The position was perfect, downtown , easy to walk everywhere and in few steps you could reach great restaurants! We took the uber to the stockyards, cheap and fast !

Comfortable beds. The woman at checkout was extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty with us. She helped us with location and getting an uber called. Our hands were full trying to get our luggage out and she helped us with the door and carrying things. Two guys were standing at the valley stand and watched us struggling. We only needed valet parking one night and were charged with three nights. She took the charges off the bill. When I needed hangers I called and the operator gave me an incorrect number to call. I call back and then they transferred me to housekeeping and housekeeping promptly brought my hangers. When we checked in the valet service couldn't get us a cart to get our luggage upstairs. He said they were all upstairs, and he offered to help us carry a couple things up.
- 3/5
Great location near Sundance Square and fine dining, which is a good thing since the Lobby Bar was very noisy & menu choices are nothing but the basics. NO DECAF COFFEE served at this property. They ran out of Decaf Keurig cups for in-room coffee.
- 1/5
I could have stayed at a Motel 6 and gotten better service. For the money I paid to stay in this hotel for a night. The towels feel like cardboard the staff is super lazy. I paid for an omlett I waited 30 minutes for it to be super spongey and disgusting.. oh and don’t get me started on parking valet is a joke

Was very nice size.

Loved it’s location and decor and the bed was sooooo comfy! Nothing
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly helpful staff, good bar with entertainment
- 5/5
The room was huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! I would only change one thing, and it is minor. I wish there were more hooks to hang hand towel or robe.
- 4/5
Everything except availability of luggage racks when leaving. When I got ready to check out, there were no luggage racks in the lobby. This was at 5 o’clock in the morning. I have a lot of bags for me and my mom and my sister.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, comfy beds. We loved the corner room.
- 2/5
12th floor, there was a beeping coming from a door that they could not stop. They did move us to a different room but even then, that didn't work. We stayed there 5 days, it was miserable
- 3/5
The next morning, we spoke with a manager about the issues and requested some type of compensation. They were understanding and agreed to provide a refund/adjustment, which we appreciated. However, we have not seen the refund come through yet. Later that afternoon, we returned to our room after housekeeping had cleaned it and found a toenail sitting on top of the comforter. Even if it somehow belonged to one of us, it was still pretty gross and made us question how thoroughly the room and bedding had actually been cleaned. The bed had clearly been made, so seeing a toenail sitting right on top of the bedding afterward was unsettling. The elevator system was somewhat confusing, and there was an area near one of the elevator doors where a panel was missing, leaving wires visible and the area covered with tape. It did not give a very well-maintained or professional appearance. I appreciate that the manager was willing to address our initial concerns, but between the lack of hot water, A/C issues, questionable housekeeping, and some of the maintenance concerns throughout the property, this was not the experience we expected. Unfortunately, based on this stay, I’m not sure we would choose to stay at this Aloft again.
- 5/5
Room was super clean and had a good view of the city. The staff is nice and helpful. I solo travel and this hotel is in a good, safe area. I never worry when I’m here.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, room was way bigger than we thought, staff was incredibly nice and the location was very good. We were easily able to walk around downtown, didn't need to book a rental car. Overall very happy with our stay.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 4/5
Good location, clean lobby a room. Street noise on room facing front of building.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
The fact that there are no microwaves in the rooms. If I want hot tea I had to get dressed to go downstairs for hot water.
- 5/5
It was beautiful and everything was so spacious The heated pool was not heated
- 1.5/5
Was downtown. No microwave in room. You have to go downstairs to use their microwave. Parking costs $40 a night even though you are staying there. Beds were hard. To get clean towels you have to go downstairs to the front desk to get what you need for your room even though the cleaning people are on your floor. The toilet paper holder was broken. The ice machine is on a different floor you have to go looking for it. You have to pay for breakfast. There’s a window in the shower that goes into the sleeping area so no much privacy.
- 4/5
It was very trendy and upscale. Walls were paper thin. Could hear everything going on everywhere.
- 5/5
Room was large and great for our large family. Indoor pool was nice and didn’t make our eyes burn with chemicals. Walkable to lots of food and the theatre.
- 2/5
The valet was really good the employers were really nice and attentive The bartender and the front desk need to work on their hospitality the day shift and the night shift both shifts hospitality was a number two one through 10

- 5/5
We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel! All the staff from the desk to the bartenders were all very nice! My only complaint was the pool was freezing so that wasn’t enjoyable.
- 5/5
My stay was pleasant and relaxing.
- 4/5
Nice place

Very good
- 5/5
Everything was great. The parking valet staff were extremely friendly and awesome. They gave me insight to the area and recommend places to see. The room was clean and serviced at convenient times. Everything lined up perfectly and I will be staying at Aloft hotels everywhere I go. Thanks a ton.
- 1/5
Parking attendant told us hotel parking g was across the street. It wasn’t tha $27 parking advertised it was the $100 parking garage not affiliated with the hotel. The clerk couldn’t have cared less about the advertised price, how the bell man cost us an extra $25 moving on car to the hotel “parking”. Hotel rooms were tiny and cheap. Never again
- 5/5
Hotel was excellent, from the valet parking to every employee that we encountered. The room was spacious, we booked the queen suite, 2 adults 2 teens and it was perfect. Great location for our trip, walking distance to Bass Hall and lots of other activities. Very impressed with the downtown area, the ability to walk everywhere we wanted to go, great restaurants and entertainment choices.
- 5/5
Pool and fitness area very clean
- 2/5
Parking is terrible. Room was dirty. Shower flooded. Walls were thin. Not worth any star rating
- 5/5
The staff was great and the room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
My wife love the stay
- 5/5
The hotel is in a very cool building downtown. It was easy to find, however, like most hotels downtown parking was an issue. They do have valet for $40. The staff could have been more helpful during check-in. Our room was quite spacious and had a nice view. We walked to the Water Garden (highly recommend) and felt safe in the neighborhood. Also, be sure to check out the subway car and story of Leonard’s in the shared bank lobby. Overall, it was a nice stay.
- 3/5
Our elevator for our floor was broken so we had to use stairs to get to elevator. The phone in the room did not work to call 0 for front desk. No iron in the room.
- 5/5
I strongly recommend this place
- 3/5
I had issues with the way my room was. The bedding wasn’t good and also there were several things in the room that I wanted to complain about but was too tired. There was a bug behind the dresser someone hair was all in the bathroom on the floor and toilet.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
Very clean and very helpful staff
- 5/5
AMAZING views from the 13th floor
- 5/5
Other than the issue with the parking the staff was very pleasant great to us they even offered us 2 free drinks because of the an ability to part. So I can't say enough about the staff hotel was very clean great location would highly recommend to anyone.
- 5/5
This hotel was excellent. It was clean, and the amenities were great. The location was right in the center of everything in downtown Fort Worth. The view from the 13th floor was amazing! The beds were very comfy! The only thing you need to know is that there is no dedicated parking other than paying valet. You could also choose to park on the street for free, but availability could be limited. However, the valet parking was great. They were VERY helpful, and it only took a few minutes for them to bring my car when requested. I would definitely stay here again in the future!
- 5/5
Thanks
- 3/5
We have never stayed in a hotel downtown, I suspect parking is a luxury at most downtown places, so we just sucked it up and paid the $40/day valet parking price, as opposed to their normal $20/day, which is more reasonable.
- 4/5
Decent hotel in the middle of Fort Worth. Near pretty much any entertainment for downtown. Bathroom is a little different and the mattress was hard. Prepaid breakfast is on a voucher system. Ordered breakfast was tasty and staff was nice.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect for a little one night getaway.
- 4/5
For a Fri/Sat night the on site bar closes at 12 - surprised it’s not open later. The room was quite nice - very large, with some wasted space - bed was comfortable (firm) Bathroom was clean, only a cpl small mildew spots in one corner of shower, and given its size, should probably have a built in “bench” otherwise was just fine. Only other negative was the rooms (like a lot of hotels) could have used more soundproofing All in all, would stay there again if in the area
- 5/5
Great location, steps away from lots of great restaurants. Right next to the World Cup viewing festival.
- 5/5
Great stay! Elevators are a little confusing at first but very secure. Breakfast ordered through the bar was delicious.
- 3/5
Hotel was okay. Valet price went up upon arrival. I was told by the front desk that they would honor the price when I booked, but didn’t. Night time valet, only one man working and the security guard, not dressed like a security guard, asked for keys, said he’d give them to the valet and I could go up to my room! Elevators are interesting, a little too much.
- 5/5
Had a wonderful experience here. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities were nice. The staff made check-in incredibly easy, which was a great start to the trip. Plus, being right in the middle of Sundance Square made it so convenient—everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Nice area to stay
- 5/5
Great stay!!!
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
The breakfast was amazing, the staff were so friendly and welcoming I loved, my room was just the best I would recommend
- 4/5
It was worth the value and price
- 5/5
The Hotel itself, staff and rooms were all great. The Elevators were sort of confusing
- 5/5
Nice room. Good coffee and breakfast. Nice valet service.
- 5/5
Centrally located to many options for shopping and food. Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful from valet parking to clean room with a view. Pool was very nice also.
- 4/5
Wonderful stay
- 2/5
We booked a suite and were told that it was accidentally given to another group. We were told that the following day we would be able to move in to the correct room. There was a lot of communication between staff and shifts that lead to us getting stuck on the smaller room a second night. When we asked about it, the staff made us feel like we were a burden. Although they tried giving us free breakfast vouchers for our stay( I had already paid for two passes) it still felt like it was more of a way to get us off their back. The hotel was ok, there were several mall things that need updating. The elevators took an excessive amount of time to get to the floor.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Had the corner room and it was fun to people watch with all of the windows. Valet was friendly and fast. Was very comfortable and relaxed during our multiple day trip.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, nice rooms, staff very helpful and a great location.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Overall, our stay was good and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and served its purpose well. However, for the price point, we expected a bit more. The rates were comparable to places like the Omni, but the overall atmosphere and experience didn’t feel in the same bracket. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not especially inviting or memorable.
- 5/5
Suite was super nice. Check in was great and walking distance from everything.
- 5/5
We were there only one night but it was very clean, the bar /restaurant stayed open late! The staff was friendly! It was centered to other stores and clubs. We enjoyed our stay
- 3/5
Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment.
- 4/5
The elevators take forever... I also do not like that they did not clean our room or do our bed or give us clean towels for our second day stay.
- 5/5
Great staff, great location, and great facility
- 4/5
I booked a room with a connected room and received a smaller room because rooms were not available at the time of check in maid service was still cleaning rooms making inconvenient for me.I expect luxurious
- 5/5
Would gladly stay here again!
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great staff and valet! Rooms were comfortable.

Birthday at the 80s club
- 5/5
The bar staff was amazing and so sweet. The offered a good selection. The front desk staff were pleasant and greeted us anytime we came down.
- 5/5
Room was clean and staff very friendly. Exactly what we needed for a quick weekend in Fort Worth. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Perfect location and room was comfortable. Will be back
- 5/5
Clean room Front desk team lovely and kind valet was resourceful and efficient just as they said 15 minute wait and prompt and the barb and go is handy
- 3/5
stayed for a date night with my husband. We picked it after staying at the Aloft Dallas, which we loved… sorry to say we were disappointed in the Fort Worth location
- 4/5
Staff was great, the valet at the entrance was nice but there is parking garage next door as well. Everything was clean and location was perfect for walking distance for all of the things around Sundance square.
- 5/5
Ac was great
- 5/5
Wonderful stay in a great location. The corner suite was spacious and comfortable.
- 5/5
Great property and great staff!
- 3/5
If you’re looking for convenience and walkability to shopping and restaurants and bars this is a good stay for an affordable price. It was a little dirty and stinky. And the elevators are a pain
- 5/5
It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, they welcomed me and my pet with ease. The only negative was that there was food left in the fridge.
- 2/5
No towels in the pool. Only one usable elevator out of six available. We had to be switched rooms due to urine on bed.
- 1/5
The elevators were broken ( yes ALL of them) and got stuck on the pool level with my 12 year old daughter. It scared her and pretty much ruined her birthday, after that we had to call to be escorted anytime we needed to leave the floor due to the elevators being out. The pool was cold, too cold, even tho I called before I booked and was assured it was a heated pool, I still ended up sick for a week from swimming too cold.
- 1/5
Hotel on 8th -13th floor, only one elevator working for my four day, three night stay. Very very inconvenient. Convention weekend, very busy, poorly done. Everyone was complaining and wait times for the single working elevator were long. Supposed to walk up 8 floors (min)???? Will not be back. I’m sure no one cares.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay only part that was frustrating was 1 elevator working & the time it took waiting for it.
- 5/5
very generous staff
- 4/5
Great stay
- 1/5
This place sucks! Run by kids who are unhelpful, property only had 1 working elevator for the entire hotel! Couldn’t help out with a ride service. Wouldn’t accommodate for an extended stay just a bad experience all around.
- 5/5
Confortable , great staff
- 4/5
Poor elevator service. Only one was working.
- 4/5
Elevator and Air Conditioning didn’t work, had to change rooms and wait to get to your room since only 1 elevator working was long. Staff and Breakfast were great!
- 3/5
At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. Unless you want to find your own street parking, or use another lot which either costs more or is several blocks away. I called the hotel to clarify whether or not that cost is per vehicle, which it is, and the office staff informed me it is actually $43. I get to the hotel and the valet staff informs me it is $47. The pillows had stains on them when you get past the 2-3 covers they keep on them, the carpets still feel gritty on your feet even though I’m sure they were vacuumed, the shower door handle was loose, the shower door is not water tight so water leaks all over the floor, and there are obvious drip marks from condensation or some other liquid on the walls of the room. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful, it’s not their fault the hotel is the way it is. Overall, I would not book here again any time soon.
