Motel 6 Euless, TX - DFW West

The staff were very unhelpful and rude,we will never go back there.it makes me wonder about other Motel6

The refrigerator was awful in the middle of the night it just buzzed loudly enough to where I just unplugged it and the room had an Oder that wouldn’t go away

The refrigerator kept me up I just had to unplug it, the room had an Oder stayed four days and no matter how I clean the space that Oder was there to stay

I had a two night stay and when I tried getting back into my room the card key wasnt working. I booked this hotel months ahead. The towels were somewhat stained.

Could hear people behind us fighting. You could tell at one time rooms were connected. There is a door on the back side of the room that needs to stay locked appears to open to another room when that door is unlocked as well

Dog-friendly, friendly staff & coffee in the lobby… not sure what else I’d expect for the price. If you expect high end perfection, pay more & stay somewhere else. This is for low maintenance travelers & especially those traveling with pets. It’s also close to so many restaurants & Starbucks is a rock throwing distance away! There’s absolutely no reason to complain. I’d definitely stay again.

Location was ok. Nice looking not worn down. No microwave, beds had indentations, tv had closed caption, bathroom door would not shut, and the toilet ran after flushing, that little sound it makes when it's filling up, not sure if it was just the room I was in or what

I wish I could but I wasn't able to check in because there was NO FRONT DESK ATTENDANT. Me and 3 other people tried for over an hour to find someone. Knocked on the glass, rang the bell. There was no attendant so unfortunately I had to go to the motel 6 up the street to get a room for the night. And to make matters worse booking.com and the hotel did nothing to reverse the order. I will no longer be using booking com or motel 6 ever again. And when trying to get hel with this issue from motel 6 I spoke with some of the rudeat customer service clerks I've ever dealt with in my life. DO NOT USE BOOKING.COM OR MOTEL 6!!!! The motel was nice but there was too many fighting and the room we was in number 216 somebody was fighting so bad they broke into our room so we moved to another room and some lady started banging on the door looking for her husband so that’s why we left and hopefully we don’t have to come back

Very dirty and the staff was rude. I asked for clean sheets and towels and she said well you can come wash them! I know it’s a motel 6 but doesn’t mean it has to be filthy.

Exceptionally clean, and decent for the price. The only issues were the non absorbent towels and road noise from the freeway.

The problem was that there are 2 Motel 6's in Euless. I showed up around midnight, my first time in Euless. The owner would not give me directions to the "other" Motel 6. I couldn't find it, and drove around for over an hour. Horrible experience.

the room was clean. staff were friendly and helpful, professional and quick. fridge and microwave in the room. no cockroaches. washing machine and dryer are two bucks each and that is enough to wash and dry a full, small load which had several thick towels that normally take more than a single dry to dry (drying time was 48 minutes). they finished fixing the pool and replaced the stairs so it was nice and quiet the whole three days i was there.

Its close to airport and there is good food drivable. But otherwise, thats all thats good. It seems there are section 8 or homeless living there, which gives it a shady vibe. I would not stay there again. The front desk girl was about a rude and unhelpful as they come, no "hello" or "welcome to hotel".... just... "let me see ID and a credit card!"

The air conditioner kept the room humid, it was hard to keep cool and comfortable plus the vending machine in lobby was out of order and there was no pool, it was out of order also. There was a slight bug issu.

The room is clean, but the staff in the morning time is not friendly, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, the phone in the room does not work.

Sprayed air filter with lysol AND bought a air freshener and neither worked. The girl who worked there was not friendly at all on any of the days we were there. Rundown not well taken care of. Bed frame was like a fold out and flimsy mattress set right on springs so they sagged and sunk in the middle

They put us in a room below a room they were doing construction on and the worker was working after 10 pm. The next day the Boise was still going on so we asked for a different room. Were moved to a room different than we reserved with a non working TV so had to move again

It was disgusting and my door didn’t lock properly nor did the phone work. I tried to get a refund and was ignored.

I intentionally left off the last number. The room was recently remodeled and everything went well. Washer and dryer worked well and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Pool was not open and they could not give an explanation on why it was closed. Front desk lady was really rude and talked in their language as if they were saying something bad. Asked for towels at night and didn’t receive any because the laundry room was closed till the morning. Horrible stay. Never again

There was quite a few roaches and bats. This made my daughter uncomfortable

Upon arriving, we saw roaches in the rooms. Though we booked together, they would not give us adjoining or close rooms. There was a patron who is living there with a dog that barked all evening. There was yelling by a couple a few doors down. The beds were uncomfortable, the AC units barely working and the rooms humid. Thankfully, we weren't in the room for long but when there, it was too much. Would not recommend nor come back.

I have been staying here for several months due to personal circumstances that left me without a home. While I have made the best of what is here… its a nightmare. There are roaches everywhere and I keep the place as cleans as I can. I have to ask for new bedding or for the room to be cleaned. House keeps is only available two days a week. The place says they are pet friendly, but dog waste bags have been out for over a month. While it’s not the hotel own responsibility to pick up the dog waste, if bags are not provided no one else picks up their dog waste. Sonce I am staying long term, I keep blowing the power fuses due to using a skillet to cook dinner. The fridge is too small to keep anything. I totally get that it’s not meant to be long term, but there are several rooms equipped with bigger fridges and I did tel them I would be here a long time. All this and my rates are slowly increasing, which is honestly insane considering I am paying over $2000 a month which is more than most apartments with rent.

Let me start off by saying that we haven't stayed at a motel 6 for more than 26 years it is now very clear to me why I have stayed away for so many years first thing the room you get only has a refrigerator no microwave no coffee pot not even a hair dryer or iron or an ironing board, we seen a few bugs in the room was not a Roach & was not a bed bug not exactly sure what kind it was it was pretty small possibly just a spider, you had to flush the toilet three times just to get it to go down, the control readout for the air conditioner / heat control you could not tell what exactly you headed on other than waiting to figure out what the temperature of the air was going to be to know if it was AC or Heat, my personal opinion is just spend the extra 10 to 15 dollars more per night and you get a refrigerator a microwave a coffee pot a hair dryer and an ironing board at 98% of all other motels I have ever stayed at!!!

Customer service was great to resolves issues. I requested a nonsmoking room and i was placed between 2 rooms that smoked like a freight train. The bed was horrible, it felt like a box spring and the fridge didn't work.They changed my room it was better but not the king size bed for my husband and I. We got what looked liked two twin size beds. At this point my sleep time was reduced from 8hrs to 6hrs with a ok bed, the room smelled better, had a working fridge but bad pillows and small beds. I prob would stay again because management changed things up for the better. But if you have issues and the hotel is full, you may want to get the insurance.

You can tell it was recently upgraded but they failed to get rid of the roaches. I mean as soon as you turn off the lights they came out. Big small doesnt matter. I told the front desk and he didn't want to move us saying we needed to talk to the manager in the morning. Like we were going to stay another night. Had to put out stuff back in the car and prayed nobody broke into our car. They finally moved us to a new room only saw one bug but now I see why Motel 6 leaves the light on

Room was clean. The king size bed mattress was horrible.The mattress was lumpy and very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress when you laid down.

The only problem was the TV not working in my room. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay

The only issue is we saw one adult roach and one baby roach. That was very VERY disappointing, but I didn’t make a big deal because service was great and the room was so nicely and comfortable. A couple times there was ghetto guests talking loud and cussing, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Overall I’d give it an 8/10. ***Starbucks next door, adjacent to freeway but not noisy at all.

Roaches are everywhere.

The room was not clean properly with insects and all. The door does not close without a slam shut. I woke up to the door crack open thankfully it was deadbolt.

Please do not go here! First thing i did was put my drinks in refrigerator and there was a dead roach in there!!! Then the day we came in late to shower and sleep and realized housekeeping hadnt came called and they said no housekeeping on Saturdays?? And offered me two towels and 1 washcloth for me and 3 kids wouldnt give me any more or take my dirty towels phone didnt work and saw roaches and dirt everywhere like the room wasnt even cleaned before we got there it was horrendous they also shows pics of a microwave with fridge but there is no microwave in the rooms.

Came in town for a wedding and had to find a close by hotel. Looked at the photo's on here and the price. Figured it was a good deal.... Not at all. We had roches in the room and not just one but many. The room smelled stale and molded. Mini fridge didnt work but what really upset ne was when my husband went to go ask for clean towels, the ones in the room were very stained. The man at the front was very rude saiying No . I would have had a better place sleeping in my car.

Roaches were all over the place. I even tried to kill them with a roach bomb. Didn’t work. I wouldn’t advise staying here. You can’t have microwave in hotel because they’re roach infected. Now I know why.

they had a lot of roaches on the property and then people will come out of town “Blackabd white people they were sit out the door with chairs like it was there Apartment and little kids riding their motor scooter up and down, bothering people following people around the apartment complex it look like they’ve been living there for a years and they wouldn’t very nice. The place is very dirty. The place is a little rundown, so people be trying to get groups to come in and to make people leave out and I think they’re selling illegal things in the apartments

Booked a 2bed and was given a 1bed which was no problem because I only booked the 2 bed because that's all they said was available online. But when my room smelled like mildew very badly they said they couldn't do anything and that it would be a $6 upcharge for each night. Went back 2 days later and found out they put me on the do not rent list because I complained. Just absolutely ridiculous.

The A/C didn’t work. Roaches were climbing over each other in the bathroom. There was a huge pee/water stain on the right side of the bed. I complained about all this and the manager bans me from the property. Will be sending the videos and pictures to corporate.

Overall, too expensive for the area and the way the property looks cleanest was awful.Bugs running around and I got the pink eye

Pool wasn’t opened as advertised. Saw a few roaches in the room. Pictures didn’t match how the room looked. Key card kept having issues. We got locked out of the room twice and had to replace the card both times. There’s also no microwave be prepared if you need one. Other than that it wasn’t a horrible place nor was it horribly expensive.
