I liked that the room was very clean and spacious and had a large refrigerator, but I didn't like the bathroom because it was very small—the door almost hit the toilet when opened. Also, I didn't like the breakfast; the eggs tasted strange, as if they were days old. It is definitely not worth having breakfast there.

Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Our room smelt fresh our 7 days there. Parking was horrible . There wasn’t much parking considering the size of the hotel. Had to park on the street a few times. Heard other guests complaining as well and talked to front desk and they were no help at all. They did have cookies in the afternoon at front desk which was nice for our granddaughters.

Thec Staff was pleasant and the rooms were clean and spacious. The full buffet breakfast was great with various options. The only small issue was the lack of parking in the front of the hotel.

I love staying at the Home2 Suites because the room is like a little studio. They have dishes for you to eat and drink from and they have a nice pool if you want to swim and relax and I really liked the gym, I was able to keep my routine on working out. The day staff was very helpful and approachable. The breakfast was pretty good. This time there wasn't a variety of meat like we had the year before. I just dont like sausages. I do want to thank for yhe different tast of eggs. The only thing i didnt like were the pillows, they were way to soft. I had two pillows and my head would still meet the mattress. I couldnt sleep at all. I hope they change their pillow type. I know next time I will have to bring my own pillows.

The hotel was great. Loved the build a breakfast sandwich and the complimentary waters. The parking was very tricky and a first come first serve type thing. But the location is great if you’re wanting close to the outlet. I would stay here again.

The room was clean and the staff cleaning were great. The front desk has much to be desired. They were not typically at the desk. When my daughter and I first arrived, there was no one at the desk and we waited a little while for someone to come out from behind. She was unhelpful. She didn’t tell us where any of the amenities were. I had to ask a lot of questions to get basic information. We were there three days and two nights and I consistently didn’t see anyone at the front desk. The amenities were great the pool as well taken care of and maintained and the breakfast is typical for hotel breakfast.

I liked the full kitchen and the beds were ok. Not as clean as some of the other Home2 suites I have stayed in. Hallway smelled. Lamp shades in the room had stains, as well as the divider curtain. Sink strainer appeared to have dirt or mold underneath. Beds weren’t properly made.

I was totally shocked, this place was immaculate and the staff was amazing. I was totally surprised but then I realized, I was in Texas and that automatically kicks in — friendly! The girls at the front desk were beyond helpful and it was truly appreciated!

Only complaint would be that parking out front is limited. If you park in a spot labeled for the shops the mall cops will put a tow away ticket on your car. Even if you’re just there for overnight hours when the shops are closed and have the approved hotel tag on your car. If you don’t get a spot out front, I believe you can park in the neighboring parking garage.

Front desk staff were awesome and why I would come back. Rooms are extremely well laid out with huge fridge which just makes life easier. Bed super comfortable and a/c super cold and quiet.

Tips: Confine dogs to selected area, not to be around other guests. Consider better soundproofing. Customer service terrible. Their response was "We are a pet friendly property and understand there can be noise." They did nothing.

The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!

Rooms were spotless. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not your typical hotel quality breakfast and the suite had a very nice kitchen setup. Will stay again and highly recommend

Parking is a little tricky if you drive a big truck.

Exceptional

The staff went out of their way to help make sure we had all we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast gave each person many different delicious options. And having gourmet and decaf coffee and water bottles available 24/7 was a huge plus! The location was perfect for us; we walked to most places!

The only thing I'd caution visitors about is the parking situation. Parking is rather limited, and if you park in the wrong location you run the risk of getting towed. If the lot around the hotel is full, ask the desk clerk where your parking options are. This last time I had to park in a parking garage across the street.

This hotel was GREAT! One of my best stays so far. The location is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the area is nice and convenient.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean,staff is great, property is well maintained. It has easy access to the freeway, shopping and dining. Will definitely stay here again.

We found the room to be in need of updating. Paint was peeling off the wall by the blinds and while taking a shower the shower door came off of its track and fell into the shower at me. The rollers are missing on the shower door. When we checked in the couch had white moist spots on it that I had to clean off. One day housekeeping did not clean our room and when they did clean the room the supplies were not replaced. In the past we’ve stayed at the Residence Inn that is across from this Home2 Suites but when I googled which property is better, Home2 Suites was the response. I don’t agree and will probably go back to the Residence Inn for future visits.

If you need a late checkout, good luck getting it. Overall, the hotel and staff were fantastic. It is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My only gripe is how hard it is to get a late checkout

Clean room a staff was friendly. The had complimentary water and cookies which was nice. They didn’t have a full oven in the room but you can request a burner for your kitchen and they will bring it up. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel was clean and nice overall. However, I nearly ran into the front glass automatic door several times because it didn't open until you were basically touching the glass and stood there for a couple of seconds. Sensor has problems. Second, I found a pair of underwear from a previous guest in the bathroom drawer on our first night. Third, on our second day at 10am, we were in the room painting our daughters' nails and with facial masks on, when a staff member just walked into our room. No knocking, just walked in. She started speaking in Spanish to us, and we had no idea what she was saying. Instead of leaving when she saw we were still in the room, she stood there for a few minutes continuing to speak Spanish even though I communicated we didn't understand her and also that checkout was not until 12. Since she wasn't leaving I called down to the front desk, at which point the lady finally started making her way out the door. I confirmed with the front desk staff that checkout was at 12. The girl was dismissive rather than apologetic saying "you're fine, she probably just wanted to see if you checked out." Absolutely inexcusable all around to walk into a guest room, refuse to leave while speaking a foreign language. Terrible staff that needs more training on customer service as well as English.

Top notch. Very clean. Friendly staff. Close to alot of restaurants and shops. Nice spacious rooms. The water pressure in the shower feels like a good massage. Definitely worth the stay!!

One staff member said the City of Allen did it...others shrugged their shoulders. If you want to stay here, be able bodied and good walkers. We won't be back.

Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. We will absolutely be adding Home2 Suites to our list of go-to hotels. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The curtain dividing the bed from the sitting area was perfect for creating a sleeping area for our daughter. Breakfast was great and the hours were very conducive to our schedule. The gym was spacious and had a good amount of machines and equipment. Our one complaint is the parking. The hotel does not have hotel only parking. The parking lot directly in front of the hotel, which on would assume is for the hotel only, can be used by people who are going to restaurants or shopping in the area. This results in there not being adequate parking for hotel guests. The hotel gives out maps with additional areas to park, but the map is blurry/grainy/hard to read. You're given a tag for your car, but it's not a permit- it's to inform tow truck drivers you are staying at the hotel so they can call the hotel and give you an opportunity to move your car. This tells me people are parking in the wrong spots consistently, which isn't surprising given how unclear the parking map is. As a hotel guest, I expect there to be clear areas for parking when the hotel says there is free parking available. Due to this, we will likely not stay at this location again because it is not worth the stress.

Parking is the only issue I had during my stay, the hotel is in a residential/retail compound and there isn't sufficient convenient parking for the guests.

This is my second stay here, both times have been excellent! Rooms are always clean, and cleaned daily even if you stay multiple days, the staff is super friendly, and they have excellent breakfast options in the mornings.

Everything is always great here and the staff is the best. Plenty of things to do within walking distance as well.

This has been our home in Dallas away from home! Staff is nice and professional, the hotel got some renovations and looks cute, and it is in a great location. Great place to stay in the area!!!!

The property and staff were excellent. However, whoever was on the floor above us we heard them running back and forth at midnight and again before 7am. Very unfortunate.

This property is located in a walking-friendly area of Fairview. There are an assortment of restaurants and shopping withing an easy 10 minute walk. Our rooms were extremely clean and well-stocked! The property is a little dated, but they are in the process of updating, so it should be amazing soon! Parking is a little tricky on busy weekends, but during the week, it's a breeze. We'll definitely stay here the next time we come to the Dallas area!

Area surrounding hotel offered lits of food options. Rooms should have been sound proofed. Can hear people walking hard if you are the floor under them.

Rooms where so dirty complained to staff but I got the runaround I usually stay at Plano location so we decided to try Allen never again. I had pictures of how dirty sofas and bathrooms were.
