Biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen in my life, hands down, right as I was packing to leave the room. Staff is nice but seems to struggle with proper cleaning. Good luck!

Run down and basic. Good parking, bad air conditioning. I would not stay there again.

I normally have positive feedback for hotels as I love to travel but I had a couple of odd experiences this stay. The foundation is off so my door would not completely close. I could see the light of the hallway. I saw a big roach at night in my room. This made sense as the gap in the room door allowed this. I love to clean my room and bring my own towels and bedding. The maids took my towels. I normally leave a tip and note for the maids but I couldn’t believe this took place because the towels were in my closet. Other than that it was quiet, had a decent breakfast buffet, and was nicely decorated.

This was just a weekend getaway in the city the property is very well kept and would definitely come back again, we like it here

The bathroom was large enough for a wheelchair, but there was a standard tub. It needed to have been a no sill shower with a seat.

Air didn’t work well in room

Dated bathroom. Refrigerator had left over food from previous guests. Staff was friendly.

Tolite seat very loose, nearly slipped off. No plug for bath tub, we really needed it. Night service desk wasn't always available. Sounds petty but no hand soap at sink to wash your hands and no I don't carry my own. I spoke with the day desk manager, very pleasant. She apologized for all of it. She said all of that would be addressed and thanked me for letting her know. We will return if we go that way.

Clean room but needs a facelift with some pealing paint and damaged furniture, friendly staff, great location for traveling families

Would absolutely stay here again! Excellent service, cleanliness, breakfast, and the beds were very comfortable! Price was also very very reasonable!

Our rooms were nice. The roll-in shower, fantastic. Beds clean and comfortable. Had a mini fridge with freezer. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. They put us tight by an exit so it was easier for us to get in and out and had free parking. We did not utilize the free breakfast.

Front desk was friendly but the rooms were not very clean. We stayed 2 different times and both bathrooms had mold. Hallway carpets were dirty, didn't appear to have been vacuumed in awhile. We had a roach visit on our first stay and ants on our second stay. Overall not very clean.

Black mold in bathroom. Night time front desk staff seemed irritated to get off their phone and assist me. After all of this, was not contacted by hotel manager after requesting a call.

We enjoyed being in a central location and getting to and from our destination in a timely manner. The room was nice and clean. A great breakfast and parking.

The room was nasty, The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Dirty rag hanging over the shower. Over all we almost puked just walking up to the door of the room it smelt like strong strong mildew.

Shower had no hot water was more cold than warm but the sink came out steaming hot WiFi was not working

Room was extremely hot when I got there. There was no fan in the bathroom, paint was peeling from ceiling. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash took way too many pumps to get any out. It was like they were clogged. There was no fruit at breakfast.

I didn’t like the room I was last placed it on the first floor. The quality of the room was very poor, the door was broken and the wifi wasn’t working this particular time. May28-30

compare to most the breakfast I had with hotel free breakfast, this is 9 out of 10 the laundry facility is a little out dated. It needs quarters to operate and front didn't have any

Room was very clean didnt have a bad smell like most. Staff very courteous and very helpful. No unexpected fees like others as well.

The price and location

The room was nice but the mini fridge wasn’t able to close all the way so it was leaking water from the bottom when we got there. The shower wall was also dirty with someone else’s hair from before we got there. Other than that the room was nice.

Modern, well decorated property. The room was excellent and spacious. Breakfast was included and the hotel also had a gym and swimming pool.

The property was in a good location. Staff were all friendly. The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold. Made it difficult to take a decent shower. There was a croc left from a previous guest in our room when we had checked in. The pool was never cleaned during our stay. Other than that, good experience.

The gym had an area for towels and for sanitizing wipes but of course, there were no towels or sanitizing wipes made available. Two treadmills which worked fine, a stationary bike with did not work and a limited set of dumbbells with two benches. The bathroom outside of the gym reminded me a gas station bathroom - hot, smelly, soap and towels all over the place, unkept. The pool was FILTHY. Which sucked because I specifically was looking for a hotel with a pool. When we got there it was full of algae. The next day the algae was gone but the pool remained this green murky color. The water looked still - no motor running/circulating, no scent of chemicals or cleaner, nothing. Just still green murky water. I will not stay here again. If you have to stay here for one night on a pinch I would say it's ok if nothing else is available but don't stay here for over one night.

Room was ok, there is a pest problem, found a live roach in my room. Hallway and elevator wasn't very clean but there was also some event going on downstairs so I can't expect perfection. The bed was comfortable and other than the one issue the room was just fine for an overnight stay.

construction on highway dirtied car everyday and kept up us most of the night. no notification in advance of issue...breakfast had no yogurt two days and the juice machine dipenced hot product and no ice a few times

My room was clean, staff was very friendly and welcoming, the hotel was quiet and I wasn’t nervous with the area. Will definitely be staying there again when I go back to Fort Worth!

Our room was handicapped equipped but could be better with grab bar near toilet, right over TP holder.

It’s a nice hotel but they need to update the TV’s in the room make them smart TV there is only like 15 channels and you can’t get on netflix or other app even though the remotecontrol has netflix on it or we should be able to connect your phone but everything else is good only disappointment

Great place close to Stockyards, room clean-beds are comfortable, breakfast is a bonus. We asked for a late check out as our flight was later-No problem..so we laid by the pool to soak up some sun!

No restaurants around, the closest gas station is surrounded by homeless people with huge issues. It’s cheap though, just not what I expect out of a best westerns plus

Great place for affordable price

Nice hotels, room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice. We expect the room is quieter because the location is near freeway and loud AC in the room.

Second bathroom was better but still had mold on the ceilng in the shower.

Room was clean expect for the bathtub. There was black gunk in the corners of it. We got to our room and it wasn’t ready so we had to switch rooms. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good!

I never authorized or requested a cancellation at any time. They could not tell why or who canceled my reservation. So I went next door and got a room at Fairfield Marriott.

Very dirty hotel.

The front staff is very nice. The room was clean. However waht really creeped me out was when I saw a roach bait box on the floir under the bathroom sink. The sink is located in the room, only the shower and toilet has a door. So you can plainly see it. Why would there be roaches in the rooms? I let them come in a ckean rrom the next day only to find it was still in the same spot when we got back. I took pictures. This is not ok! We were in Room 349. Also after they cleaned the room I didn’t receive the same amount of towels or a towel for the shower floor. I would not recommend a room that is on the freeway side, the sound of traffic is so loud all night long I couldn't sleep. The pillows are ridiculous, why are the half the size of a standard pillow?

Room very nice but needs some maintenance. Few items have been misused from previous customers. Hall ways need to be leaned up. No fault of the hotel but on our floor someone clearly smoking weed inside their room.

Clean room good breakfast

I returned to the front desk to ask for a different room. He assigned a different room and I went to check that room out. Astonishing how much of the same remnants were present. This room the door wouldn’t close and lock I had to slam it in order for the lock to catch. There was still trash everywhere on this floor as well. I returned to the front desk to inform the attendant and he was upset that I asked for him to cancel my reservation. After continued professionalism from myself he stated that he would have to charge me for one night. I didn’t agree but I knew that I wasn’t staying and he seen the disappointment on my face. He stated that he would give me a full refund. I checked out both rooms within a matter of 15 minutes. Please don’t let the pictures fool you. This establishment just needs to be updated and cleaning needs to be addressed immediately

The hotel was clean and very presentable. Customer service was great from check in to check out. Very quiet I had no problems with noise at all. The room was very nice (I had the king bed room)

The staff at night is fine, she was amazing, no issues. The person in the daytime is rude, I called to verify my lost item was found and he started arguing with me and saying he don’t understand what I’m saying. I explained again and from there he put me on hold to come back in 2 mins saying he didn’t find anything and hung up in my face. Luckily I’m in a great mood today I let him slide but I will say to you sir, you applied for this job, you went on the interview and did orientation not me. Get in a better state of mind when working in customer service. Have a good one. I do not recommend staying here unless they are the only hotel left.

Loved it super clean

Then at 10pm the toilet overflowed and again we called down to ask if they could just plunge it, nope there was nobody on staff. So we changed rooms. Then the next day they didn’t clean the room, which is fine, we just need washcloths and towels since we left them on the floor to be switched out. So we called down to the front desk, the response was “can’t you come down and get them”. The attitude was so poor and no apologies over our experience. I would not recommend staying here at all. Customer service does not exist anymore
