The sheets and floor were sort of wet or damp and kind of sticky which was weird. There definitely was very visible stains and especially on the ironing board. Other then that everything is fine. 5/10

Room was really clean I was so pleased with that. I believe it's time to change out the mattress though! Im 2 months pregnant and had the worst sleep of my life! I've never had such a back pain 😭 I couldn't even sleep. I ended up just getting in the tub so help relieve some of my pain. So I was awake for breakfast time and was pretty excited about that... Plus when looking for a hotel I required free breakfast. My husband made us each a texas shaped waffle and I sat down to eat it. My first bite I was like hmmm this taste funny but from being pregnant I figured maybe it's me cause my taste and everything is changing. I took 2 more bits and it felt like it was getting more and more sour. My husband came to sit down and I asked him to check his.. he verified it indeed was very sour and smelled old. I did tell the guy at the desk and he removed it. We ended up having to go to waffle house which was another $40 I wasn't planning on spending so that sucked! I liked the area and it was very clean but since it was not the best experience I most likely won't ever go back to that location! It really is upsetting cause when I got there I saw the room and how big the Jacuzzi was in the room and was so excited about it. 😭 I was on the verge of crying when the waffle was sour! No sleep and no breakfast for a pregnant lady is so saddening 😪

This is a smaller hotel with only two floors. It’s quiet and I’ve never had an issue here. I stayed here on two separate occasions and won’t come back again.

The room was ok but the beds were not very comfortable, the blanket, sheets and bedspread were very worn. The toilet had old dried pee around the seat bolts. Blood smeared on the wall.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very quiet for sleeping; the staff was also very friendly. Breakfast was good; there was a waffle iron, ideal for children, with potatoes, tortillas, and bread, as well as other options, coffee, and a variety of juices and fruits. There was a problem with the shower: only hot and lukewarm water came out, not cold. It was hot during the day, and a cold shower should have been essential. Also, they were finishing cleaning the carpets, and there was still a strong smell of detergent in the room. Everything else was fine; traveled with family and I highly recommend it.

Its better the deluxe room than the standard room. Standard room is antique and deluxe is remodel.

Through my husband and I had for a personal trip was very neat clean and looked to be very well maintained. We did have an issue with the toilet in the bathroom at around 10:00 at night and the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes, and fix the issue. The staff was very helpful friendly and courteous. The fee for the night we stay wasn't moderate price and the continental breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

It was an older hotel but clean. The smell in my room was a bit overwhelming (cleaning supplies)? It was nice that they had upgraded my room to a suite. There was nothing wrong just not as updated including the furniture and there was no charger outlet for the phone. The man at the front desk was very nice.

The room was clean the breakfast was excellent the pool was well taken care of and the exercise room was available and also they had laundry facilities and vending machines close to places to eat where you could walk to the restaurant or the fast food and ideally located close to the highway

Convenient location off of the freeway. Pool was clean and nice. Extremely small breakfast area. Got very crowded and awkward to make breakfast and find seating. A couple homeless, men who seemed high were roaming around the parking lot while we were in the pool.

Great staff, clean rooms, workout room with at least 3 different workout machines, provided a good variety of breakfast options & is centrally located to the different areas we were visiting during our trip. There are several nearby restaurants, fast food places, gas stations & CVS Pharmacy. Gentleman at front desk was very helpful when we asked about the stockyard, restaurants, & Sundance areas. Highly recommend this Best Western Hotel. .

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is an older property, but it is still very nice. The room was clean and cozy. This hotel is only 2 stories and was not terribly busy. Breakfast was traditional hotel food. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a nice area and I was not worried about my vehicle or belongings. There are many restaurants within a few minutes walk or drive. I would stay here again with no hesitation.

Place had bed bugs in it. Change your bed sheets daily to stop this from happening.

WiFi worked good. They have a breakfast but it was not very good. Pool was clean but it said there was a hot tub also, which there is not. Wasn’t a huge deal, we had a big one in the room which is why I booked here. Be careful though it’s very slippery getting in and out. We didn’t want to be disturbed so it worked out but staff wasn’t very accessible

We stay here often. It is older but clean. House keeping cleans and restocks your room daily. Very nice staff. Breakfast is good. Iit has been a quiet place to stay so far. Easy access to freeway. I would recommend it. It’s time to change the mattress but I still had a good night sleep.

Really run down. Did not enjoy the stay.

The hotel was very clean, from top to bottom. The breakfast area was small, but well kept and well stocked. A Nescafé instant brew station was a treat. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. My room was on the backside, and had zero noise from outside. I struggle to find a hotel mattress that is firm and supportive, so many are downright soft and after a couple nights, my lower back hurts all day. The Best Western mattress was better (for me) than most others at a similar rate. It’s a convenient location, whether passing through or staying awhile. Having a Waffle House right next door isn’t a bad thing either.

Breakfast was poor quality. The rooms were not clean. The washing machine did not work properly. I have never stayed in hotel that counts your towels before giving you clean ones. They were not helpful when a special need occurred. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Sadly we over slept and didn’t make breakfast but the hotel & staff were very nice & accommodating

The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again ever!

Hotel was great. Only issue was a very slippery bathtub. Gentleman at the front desk that checked us in was very pleasant (checkin 2/11/26, 3 pm). Didn’t get a name. unfortunately.

Reception was so friendly! He made us feel so welcome! The rooms were clean and just roomy enough. One concern was the bathtub was slippery. Use caution! Breakfast was one of the best selections we've ever seen at a hotel! Overall a wonderful stay! We will most certainly be back!

Housekeeping was just enough to get by. During our stay stains on the bed covers, towels that were used left on daily cleaning, sinks not cleaned daily. Breakfast had same hot items daily and they were not great.

Room was very clean. There was a minor problem with the tub drain and the bath fan. I reported these to the front desk and they promptly took care of them. Very friendly staff.

Our room smelled like a mix of cigarette smoke, Mr Clean, and perfume. It was overwhelming and gave us headaches.

Food could have been better

Breakfast was subpar. Bed was soft and lumpy. tub/shower had mold.

My room smelled musty and I had allergies the whole time. There were stains on my couch and my mom’s room had a roach. The breakfast was great but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel was very quiet, staff were friendly. There were a few issues in the room with the cleanliness. I feel it could have been a little cleaner than how we found it. The room was nice for what we paid. My main complaint is that the bed was a little hard. By day 3 we both were having back pains because we are used to a softer bed.

Overall, the stay was great! Rooms were clean, nice smelling, spacious and quiet. A/c wasn't noisy either. The only thing that I didn't care for was the breakfast. Choices weren't plentiful and I did not like the scrambled eggs or sausage patties (too salty and not tasty). Waffles were good though and you can get cereal or yogurt as well.

Overall great place to stay. Front desk staff were Super nice and friendly. I have enjoyed my stay.

Traveled with small children. Clean and safe for a traveling family for a few days. Kids loved the pool.

It was a decent hotel . Only thing I would say is when using a cleaner it should be something less overpowering . The room smelled like straight up lemon cleaner . I would prefer something more neutral smelling . Our tv and WiFi weren’t working and when we called someone into the room all he told us was that our room was a dead spot and it won’t work . I feel we should have been moved or something else should have been figured out since I paid to use the amenities as well as the room .
