooms because we were uncomfortable. They said we only have one room left and we have to charge you. We were let down on comfort suites the brand and will no longer stay with any of the locations

Room not what I payed for I was shown a jacuzzi suite when I booked my stay. Get there shown a room that smelled musty couch with stains an dirty tub. Again not a jacuzzi room told the guy at desk said somebody else already booked the room that o booked. Not good business!!!Was told nothing could be done.

I walked into my room and immediately went to potty. I flushed the toilet and it started overflowing. I wanted to wait for a couple of flushes before I rang the alarm bell. It in fact was clogged. We were told it would be fixed immediately & after waiting for hours someone came and unclogged the toilet but no one was there to clean up. So yeah it was gross. The shower has no water pressure whatsoever. It felt like you were at a beach shower and you had to push the button and you only had so long before the water just stopped and you had to push the button like repeatedly? Yeah that’s the type of shower this was like. The couch is a nice touch, IF it were clean! That thing was disgustingly gross. I wouldn’t let me or anyone I care about sit on that thing. I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned before. Gross. Just gross. I have stayed at multiple comfort suites but this one was by far just nasty. I do not recommend.

Took awhile to get checked in, no one was ever at front desk. Had to call a number to get someone. Frustrating after a long drive. Room and bed were great. Quiet confortable. Good breakfast and the housekeeping staff were awesome.

The room and bed were clean but the tub didn't drain and was dirty. They had very recently shampooed the carpet and it was still wet and the whole room smelled STRONGLY of the carpet shampoo. The pool was clean, the hot tub not so much. The breakfast was really good!

Honestly its not my first time staying here but this time i got a room where the air vent from the restroom wasn't working and the tub drain was clogged but overall this is my go to spot when i travel here

Pool wasn’t working when I asked why it wasn’t up the desk person said the city and I said I would have liked to know when checking in since we were all in the pool in swimsuits when they told us to leave, the desk clerk said he didn’t have to tell us it was closed before hand because I didn’t ask! Excuse me?. I didn’t know I had to ask to see if your amenities are working usually they let u know at check in. Rooms are updated but poorly done. Bathroom and tub are dirty. At least there was dining near by. Won’t stay here again.

The sheets had black spots on them the tub was dirty. The floor had stuck gum/ candy on it. The room had a horrible smell. The elevator stopped working and when my spouse said something the staff said”It will be okay”

Stay was based on property having a hot tub and pool. Neither were cleaned and useable. Staff said both would be cleaned and useable in two days. Both closed the entire time.

Elevator had a strong cigarette odor. Kids filled the hotel were crying and screaming. Also was not a variety of items for breakfast

Pool and hot tub were very dirty and unsanitary and the breakfast options were the same every day for the entire week we were there. The room we had was a king suite and it was nice.

Hardly had any staff members at the front desk for questions. The overhead music in the lobby/first floor area where guest rooms were nearby was much to loud at 11 pm. Room was big. Breakfast was fairly good!

Just a good place to lay your head for the night. Elevators were kind of sketchy but besides that, not a bad last second choice. Can check in super late into the night so that’s a plus.

Beautiful, very clean hotel. Everything was pristine staff was very friendly smelled so good in there. our room was so clean and perfect. Very modern up-to-date very comfortable bed. AC works amazing room was a 10 of 10.

Curtains were filthy. some trash still in a corner of room. Bathtub stopper not working properly, wouldn't hold water enough for bath- but water also stayed in bottom of tub during shower. Wanted use of pool but it was closed.

Stayed in one of the bigger rooms, at first i was really impressed with the size of the room but it smelled like mildew. The couch was covered in stains. The bed was awful, it was hard and i could feel the springs stabing into my back. The shower and tub were not cleaned very well. The comforter had a huge brown stain on it. When i ask for another comforter they said thats not possible, they could only offer blankets. The pillows were tiny. The tv in the lobby was blaring loud. The rooms are not sound proof. But all the restaurants are in walking distance and so is a convenient store.

We stay for 3 days.we didn’t see the room service . And they did a mistake for charging us twice for upgrade .

Got there about 10:45 at night. Took 3 try’s to get a room with a working AC unit. Room I did settle for had hair in the shower. Door to the room caught on the carpet so it didn’t open all the way. Sink had stains in it. Not a great experience overall.

There was a whole in the closet door that didnt close. Shelves missing in dresser. The shower was dirty and leaked. Stains on the floor pool was nasty. Bugs everywhere. Only good part was the staff being polite

Expected a nicer facility. Carpet looked dirty, white bug powder all over the bathroom. We were looking forward too the hot tub and it was lukewarm. They turned it off because of off and on rain, that should have been told at check-in. Breakfast was the usual
