Pretty nice stay! Our only problem was that the towels were dirty! but other than that a comfortable room!

It was really clean and air conditioner worked fine. They were very helpful for getting us new towels each night.

Hotel was clean. Staff was very helpful. One of the lovals told us about the area not being great but we felt comfortable and did not see anything sketchy.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very clean hotel and room. Vending, pool out of order. Coffee was gross (there is a Starbucks nearby) and no breakfast. Cleaning and front desk staff were friendly.

The curtains could have blocked the outside light better.

Convenience Noisy guest—-sometimes. The guest who rented the room above us very noisy and inconsiderate, slamming doors and then what I thought I heard was a gunshot, but I’m not sure on that one. Then when the owner decided to make them leave somebody up there got really really mad and left the shower running and the sink running, and that water poured into our room by way of the water sprinkler near the door. I was glad when those people were finely like gone.

Room smelled funny, and was bare. No closet, no hangers to hang our suits. We wanted some water, but the front desk only accepted cash. Wouldn't stay there again.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the buttons in the AC unit were broken. Couldn’t figure it out to get it going. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night for a nicer hotel.

My boyfriend and I just needed a night away and this was our spot!! The room was great! Nice and clean and sheets, blankets and pillows were so comfy! Staff was very friendly and made it super easy to check in and out. I would come back here for sure

The bathroom extractor sounded horrible broken, the tub had no plug, they don’t put new towels, the curtains are horrible not suitable for hotel

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel and the staff wasn’t helpful. Just wish it was a better staff and it was a loud noise that was disturbing for me to sleep.

AC worked great, bed was comfortable, shower was great with Hot water, quiet, great lighting. Location was great for activities I had planned. Low water pressure in sink, no kleenex, rack to hang clothes but no hangers

Excellent service

I parked in the same handicap parking the whole time I was here. They don’t supply facial tissues or any sundries. There isn’t an offering of extra small things one might need if forgotten. The carpet outside of the elevator on the second floor stays horribly dirty. Housekeeping is very loud knocking on doors at 9am! The guys at the front desk are very pleasant, kind & helpful. They are dog friendly however the grounds are not areas friendly to walk your dogs. You have to walk them in other areas down the road. It’s really nice to have a Starbucks two doors down. The coffee here is really bad! All in all I kept to myself and had my peace.

Honestly one of the best places I have stayed in a long time. Beds were so unbelievably comfortable. Nice staff and clean rooms. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Needed a place to stay close to DFW. They gave me an upper room when I requested. (Usually I get allergies satying in ground floor.) The only thing I noticed was upstairs there was a strong smoke smell. But not in the actual room. Carpet just by the elevator was dirty but that was the only spot

Smelled a bit bad. Bathroom was not cleaned, especially the toilet seat and tub. The previous room was good so perhaps the cleaning people are not all good.

The room, facilities and surrounding areas were pretty good. They have a kind and gentle staff. The only thing is that the room had a weird smell like humidity. Besides that everything was pretty well.

The room doors are difficult to close and you can hear other guests slamming the doors from very early on, and apart from that, the smell of marijuana.

Everything was recently remodeled which was nice. The cleanliness was okay but still could be a little better. Honestly, I think it's probably just from the remodel. Just needs a little bit deeper of a clean. There was nothing extra exceptional about this hotel but there wasn't anything that was glaringly bad either. It was a great hotel for the price, and I would for sure stay again if in town.

Good stay of you're on a budget beds are old and lumpy, the smoke alarm started chirping 1 am and no one would answer front desk

Location The cleaning staff was absolutely rude. The bathroom was not clean, had hair in the shower, the comforter had spots on it. I talk to the manager and he said he couldn’t not accommodate us because it was a weekly rate. We had to clean ourselves.

The room and area was nice, quiet and clean! The staff was accommodating and friendly. Great stay!

We booked a non smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes in there. We also had roaches in our room and the night clerk said he couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through Hotels.com We didn’t get any kind of discount when we check out either.

The astroturf/ grass landscape combination. Also it’s now called the residency Inn but it’s still got a Red Roof sign outside on the road. The side door did not work with my key card at 6am and i had to do a long walk around to the front.

The motel was installing new furniture. The staff worked very well to make my move to another room seamless and easy.

Really dirty. Construction debris everywhere including the rooms. Bathroom door didn't close. No aitomatic doors for pwople in wheelchairs and on crutches.The counter guy watched me struggle with the luggage cart in the door for several minutes and didnt help. No breakfast, only bad coffee

Close to Airport, stadium and conference center. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The beds were very uncomfortable and got very little sleep.

We found cockroaches in our room and I would like to see about getting a refund. The room was dirty. The bedding was dirty.

There was no breakfast available, only coffee. There was a toaster, but nothing to toast. The desk clerk did say they were still waiting on some ‘big’ things that haven’t arrived yet, but didn’t elaborate.

It’s fine - about what you would expect. It was 90+ degrees over Memorial Day Weekend and the pool was closed. There was no pool furniture in place, so it was obvious the pool wasn’t unexpectedly closed due to a mechanical failure. This wasn’t communicated online during the reservation process. Very disappointing.

The staff was wonderful. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Me and my son are waiting on our apartment to be ready. Every stay has been wonderful. Housekeeping is amazing and respectful. Will definitely stay again and recommend.

It was very poorly

During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that affected my experience. The television was not functioning, and the air conditioning unit had a leak. I reached out for assistance with the TV, but unfortunately, no solution was found. Additionally, the door lock was malfunctioning, which raised concerns about security. I also felt that the management could improve in terms of customer service and showing appreciation for guests. I would appreciate any suggestions on how these issues might be addressed in the future. Thank you!

The property is very outdated and should throw that breakfast away, to pretend they never tried it. TV did not work. Sheets and towels were dingy, but the place was clean. No bad smells or nothing like that. Just needs to update the bedding, towels, TVs, and add headboards for king size beds.

I booked through expeeida. The 1st guy actes like he cpuld not find my reservation. Told me i needed to call expeida. His boss came and the guy from the morning came. They found me right away and the morning guy called to get it settled. Took me over an hour to get into my room after traveling all day. The 2nd night was ok. I liked starbucks was 2 doors down.

it’s just a basic motel room . Breakfast is nothing more than toast and single pastries to go . No coffee or hot food . We only stayed because we needed a place to stay after a late concert . Our original hotel Extended Stay America canceled on us 4 hours before arrival saying they were over booked . I think it was because they found out there was a concert in the area cuz the prices sky rocketed that day and they wanted to make more money off our room . Even tho you reserve a room always call the day off to confirm your stay . This was a lesson learned .

No hot water. No smoke alarm. The tube was not clean, it had someone else hair in it!! The air unit was very very loud!! They say they serve breakfast they only have toast. I was like wow really. The cleaning lady had a very nasty attitude!! I was very disappointed with this one. And it had great rating.

Renovating, clean,and,staff washelpful,but really disappointed w/continental breakfast

They are renovating the property. Our room was quite clean, but drywall dust was in the carpet outside our door. Also, no coffee available in either our room or at the continental breakfast! I nearly fainted, haha. I am sure it will be better when renovations are completed.

The recession was great cuz he let us check in a little bit early without overcharging us and the breakfast was decent.

Nice clean rooms , for the price!

Housekeeping walked in our room while we were asleep, no one speaks english, stains on furniture, breakfast was not breakfast at all.

The property was near a grocery store and several restaurants. The only take away, there was no coffee makers in the room and the breakfast was really as stated" take and go".

Good place to stay

I personally would avoid going to this hotel and staying my car due to the fact that not only is it riddled with strong paint smells and stains, but Ive found some nasty brown stains on all the towels and bed covers. The biggest nail in the coffin for me was the two ROACHES I found in my room. One of the staff guys kept lying about which rooms were available only for him to backtrack on his word due to having to move us to said rooms. I had to wake earlier than what I wanted because the paint crew come near the room doing loud work on the wall, almost makes you think the hotel should be closed until the renovation work is done.

Although breakfast was included but one piece of bread and a mini cupcake is all you’re going to get. Our blankets were dirty and had tears. Overall it was a below average stay option and pricing could have been cheaper!
