The room seemed clean but once we got back from an evening out there were bugs in the sink and shower of the bathroom.

Clock didn’t work, small TV and the remote had no scrolling arrows, wall thermostat didn’t work and no sign saying to use the unit controls, blackout shade didn’t close all the way, ice machine in lobby only and no buckets. You’re supposed to know to use the ice maker bucket from the room fridge; of course there is no water line to make ice in the room. People above sound like elephants walking. No complimentary bottled water, obvious lack of maintenance, noisy a/c, cheap, artificial flowers out front. I will never stay at one of these again..

The stay was good. The cleaning staff was awesome. The room was clean. The day we checked out the lady at the counter must have been having a bad day. She asked how can I help you and I said I was checking out and then she said you will have to wait I am in the middle of something. I said ok. Then when she did get back with me she said ok, have a good day. I asked her for a receipt and she acted like it bothered her and then she said You will have to get with Hotels.com. Everything was fine until checkout.

The smell of those rooms. Awful. I went to the first room I had to get out. The smell was horrible. I ask to the receptionist, she was very kind and she gave me another room. Same thing. The smell was horrible. They need to do something about it. Please. Don't stay here unless you had covid and still you have symptoms were you can't smell things. But otherwise you poor nose is going to suffer

The hotel itself was great. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would just suggest that a room that sleeps four has the kitchen stuff for four people instead of two.

Extremely good price for clean and well maintained property in an area that is easy to access with many options for both dining and fuel close by.

The first room I stayed in had a ton of moisture and it smelled of mold and I later found out there is a mold issue with the hotel. It was on the first floor. My second room that I stayed in the next week was much better on the 4th floor. Staff was very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay here just because the amenities and hotel are older and not kept up at all. The staff was very friendly and super helpful though.

The people who work here are always the best. The hotel is getting old and it shows, not as nice as it once used to be; but, still good for the money. I've stayed here numerous times and have never had any issues. This last stay I had only a few and not anything major, I'm sure I will stay again. I had left to go get something to eat and it was pouring down rain, when I made it back I parked in the back near the door to be closer, my key didn't work...I ended up having to walk all the way back around to the front. Then when I got to my room on the 3rd floor, I realized there was no remote for the TV, had to call the front desk and then go back to the lobby to get one so I could watch the TV, which I needed to do to try and drown out the people about 2 doors down, that were playing loud music, almost sounded like they were having a party. The room smelled funny and the tub had a crack. Again, I've never had any issues before but it does seem like the place is going downhill.

There was no breakfast provided, but we did avail ourselves of the Pantry offerings. We love how spacious the closet is, the desk with it's cubby spaces and the huge drawers of the Chest. The iron heated up super fast. We really appreciate the full size refrigerator. We are anticipating a stay of 2 to 4 weeks and feel this hotel will meet the needs of a long term stay excellently. The TV in our room, this time, did not work. We did not complain as we had books we could read and did not spend that much time in the room.

Perfect for someone that prefers a studio apartment style with kitchenette and dishes. Lots of restaurant selection and Walmart all within 5 minutes drive. Close to highway.

The ac was not great. The room was humid and smelled. I got up because I felt like something bit me. There were small dead bugs in the bed!! Then a live spider crawled under the mattress! It was very late so we switched rooms and it was better. The staff was very nice but wouldn’t stay again.

So I will gladly return to Candlewood Suites with my dog on future trips to Fort Worth.

Staff were indignant and rude concerning other guests and willing to let long term guests leave so they can book their rooms for higher rates during weekend events.

Felt safe, comfortable rooms, ac in 410 was ice cold so we slept great, awesome kitchen and perfect to save money when traveling for softball team. We will absolutely stay her again!

The check-in staff member was extremely kind and helpful! I really appreciate that the incidentals hold was only $25, as some hotels take too much of a hold. The room was very clean. Everytign worked properly. Location is safe and quiet.

There was a large roach on the ceiling above the bed. The room was humid and musty. Clean otherwise, but still felt gross like a musty sauna. Left the ac running all night, never cooled off till check out. Definitely will not stay here again.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great location, extremely clean and the staff was great. Mattress, bedding, linens and bathroom products were top notch and without question, the best smelling hotel room I've ever stayed in.

We checked in on 12/22 on a personal visit to family for the holidays. On 12/24 at approximately 8:30 am requested for the room to be touched up, particularly for towels and making the bed. As the hotel site on Expedia lists daily housekeeping, we figured maybe it was a requested service and it had not been done the day before. We returned late on the 24th and room had not been serviced, but the window was opened, leaving the room extremely humid and uncomfortable. As we came back to the room on the 25th we asked for towels. The clerk asked us to bring the used ones down. In all my stays, I have never been asked to do this. I have been asked to put them outside the door for housekeeping to pick them up on rounds. As we were in this conversation, my partner asked if there was a way to check if the room had been serviced, and the clerk didn’t have a means to do that. He pulled a check sheet but didn’t see any info for our room. In today’s era that to be true. Ultimately we left early because we felt dismissed and not cared for as a guest.

Door didnt work for original room. Had ro move to another room. Ive stayed here mulyiple times due to a new job and working pre relocating. First room I had had a Roach infestation. Second room was decent. Ive left every room in great shape and have yet to get one deposit back for the nights Ive stayed($25 a night):). Seriouslyvfind a better place for extended stay. Im here because its 5 minutes from my new job. Its terrible though.

We stayed I. The king suite and it was very nice. It is always so quiet when we stay there. A very restful stay.

Had law enforcement called on me because of the staff’s ineptitude. Sounds like a defamation of character case to me. As a USAF veteran that has been the worst experience at a hotel. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean, comfortable, the best A/C system we have ever encountered. Parking was well lit. The only draw back was the slow elevator and waiting on luggage carriers during peak check out time but otherwise pleasantly pleased with the overall experience. We will definitely utilize Candlewood Suites again for our future needs!

Hotel is nice, I was surprised that the bathtub still had long hairs in it. I just used a cup to rinse it and was only taking a shower otherwise everything seemed clean.

Very clean, friendly staff, and comfortable. The room had a kitchenette and they provided a couple plates, forks, knives, a big pan , toaster and paper towels.

The first room smelled dirty and smoky. The comforters and mattress pads were thin and lumpy. The majority of the clientele were construction workers.

I do wish this place offered late checkout..we got there at 2 am and it would have been nice to get a little more sleep before checkout at 11. The park behind the hotel was excellent to take my 2 dogs out for a little walk before we left.

We enjoyed our week long stay at Candlewood suites. It had everything we needed and was a great value. Highly recommend staying here! And we will be here again next time we have to come to Fort Worth.

The staff was amazing, everyone I encountered did a great job and made the stay pleasant.

Was looking for a hotel that was pet friendly and didn’t have cleaning each day due to a cat that is scared of new people. This property fit the bill with the every 8 day of your stay cleaning service. Allowed my cat to have a calm environment and he was happy. So we were happy as well. Beds were soft but firm which for my fiancé and her bad back was very supportive to good sleep each night.

I felt very safe being a woman traveling alone. Very clean, panda express and chickfila in extended parking lot. Easy access to highway. Great customer service. Nice gym, coffee machine in lobby, would definitely stay again.

The building and people were super nice. Our softball team stayed there, and everyone's rooms had cockroaches. One of our dads woke up with a cockroach on his toothbrush head. I don't leave bad reviews often and just hope that you guys can get someone to take care of this issue.

Always enjoy staying in this hotel during the stock show. We normally don’t have a lot of time at the hotel besides sleeping, but normally the people are very hospitable and not much noise. It was a little different this time because our TV didn’t work and the people above us obviously had small children running around. That made things a little uncomfortable, but otherwise great!

Booked a 2 bed room, and NEEDED it as I had travelers with me. Got a one bed room. Called the front desk and she said they were sold out and there was nothing she could do. I headed downstairs to check out and move hotels. I told her I was unhappy and apparantly me using adult language was jarring enough for her that she CALLED THE POLICE. It gets better. The police come and she says I can stay and now offers A SECOND BED as well (roll away, totally acceptable with me). She brings the roll away, the kids and I get settled in. 10 mins later the police are at the door. "They changed their mind and want you to leave". Kicked us out at 1am, 27 degrees out, 7 yr old kid in tow. All stemming from THEM botching my reservation. There is 20 hotels nearby, stay somewhere else.

Shower curtain bar was coming off the wall. Maybe wasn’t installed correctly. Weird black curly hair on the shower wall. Water pressure was good. You have to request towel replacement and housekeeping.

Very comfortable place to stay, not fancy but nice and clean, the only suggestion is that it could use more luggage carts, none were available so we had to carry all our stuff, they only have two carts, was able to snag one on checkout however

The property itself was very nice and clean, one of the best I've been to in the area. The price for the room we got was great (a one bedroom suite). The room was clean and updated enough for my taste, though not completely modern. In addition, they had many little benefits that we don't see much these days, like complimentary laundry. No pool, no free breakfast, but they do hand out complimentary packets of oatmeal. I loved the place and will definitely be a frequent customer as occasion calls for it.

I’m sorry to say but the beds were so bad. I’m very active at 55 and don’t require a lot of sleep so the quality matters. My back was so sore. And me and my husband had to sleep in separate beds on the edge due to sinking in the hole. I dont understand why hotels do not have beds that are quality. What is the purpose of a Hotel?? To get a great nights sleep!! Secondly aa clean room. This room was so dirty. I wiped up water off floor the towel was black. Thirdly the other stuff. Please clean and have good beds!!

It was a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly when I checked in and they had a lot of things to accommodate folks (snacks, gym, movies, and a business center). The room itself was clean, the bed and pillows were clean and comfy. Would definitely book again if I were in the area.

This is a nice little extended stay hotel off I 820 and Clifford. Convenient location and comfortable room. Quiet for a hotel right on a highway.
