Was a good place. Quite. Room was good. Bed little firm for me but overall good place.

Hotel room was very nice and clean, was a good size and the beds felt very soft. Did not like the bedding on one bed, the comforters were completely different where one felt like a blanket in the other felt like a shower curtain. Staff was friendly and the location was in a really good spot. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The air conditioner smelled but other than that every thing was okay

This is our second time staying here. We used this hotel for our second trip because the staff were nice helpful, and someone was always at the desk when we needed something. It’s clean, the pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good and location was close to the highway for easy traveling. We will stay here again on our next trip to Dallas Fort Worth.

Only compla...pool was not heat or salt water, but very inviting, hot tub excellent, staf very nice and helpful....definitely staying here again.

It was a good stay. we loved the pool and hot tub and the room was nice and clean and roomy for my family. it was close to the zoo and was nice to hang out and watch tv. we werent able to take breakfast to the room which wasnt acceptional due to me having little kids. so we didnt end up trying breakfast. the coffee was very good though.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it’s been great. But the second night I saw a roach in the restroom and the next night there was a baby roach. Very disappointing. The hotel needs daily cleaning to prevent this in rooms and also should have exterminator service done. Other than this the hotel is great. They could use more accessible rooms also.

The only downside for me was the a/c unit was a bit ornery at getting the room as cool as I wanted it and staying that way throughout the night. About 4 a.m. it finally got and stayed cold enough for me to sleep soundly until I woke up at 8 for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, loved the waffle!

Ok place to stay starting to "age" but breakfast was good and staff helpful. Also roo " refresh" is every other day...post it so we know to call for fresh towels.😉

Checked in at 1:30 am after driving 1000 miles. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean the beds were comfy and had a nice breakfast. Would recommend and would stay again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds

I stayed there with my family, and we all enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the nice and warm breakfast, and friendliness of the staff. It's refreshing to comeback to a tidy and clean room after a long day outdoors; the housekeepers are very respectful of personal properties. Now, the hotel needs some serious updating - it has the late 1990s - early 2000s feel and you can't help to notice on the wore out furniture, carpeting, and cracked tiles here and there. Despite that, it is a clean place and they do their best. They should have a tougher policy to keep smokers away from the back exit of the building, the smell of MJ went through the hallway and elevator.

Room smelled mildewy and the AC was not on. Another guest was at the front desk with a bloody pillowcase that was left when they checked in their room and that freaked out my kids.

Very good! When we tried to use the jacuzzi. The water was stinking and dirty. My husband went in for a few seconds and left stinking of dirty and rotten water. We rented this hotel room already thinking about using the jacuzzi. But we left frustrated.

The shower actually had adequate pressure which is unusual for hotels in general; in my experience anyway. It was a surprise and a welcome change from the norm. It was much appreciated. Breakfast was good. Nice variety. My wife especially enjoyed the sausage patties. The sheet that I grabbed out of the closet was extra crispy and exceeded my expectations. The hot tub was not hot and they were doing some kind of maintenance on it. The exhaust fan in the bath was on, but it was not working correctly. The pillows were not great.

After talking to front desk twice, third times the charm; Clean, no issues with unlimited wifi, nice staff; would stay again! Work on the breakfast policy. For what it is, it’s fair please add more effort in hot foods, also would love the option to take any portion back to the room, especially for remote workers. The bed is hard but comfortable, some prefer soft.

Our room smelt funny as well as the stairs. Otherwise the experience was good!

The room was really clean, I like the black out shades. Overall the hotel is pretty decent just the breakfast area needs an upgrade.

Used booking.com for 2 king jacuzzi rooms. Paid 810.00 for 2 nights. Got to hotel and it was another 200.00 each room for a deposit that shows no where on the paper at check in nor does it show on booking. So we went with 2 king suites no big deal. Charged me another 150.00 for a deposit after I just paid 810.00. Go up to the rooms, decent size and nice. One of the rooms 402 the floor was soaked by air conditioner when I woke up the next morning. Told the front desk and they said they would have it looked at while we were out and about. Came back from running around and the floor was still soaking wet. We will not be staying there again. Update to their response, the air conditioner leaking was reported Saturday morning not the day we checked out. We moved our things over to another room for them to fix it, the front desk lady said they might have to move us to a different room hence why we moved our things out of there. We came back from sight seeing to 2 pieces of wood under a/c propping it up that was not there the night before so if we reported the day we checked out then how did we know those 2 pieces of wood were there also the floor was still soaking wet! You can say what you want to make people think we were lying on the review but you know the truth and if you want a better review then maybe you need to post the truth. The staff was very nice nothing against them but don’t be putting things out there that were not true. As far as the deposit that’s on me if it’s in the description on booking. The shower in the tub was slick and my husband slipped and fell.

I thought I was getting a room with a jacuzzi and when I arrived they told me that all of those rooms were booked. I wish it would have been more clear on how to guarantee the jacuzzi because that is the whole reason I went with this hotel.

It was just ok. AC was noisy, but the room itself was decent and clean.

Wonderful place to stay!

The hotel needs some updates, the carpet looks very old, it makes the room smell stuffy. While we were there was a thunderstorm, so the elevator didn’t work, so we have to walk up 4 flight upstairs.

Breakfast was fresh. Coffee is good. Staff is nice. Room was clean. But the BEDS ARE HORRIBLE. HARD AS A ROCK. I slept so badly because the bed was so hard.

The front desk staff helped me many times with the computer in the office and getting hot coffee! Very accommodating and nice staff! Surprisingly, The room felt really big! Everything was clean. We had a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a nice TV. The paint on the walls looked new and felt rich and pretty. There was a ceiling fan in the center of the room over our beds - Woww! The air conditioner was quiet & worked! The bathroom was large and clean, had rich colors and granite countertops. (I even took a picture of the brand of towels to see if I could buy some because - were so nice.) The vending machine down the hall was stocked and the prices were very reasonable!! We loved breakfast! Huge room, clean plenty of options in the buffet, nice tv to watch if desired. Everything was fully stocked in the buffet - every single morning. Someone really cared about tiny details! Even the little butter containers in the refrigerator were stacked with precision! This hotel, FAR exceeded my expectations. I stayed here with my adult son and I think we said to each other, every single day, “this is the nicest place!” (We’ve stayed in pretty awful hotels before, so this was a blessing.) I will 100% DEFINITELY stay here again if I am ever in town and I will look for this hotel chain in other locations!

The room was decently cleaned, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately was severe weather in the area, including flash flooding, baseball size hail, tornadoes and loss of power. I understand those things happen, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. Most of us staying at the Property we’re traveling from areas that don’t have tornadoes frequently, so I feel some sort of communication should have been pushed out when the tornado sirens started going off.

Toilet looked like it had not been cleaned inside. Staff stated it was a scratch from a snake took used to unclog the toilet. Floor had stains, furniture worn, beds were not comfortable. one of my guest had white lint in his hair from linens on bed. Air unit was full of dust and room smelled musty. I would not choose to stay there again. I considered checking out the first night at midnight, but because of the hassle one must endure when booking via 3rd party company, I stayed, but limited my time in the room.

The pool was broken then the elevator broke. The furniture was in poor shape needed to be replaced. Kids were disappointed with no pool. That was one of the main reasons for picking this hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful; room was clean and there weren't any issues. our room had the jacuzzi tub (hot tub) and it was very relaxing. Breakfast was very good especially the cinnamon Texas shaped waffles. Defiantly will be staying here again when going back to Ft. Worth.

Pool was under construction and the place was old and grungy. Wall paper separating from the wall and toilet gross.

There 3 nights. Never came yo clean the room once. Had to call for towels, washcloths, toilet paper etc. they told me to come down to the desk and get it. They should have brought it up to my room. Asked for extra pillows, they only had 2. We j mm had 4 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast was good though.

Breakfast was good! LOVED the waffle maker! Coffee was good. Parking was good, 24 hout fitness across the street big win! The hotel gym was not that great ubless you like cardio only. The surrounding area was decent, didnt feel sketchy. We would stay here again.

The stay was great. The sheets could have been changed because I do not like seeing other people hair on my pillow cases nor in the bathroom sink.

I loved everything about the stay. It was close to everything. The only thing I didn’t like is that the “indoor pool” is in a different building separate from the main property and the water was freezing cold. So we froze in the water and then when we walked to the building we froze again.

The rooms are always wonderful. The staff goes above and beyond to anticipate my needs and ensure my safety. I am a late night traveler and it's good to know someone is looking out.

The check in was good, the air conditioning system sucks it was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep after a six hour drive there. But it was very convenient for where we were going.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small for a room that sleeps 6. We found customer service could have been taken a step further. For example the chain’s system would not allow me to use my either of my 2 debit cards for the $200 incidental hold. They worked for the $20 additional fee I was charged for my 16 year old (hotels.com counted her as a minor…comfort did not)Then we called that we would be arriving late and we still walked into a room that’s temperature was 85 degrees. The AC could have been turned on sometime before our 1:30 AM arrival. Like I said the room was clean and staff was kind, I think as a chain there’s some improvements that could be made.

Good clean hotel in a nice area.

Traveling during the week for work. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rear parking lot was tightt quarters but I was able to park just outside my room window. I didn't check.out the pool but it did look inviting. The waffle iron worked flawlessly all week and made perfectly browned crisp waffles. The staff was always happy and helpful.

Worked for what and where we needed to be

It was a nice room clean with a comfortable bed. Had a nice indoor pool with a hot tub. We did not use the breakfast buffet so can not leave a comment on that. The refrigerator in the room had a noisy rattle but otherwise it worked fine. I would stay again

There was hair in the shower a pile of hair, not just a couple of strands. I didn’t say anything to the front clerk because she was the most helpful person of my stay. But the room smelled a bit as well and she gave me fresher to make it better.

Only thing missing in the room was the door sticker for don’t disturb it’s just an observation, the hotel was impeccable and the services and staff gave me a great service.

- Logging on the wifi required me bring my laptop to the front desk to get logged on. Each time I would logoff it would not auto connect. -I requested clean towels and the dumping of trash but required a trip to the front desk to exchange towels and dump trash.I had been out of the room the entire day and the towels and trah were not exchanged. However, front desk staff provided towels and a place to dump trash.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s one of the few places I will stay at in Fort Worth. Because of the comfort, ease, cleanliness, convenience for my reason of staying. Love it here!

This was a nice comfortable stay.

Went to the pool and there weren’t any towels. When I asked the front desk for more towels she made a rude comment about us using the room towels. Then there wasn’t any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.
