The place was clean and well kept. Receiving staff was friendly, helpful and patient. I especially appreciated the fact that an armed security guard was on duty in the parking area since I had to go out to my car a few times that night!

The breakfast was great hot and clean area to sit in. Staff working at that time very helpful If the pool is going to be closed during a stay you should email the guest that fact. At 105 degrees outside it was not nice just to come back to hotel and sit in the room for hours after working. I was told I would get a $50.00 credit and in fact I did not. Even that was discounted. I saw a large dead bug under the chair in lobby. My room had no body wash. Something on the wall who knows what that was.

The breakfast was cold

The pool was or if service Abba my grandkids really really wanted to swim, especially with the temperature in Texas being over 100 degrees. Would be great if I could receive some type of credit for the inconvenience, or at least a free night stay.

Room and property were clean...we only stayed one night so we didn't take advantage of the pool. Parking was easy and the location was great (right off the highland near lots of eating/dining etc.)

The shower needs to be fixed it appeared it was sunken in.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping team for their hard work and dedication in keeping the rooms spotless and comfortable. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The check-in process was also excellent. The young man who welcomed me was very polite, professional, and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Thank you to the entire staff for providing such great service. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The staff were super helpful and kind ! We got in very late because our flight was delayed. The night shift clerk made us weary travelers feel right at home. The breakfast was GREAT! The rooms were clean and beds were comfy!!

I totally understand the policy, but the idea that I had all the confirmation numbers. The emails my wife was with me with her. Id, I had a photocopy of my I.D I but it got taken care of in the end

This hotel room was booked and then attempted to cancel not less than 45 minutes later due to tornadoes touching down on our path to get to the hotel. They couldn't be decent human beings and cancel and refund due to not being able to drive in tornadic weather.

Just a clean relaxing place to stay with helpful staff (Especially Krystal) and I love the parking garage. Felt safe and very well lit up.

Room 326: bathroom door no lock and slide not enough to complete close. After shower tub become swim pool. Staff refused to clean room little late and making excuses not to clean and forget to deliver towels. Reception staff was ok and only thing I love is coffee.

The hotel was located in a great location and the facility was well kept and I would return!

I was just dropping my things off to freshen up before heading to a friends place. I'm glad I did because I found about a 2in long, what I thought was dead, cockroach underneath the sink in the bathroom. I shoved my things back into my bags and left the room and checked out. The woman running the desk was very nice, she couldn't do anything because it was booked through Expedia so I took care of everything else to be refunded on my end. She did ask if I wanted another room and I politely declined. The issue was resolved, I did end up paying a $50.00 incidental fee to the hotel that at this point I don't care to collect. The property itself on the outside and inside seemed cleaned, however when you find one cockroach there are usually plenty more where that one came from on. If you do stay here check your rooms just to be sure.

Definitely one of the nicest Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve stayed in.

The front desk staff was always helpful and was constantly cleaning the front of the hotel. However there were random hairs all throughout the bathroom, shower, toilet, floor and walls.

I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who checked me in. She was so gentle and kind and gave me all the information I needed. The room itself was super nice, spotless, huge comfy beds, the shower and bathroom were stalked with everything you would need. The breakfast in the morning was awesome, there was so much to choose from and it was delicious. Even the people that we gave the key back to were awesome. Lovely hotel!!

Nice breakfast options with fresh coffee. They don't have half & half but do have creamer substitute. Have a free parking garage but very tight spaces. Great location to AT&T stadium, the Star, the Winstar Casino, and Dallas. Could hear the people above at 1 AM and 5 AM which was disappointing. Based on location, might stay there again.

This location is close to the office that I had to work with,I was there for 3 nights and fire alarm got activated after midnight with no reason for two nights and l had to evacuate the room and going back to room after almost one hour and I didn’t sleep at all. The hallway was noisy from early morning. The breakfast was very limited options and low quality. The cleaning was acceptable and staff were friendly. But I am not sure if I go back there when I am in Dallas for work.

Probably the only drawback was there were hairs from the previous occupant in the bathroom, and since I normally use the stairs, I noticed the same dead bug next to the bottom floor stairway entrance over a multi-day period. The tub needs a little more texture on the bottom and gets quite slick when wet, and some of the exercise machines didn't work. There are a nice variety of machines and free weights. Overall, it was a nice stay but there are small things that could be fixed. Again, great job on your front desk staff.

I stayed here because the Hampton down the road that I had normally been staying at for business trips was all booked. The Hampton’s service is top-notch and I was expecting the same for this hotel serving customers on the same block… I was let down. The hotel and stay itself was fine overall. What disappointment me the most was the service. I was driving in from 1,000 miles away and was going to be arriving early around noon instead of 3:00pm at normal check-in. I called pretty early in the morning to alert the front desk about this and ask if my 2 rooms could be ready early and was told that she did not know and that I needed to call later. This was fine initially. However, every time I called back, I got the same response. I arrived in person at the hotel at noon and was still told the same thing and was further told that it was due to housekeeping being short-staffed. I asked for a call when the rooms were ready and left to kill some time. After never receiving a call, I returned at 3:00… The rooms were still “not ready.” I was told that the housekeeper was incredibly busy and was just now able to get to my room. However, she was just hanging out in the front office with the receptionist and pulled her cart out of the office to go upstairs as I was being told this so she was clearly not out working. Minutes later, I was told that my rooms were ready. She clearly did not have time to ready them that quickly so I don’t know why getting them was delayed until that moment.

I wanted to mention that I booked a room with a walk-in shower, but I ended up with a different setup. It seems the bathtub might need some updating. Thank you!

Stay was good. Front desk service was excellent. Sandy at the desk was super nice and got me everything I needed with a smile. Our bathroom had a funky smell though almost sewage like, that made the stay a little gross.

Rooms were pretty standard. AC was super cold, which was great! Room smelled a little funny. Breakfast was very mediocre.

I called Saturday before my arrival and the person on the phone was upset and we had a small disagreement and she said she was canceling my reservation but I still could not get a refund because my reservation was prepaid and non refundable. The disagreement was with my company and not even me, so she said I’ll cancel it all and that was that! So now I am out 100 and had to book elsewhere for the night which cost me another 100.
